Why do I need to hear from Google reviews what “you’re waiting on” from me? Why won’t you answer emails or calls anymore? You’ve been given this information over email multiple times. You were given proposals before mold remediation occurred. You were given proposals before rebuilding occurred. You were asked if you wanted to use your own teams to help manage costs for reinstallation of insulation and of dry wall. You were asked if proposed costs were acceptable. You were given timelines to respond by before the teams had to start mold remediation due to health concerns. You’ve been invited over multiples times- no showing to your “confirmed” appointments- different dates and times over and over. You were given itemized invoices. You were given pictures. All to no response… except for this Google review. What specifically do you need? You were hired to fix water spots on my ceiling and your team said it was due to needing a new roof. The spots returning over and over weren’t fixed with a new roof and clearly couldn’t be fixed by applying killz. You graciously agreed over email to pay for fixing this the right way, but now that it’s been fixed won’t answer to emails about how to pay for it? Why? EDIT: Was told on Friday, July 21, 2023 that I would get a phone call “first thing Monday morning” from their general manager. It’s now Monday, July 24th at 9pm and I didn’t get a phone call (or an email) all day from them. Not surprised.

The roof company came in and broke in both small iron gates and large yard gates by damaging the door when I was not at home. They firstly denied the damage by themselves. Later the boss Alex came to check and I also told I have to find Weld company to fix it but it can't be closed easily at a cost $500. He said he will find people to fix it since the door can't be closed and also the broken iron chain for the large iron yard gate. But later the repairman came and he though it will be a big job to fix the small gate and he will send a quote to Alex. but he fixed the broken chain for me. But when I ask when Alex will send the small gate, he lied and he said that I didn't want to fix the small gate. I will not use this company any more.

They started out OK but when the roof started leaking again last December, I immediately notified them. Then it leaked again in February and I notified them again. I was ignored for 2 weeks until the ceiling finally collapsed from the rainwater, then they decided to come "fix" it. It still leaked, plus they had the audacity to ask to be paid to fix the ceiling they destroyed. I finally hired a real roofer. I'll be sending them the bill for my damages.

The roof inspector was responsive and helpful. However, the technician that did the repairs did a deficient job. Once, the repairs were done my roof was again inspected by another company and they pointed out flaws. A visual check of the roof still shows flashing, lifting shingles and visible nails. So, not all defects were rectified. The repairs done by EZroof does not provide value for money.

The driver in TSY-1683 on 2/22 drives dangerously. The day is coming that he runs someone off the road. I hope someone sues and takes them for everything. Disgusting.

I sent them my information, but they never responded. I guess they are not very professional and don’t care about doing business.

They don't respond and they are very arrogant, stay away from this one if you value your home.

Terrible experience.

I hired EZ Roofing because I was cheap, naive, and had just bought my first house. Biggest mistake of my life! Short version: they lied about what I would get, charged me 25% more than quoted, tried to not finish the job until I threatened to sue (first time I have ever threatened to sue someone), didn't clean up, and were completely unprofessional. Long version: the process starts off well when a rep comes, looks at the roof, and I get a quote within a day or two. The rep was on top of it, calling every couple of days to check in. I had specific details that I wanted to be done. I was told that my roof would only take a day to finished, I would have a couple weeks to pay my final bill, and the only reason why my final bill would be higher than the quote was if I needed more than three sheets of sheathing; three were included in the quote. I got multiple quotes and these guys were the fastest and cheapest by $200. I choose them and the rep comes out to ask which color shingles I want. However, the shingles on the bill were base level when my quote had a higher quality. I got it fixed and paid half up front. I did not notice a few word changes between the bill and quote. Then, nothing. I call the rep multiple times and finally get a date. I stay home on said date and no one shows up. I call and the rep says he will check into it. Then one day, I come home to find everything set up to work on my roof without notification. A single person works on my roof for the next 3 days, not one as I was told. After the second day, I get emailed the bill and the rep calls telling me that they are done and I need to pay immediately. I tell the rep that the guy is literally still on my roof and the bill is almost a thousand dollars more than my quote. They say that there was a second layer of shingles that needed to be removed, I needed four sheathing sheets replaced, and I was being charged for the extra details that I wanted. I needed 4 sheets of sheathing (three supposedly in the quote), so I could understand an extra $85. Unfortunately, the 3 sheets of sheathing were not explicitly listed in the bill I signed and I thought it was standard so did not think to ask when I saw the bill (that was on me). However, for the shingles, they should have done a better job inspecting the roof to see if there was an extra layer of shingles (one of the other companies noted it in their quote) and once again, this being my first home, I did not know that every single little detail needed to be explicitly stated. Then, trying to double charge me for the details! Really? So, I got $150 taken off for the double charge, but they would not take anything else off. Then after the third day of roofing, they stopped, said they were done, and demanded payment immediately multiple times. I kept telling them they were not done and I would not pay until they were. After multiple calls and emails threatening to have someone else finish the job and me suing them to pay for it, rain came into the forecast. I emailed the boss and told him that if the roof was not finished the day before rain was scheduled, I would have the roof fixed by someone else and sue to have EZ Roofing pay the bill. I also mentioned that I had the evidence needed to win the case. The roof was quickly finished and 3 people involved called me to blame the issues on each other. And they did a horrible job cleaning up with shingles in my neighbors and my back yards. When the rain came, my roof leaked where two of the three vent pipes were sticking out of the roof. I emailed them with video and got it fixed. Now, half a year later, my roof is leaking again in all three venting exits! This has been hands down the worst experience of my life. I should have gone with someone else. The companies I hired to do windows and mold removal at the same time gave me quotes that did not change and finished the jobs without any issues. They got raving reviews.

Very disappointed, Alan said he would be at my house the day the claims adjuster schedule to come out and he never came out or called to at lease say he could not make it . I called the office twice and they made excuses. The claims adjuster denied the claim, If Alan would have been there and I still got denied I would have had EZ roofing to do my Roof and I would have paid out of pocket no problem.

This roofing company sales push you to sign the agreement without explaining what are in the agreement and not even give price quotes. The agreement is full of hidden charges. It even asks clients' SSN on the agreement. Reading this agreement makes me laugh all day. This company is a joke. They expect fools don't read and just sign and pay them.

I would give zero stars if possible. These people are terrible to do business with. Avoid at all cost! The general manager is rude and unprofessional. His crew is not any better. They are more concerned about advertising verses keeping a customer happy.

Cannot read or really has no respect for people's requests. Very classy to not only read the no solicitation sign and ignore it, but to put trash (pamphlets) in my yard next to it is a whole new level of disrespect.
