Our AC went completely nonfunctional last Wednesday. We researched to discover the best companies in our area and settled with CoolAirUSA, despite the many other companies that also had favorable ratings. CoolAirUSA reviews showed a 4.9. We weren't recommended to them, but once we called, very early in the morning, we got an immediate callback and appointment for an estimate later the same day. We found their pricing to be fair for a new four-ton system. In addition, we wanted to clean the ducts and vents, but another company we had called contracts out that work. CoolAir also had the staff to clean and disinfect our vents and ducts, etc. On Saturday, a installation crew of two, Leo and Nader came out and worked tirelessly on installation our system, leaving our property clean, in addition to educating us with their polite readiness to answer all of our questions. Mitchell who came out to give us the estimate was also extraordinarily informative, polite, pleasant and not only did he come out to estimate, but returned on Sunday to clean and disinfect our ducts and vents. Thanks to CoolAir for their timeliness and professionalism in installing our system promptly, seldom found in our area, especially in extreme weather. I wanted to also recognize the customer service staff and Adam who handles payments. If our system lasts, and ends as seamlessly as the experience we have had so far, with the manufacturer's equipment working well, and CoolAirUSA honoring their one year labor warranty, I would say, "This was one of the most stressless service we have had in a crisis; and we would definitely recommend CoolAirUSA without reservations." My experience with Cool Air was nothing short of amazing. My AC wasn't cooling on a Saturday so I called my usual technician from another company who "fixed it." I was told to wait a bit for the unit to cool. I waited overnight and still it was HOT! Called the technician back and no response (on a Sunday no less). I thought I'd have to wait until Monday but figured I might as well call someone else. I did a search for a well-reviewed AC company and came across Cool Air. I figured I'd try them. I called on Sunday morning and they answered right away. They had someone there within 2 hours. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. I was pleasantly surprised when the Cool Air technician told me it was simply incorrect wiring done by usual technician the day before. The Cool Air technician fixed it quickly and charged me a very reasonable amount. They now have a new customer for life. Thank you Cool Air!

Our 15 year old AC unit had started leaking and wasn't draining properly. So I called Cool Air USA for service. They were able to come within 24 hours which was amazing because it was right before 4th of July. They gave me my options and weren't high pressure. Nobody looks forward to getting a new AC and it usually happens at the worst time. Cool Air USA made it very easy. They coordinated with my condo building to arrange all necessary paperwork, permits, etc were all filed. On the day of installation, Leonar Tobar arrived with his crew to install it. They were amazing! They did the work, cleaned the area and showed me what they had installed. Leo was very professional and honest. They even schedule the inspection with the city the day after the install and the inspector commented on what great work they had done. He was impressed with the quality of the install.

Updated August 2021 I had a Labor Day emergency and the Cool Air USA professionals visited on a holiday to identify the issue and had the parts and repair completed in less than 24 hours. Leonard and his team member were great at installing the new parts and had my house cooling off in a few hours. Original review 2020 I had Zeke as a team professional. He was amazing. He had to make a trip to Home Depot for a new circuit breaker and returned and fixed the unit quickly. He was very professional, practiced all safety precautions and wore a mask. He was great! Last year I've called on Cool Air USA to fix my A/C installation. I was very satisfied with the work done, so this year, as my system was old, I called them again to replace totally my A/C installation. The company is attentive, supportive for all the paperwork, licences and so on. In my case they were able to get everything done in one day. I thought I already did my review but now when I scroll I don't see it on Google. I believe my technicians name was Robert and he was awesome he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He walked in and checked a few things in the house then checked the outside unit and identified the problem very quickly. He was extremely polite and just a cool guy to talk to while payment was processing etc. the company uses a flat rate pricing model so you shouldn't feel like you're getting fleeced on a job. He called someone else to handle my payment as his card reader wasn't working and they said the price of the part before he did. I was without air for about 18 hours. Robert has my issue corrected in an hour or less. Highly recommended. They are open 7days a week which is great too as your AC won't only break on a week day

Woke up with my A/C reading 81 degrees. Made a simple Google search and came across Cool Air USA. Was lucky enough to be able to find a technician for my area on the same day! Other places offered me next day appointments. So I was blessed and grateful to have same day service. I was greeted by Mr. Stanley. He arrived promptly within the warranted time frame. Was very kind and professional. He fixed my outside unit and got the A/C running fairly quickly. He was extremely helpful and that made my family and I very happy. Cool Air USA has been so amazingly helpful in getting any warranty work authorized. Xavier and Leo are great technicians and so friendly and helpful. They really treat you like family. We received our annual maintenance of our AC system here at our condo so we have two units. We also have the IFlo System In our AC units. Jose, the technician for Cool Air, USA installed the flow system several months ago in our two units and the system is remarkable as we get no breakdowns. The system flows beautifully. Yesterday was our yearly maintenance and I requested Jose he did a thorough job of the unit. everything looked proper and he installed the new I Flo solution bottles, And we are all set for the year ahead with our maintenance. Made an appointment with Cool Air USA and was scheduled for 11 am - 2 pm. Lior was my technician and the man knew what he what the issue was in a matter of minutes. He texted me to let me know he was arriving in 30 mins which gave me time to get ready for him. When he arrived, I explained my situation, he double checked the breakers, thermostat and then my A/C. He came down with pictures and thoroughly explained what issues caused my A/C from working. He maintenances my A/C as well. He educated me on maintenance tips and was done within an 1-2 hrs. Great guy, great experience and I would definitely recommend this company again!

This was an emergency request on a super hot day, a specialist arrived within 4 hours, which is great when my house was already 84 degrees. The specialist Leo was very professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed of all findings, of why it occured and how to prevent future issues. I called Cool Air for a service call when my AC wouldn’t start. Not only are they very professional on the phone, they were able to help me the same day. Their service technician Anthon did a great job repairing my blower motor and my system is back to normal operation. I am in the process of switching to them as my service provider since my current company wasn’t able to help me in a reasonable time and their prices are far in excess compared to Cool Air. I've used Coolairusa in the past for small urgent ac repairs... always fast efficient service. This time my system was dead and I shopped for a replacement. 3 different estimate and coolairusa won out... system was installed next day and my whole house is cool again.
