From the very beginning, Melissa set up a group text to keep communication clear and consistent — a small touch that made a big difference. Justin, our Quality Control Supervisor, was onsite throughout the project and served as our main point of contact. He kept everything running smoothly and made sure there were no surprises. Mario, the foreman, had the crew rolling early — starting between 6–7am — and they worked through intense Houston heat (close to 100°F!) with professionalism and care. The entire team was respectful, friendly, and genuinely committed to doing great work. They made sure the crew was taken care of in the heat, which was very important to me and says a lot about the company’s values. Kenny (Project Manager) and Veronica (Customer Success for Production) were also looped in and responsive throughout. Even with a few last-minute schedule changes, the team was flexible and accommodating. The job site was kept clean, the crew was efficient, and every interaction felt very genuine and sincere. Exceptional Service from Eldridge Roofing After Hurricane Beryl Damage I had the pleasure of working with Eldridge Roofing after our home sustained significant damage when a tree fell on it during Hurricane Beryl. From start to finish, the team at Eldridge was incredibly professional and supportive, ensuring that the repair process went smoothly despite the challenges. Eldridge Roofing replaced our entire roof, including the main house, garage, breezeway, and a small one-story section. They did an incredible job from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, protected the work area, and worked efficiently. I was impressed by how organized they were, especially with the trailer they brought that had all the tools, a portapotty, and even drinks for the crew. It kept the job running smoothly and showed how much they value their team. Every section was completed before 3:00 PM, and they left our yard cleaner than they found it. Angel was on site all day and kept us informed before and during the project, which made everything easy and stress-free. Their pricing was very competitive, and their proposal included a few smart upgrades we hadn’t even thought to ask about. The Team at Eldrige Roofing and Solar did an absolutely amazing job in replacing our hail damaged roof. What sets this company apart from other companies is their professionalism and genuine concern for you to be happy with their finished work. To me this is so unique in todays' world. How wonderful, a company that actually cares about doing things the right way!!! Their staff were so helpful in accommodating our needs in getting the roof replaced in a timely manner also. They were extremely organized and followed through on everything we all agreed upon. For reference, our roof was striped and re-roofed in 11.5 hours and as you can see in the pictures, it is not really an easy roof to work with, having steep 16-degree angles and multiple peaks. The crew arrived on time and everyone jumped handling their duties. Everything bit of equipment needed to do the job quickly and efficiently was on hand when needed, including a porta can. I was very impressed with the QC guys on site and the efficiency and skill of the crew. Justin kept me well informed throughout the day. The roof looks great! I have other projects and will be considering first for them. Bottom line - great job.

Eldridge roofing was amazing to work with. Reese originally stopped by my house as they were currently working on a few of my neighbors houses and let me know that due to hail damage in our area my neighbors were able to get their roof covered by insurance. They came out for a estimate and went over all their certifications and showed me a video of the spots that had hail damage and explained to me the process of filing with my insurance and how they would assist. Sure enough, on the scheduled day the insurance adjuster was coming out Anson was right on time and walked the insurance adjuster though everything which was such a big help as this is not my area of expertise! On the roof instal day Parker made sure everything went super smoothly and kept me in the loop as progress was made. The team immediately started work and we're so respectful to my neighbors and our properties! That being said, there was a minor hiccup that my hot water heater started leaking from what I am assuming was from the pipe jack install, but Parker immediately came to help even though it was after hours. He was able to turn of my water and gas so everything was safe for the night and assured me a plumber would look at it the next day. A hour later their CEO called (I didn't catch his name) but he assured me they would have a plumber out by noon the next day! Anyone who has work done on their house knows that there are unexpected things that happen but what truly sets Eldridge apart and has gotten them a new lifetime customer/advocate is their quick response and dedication to customer service. What a rare find!!!!

I had Eldridge of Roofing Spring, Texas put a new roof on my house and deck. This is a local family business that really helps out around our town. They've been part of the Montgomery County Fair Cook Off for years. Their customer service is wonderful. It's so nice to talk to someone who is kind and knows a lot about what they're doing. They kept me updated about the work on my house from start to finish. The work they did was very good, and my contact person made sure everything was done just right. A severe storm in January caused a large tree to fall on our roof, as well as hail damage. We selected Eldridge Roofing to do the repairs, and are very glad we did. Dealing with the insurance company is pretty confusing, but Project Managers Brandon and Treyce were extremely helpful in getting approval for all the repairs, including damage that was not obvious at first. They are highly professional and very competent. We could not be happier with our new roof, and highly recommend Eldridge Roofing to anyone needing a repair or replacement.

Found Eldridge through Lowe's . We knew we prolly needed a new roof. But given the high cost wanted to finance through Lowe's. There were a couple hiccups due to a mistake in our names on the contract. But they were quick to help and fix . The job was done in one day with very nice people: the process was easy and they accommodated our needs. They came back twice to look at stuff that we had questions with and fixed any small detail we needed. Very responsive , good team work, will recommend to family and friends. These guys are life savers!!!! I've used them for my last house roof repairs and for my current roof when I had an emergency leak! They answered my call and showed up SAME day which I never expected. This can be a 5 star great company IF the sales personnel would get their act together. Trec came out to give an estimate to repair our roof came earlier than scheduled since I was not home he had to return. Rescheduled and came back as requested. We signed on the dotted lines selected the product we wanted and waited for insurance company. Tre did return to meet with the insurance people. Came back to finalize bid when insurance approved. All good. Problem started when he was supposed to get us a sample of the roofing for the HOA. said he had samples in his truck, he left no sample. I called him the next day no answer no return call. This went on for a week. I finally went to the office to get the sample myself. Office staff was great. Installation went in on time as scheduled. The crew was great with only minor problem which they promptly corrected. 2nd problem. Since the crew did such a wonderful job decided to try them for flooring installation. Again salesman Logan came out to measure. It has been over a month and still no estimate. I guess they don't need anymore of our business. Again get your sales personnel together. You can be a 5 star company.
