Every TGUC Financial approved contractor goes through a rigorous vetting process. We verify corporate and insurance documents, run background checks for lawsuits and bankruptcies, and review financial history and years in business, among other criteria. We also meet with approved contractors on an ongoing basis and provide them with continued support.
02 What kind of projects qualify for financing?
TGUC Financial covers over 30 trades and services, so your next home improvement project is likely covered. This includes roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, landscaping, basement remodeling, and much more. Send us a message and we’ll match you with the right House Remodeler for your project.
03 Can I get multiple quotes before choosing?
Absolutely. All of our contractors are vetted and trusted, having gone through our full approval process. That said, if you already have a local pro you’d like to work with, we can help. TGUC will reach out to that contractor, get them onboarded if needed, and make sure you’re able to work with the pro you trust.
04 Is The House Remodelers available in my area?
