Roof replacement due to age, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Travis worked with me on a fair price, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence. What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. The project turned out great, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them!
I highly recommend LOA Roofing! My insurance company initially did not want to cover my roof replacement, but Matt Prall assured me not to worry and that he and his team would take care of everything. Matt kept me informed throughout the entire process and successfully got my insurance company to approve the claim. He came out the next day to explain everything in detail and create the work order. The crew arrived early the following morning and by the afternoon, I had a brand-new roof! They did an excellent job professional, efficient, and thorough. I will continue to use LOA Roofing for all my roofing needs!
I had the pleasure of working with Simon at LOA Construction, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was extremely responsive, professional, and always took the time to walk us through every challenge that came up during the project. Simon went above and beyond to help me and my client with a very complex siding, rafter, and roof repair. His clear communication, knowledge, and dedication made the entire process smooth and successful. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to deliver excellent results, Simon is the one!
We recently had our roof replaced by LOA. Great company. Miriam Dover was very insightful with the.roof inspection as well as working and staying in contact with our insurance. We were able to get the roof replaced in a short time and all work was completed same day. Top notch company to work with from top to bottom. We were kept in the loop with everything from the insurance to the delivery of the materials. They went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you LOA.
We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency of Avis from LOA Roofing and his entire team. With LOA’s help, we felt supported every step of the way Avis was honest, trustworthy, straightforward, and responsive! They worked efficiently, and our new roof was completed in less than two days. Thank you for all your help and hard work. We can’t praise LOA Roofing enough and will definitely use them again in the future. !We highly recommend them you’ll be glad you did!
The team at LOA was so amazing to work with. Travis made sure the job was handled in a professional manner from start to finish. There were no surprises and/or delays. The roof and gutters look great. We are so happy we were referred to LOA from multiple friends that had used LOA previously for other projects. Thanks Travis and the LOA Team for taking care of us. We highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Charlie M.
My experience with LOA Roofing was absolutely wonderful! Our repair guy, Avis, was super helpful and quick. He took plenty of photos and patiently explained everything I didn’t understand. Every time I called, the team answered right away and never made me feel like I was bothering them with my questions. It’s rare to find such professionalism and kindness all in one company. 10/10 recommend LOA Roofing and Avis!
[Update] LOA reached out to me after seeing my complaint. They acknowledged that the placement of the scuppers could have been handled better and agreed to issue a refund for the gutter installation. In addition, they assured me that they would send someone to inspect the ponding water if the issue worsens during next year's rainy season. I appreciate that they took customer feedback seriously, and as a result, I've updated my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Context: I recently bought a house with a flat roof. This flat roof has 3 major areas. Because the original roof was poorly done, I decided to replace 2 parts of the 3. I hired LOA to install a 135mil TPO roof for this residential house. They came and installed the TPO from October 21 to 25, 2025. The total project costed $18,280. As I just bought the house, I paid the full amount out of my own pocket. My experience with LOA was a bit mixed. I will start from the positive side. Their price was competitive. I got 3 roofers to give me quotes for 80mil TPO and all had great reviews on both Yelp and Google. The highest quote was around $24K and the lowest one was around $16k. LOA's original quote ($16680) was in the middle but was very similar to the lowest one. Additionally, their sales representative was very responsive and helpful and that was one major reason why I chose LOA over the lowest one. After I decided to hire LOA, they even offered me 135mil if I added $1K because they had some leftover 135mil from another commercial project and I decided to take it. Basically the experience before the actual installation started was very positive. However, after the installation actually got started, the experience was mixed. First of all, they changed the crew just a couple of days before the installation because LOA got a big commercial project and that crew was assigned to that commercial project. But they told me the new crew was also experienced and ensured that I didn't need to worry about it. But what happened next didn't seem to show the new crew was that competent -- Initially I was told the whole installation would take 1 day, but in fact, it took the crew 5 days to complete. For me, taking longer time to complete the installation was not a big issue because I'd rather them do it right. Later they told me one of the reasons why the new crew spent so much time was because the new crew actually replaced all 3 parts of the roof rather than just 2 parts. This was a nice surprise since they didn't charge me more for that. But apparently there was a communication issue between LOA and the crew. Additionally, because of the installation delay, the weather changed and we got a bit of rain before the installation was fully completed, but they told me the roof was mechanically sealed so I didn't need to worry about the rain during the installation. When the rain actually came after the entire roof was installed, that was when the problems began. The first problem was the placement of the scuppers: two of them were positioned right above my wooden deck. Whenever it rained, water poured straight onto the deck. After I complained, LOA explained that the original roof had been designed that way. Although they could have positioned the scuppers in different places, they said they simply followed the original design since I hadn't specifically asked for changes. I found this frustrating -- I'm not a professional roofer and as a new homeowner I expected them to use their expertise to warn me about potential issues like this in advance. Unfortunately, they didn't consider the bigger picture when installing the roof. Anyway, as I felt I couldn't entirely blame LOA, I decided to spend additional $600 for them to install a gutter to redirect the water away from the deck. The second problem was ponding water. Even 36 hours after the rain had stopped, I could still see standing waters in at least 3 areas of the roof. One of these spots (number 1 in the photo) was exactly where the original roof had issues. Even worse, two of the ponding areas (number 1 and 2 in the photo) were located on the seams. I raised this concern with LOA again, but they said they wouldn't worry unless the waster remained for more than 4 days -- despite the fact that information from other roofers' websites suggests ponding water could be a concern if it lasts 24-48 hours. LOA told me they would eventually come back and apply some lower-grade TPO over the seams when they had leftover material from other projects. I don't know when they will do it but for now, I'll wait for them to do that since it's not the rainy season yet. I hope it will address the ponding issue. I also plan to monitor the roof during the rainy season in May and June to see if the water persists for more than four days.
UPLIFTING NEWS: RECOMMENDATION FOR ROOFING FOR OUR NEIGHBORS We are blown away by the beyond excellent service we are continuing to get from LOA construction Nick Liner and the Public Adjuster of King Public Adjusters. All of "our team" are amazing in their lives of public service and now they've segued into a different service with their loyalty and devotion no less: Nick Liner from LOA works with the public adjuster James King's company: Justin Bonner, specifically, & they are all amazing. They never give up in working with insurance companies on their client's behalf . They'll be installing five new Roofs for us and their interactions with USAA are phenomenal. Plus Nick Liner's bid was about $10,000 below other company's bids and they're using the highest caliber metal as well as the state of the art locking systems. I know I'm repeating myself obsessively, but it's worth repeating :"These professionals simply won't take no for an answer with insurance companies.. they really fight for their clients" . I highly recommend NICK LINER with LOA CONSTRUCTION . I know other people advertise frequently about how their company is the best in Metal Roofs....well Nick Liner with LOA Construction truly is the best & local. I hope this encourages those of us , who have suffered from the hail damages on our houses. Here is his contact information: Nick Liner at LOA CONSTRUCTION... +1 (850) 910-2201. make that one phone call and Nick and James King Public Adjusting will take it over and take all the stress away. I can't even begin to add up the money they're saving for us from the insurance company honestly & rightfully in order to pay for these tremendous damages. I took several bids from others for new roofs, but Nick & his cohorts are stunning : not only with your metal roofing systems, but with their system of working together with the insurance company on behalf of the homeowner.+1 (850) 910-2201. And I wonder if Nick ever sleeps ? No matter what time we call, he answers.
I've had some shifty contractors. These aren't those guys. Johnny knocked on my door after a hail storm and guys, I've got some solicitor fatigue because people knock ALL the time. He stood at a respectful distance and asked if he could take a look at our roof. I had shingles everywhere in my yard so I already knew it was damaged. But he was the first guy to actually want to LOOK at it; they usually give you a card and go off to set an appointment, but the salesmen are far removed from the process of repairs and insurance claims. Johnny got on my roof, showed me the damage, and told me that he believed we could file a hail claim. So I did. And when my adjuster showed up, Johnny came back and pointed out areas of damage that they might otherwise have missed. In truth, him not being there probably wouldn't have gotten my claim denied, but him being there to advocate for repairs definitely helped his own cause and didn't hurt mine. The adjuster approved the claim and I got an entire new roof, decking, vents and.... Gutters. LOA doesn't do gutters, but Johnny pointed out the damage to mine and got it included on my claim. He brought me samples for the gutters and I was able to choose colors that complemented my new roof. The roof was installed within a week of receiving my claim summary and was done in a single day. His crew was out there from 7am to 8pm in 100 degree weather with smiles on their faces. There were two guys looking in my lawn for nails with magnets. The only trash I had in my yard when they finished was a plastic water bottle cap. The gutters were installed two days later by ATX gutter installation and that guy was amazing too. I've never had such an easy installation of anything in my life. It's more difficult to get my husband to take out the trash than getting Johnny and his guys to put on a new roof. Outstanding service and materials. Did I mention I got upgraded shingles and ridge vents and my insurance paid for it? You can't put a price on this superior service!
Johnny Wenberg and the LOA roofing team are terrific people, and I am so grateful that we crossed paths. I had scheduled 4 different roofing companies to assess my house damage. They all had 5 star reviews and they all had the same underwhelming assessment of my roof EXCEPT for Johnny. He was the only one who had confidence we could file a claim. He was the only one to find and show me hail damage. He was the only one who wanted to meet the insurance adjuster on inspection day...in rain or shine. And on that day he drove at 7am in pouring rain to my house to meet with the adjuster. Our appointment was abruptly rescheduled 4 hours later, and Johnny still came to the 2nd appointment. After approval, Johnny thoroughly explained the next steps. He has been very attentive, honest, conversational, and informative. When we were ready to start, the team was very flexible with time and could get us scheduled just a few days out. On the day of install, the crew worked nonstop under the brutal Texas sun for 10 hours straight. Johnny sent photos and updates throughout the day. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up thoroughly. The following day Johnny came to the house for a final walk through. We found a drip edge in need of aesthetic repairs and he immediately scheduled someone to replace it the next day. Also our tankless gas heater stopped heating after the air vent was adjusted. Once again Johnny quickly came back to the house, jumped on a phone call with the heater company, and resolved the problem fast. The LOA warranty is top notch. It's refreshing to work with a company that values their customers and shows great communication. Amazing job to Johnny, the installation crew, and the office team. We are very thankful.
I'm a perfectionist so I usually do things myself. Installing a roof is beyond my skill level so had to search for a company to take care of it. I had been working with my insurance company for over a year. After 4 inspectors and 5 adjusters and 3 managers I was exhausted with the project and I had yet to find a roofer! I finally reached out to my neighborhood Listserve and neighbors had wonderful things to say about LOA. So I reached out and talked to Kevin. I was adamant about finding someone who would work with my insurance company. Kevin showed up when he said he would. He took the project and presented it to his company's insurance team. Every time there was an update Kevin texted or called. I appreciate that he kept me informed and appreciated the fact that I could finally relax and trust that the job was finally going to get done. Kevin was at the job site every step of the way. The very respectful workers went above and beyond and cleaned up every scrap of metal, nails, screws, and trash. The work performed was impeccable. Being a perfectionist, I inspected everything and could not find one thing they missed. Truly one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
In 2023, for the first time in my life, I had the responsibility of getting my roof and gutters replaced. I didn't know much about the process so that made finding an exceptionally reputable roofing company all the more important. I interviewed six representatives before meeting with Troy Miller, Senior Project Manager at LOA Roofing and Construction. From the start, I felt comfortable knowing I could shift this responsibility to him and his team. Troy stood out as being one who would go above and beyond, and he did. For example, while most representatives wanted me to choose a shingle color in the first meeting, Troy spent hours and days helping me select colors for both shingles and gutters. Also, unlike other representatives, he stayed onsite on installation day and came back if I had questions after the fact. Sometimes I felt like I was his only client, but I knew better. Throughout the entire process, Troy displayed responsiveness, patience, integrity, and knowledge. I've had several compliments from neighbors on the finished project, and I credit Troy and his team at LOA Roofing and Construction for making it happen.
Request Jack Staub! I'd gotten quite a few quotes for a roof. Ultimately I look for good reviews for the quality of work, a good price, and someone good to work with. Jack was one of the best experiences I've had when working on a big home project like a new roof. First off, he's just an easy going, funny, nice guy. Second, he worked his butt off and was an amazing communicator. I swear I called Jack and before I hung up he was on the roof taking pictures and getting an inspection going with my insurance company to help get hail damage covered. Within a couple weeks, Jack had facilitated the whole thing with insurance and his team and our roof was replaced by an awesome team along with some replacement soffiting, new gutters, and a new vent through the roof for our dryer. He even went around with a big magnet making sure every last nail was picked up. Have yet to find a single nail! If you want a great experience and to support an awesome business, highly recommend LOA and especially Jack.
We can't say enough nice things about LOA Roofing & Construction and our contact Arthur. Like a lot of people in Austin, we had some hail damage on our roof from the recent Spring storms. After putting off repairs due to a high insurance deductible, we noticed a leak in one of our soffits during some rain recently. We already had a roofer picked out, who is a close, personal friend. However, with several days of rain in the forecast, we were in a hurry to at least patch whatever hole was allowing water to damage the soffit and our guy wasn't available. I emailed Arthur on a Friday evening, and he responded almost immediately and offered to help us temporarily patch our roof. He and a worker showed up early on Saturday morning and covered the leaking area. If we hadn't already had a relationship with our roofer friend, we would have definitely hired LOA and Arthur to replace our roof. Their responsiveness and friendliness showed why they have so many good reviews.
I recommend LOA without reservation. We very carefully researched who to work with to replace our shingled roof with a metal roof. So expensive and I wanted to make sure we were getting the best quality AND the best value. LOA delivered both. We got estimates from 3 companies. There wasn't much difference in terms of price but LOA's proposal was very straightforward and clear. They were able to start work more quickly than the other companies. Both crews (the one removing the old roof and the one installing the new one) worked quickly and made sure to protect our property as it was all going on. They left our yard spotless. Working with LOA and Johnny was a pleasure. I felt like he was totally paying attention to the work and workmanship. Communication was easy and helpful. I hope we don't have to get a new roof anytime soon (!!!!) but if we do, I will definitely call on LOA.
Cameron and the entire LOA team have been a great addition to our vendor network. As an investor, realtor and property manager, I'm always on the look-out for qualified tradespeople; that task has been getting harder and harder over the last couple of years. Cameron has become one of my go-to guys - always quick to inspect a roof if there are concerns during purchase and always available for questions from me or my clients. His team just replaced a roof before closing on a client's purchase in Round Rock. The new roof was installed ~1 week before the tornado touched down and caused major damage to most of the homes on the street. A large tree in the front yard was snapped in half, siding was blown off the chimney, but NOT A SINGLE SHINGLE CAME LOOSE!
Every step of replacing my roof was handled exceptionally well by LOA. They helped navigate the insurance process, thoroughly inspected and then met the insurance rep at the house, kept me updated through the whole process. The installation was impressive; I have a very large and complicated roof and the team was efficient, hard-working, cleaned up really well for such a messy job and worked together really well. They got my entire roof done in two days and it looks great and has gained compliments from some other contractors I had over for other job estimates, including the solar installation company who sees lots of roof replacements. Great company to work, this is the way all construction companies should be.
Kevin and crew stopped by one day to ask if they could look at the roof, as they thought it likely I had hail damage which my insurance would cover. It sounded too good to be true, but sure enough my claims adjuster agreed, and with LOA helping every step of the way, I have a completely new 30yr roof and gutters! They were very responsive and worked directly with my insurance company. And most important of all to me, when any concern came up, they were very quick to address it and didn't hesitate to send someone out again if that's what it took to make everything perfect. This is truly a customer-focused company, thanks Kevin and everyone at LOA!
LOA was referred to me by a friend I trust after a recent hail storm. Kevin came and did the inspection and told me to file a claim with my insurance company. He was there for the appointment with the adjuster to hold them accountable and make sure they did a thorough job. Insurance decided my roof was damaged enough for a full replacement. Kevin was amazing at responding quickly to my questions and I am so glad I had them do my roof. He made the process so easy and stress free. The only cost I paid was my deductible. Amazing.
We used LOA for getting a new roof and gutters done after a major hailstorm in our area. Truly amazed at how painless the process was and how professional everyone was all around. Our project manager Tyler kept us up to date on everything from delivery dates of product, tear down and install dates, to cleanup. Not only did he contact us by phone/text, but he also stopped by as the work was being done to answer any questions we may have. Top notch professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I had to.
We had an excellent experience with LOA, the company we hired to repair hail damage to our house. They took care of all the repairs covered by insurance so we didn't have to find different companies to do the work: replacing the roof, repairing damaged stucco, painting the house, repairing the fence, and replacing damaged windows and screens. Our project manager Nicky James (nicky@loaconstruction.com) scheduled the repairs, kept us informed, inspected the work, and quickly responded when we had questions.
I just had a whole roof replacement completed by LOA Roofing and Construction. I worked with Steven Acosta. Steven walked me through the entire process and helped me navigate some obstacles on my end. Communication with him was quick, professional, and informative. He really made me feel at ease about such a big project. New roof was completed in one day and looks fantastic. Steven was on-site to inspect work and talk to me afterwards about completion. Couldn't have had a better experience.
We used LOA contruction for a new roof and gutters after a hail storm. From start to finish, we were impressed with the service and quality. Our LOA project manager Dan H. worked with our insurance inspector to make sure all the damage was accounted for, gave us a good choice of rain gutter and shingle colors, and was great at communicating. To a few unforeseen issues, like rotten wood, LOA responded to quickly. The workers did quality work and cleaned up. Highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Troy Miller in obtaining a new roof on my house. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and unrushed while helping me deal with insurance company and forwarding paperwork to them. He explained the process and was available throughout the entire process. He helped me pick shingle color and did extra work on gutters. Speedy completion time and followed up on all aspects. A true asset to the company.
The guys at LOA did a fantastic job for my wife and I. From the initial meeting, to the selection of materials and installation of the roof, we couldn't have asked for a better company. Thanks to Charles and Brandon for making getting a new roof a great experience. They helped us work with our insurance too so even that was made easier. Getting a new roof sn't something you will do often, but if you are in the market for a roof, give these guys a call.
Tyler with LOA construction was recommended by a colleague of mine for roof replacement. The team involved came out and wrote a very professional report and documented photographs to help me present to the insurance company after a really bad storm. After approval we chose our GAF Timberline HDZ roof in charcoal and love the finished product. Will be recommending this company to friends or colleagues looking for work to be done.
LOS Roofing has been amazing! We have used them twice in the last couple of months for shingles that have been blown off due to high winds. Jay is the bomb - both times. he has shown up the next morning, has taken drone images, assessed the issue and had guys out within a day or 2 and fixed everything at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
Eric was so helpful to us as we navigated a difficult situation on a broken roof on a house that we had bought that the inspector missed. Him and the team walked us through all of the steps and got us a brand new roof for a good deal. We would have been in much worse scenario if Eric and LOA wasn't with us.

I reached out to LOA roofing because of their great reviews. Arthur Harris reached out asking how much $ our insurance gave us to replace roof. I told him insurance gave us a lump sum for multiple things and I couldn't remember how much specifically for roof, but if they could provide an estimate we already had cash in hand and were ready to go. Arthur said absolutely and came by to do an inspection. A few weeks went by and I still hadn't received an estimate so I reached back out. Arthur said his team would provide the estimate before the end of the day. Several days later, still nothing. I told Arthur nevermind we would go elsewhere since it's been a month and they still hadn't provided an estimate. At that point Arthur became very unprofessional, stating our roof would be done by now had I told him how much our insurance gave us. He continued arguing and placing the blame on me. I found it odd and unsettling. We went with Texas Traditions who's customer service was absolutely phenomenal and got back to us right away with an estimate.
I had a screaming and sick baby in the back of my car and one of their guys was an absolute jerk and cut me off and just tried to hit me while trying to get onto Mopac today. He was about to hit my car and did not care. All so he could skip the line to merge into Mopac from loop 360. Seem like they hire total jerks. If they are a danger on the road, no way I am trusting them with my roof. There’s good people out there. Not these guys
It's a poor company and they bill you for thing's insurance paid as well. Padded bill. Also, if you don't mind being slandered by the internal employees via email, talking horrific things about you. I mean the email between employees was things nobody has ever said about me. So, if these things appeal to you. Then by all means choose them. You'll also be charged for their personal drinks.
The project managers said it would be one price and then charged more than $4000 extra! The roofers were rude. They broke plants, damaged the grass, broke window screens, broke gutters they stained the paint of the house outside( they "cleaned" it once we pointed it out but damaged the paint severely). They brought in someone to do sheetrock repairs and they did a terrible job! There was only small cracks in the sheetrock and they made it so much worse. The ceiling looks terrible and they got ceiling paint ( which was cheap paint and darker than it should have been) all over the walls.
The work done was good but communication with Jerry could have been a lot better.

We recently had our roof and gutters completely replaced due to wind and hail damage, and cannot say enough positive things about LOA Roofing. Specifically, Will Christensen personally oversaw our project and his professionalism and attention to detail were evident from our very first conversation. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, timeline, and what we could expect at each stage. LOA made dealing with the insurance claim process incredibly smooth. Their roofing crew worked efficiently; no delays and they took care of every detail, from nail cleanup to debris removal. Throughout the entire project, communication was outstanding. Will was always available when we had questions and provided regular updates on progress. We would absolutely use their services again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.
