I found a diamond in the rough. I had called several roofers stating that I had a leak near my patio area but did not know the origin other than it was near where my solar panels were installed. Well, other roofing company that I called turned me down point blank stating that they do not service roofs with solar panels. I called one company and they quoted a price of $14000 just to remove the solar panels before they even begin to address the leak. Needless to say, they did not earn my business. I then call CM roofing Pros and told him the problem. I was able to set an appointment the same day. The guy came out to inspect the roof by actually getting on the roof and immediately noticed where the problem was. It was a plastic ventilation box fan that the builder installed on my house which is only 9 years old. He gave me a fair price and stated that none of the solar panels needed to be removed. I moved to my current house a little over 5 years ago and had not been able to find the right contractor to help me with different repairs, including roof repairs. I was recently referred to Rick by one of his previous clients who was happy with an insurance claim that he helped her with and replaced her roof. He inspected my roof and found that there was no storm damage and advised to only perform roof maintenance because the roof still has considerable life left in it. We used CM roofing pros recently for a patio roof vent leak. They replaced all patio shingles, the vent and patched the patio ceiling. The texture for the patch job is flawless with the existing ceiling area! They were on time, polite, and cleaned up every piece of debris. I will definitely refer them to friends and neighbors.
