Very good company and truly professional. Jiming came to my home and performed a complete inspection of my AC unit. He walked me through every detail, addressed all of my concerns, and explained exactly how to solve each issue. He even offered different options based on my needs. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and care he showed throughout the entire visit. Highly recommended.
The agent sent is Daniel and from all the previous service agents before, Daniel was beyond efficient and detailed. Nothing wrong with any previous agents but Daniel was beyond what one would expect. He explained in detail the issues and what remedial actions need to be taken. If I can and he's available, I will definitely ask for him again.
Jiming was outstanding! He was very friendly and informative of what items needed maintenance on both my indoor and outdoor units. He was very thorough with explaining the needed cleanings/repairs and provided good and competitive pricing. Very happy to consistently have good techs from AirPros!!

I have to say that Air Pro's saved the day! They responded quick when my A/C stoped working on a Sunday. Alberto, was our assigned technician. He was very profesional, respectful and best part capable of fixing our unit! Would definitely recommend.

He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explain what was going on with my HVAC system, and walk me through the best options without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s not often you come across a technician who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but Jiming did exactly that.
