When my air conditioning started freezing up, I called Aloha air conditioning. An appointment was made for the following day. Not only did they show up on time, I got two phone calls earlier telling me what time they would be here. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosing the system as needing a capacitor. Ir's now 2 weeks later and I've had no further issues with the system icing up and its remained ice cold. Bottom line is, I would not hesitate to recommend Aloha air conditioning to anybody who's having a problem. They didn't try to sell me a system like many others. They are very professional and knowledgeable. It's hard to find an honest company. This is one.

We called Aloha Air Conditioning in Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday morning from our home in Sacramento told them about the problem we were having with our A/C system at our condo in Ft. Lauderdale. They set up an appointment for Thursday morning at 8:30 and had a new fan motor installed to the system and we were told by our neighbor who met them for the repair, it was done and by 10:00am the condo was cooling back down. They were very professional from the initial call to their office employee all the way thru of the repair. I was really pleased with their service and response. Thank you

Aloha A/C just installed a new unit for us and the entire experience was wonderful. It was easy to communicate with them, they actually answer the phone. They came out the same day to check my a/c and arrived right on time to install it. They reviewed the 2 sizes of units and honestly told us the 3 1/2 ton was perfect for our space. (Another company was pushing us to get the 4 ton which was not necessary). The installers were very nice as well as anyone I spoke to. We are getting the maintenance plan with them. I highly recommend Aloha a/c.

We have had the pleasure of using Aloha AC for our business and personal needs for many years, and just recently our personal AC was leaking water. I called asking for a Saturday appt. and was advised of the approximate tech arrival. Danny Francis arrived within the quoted time, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Danny was pleasant, helpful in answering questions and completed the job quickly. His overall handling of the problem reflects the superlative philosophy of Aloha in customer service satisfaction.

Our AC wasn't blowing cold. When this happened the first time they told me how to trouble shoot and made the comment we don't want you to waste money so please try this. I tried it but it turned out it wasn't the AC but something to do with the electric in the building. I so appreciated their honesty that when the AC stopped blowing cold again and I knew it wasn't the same issue, they came out the next day fixed it for a very reasonable price. How very refreshing...I highly recommend them.

We have been using Aloha now for several years at both our old place, now or current home as well. Riley came out today and assisted us. He was spot on time. He was extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. He went the extra mile and helped us with a thermostat issue as well. We have an annual service contract with Aloha. Their prices are in line with other companies. I will continue to use them, and would highly recommend their services.

We have two units in our house it went out in the back bedroom area! We called Aloha and they immediately came out ordered the parts we needed and were there the next day! Then the other side had issues and they stayed to repair that and spend many hours at our home. No complaints and the tech was so pleasant and professional. We have dealt with Aloha for years and have never had a complaint!! Amazing company and service!

My AC quit from a coolant leak during the hottest days on the planet. They worked their schedule to get someone to come in on their day off to help me out. Every person I dealt with was professional and extremely helpful. It was a miserably hot experience made better by everyone at Aloha really going above and beyond to get my AC working again. I am truly appreciative for their concern for my circumstances.

My Carrier AC unit was installed in 2015. I change my filters regularly, & clean my coils with a waterhose, but my AC unit started unexpectedly turning off. I called Aloha AC last Saturday, & Jerry responded immediately. He told me to use a wet vacuum to suction out my AC's pvc drainage line, and it worked 😊. My 2 big dogs & I are grateful for Jerry's advice on a hot summer Saturday.

I cannot recommend them more highly!! Alberto came out in under two hours and fixed my AC in under thirty minutes. Alberto was extremely knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with the AC unit. It was a tough job to climb onto the roof of my home but Alberto got the job done. They are (Alberto especially) the best in town!!!

Called Aloha on Friday @4:00, because A/C wasn’t working. Derrick was here by 6:15. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Chris showed up at my house the next day, @ 11, since they had to get the part. Installation was clean and courteous! They kept me informed by text throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!!

After dealing with a few AC companies over the years, I've have found that Aloha's service and response to their customers needs are second to none, from the people answering phones to the tech's doing their job in out in field, with every interaction they treat you with a level of respect and kindness which is greatly appreciated.

8/17/21 The AC fan was not blowing anything. The temperature was climbing to 78. Jerry at Aloha AC explained to me on the phone what steps I needed to take to get the AC fan to resume blowing. They did a great job from diagnosing the problem and then coming back to fix it. Both techs were thorough and professional. They left everything clean and tested before they left. Would definitely recommend and I will call them again if needed in the future
