I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a good experience with Rigid Roofing that I felt like I should. From start to finish, they were super easy to work with—really friendly, professional, and clear about everything! The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up like they were never even there. The roof looks great, and I feel like the pricing was fair, since going through insurance. Honestly, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable roofers who actually care about doing a solid job.
We used Rigid Roofing for a roof replacement in Sept 2025. We worked with Brad Jones and he made the process painless. He worked with our insurance company and got us covered after our claim was originally denied. Brad got us on the schedule quickly and the work completed in under a week. The roof replacement was excellent and the crew was thorough and cleaned everything up when completed. Highly satisfied with the job done, and I would recommend Rigid Roofing for any roof repairs.
Had a great experience working with Brad Jones at Rigid Roofing. He advocated for our interests working when with the insurance company, was very responsive throughout the process, and the cost of replacing our roof was very competitive and reasonable all things considered. Dealing with roofing issues is no fun, but he will be the first person I contact if we need anything in the future.
After a recent tornado hit our home and neighborhood, Phillip was there right away to help assess the damage. He was there when the insurance adjuster came out, and he helped get all our repairs covered. Our new roof is beautiful, and the team did a great job!
Phillip & the Rigid team did an amazing job! They worked with my insurance to get my entire roof replaced! They cleaned up very nicely & were very efficient! I highly recommend them!
Our new roof looks great. Jordan, Kevin and their team were a pleasure to work with. Their warranty was better than any of the competing bids and their price was a little better too. The work took two days in blistering heat (over 100 deg both days). Despite the heat the team remained friendly and cheerful. After they cleaned up you would never know they had been there (except for the better looking roof).
Worst Reviews
Called the company due to a roof leak and was told someone would reach out to schedule a time to show up to the house to inspect the roof. However when they called I was busy and sent them to voicemail and they then proceeded to text me in which I never replied. When I originally called they asked for the address and since they had my address they decided to take it upon themselves to show up unannounced to the house and the person home at the time didn't know Rigid wasn't scheduled due to them knowing I had called multiple companies and was trying to schedule people to come out (RIGID was not one that I ever agreed to a date of time for them to come out). They proceeded to inspect the roof and tell the individual home at the time that a new roof was needed and when asked about a possible leak near the chimney (previous leak was there some years ago) they said they'd send a quote but recommended a new roof and said "We have been using May 2024 and getting everyone a new roof". They then proceeded after some days to send an email not with a quote but instead basically just saying "Thanks for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Do you have any questions on the process going forward." So overall pushy, unprofessional, and not someone I would ever do business with. Roofers like these are why Home Insurance is getting so expensive since they see a hail storm and instantly tell everyone they need a new roof. Side Note: The owner of the company Jordan reached out to me and said it "rubs him the wrong way that I gave his company a 1 star even though I had no interaction with his company" let me be clear that my review is a combination of 2 accounts being my experience reaching out and the experience of the individual who was home and had to deal with the Rigid employee who showed up unannounced. So to say I had no interaction with the company when he reached out is false since the company would have never showed up unannounced had I not called and spoke with their office and they told me "Someone will reach out to schedule a time to come out". Also apparently it is standard practice that if they don't receive a call or text back right away they show up to the property which was what I was told by the owner via text when he reached out. Their tactics and attitude didn't sit well with either me or the individual who was home at the time and as such we would never do business with this company and deemed it worthy of posting a review of our experience.
Imagine an enormous someone banging on your door in the middle of the day in a neighborhood that has “no soliciting” signs posted while you’re trying to get work done only to find that person knows nothing about roofs and is just there to hand you a business card and flyer as though Google doesn’t exist. These guys are either desperate, inconsiderate or both. Either way, find real professionals to handle your roofing needs. A company that employs knowledgeable and considerate people.
At Cheddars in Conroe, TX ..2:00pm in the parking lot going to my car and your employee leaned out of your company truck to yell “RAWR” at a 8 month pregnant lady for no reason driving dangerously close. Who does that? Get control of your workers and have them be respectful at work and outside of work hours. The guy was at least mid 20s with a beard.

When a hurricane dropped a huge neighboring tree across mine and my other neighbors' homes, Zack and Brad with Rigid Roofing showed up within hours to help. Jordan coordinated a thoughtful and strategic plan to remove the tree, was dedicated to doing it so it minimized the risk of causing more damage to either of our homes, and did so with great success. Due to extensive storm water damage in my entire home and insurance adjuster delays, my entire home interior had to be taken down to the studs. From start to finish, this team went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation I had. They didn’t just rebuild my home—they rebuilt my peace of mind. Their work encompassed everything from complex tree removal, demolition, live mold removal, sheetrock, floors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC replacement, roof replacement, interior texturization/paint, custom cabinetry, tile (including an upgraded kitchen backsplash, and a beautifully tiled shower), granite counter installation, lighting, custom closets, custom laundry, exterior paint, gutter installation, and probably a dozen other details I don't fully understand about storm renovation. Perhaps most importantly, they handled nearly all the communication with my insurance company, ensuring that every necessary repair and upgrade was properly documented and covered. That support alone was invaluable and saved me untold hours of stress and confusion. In what felt like record time (truly half the time that was originally estimated), they delivered a finished product that surpassed the original condition of my home. Not only did they restore it—they over delivered by making it better than it was before the storm. Every step of the way, the Rigid Roofing team demonstrated clear communication, professionalism, and top-tier craftsmanship. I can’t emphasize enough how rare it is to find a company that combines rapid disaster response, technical expertise, and personal care the way Rigid Roofing does. From leadership to the crew members on-site, every person I encountered was kind, skilled, and deeply committed to doing things the right way.
