I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with HiVac Air. Choosing a new air conditioner felt overwhelming at first, I did a ton of research and had about 10 different companies come out to give quotes. But from the moment I met Joe DiCresce, I knew this company was different. Joe didn’t feel like a salesman at all. He truly cared about helping us make the right choice for our home and our needs. He explained everything so clearly and with so much patience, and what really impressed me was that he gave us his best price upfront no games, no pressure, just honesty. And even when we had lots of questions, he never rushed us. He was always kind, professional, and easy to reach anytime we needed him. When it came time for the installation, Stephon and Sabastian showed up right on time. They were respectful, neat, and took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. You could tell they took pride in their work. From start to finish, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I was referred to Hi-Vac Air by my Warranty for my Trane Air Conditioner amongst others. Hi-Vac had the highest ratings and reviews so we decided to call them among others to compare. When calling, the receptionist was very polite and kind to speak with and quickly provided prices (flat rate, not hourly like others charge) and gave us a quick appointment to come out and see why our conditioner was leaking water. At arrival, the tech arrived on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleaned out our pipe which was clogged and causing water leakage, dusted the entire unit, and cleaned out anything else that was polluted. He also gave us twice a year maintenance for a great price and waived the diagnostic fee for coming out to see what the problem is. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable of our unit and any questions we had for him, and we're glad to have chosen this company to help us out. We've now signed up for recurring twice a year maintenance appointments and can't wait to get a call for our next visit. A+ for this company and its staff, we're very satisfied from the first visit and many more to come.

My home AC went down and needed a new one. I contacted several companies to do my research. Joe from Hi-Vac came out to explain my options. He was patient, clear and knew what he was talking about. They had a very reasonable price for a Trane A/C. Their price was surprisingly lower than the comparable Carrier unit I was looking at. Trane is one of the highest rated A/C manufacturers on consumer reports. Contacted them on Monday to approve of the installation. They came out Wednesday before 9 AM, on time and ready to go. Sebastian and Stephon did excellent work. Right from the beginning explained the process as well as kept me updated. Quick efficient and clean. By the end of the day I had a fully functional brand new 3 ton split unit AC installed in my house with no mess to clean up. Courtney who works in the office was also very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I would absolutely recommend Hi-Vac. Fair price for one of the top brands. Friendly and easy to talk to. I will update this review after I’ve lived with the AC for a couple of months. Today is day one

Words cant describe how happy I am with this company. There are so many AC companies to choose from but look no further. Everything was so easy: from scheduling, to estimating, to fixing the problem. I had to issues: replacing the old unit and fixing the second unit. The AC repairman Jisaiah is a rock star. He is a super nice guy, patient and kind. He made sure to double check everything before starting the labor. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to everyone. The next day my old AC unit was change. Service technician Stephan and Log were awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. My new unit is working wonderfully. I couldn’t be happier with the service and installation we received from this company! I called in the afternoon and the next day Joe came out to give me an estimate and had me signed up immediately and on the schedule for the day after. The installers came out the next day Right on time and started work immediately. All three of the installers were extremely professional and friendly. Stephon, Logan and Sebastian are top-notch! I made sure to have the office note that I would like to deal with them in the future for any service if need be. Speaking of the office staff, Courtney, Joe and Mike were a breeze to deal with and got everything done ASAP. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your air-conditioning needs!

5/8/25 - Installation- My experience with HI VAC and their team had been very positive from start to finish. The initial contact with Joseph (Joe) could not be more informative, detail oriented without any doubt he knows what he is doing. As per his team Logan, Sebastian and Stephon, they were punctual, answered all my questions, called as expected half an hour before arrival, worked hard for almost 9 hrs! and they did an excellent job. Garage was impecable when they left. The result couldn’t be better, now I have an A/C that is really cooling and sooo quiet… see picture from garage air handler. I highly recommend HiVac and his entire team including the office staff in charge of the permits.

Thanks to Hi Vac, the day was saved! Despite a scheduled maintenance scheduled for the 17th, our AC upstairs was leaky, so I called the office and they said they would send a technician out today. In the 20 minutes prior to his arrival, Peter called me to let me know he would be there. In no time, he had cold air flowing again after explaining the problem, repairing the upstairs unit, and servicing the downstairs unit as well. Peter was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing and suggested that we clean our coils in the future. From start to finish, the whole experience was exceptional. Everyone that entered our home expressed professionalism and care. We are in a condo and the team made it very easy to get what we needed from our HOA for a full HVAC system replacement. The installation team arrived on time in the morning, worked diligently throughout the day and completely cleaned up when they left early afternoon. We have a small dog and the team made sure to be careful with him when he had to quickly get around them. We were pleased that the other positive reviews we read before booking HI-vac proved to be 100% true and we are more than satisfied with the job they did.

They always call while they are enroute. They are skilled, efficient & thorough. They communicate the condition & current functioning of the unit - air handler, compressor & heater. This was our first time using High-Vac Air Conditioner Services. We are beyond impressed with the level of competence, politeness, professionalism, knowledge and straight forwardness we experienced. This an honest A/C company which in Florida, is not very common. I knew what the problem with our unit was and it was exactly they said the problem was. No games or gimmicks from two technicians we dealt with. They came out the same day and took care of the issue within an hour. Truly thankful we found them. This company is great! From regular servicing I have with them every 6 months, to my recent request of having my AC coils cleaned. Our technician Raiko, was punctual and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. My ac coils DEFINITELY needed cleaning and as a first time homeowner, these are things you don't know about but must be done. He gave me such great insight on my AC unit, what he recommends for us to keep up with the care of it and did an AMAZING job. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend Raiko as your technician. 5 stars!!

My 10 year old Air conditioning gave up. I searched around for quotes and the prices were crazy. I got lucky i stopped at the gas station in sunrise and i saw one of the HI-VAC trucks. Got the contact information. Same day Joseph DiCresce showed up to my home. He explained in detail all our options. Very honest and helpful. We got a new AC system installed for a really good price. My electric bill literally is now half of what it was before. After it was done Joseph followed up with a visit and verified everything. Thank you HiVAC and Joseph!

Peter was awesome! I’m 68 years old and had many dealings with many air-conditioning companies and technicians. By far, he is the best. a young man with communication skills, which is a rarity these days, and his technical skills were on par with his communication skills. I can’t say enough about him. He deserves a substantial raise, and if I ever have any further dealings with the company, which I’m sure I will in the future, I would like to specifically ask for Peter. Knowledgeable, friendly, and an expert with his subject matter.

Both of my AC units went down over night. My neighbor recommended this company and said they were punctual, honest and always did a great job. I called them and they sent a technician out the very next morning. His name was Raiko. He was diligent and got both of the units back to working condition in no time at all. He took pictures of everything and then took the time to explain everything to me. I was very grateful and will recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. The units are back to working perfectly today.

HI-VAC has been maintaining my a/c unit for many years now. Excellent service, easy to schedule service and the technician is availability is great. I recently had a new a/c unit installed. It was the day after the technician outlined the issues with my old unit (10 yrs old and the compressor was about to go out) vs purchasing a new one. The sales person came by the same day and I decided to go ahead and get a new one. The installation went well and they did a great job.

HI-VAC Air Conditioning Service was the most Professional of the 4 Air Conditioning Companies that we contacted to replace our "Water Sourced" Air Conditioner - by far . We wanted a reliable unit as our last 3 AC units averaged 5 years before they failed or were too expensive to repair. We chose a TRANE from HI-VAC . This the most expensive Brand. I did the math - If it lasts 6 1/4 years it will cost the same as if I bought the least expensive Brand that quit in 5 years.

My air conditioner died on a Sunday night. It was definitely time to replace my 15-year-old equipment.The following day, Joe came to my house and gave me a fair quote for a Trane replacement system. I got the 10 year equipment and labor warranty.The following morning at 8 AM the crew was at my house removing the old equipment. By 9 AM they were already installing the new equipment. We had two companies basically rip us off before Anthony and his crew with Andreas and Chris showed up. On time. Professional. And right away realized that our system just needed a tuneup and not to be replaced. We were prepared to spend thousands and they just presented and sold us what needed to be done. they are clearly honest and that is very important in the HVAC industry here in South Florida.
