Our initial meeting was great, but after we confirmed we would be moving forward with our roofing replacement project we were extremely disappointed with the communication we received. We had an appointment on Wednesday 5-6. We did not have anyone show up or communicate that no one would be showing up. The person that set up the appointment was texted to ask for an update, but we did not receive an response until the following day around 11am. At that time, we were told we had another appointment Thursday 5-6 and the previous appointment was missed due to the person coming from out of town. Around 7pm on Thursday, the technician still did not show/communicate. At this point we called the office to let them know we would not be moving forward with the project and that we were disappointed in their communication. At about 5 to 8pm, our doorbell rang - it was the technician. We informed him we called the office and would not be moving forward with the project due to the missed appointments and lack of communication. We had high hopes for this company as there are many great reviews, but are now left disappointed. Update: After seeing the response from the owner, we are so relieved we did not hand over our hard earned money to a company who cant even accept responsibility for their own shortcomings. We never once received a call / text / notice from anyone that both of our scheduled appointments would be late and/or missed. Also, I do not personally believe it is appropriate for a technician to come to my home 5 minutes to 8 pm to complete an appointment that was scheduled 2 hours earlier without notice, especially after your office had been notified we would not be moving forward with the project.

Rick was very friend and explained everything in easy to understand words. We look forward to his next visit before summer for our AC unit. UPDATE: had another person come out from Grandmark on Thursday 12/26/24 due to heater blowing out cold air. They said conducer is going out and that we needed new duct work as current duct work has holes and that's why heater blowing out cold air. Which duct work would be around $14k and new conducer $600 not including labor and sales rep would come by Saturday 12/28/24 to talk about options. I paid for another company to come out and check brand new HVAC system that was installed in May 2024. System is great. Just needed a new thermostat, The duct work is good too. Only paid $288 for new thermostat. Heater is working great. Not blowing out cold air anymore and problem solved. SHAME ON YOU Grandmark, for hiring technicians to try and rob people of their hard earned money. Glad I paid for a second opinion and ended up saving me over $15k.

I called this company to help me with a roof repair when we had leaks and we scheduled a time for them to come look at my roof. They were late to our first appointment and ended up changing the date. They also missed the second appoint. Finally by the third time they showed up, late. We decided to go with them because we needed the work done asap because of the leaks. This was the worse mistake we made. They took weeks to start the work, left my roof unfinished and only created more damage than already there. We saw all these amazing reviews and were excited to have someone who we thought we could trust get our roof done but it only became the worse nightmare we could imagine. Do yourself and your home a favor and stay away from these clowns.

Absolute worst roofing company there is. Hired by Blueprint Home Inspections to do a roofing inspection without my consent. Did a roof inspection for a new purchase, apparently according to McKay without ever going inside the property. Missed water damage and toxic black mold throughout the whole roof. Never provided me with the report. Not sure if they ever came out to do an inspection since the contractor license on the "report" which they stated they have no record of, was suspended at the time they did this "inspection." Fake and fraudulent company with no accountability for their actions.

Very unhappy with service for my Dads roof. Leaked at 11 months out of the one year warranty . They came out and did a quick ten minute fix that we could have done ourselves. Which is one thing if they were going to extend the warranty and make sure it could hold up to next years rainy season but they refused to extend it. I had a major roof leak repaired that my insurance company paid a portion of and I paid 6k out of pocket to get repaired . I expected it to last and for them to stand behind their work and I do not feel this was the case.

Poor communication. Paid for a diagnostic service and the report I got had no information on it. Vague or missing. And had to call the office multiple times for that. Make sure you get what you asked for/were told you’d get before you pay. Edit: what a joke these people are. Called the office in response to this review and 4 days later, still can’t get a return call. Honestly, save your money. There’s better places out there.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Carlos is verbally abusive and does stick to his word when it comes to showing up to an appointment. I had made several appointments either I got an emergency can’t show up to see reschedules to catching him saying all these bad mouth talk in Spanish when eventually he showed up at the third reschedule thinking I wouldn’t understand. Most unethical owner and rude with no execution.

Worst estimate experience. Frank came to give me an estimate. He spend lest then 1 min on my roof and came down. He quoted me at 16k. Be aware of this company. Frank did not take any measurements. I have 4 other company come out and quoted me at 7-9k. Do not waste your time with this company and get rip off.

We needed a roof installed. I got three bids. I went with the bid that had the best scope of work, and it wasn't the least expensive, it was in the middle. Grandmark was that company. This was summer 2021. It was a struggle from the beginning. They changed the start date to begin earlier than scheduled, which was no problem, but then let it sit for several days before they began to install the new roof. Communication was difficult with the workers because of a language barrier, me not speaking Spanish. Don't believe when they advertise nail free, I'm still picking up nails. At one point the guys ate their lunch on the roof and threw their trash in the attic. The nails on the roof they swept in to the attic as well. They broke some wooden facia wood and I had to call them back to fix it. They don't seal the roof and rats came down the power lines and got in the attic. December 2023, I noticed a leak between the gutter and the roof and found standing water on the roof that was seeping between the shingles and the roof, then trickling down to the wood underneath. I called them and they sent an inspector who agreed with my concern and we scheduled repairs. The same guy who was here originally came out. I told Antonio I didn't want him here, but it had no effect. The worker couldn't understand my concern because he couldn't understand me. Through a translator, I got him to understand my concern about rot and black mold. The worker tried to reassure me there was no rot/mold and invited me up to look. I went up and looked and he was saying there's nothing. He had removed his hat and placed it on the wood, I asked him to move it and there was the rot. He picked it with his finger and it crumbled. He kept picking and the area kept getting bigger. Finally he removed the gutter and rotted wood and then put it all back together. The gutter was installed uphill to the spout so now it holds an inch of water. I do not recommend this company and I'm still finding nails in my yard.

I had them do my roof. The roof came out well, but their communication and follow through was terrible. They disconnected my furnace to do the work and in reconnecting, created a situation that could have started a fire. I have an HVAC company that had to come out and fix what they did to the furnace to keep my family safe. They also disconnected my AC drain and never reconnected it correctly, despite my requests. They also left rafter tails unfinished even though I was told that anything they replaced would be painted to finish. Their salesman David Waltman repeatedly told me they would take care of me but he would come out blow smoke up me and disappear without fixing any of my concerns. We went with a larger company and paid more, thinking we'd get bang for our buck, but now I'm paying my HVAC gut to fix what they messed up and painting rafter tails and blocking myself. Find someone else.
