I had my roof replaced at the end of May. We talked to several companies about the replacement but ultimately ended up using Sonny and Big State Roof. He was not the most expensive, and certainly not the least expensive but he is from my neighborhood and there were plenty of people that vouched for him and his company. We paid a very reasonable/fair price for the service. They were on time, worked long hours and had the job done in a day and a half. The crew had a supervisor on site and my husband raved about him. Sonny came by himself to do a final walk through. I highly recommend Big State Roof!
From start to finish, both Sonny and Josh provided excellent service. They were easy to reach and provided all info needed to get my roof replaced. Their crew came early in the morning and took care of covering plants, the AC, and anything that needed to be moved. Worked and finished the roof in 1 day. They were very professional and also honest folks. I love the attention they provided for my home and am very happy with the end results. Thank You Much,
I got my roof inspected by Josh, he was up and down in 15 minutes and sent me a video afterwards to see everything he looked at while on my roof. Great guy and really nice to see what was happening on my roof when I couldn’t get up there myself. I highly recommend Big State Roof Solutions to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy roofing services!
Great company. They gave me an estimate much faster than others in the area, and Josh was able to do an inspection the same day. He was honest, transparent, and very friendly. They also have a great referral program, I recommended them to my neighbor and they loved working with as well!
Exceptional Service! Sonny was Fantastic, Great communication! Kept me informed the whole way! This Company makes getting a New Roof Easy! Getting an Estimate was a breeze and I wasn’t pressured into signing a contract on day one. My roof was Finished in one day!!! Excellent job!

Do not be fooled by this guy. Working with Sonny was a great experience until I discovered after a month that the city showed he didn’t order a permit until the job was completed. He communicated with me that it was pulled before he started the job and a final was ordered after the roof was completed. After a month of asking for a copy of the final and being told many different stories I called the city myself. I was told by the city that the permit was not ordered until a date after my roof was completed and never paid for. A final was never ordered. I immediately contacted him and that day it was paid for. I was told by Sonny it would be up to 10 weeks before the city would come out. I called myself and ordered the final once it was paid for and they came out right away. He did a beautiful job and was great to work with. I am disappointed and suprised. I was very clear I wanted a permit pulled. I have all text communications about it and not sure why he wasn’t honest about that. I guess he thought I would get tired and let it go.
Very bad experience with this roofer. They do business under big state roofing solutions on google but they also go by Ryno Roofing, Ryno environmental. I don't know how many more company names they created to mislead potential customers. They ask you to put a deposit and then quote exorbitant prices for minor roof repair.

After months of obtaining quotes for a roof replacement I chose Big State Roofing Company. They were actually the last company to provide an estimate and the owner Sonny made a stressful decision much easier. He was a calming spirit at the right time. His ability to take the time and address my concerns as well as the detailed information on what to expect. Fortunately, I was able to utilize my insurance to cover most of the expenses. Big State team arrived early the day of the scheduled replacement and completed the job before the rain came that evening. The difference with a new roof is amazing aesthetically. The noise level is reduced with the type of shingles used as my dog’s storm anxiety appears to have decreased. Everyone on the team has been very helpful and I am grateful that I made the right decision to go with Big State Roofing.
