A Great Big Thank to the team at Quality Air in Pompano for replacing my AC unit that i had installed in January. ( compressor was defective) Thank you to the answering service on Saturday night for there kindness and professionalism to the after hours technician who came at night, so caring and kind, to the GM Dave , outstanding people skills, professionalism, over the top kindness and reassuring that everything would be corrected To Nadia in the office for her help and kindness to Dan (technician) changed out the old unit and put in the new one on Wednesday 5-14 along with adjusting the stand the unit sits on , such a kind man and no attitude, a pleasure throughout the whole process along with Salon assisting him . And finally as Dave had promised, he sent his service manager Gene out to my location to make sure i was please with the job.. Another sincere and outstanding person . Finally a big shout out to the other Jean for following up with me that day and the day after. This is a 5 star company with all stars working for this company. The new unit is working great. This is now my second excellent experience with Quality Air in the last month. I have a unit that I recently completely "Gut" renovated. Everything was replaced. The HVAC unit has been problematic since installation 18 months ago. The unit went down over Labor Day weekend. I called for an appointment and requested Steve who impressed me very much with his knowledge on my first call. The unit required a pumping mechanism for the condensation outflow. The existing piping was above the HVAC unit thereby going against gravity. This is why the unit was repeatedly having a clogged drain. It was installed improperly given the space restraints and the plumbing set up. Steve also installed an internal Blue Light system to prevent algae formation. His work was exceptional and again, I would highly recommend Quality Air. Harry J. Moraitis

Let me tell you how my experience with my air conditioning service with Quality Air was... David Anthony troubleshoot my air conditioning and it happens that my compressor and starter was out of commission. He nailed all the problems that was the cause of the problem. Parts were ordered and installed great. He's really a great smart technician. Job was taken cared of and cleaned and treated with care. He does repairs with respect. I would give this company an unlimited amount of stars! Also customer service was pristine! Nadia was great with the scheduling and service call settings. I would call Quality Air for services if it comes down if I need service done for my air conditioning.

Had to install a new heat pump system. The work was completed quickly. There were two minor issues that were addressed on a subsequent call. City inspection passed on initial inspection. Jean was great to work with. Good people to work with. The work that was completed was excellent. The technician was great. Response time was outstanding. Had a question about the billing that was resolved quickly. I'm now enrolling in a preventative maintenance program. Highly recommend, very good people to work with. Chris just completed the semi-annual service. He was very through. We're good for another 6 months. Thanks Chris!

Quality Air Conditioning did an amazing job with replacing my AC unit. The crew that worked and replaced my unit was very professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. We needed a new cooling unit in our condo and I have to say being in the bussiness, the Quality AC guys were great! everybody from the sales mgr Jean, down to the installers Boris and Salon were great!! I needed this done asap as we were heading out of town a couple of days later, they moved things around on there schedule to get it done! Everything was done and done well!! Thiago came and serviced our chill tower. He noticed how disgusting not only the filter was (cleaned just 90 days ago) but how filthy the bowl was, and cleaned all the sediment out (construction nearby). We have a small community of 16 units and a tower in our parking lot. Thiago was thorough, worked hard (can't say the same for some other companies' techs) and seemed to actually care. He also made sure the last two units in our "line" were backflushed and working properly. Thanks, Thiago!

This is the first time I've had Quality Air service my HVAC unit and I can't say enough about Chris, the Maintenance Supervisor, who performed the service. You could tell from the get-go that Chris is not only knowledgeable about ac systems, but extremely conscientious and thorough in his work. He made excellent recommendations of things I could do to improve the functionality of my system. From now on, he'll be my go to for my HVAC system servicing and repair.

I called Saturday afternoon got a Monday morning appointment for AC not working. Steve, the tech was polite, friendly and fixed the unit within an hour. My only suggestion: he was not there at appointed time window. I figured he was likely still at another job. When I called that was confirmed, so I felt better. It would be nice if that happens the customer receives a call initiated by Company, just to let them know. Otherwise no issues and happy with service.

Due to recent departing from an air conditioning company I dealt with for over 3 years, I had to be diligent in choosing a replacement company. I was very pleased with Thiago. Austin was beyond wonderful! Our AC stopped working out of nowhere, showing an error with the power source. Austin came by and not only figured out the problem (the transformer) but helped walk us the through each step to ensure we understood exactly what went wrong, how to check for signs in the future and know what we were paying for. The service was fast, prices were reasonable and he was so incredibly kind. Would book again!

AWESOME. I had an emergency with my inside unit leaking and causing a huge flood in my laundry room where the unit is. It was after hours but they still sent a fabulous tech out, (Quickly) and he fixed the problem. Extremely professional, well spoken and diligent. Honest! Explained what was going on, it was a clogged drain/pipe. Told me the cost and I approved the work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chris was extremely helpful in communicating everything I needed to know about the services he provided. He noticed that the installation of an ultra violet light would help keep my air flow clean and safe. He was prepared and completed the installation right away. Very bad service, discovered that the filter was filthy and nothing was serviced. The service guy even didn’t knock on the door to let us know he is here. He also left some foam filters and didn’t leave the frams for it. So very disappointed. Then an other services person came and corrected the problems. Very bad experience.

they were quiet and efficient and installed the equipment without us hardly knowing they were here. There were some marks on the wall, nothing that can't be cleaned up. Chris, from Quality Air came to service our AC unit today and recommended a UV light kit to kill mold and inhibit future mold growth in our unit. He patiently explained the purpose to us and showed us all the areas which had mold growing already. He was pleasant, professional and efficient.

Our Condo Association building has a chill tower which stopped working, and Quality sent techician Thiago the same day, who was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He restored the system and all unit got A/C back. We will definitely hire them in the future as our vendor of choice.

Andres did an excellent job during the maintenance schedule. Noticed an efficiency issue while taking measurements and found the cooling coils were dirty. He fully cleaned the coils which restored the efficiency measurements. He is an asset to your company
