It really is a great day in Paradise. Paradise has been reliable, dependable and work very hard to do the job right. Leaks can be a nightmare but when my flat AC in the ceiling just would not stop, I called Paradise and they have been right there to fix and follow up. Many companies can say they are good and are always there…. But Paradise has proven it to me and that’s why I entered into a maintenance contract with them as well. A shout out to Jeffrey my technician. If you get him, just know he’s a good guy you can trust. UPDATE: flat AC’s can just be a nightmare and just when one leak is repaired, another different unrelated drip can pop up. And that’s what happened. I contacted my Guys at Paradise and Fernando came to the rescue. He saw and knew exactly what to do. I can’t recommend Paradise enough. I trust their expertise and definitely trust Paradise as a company. Second UPDATE: Like clockwork, I received a call from Dontey to schedule my second contractual A C maintenance evaluation/ inspection and he couldn’t have been nicer setting up a convenient appointment time of my choosing. Today my technician was Cole, who I have seen previously as well, and he arrived right on time and asked all the right questions regarding my experience with the AC unit since last time. He conducted the regularly scheduled maintenance timely and I feel fortunate having these guys in my corner because all was good. Thank God! Listen when I say It’s all about word of mouth and this mouth is saying you can really come to trust these guys almost like a friend of the family. They won’t steer you wrong and they stand by their work. Upon completion, and about an hour afterwards, Dontey called again, this time to follow up on my experience today. Hands down, they are the best professionally and very customer centric. It truly is yet another great day in paradise! 😉

We couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from Mark Balasco at Paradise AC! From start to finish, Mark was incredibly professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond during a stressful time when our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave. Not only did he explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions with patience, but he also brought us portable AC units to keep us comfortable while we waited for our new system to be installed — something he absolutely didn’t have to do. Anthony and Carly did a very professional job of deinstall my old unit which was being serviced by Ranger, which I would never recommend to anyone. The old unit was filled with mold. Meanwhile we have paid range $1000 in recent time for maintenance maintenance. What were they doing? After discovering the mold which we figured that was happening because my father was having a cough. We called paradise and they did a fantastic job of cleaning everything D installing reinstalling cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with the results and I highly recommend paradise. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews but I had the most outstanding above and beyond service today. George Kent was as professional and kind as can be from the second he walked in. I have issues with water pressure and I live in an extremely old building so it makes fixing issues a bit more difficult. George’s expertise and patience made the difference in this stressful situation. He walked me through every step and possible outcome. Not only did he get to the bottom of the issue with patience but afterwards cleaned up the bathtub and area himself and made sure no mess was left behind. It’s so refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their job with a smile and such thoughtfulness and efficiency!

I needed an shutoff water valve for a refrigerator installation. I called last minute but they were able to get some to come by. Dillon was at my house within 3 hours. He explained my options, and was very helpful! He was able to complete the job fast and without any issues. He went above and beyond and really appreciate his help. I would recommend! Updated to add: I already left a review for another tech back a few months ago. But I would like to add I had Andi come out to do some electric work and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable. Took his time and completed the job with care. So far I've been having great experiences with this company and I will be calling again when I need assistance. 5 star streak so far

Had an excellent experience today with Paradise Plumbing and our technician, Shivaughn. He was originally scheduled to come between 2pm and 6pm, but paradise called to see if we wanted him to come earlier. That worked out well with my schedule, and he was at our place about 30 minutes later. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing 2 valves and our faucet in the kitchen. He truly went above and beyond and we are really happy with how everything turned out. I appreciate him asking questions about my preference for certain things before he did the work. He is very skilled and thorough, and we are very happy with the service. So far everything is working great!

A quick thank you to Bradley and Claudio. I had at least five different AC technicians from various companies attempt to fix my clogged AC line with no success—one even broke the pipe inside my wall and never came back. Another company quoted me $2,300, claiming they couldn’t locate the outdoor drain and needed to install a new condenser pump. Thankfully, Bradley and Claudio stopped by the same day and, in less than 30 minutes, found and cleared the clog. It turned out the drain was simply covered by mulch. They extended the line, and made sure everything worked. After three months of headaches, they fixed what no one else could. Appreciate you both.

Had a plumbing leak late at night and the water would not stop. George was the tech who responded and was exemplary. He was communicative, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by his atttitude, his communication, and his work. He isolated issue so the water stopped running. He walked through options then completed the work. He called when he was done explained it again after sending pictures for review. Not only was the work done well, the area was cleaned too. Paradise Plumbing, service tech Kameron Tollis Dontay in Customer Service, came out to install new water heater (old water heater was pulled down from locations hauled away). Changed the drain pipe from below and placed the metal part for the drain. The complete job of disconnecting everything, puliing down the old unit, placing new unit on the pedestal, reconnecting everything (sounds simple and easy but it definitely wasn't) took close to 9 hours. Incredible job and professional work. Always friendly and courteous. I recommend Paradise Plumbing and Kameron highly and would have them service my condo needs in the future.

Steve was awesome! Extremely curious and considerate; he explained everything and gave good recommendations for stopping the flickering lights and even pointed out some out of code electrical items that needed to be fixed. I have used these guys for plumbing as well and they have done a great job and are very neat with their work. Would 1000% recommend. Fernando Belias was amazing! He cleaned and repaired my ductless HVAC system and made recommendations for future repairs and use. He was very polite and communicative. Appreciate the service as always from Paradise.

Our review is overdue but better later than never. We had Scott come out to our home to repair some leaky pipes that were connected to the washer. Of course the leak occurred right after we had a new washer installed. Scott came on a Saturday and was able to fix the leaky pipes within the same day. We also asked about a quote for a water line for the fridge and he installed the line the same day. Scott was very professional, polite, and meticulous with his work. I needed a new A/C unit for my home and Fernando came out right away. We went over options, he promptly emailed me quotes with two different package unit options with very reasonable prices. I chose the Carrier unit. Anthony came out and installed it. He did a great job, was professional, and friendly. My only feedback would be better communication between the office and the customer as to time lines for when the job will be completed when waiting on a part etc. Other than that I'm really happy with the work, my new unit, and the company! Amazing job! Alan and Enoch came early, identified the source of the low water pressure and fixed the issue immediately. Now our water runs smooth and they even fixed the weight on the hose so it now retracts perfectly. So grateful for Paradise Plumbing, and these two amazing professionals that not only fixed our issue on the spot but gave us great tips on how to maintain. I was having trouble with my main line clogging. I called Paradise and spoke with Dontay. He was very friendly, took my information, and sent someone 2 days later ( at my request). George Garcia came to my home. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem at hand, and took care of the situation. The problem was resolved within an hour! Amaral and Bradley are assets to the team and did incredible work throughout my home - from changing a 20 foot ceiling fan and providing all scaffolding, to changing all dimmers, installing new lights & fixtures and making sure everything worked to perfection. I am extremely happy I decided to work with Paradise Electric and could not be more pleased with the work performed by Amaral and Bradley, who were a pleasure to work with.

The details are unimportant but what is important is that the owner reached out and offered to help resolve. Since that reach out, I’ve had an outstanding experience. Couldn’t asked for a better service, starting from the salesman to the installers! Fernando got me a brand new Lennox for a smoking deal and made sure I got the correct size unit for my house without trying to oversell me anything, just exactly what I needed. Anthony and Carly came the very next day to install the new unit at 9-10am and stayed past their clock out time making sure everything was working properly and teaching me all about the unit and how to operate the new thermostat.

I had an emergency situation on Thanksgiving evening. Had two bathrooms that waste backed up into the showers. Paul came out within an hour. He was great. Checked out the situation, knew what the problem was. Unblocked the line going out of the house. Took pictures with his camera and explained everything to us clearly. He was very pleasant, efficient and would definitely use him again. They are pricey but this was a holiday weekend and late at night.

Fernando was very polite. He informed me that he would service the unit, both inside and outside, then he would give me a report on his findings. Upon completion he told me the unit was in good condition. I told him that the Condo expects me to pour vinegar the 1st of each. He offered to pour it. I thanked him. I asked him to check the air pressure from one vent, he offered to check all of them. All reading were very good he said. Excellent and I thanked him.

Lucca was very polite and made sure to wear protective covers over his shoes and put a tarp on the floor, where he was working. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He advised me of my options And items I could purchase from Paradise that would make my air quality much cleaner. Great service!! Technician Edmond came out to service my hvac system. He was extremely well versed and up to date on all things hvac. I come from a background of civil engineering and let me tell you, this guy knew his stuff! Super polite and clean! He explained everything he was doing and even showed me step by step what everything was and how it worked. I strongly recommend this company especially Edmond for the Hvac! I would give 10stars if I could!

Jeffrey Grove arrived exactly on time, gave me notice, and was able to help me immediately with a broken pipe and valve behind my toilet, which had caused a flood. He was very transparent and explained everything to me, so I would actually understand the importance of the work being done and gave me advice on how best to handle different issues. He worked with my landlord on pricing, and was extremely knowledgeable and kind.
