Working with Wabo was great. Initially meeting with Brian he was very thorough on the process and options. He worked with us on a few things prior to getting the roof installed. The foreman was very informative and helpful during the process and ultimately the roof looks great, no longer leaks and the clean up was really really good. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a great product and great customer service. We had them replace our 20 year old roof as well as replace the old guttering. It looks fantastic.
Recently had our roof replaced by WABO Roofing, they did a great job and the roof looks great. Michael and Josh were there the whole time with the crew while the work was being done. They keep us informed at all times, letting us know what to expect . Did a great job on cleanup afterwards. Also had new gutters installed and they also came out looking great and a better system than what we originally had. Thanks to Brian, Josh and Michael and their crew !
Wabo did an amazing job! They made the process so simple and easy. I had roof damage from a hurricane and with their help I was able to get a whole new roof covered by my insurance (the only payment I had was my deductible). During the process they answered all of my questions and used the best products available. These guys are straight forward, do amazing work and are for the community! I highly recommend them if you need any type of roof work!
Overall great experience. I was mostly happy that after having five other estimates done on my roof, everyone told me they would not involve insurance because they saw no wind damage. WABO was the sixth roofing company I called out and Josh said he saw clear hail damage, we called the adjuster out adjuster agreed! I was so happy to only have to pay the deductible and everything was done honestly and professionally. Thanks, WABO!

Really impressed with WABO and highly recommend. They patiently supported us while battling insurance, and we felt very comfortable that they were looking out for us. Also, the craftsmanship and entire process was very professional with a lot of transparent dialogue.
Greg and Clayton of Pyramid Restorations & Construction came to my door and offered free inspection to my roof to determine whether it has any damages potentially qualified for insurance claim. I was not aware that there is one year window to file claim for damages. It turned out that when they brought to my attention, I had about a month left to claim the hail damages occurred in June 2016. Greg was the one followed through the whole process, including the critical meeting with the insurance adjuster to officially inspect the roof for claim purpose. In addition to Pyramid, I invited several other contractors to bid on this project. Judging by the appearance of the roof, no one was fully confident about getting claim approval. At the end, the claim was approved. Although after reduction of the deductible and a Settlement Factor, the payment I received from insurance is shy of the cost for the project, I truly consider myself lucky. Pyramid showed up just in time and provided necessary skill set and effort to open this wonderful opportunity for me. I am very thankful. I initially requested 4 contractors but the first 3 bids received had wide spread in price and were not sync in detailed specifications. One bid was for Owens Corning shingle while the other two were for CertainTeed shingle. I then requested several more contractors and focused on getting an apple-to-apple comparison in details. I ended up receiving 6 bids and 4 of them are for CertainTeed Landmark Max Def shingles with detailed information for a good comparison. Pyramid's team followed up with me patiently and were willing to match specifications I requested for apple-to-apple comparison. Their price was very close to the contractor I finally selected. I am sure Pyramid would be also a great contractor to go with.
This company is, for a lack of a better phrase, freaking awesome. I worked with Chris and I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I was worried about a used car dealer type negative adventure when I realized my roof needed repairs where I'd be sold things I really didn't need just because I didn't know a lot about the process. But Chris and everyone else I dealt with treated me like more than just some customer they wanted money out of; I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and did whatever he could to make the entire process go as smooth as physically possible. Roof replacements are supposed to be such a stressful experience, and I didn't feel any of that. I would recommend this company and the people it hires to anybody I know, hands down.
When their salesperson knocked on my door once it was my last intention to get a new roof ( which we needed badly) Clayton insisted it would be at no expense to us so the second time I let him do the inspection. We were indeed in need of a new roof and Pyramid Restoration and Construction took care of it all. Clayton met with the adjusters, worked with our insurance company, and helped us to get a new roof. Their crew was knowledgeable, quick and caring of our property. In two weeks we had a great new roof. Basically I'm glad Clayton kept knocking. All the people I encountered with this company were helpful and personable. I would definitely refer them to others.

Katrina was amazing,she walked us thru every part of the process.Dealt with our insurance, answered any and all questions ,took care of all the concerns we had. Made the whole process easy,kept us in the loop all the way. Today we got a new roof, Leo and his crew showed up early this morning, by 5pm they were finished! Excellent job! I am very pleased with this company. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was exceptional. The whole process was no hassle and seamless. We are very pleased with the finished product and not a single thing was damaged. When they left, it was if they had not even been here. Marshall, Katrina and Leo and the team of installers were all great! It is evident that they really care abut customer service.

My experience with Wabo is from about 3-4 years ago for a roof repair. I wanted to leave them a direct review at the time, but maybe because of poor service expectations they didn’t have a way that I could find. So finally via Google. I asked for a quote to repair a leak in the roof and discussed getting it patched with new shingles. They quoted $450 sight-unseen and then came out. They put down a few spots of caulk rather than repair the leak. The guy who wrote the quote then came out the next day and asked for his $450. No one ever comes back out to personally collect the payment, so right away this is a signal. I told him his guy only put down caulk, was on the roof less than 10 minutes total and that I didn’t expect that should cost $450 and asked for a reasonable price. He gave all the general BS about overhead…yeah for 10 minutes of work on his part and the guy who came out. Took him longer to drive back. He refused to to work on a fair price, and charged me the full $450. I’m sure he and his wife enjoyed a 5-star restaurant on me for that one. And of course the caulk did nothing, next big rain caused MORE damage so I had someone else ACTUALLY REPAIR the roof for another cost again after about 3 months. These guys are worthless.
BEWARE, READ this before you do business with this Company. Wabo came out to do our roof, but they really wanted to do it just before a bad storm. Finding out the contract workers were people who knew nothing. After arguing with them over and over. After our Pool/Sauna were both ruined. Wabo did not want to redo the roof. It was completely ruined. I told my husband let’s take them to court. That is when they started to listen to us. They ruined a gutter that they just wanted to knock back into place. After back and forth they finally replaced part of the gutter, and they broke 2 vent covers that were never replaced. We spent $500 on an adjuster and were never reimbursed from Wabo. Our pool/Sauna is still ruined. The pieces of roofing are still falling. After weeks of arranging with this company they sent a crew that they said was their crew this time. They were as bad also. Our roof looks horrible til this day. NEVER do business with this company. Also, make sure any company you do business with has insurance, and read the bad reviews not the good reviews. . I have never seen a roof looks horrible til as bad as ours. They also broke some siding that was never replaced. The pictures attached are just some of how our roof was left at the end.
Very disappointed with WABO Roofing’s communication after installation. The installation itself went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the roof at first. However, about 2–3 years later, we developed a minor leak around one of the vents. A representative came out, identified the issue, and confirmed that it was WABO’s fault. Since then, I’ve been trying to schedule someone to come out and repair the issue, but Jay — the representative I’ve been emailing and speaking with — has stopped responding. It’s also been frustrating trying to get clarity on what’s actually covered under the warranty. We paid over $20,000 for this roof, only to find out that you have to purchase a maintenance package to keep the warranty valid. If I’m spending that much money, I expect the quality and service to hold up. On top of that, the leak has caused some interior damage to the drywall, and I would like WABO Roofing to inspect the affected area to determine the extent of the damage and whether they will take responsibility for those repairs as well. The lack of follow-up and accountability has made this experience stressful and disappointing.
Wabo punctured one of the AC line when reproofing my home this week. Wabo said they are not responsible as the AC line not following code and was too close to the roof. The ac repair cost $2000 including sealing the punctured pipe and replace leaked Freon. Some roofer would pay for the damages but not wabo. Wabo also left patches of grass brown due to the removed shingles and heat of the summer, again not covered due to terms and conditions. If you considering wabo, do your homework check ac pipe and have additional cash for any damage they do. It has been a very stressful experience.
Do not trust them… we were having a garage sale and were approached by 2 men from Wabo who convinced us we could get our roof and interior fixed….. well it’s been 2 years and the work isn’t finished….. contacted several times and just get the run around…. My brand new flooring was installed wrong and is coming up all over the house the painting they did was horrible… painted around appliances…installed the wrong gutters and blamed it on us….. I’m so disappointed… my floors are worse now than before… will never recommend and I will add pics to this review shortly
Horrible. So many false promises. They cut our home internet and tv cable removing the satellite and promised to "take care of it" for four weeks, which after having to persist with texts and phone calls, are now told that the supervisor reported that we had asked them to cut the cable. Ludicrous. Lies. They do not stand behind their actions or words. They should be responsible for their workers. Very highly unethical.
Their work is good, but you must be careful with the contract : "The owner has to pay only the deductible" in writing, if there is any problem with the payment from the Insurance (In my case, the insurance sent the check to my old address), they come back to me for the payment, forget the promise made. I won't recommend this company to anyone
The company's employees are ignoring clearly posted "No Soliciting" signs; in violation of trespassing laws. Do not do business with a company that does not follow the laws!
I do NOT recommend WABO Roofing Systems. They are highly unethical, unprofessional, and do not stand by their promises. WABO paid themselves through the finance company before the work was started. After completion, they left a dangling satellite and no hot water. After being called back, when taking down the satellite, they cut the home cable leaving us without internet or tv. The supervisor, Leo, was present and said they would fix it. After four weeks of repeatedly promising us they would take care of it, they did not and won't. DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT: Respectfully, if cutting or removing wires is not in the contract, why was it cut? We never asked any favors. We asked the satellite be removed which is per contract. Leo immediately said you would take care of it. You need to stand by your employees. Comcast was out three times per your request and all three times said they could not attach internet in the state the cable was left. You cut it, you should pay for it.
They called back came out looked at the roof and, I explained the problem. Didn't really find what the problem was made a few recommendations and heard nothing from them, no follow up and no quote. That's fine whatever he alleged he thought it was was NOT IT. Go somewhere else don't spend your day waiting on them.
They are expensive, use the wrong materials, and don't show up on time or at all! Tried to talk with the owner and it was a total waste of time.

What can i say, they are the best!! in the business. It is right there in their name Way Beyond Ordinary [WABO]. I had hail damage was wondering whom to contact, asked several colleagues of mine they all pointed to WABO. As soon as i contacted they came promptly and accessed the damage and filed a claim on behalf of me. The whole process was smooth. They followed up periodically till the end when they did the final inspection with the adjuster. Brain the CEO takes personal interest in the whole project followed by her project assistant Brandy Manchac. They are duo to admire. In my opinion they are the best of the best out there.
