Cannot say enough about Hopkins Air Conditioning. This experience started months ago when we called because our AC was not cooling. Talked with David and Chuck who were Oncall. They explained there had been some storms in the area so it may be related to that. They had us reset our unit and call back in 30 minutes, Everything was cooling again. The impressive part … no charge saved them time and us money. Then we had our bi annual maintenance done and Gazi came out. Another professional clean experience. He noticed our unit’s air flow was low. After some investigation found the coil had issue. Ut oh here it comes. He asked if we had a warranty and/or labor warranty. I said I doubt it we don’t normally buy that stuff. Gazi not only was able to get the coils covered by the manufacturer warranty he investigated and found out in our passed records we actually did have a labor warranty. 2nd time Hopkins could have “made money” and did the right thing. Finally Armando arrived to replace the coils right on time, was efficient and clean. AC is cooling and running great. Hopkins Air Conditioning does not only do great honest work when needed they don’t take advantage of situations to make money. In either of the first two examples we could have been charged a service fee and to replace the coil and pay for the labor. All of this came at only the yearly maintenance charge. We chose to work with Hopkins based on their stellar reviews - and their service did not disappoint! We first met with John Johnson the (sales manager) for the initial estimate. John took his time to thoroughly explain what he thought was the best solution to resolve our problems with the older unit and lack of insulation we had in our home. John was available via text throughout the initial estimate process quickly answering any additional questions or concerns we had before we signed the contract. On the day of install we had two great guys - Yoan and Alberto. Both very polite, professional, and diligent workers. They worked meticulously, efficiently, and made sure to clean up their mess before leaving. They also went over how to operate the system and made sure to show us their work was completed after each major instillation step (outside unit, air handler, blown insulation). We even had the field supervisor Pedro stop by midday to check on the instillation process. We would highly recommend Hopkins! They were great to work with - and we were super excited to have a very nicely cooled home just a within a few hours of the instillation!

My experience with Hopkins air conditioning was absolutely amazing. My AC went out on me after 25 years for my compressor and 35 years for my air handler inside. I called Hopkins air conditioning on a Monday and they had a Gazi a technician come out that morning to check it and found out My AC unit was expired. Gazi then called The office and got a salesman out to my place within an hour and a half to go through with me my options for a new AC unit. Mike Sokolowski arrived as the salesman and led me through my options. He asked me detailed questions about my air conditioning usage and immediately determined what I AC you would best suit my needs.He immediately put in my order and two installers came out the following morning and completely installed the whole new air-conditioning system in my house. I really enjoyed the text messaging with the pictures of the technicians salesman and the installers before they actually arrived. Everyone was punctual and courteous.This has been an absolutely delightful experience. Considering I was without AC in the summer hot weather for just over a day.

Wonderful !!! One word to describe Chad/Hopkins Air Conditioning service. Unfortunately my air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday night. Because I have multiple health conditions I called into Hopkins Air on that evening. I got a call back within 20 minutes. On the other end was a man named Chad. He was so polite, calm (the opposite of what I was), reassuring , and knowledgeable. Step by step he asked me questions to help him diagnose the problem over the phone. He then had me do a simple maneuver to the indoor part of my air conditioning unit, and immediately after that it started working. INCREDIBLE !! I don't know of any other company that would have been so patient and knowledgeable to help me out like he did. To top things off, he called me the next morning to see how I was doing, to see how my AC unit was working, and to set me up with an appointment to service my AC unit. Who does this nowadays? We have been using Hopkins Air since we moved to Florida 3 years ago and always had a wonderful experience. The technicians are super friendly, very professional and always took good care of us. So recently we decided to replace our old unit, the experience has been 5 stars all the way. The sales rep came in the same day, explain our options, did not try to oversell us anything that we do not need, no pushy, very patient, and even let us get more quotes from others before we made decisions. The technician came in on Saturday because we have young kids and elderly in the house, they made effort to come out as soon as possible, the technicians, Calvin and Kavel came early in the morning, explained their installation process and timeline, finished everything ahead of time, we had AC running early afternoon and it cools the house just like the rep described. The technicians cleaned up the work areas before they leave. We highly recommend give them a try, we have used other companies in the area and they are absolutely our favorite.

Just would like to say thank you to everyone at Hopkins Air, my AC Fan would not stop blowing no matter what I did, even turning off the breakers to it. I called this morning and Sabrina listened to the concern in my voice and had a tech Eduan there by 1 pm to check things out. Eduan is great has been to my place before and always does a fantastic job, he was able to diagnose quickly what was the issue. Turned out my Blower motor module was blown and had to be replaced, I have been with Hopkins for 10 years they installed this unit for me then and have maintained it since. They were able to find a tech nearby who had a replacement part close by in their truck. So instead of having to wait days for parts and to reschedule for instillation. Eduan went and got it and was back installing within a half hour. He was quick professional and the Unit is working great again. No more issues. Thanks Again to Hopkins Air for doing all the right things, such a great company to deal with.

Scott. Wow! The embodiment of professionalism, expertise, thoughtfulness and respect. As I told him, if this is how Hopkins performs as a company, they'll have me as their customer forever. We had an A/C issue: he thoroughly analyzed the potential causes, discussed with me the two emerging hypothesis, tested them and landed on a solution. He exudes expertise in a calm and collected way that, given the situation, I genuinely appreciated. I had the feeling that "he got us" and that he genuinely cared. So so so many times I have come across technicians that might do their job, but don't seem to care much about it (or you). Not Scott, he truly seemed to care. And that came across how he communicated: clear, patient, at every step of the visit. Bottom line: Scott raises the bar and if he is what Hopkins is all about, they will have us as customers for life. Thank YOU, Scott!

Gazi was AMAZING. Fully inspected our full system, including the outdoor unit on the roof of my townhouse. He fully serviced the entire unit, alerted me to possible problems with the system and implemented solutions that make me feel confident that the life of our system has been extended as much as possible. He also informed me of the replacement cost down the road so that I may budget accordingly for the future and manage my long term expectations. Best yet, he alerted me to the fact that my UV light was not functioning and, since it was still under warranty and although it was installed by another company, offered to provide a new unit and just charge for installation. This is how a company SHOULD treat new customers. Work with you and not look at us like a piggy bank. I could not be happier with the level of service or courtesy. I highly recommend them. 👍

Just WOW. We talked to multiple providers before we replaced our 10 year old 3 compressor 3 airhandler system about six weeks ago. Everyone but Hopkins was just trying to sell us what they had. Hopkins listened to what we wanted and put together a system with the latest technology to get it done, including adding a damper system to make 3 zones out of 1 on our second floor. In the process they also replaced a damaged supply line that they had to thread through attic and wall trusses in our 40 year old house. When we had a sudden need for service on a Saturday afternoon, Hopkins got a technician to our house by 6:30 and got the balky unit running like a charm by 8:00. Great perfornance. Love these folks!

Sophia saved me! I have been cleaning my AC unit and unplugging it monthly and it wasn't enough. She put an iFLO on my system that will make sure my lines don't get clogged. No more a slave to my AC unit. Going to get an Air Scrubber too so all of thr bacteria is killed throughout thr air going out thr vents in the house. No more allergies! Eduan just installed an Air Scrubber to kill all germs including covid that comes in total intake of the AC. A UV light kills everything. Me and my cats are going to feel much better! Edaun explain and showed me everything step by step and helped explain options for a programmable thermostat. Thank you so much. The best service!!!

Excellent customer service! They sent Sophia out immediately to fix an issue with our air conditioning and thermostat and she was amazing! A simple change in the thermostat job turned out to be multiple other problems and she was here for three hours fixing everything! And she did not leave until our air conditioner was working perfectly! By the way, this was with our old air-conditioning system. Hopkins has not yet put in our new air conditioning system due to the fact that we are in the middle of construction and we will wait to put it in. Amazing customer service from the office to the technicians. I would absolutely recommend them!

We have used multiple A/C companies in the past. There always seems to be something wrong that is much more expensive than you expected when they come out. This is our second time using Hopkins and both times now they have been quick, thorough, and, most importantly, HONEST! Today they could have told me all kinds of things were wrong with the unit, but it was a simple fix of the thermostat needing to be reset because it wasn’t sending a signal to the outside unit. We will definitely be a lifetime customer anytime we have an issue with our AC moving forward, and highly recommend Hopkins for anyone needing an AC repair.

Today I had a 5ton Carrier AC unit installed by Hopkins AC company. The two guys who installed the unit were just fantastic. They were stellar in their work ethics. They took their time, cleaned the area…They were meticulous in how they installed my unit. I would recommend Hopkins AC company to anyone , if these are the kind of workers they will send out to do the job. Love at first sight! I had high expectations because of the first interaction and honestly because of the reviews. They totally exceeded our expectations. - impeccable, proactive and effective communication both from the office and with the technician - problem solving attitude. They spot a problem area and fixed it. Something that should have totally fixed by the previous A/C company - on time, respectful and genuinely excellent to interact with. The technician took the time to educate me on the issue at hand and provide a novel solution too. Bottom line: they are simply excellent all around!

I highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning. I had a 14 year old central air conditioner replaced yesterday. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained all of the work that needed to be done. Joyce in the office is exceptional. She processed all of the required paperwork for the job including the permit, warranty, etc. She promptly provided the insurance certificate and license as I requested. Their prices were competitive and John the salesperson was great as well. I could really tell this is a family run business. Call them for your air conditioning needs!

I was in NY and noticed by remote thermostat that my condo in Palm Beach Gardens was at 80+ degrees. I called my regular HVAC service company and they said they couldn’t get there for quite a while. My brother-in-law found a Hopkins repairman around the corner so I engaged them to replace my HVAC system immediately. They were fast, neat and thorough. The price was just what I had expected and there was no unexpected costs. The city of Palm Beach Gardens inspected their work and gave it his approval. I would highly recommend Hopkins to take care of anyone’s HVAC.

After hiring another company that sent a tech I could not communicate with I called Hopkins air conditioning. Im very glad I did. I highly recommend them. Allan showed up and was so professional and helpful. He wore hygentic booties into my home and explained everything to me in full detail. He was very attentive, kind and polite. Gazi came to my home today for routine AC maintenance and I’d have him back every time. He tested the unit, cleaned and sanitized components with photos to show me afterward along with a verbal report. He went the extra mile to completely resolve what I mentioned as a possible concern. I truly appreciate the effort and demeanor Gazi brought to our place today. He had a great recommendation of installing UV system and presented the options with prices on the spot. Extremely happy with our appointment today and Hopkins overall for the last 2+ years.

Done and out with the old and "in" with the new!!!! My new air conditioner looks so beautiful and it is running seamlessly. The gentleman that installed my new unit dismantled the old one and install the new, all within a few hours! I called them on Saturday, requesting for a freon refill and by today I have a brand new AC! They were courteous and extremely respectful. They cleaned up and disposed of my old unit . I am thankful to have found this company and look forward to being your new customer.

I have been using Hopkins for air conditioning maintenance and repair for the past year and a half. I have never been disappointed in the service. The maintenance technician, Edoun, certainly appeared technically very skilled, and he was patient, courteous and cognizant of the cost in making recommendations to prolong the life of the 7 year old air conditioner, which I took. The price for the maintenance and addition of a booster was reasonable. I would highly recommend Hopkins.

Miguel, was very professional, thorough, courteous and honest with his inspection of our AC unit. Although the overall analysis of the unit wasn't very good, because of age. The photographs he took of the unit seemed very accurate. He did offer alternatives for me to look into in the near future. Which was greatly appreciated. I came home to no A/C today. I have a service contract with Hopkin’s Air, so of course, I called them. They went over and beyond my expectations, and had a service man to my house within two hours. That alone would be enough to earn a five star review. On top of that, Eduan, the technician that arrived was outstanding. He diagnosed and fix the problem quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Hopkin’s and Eduan to anyone needing in need of service or a new A/C.

Miguel, HVAC Tech, was extremely thorough. He displayed an expertise that surpassed the two other technical opinions received from a different AC company. The other company was unable to diagnose my problem. Miguel went through the entire system and detected a refrigerant leak which was the source of the sweet smell that was emitted by my AC system. I will be doing business with Hopkins, when replacing my system in the near future. Thank you for your help!

Hopkins Air Conditioning picked up all of the disappointing slack from our prior company, who kept increasing prices and quoting full replacements on minor repairs. One visit turned a 1400 dollar quote into a 280 dollar repair job- and my home is cooler than it’s been since our hvac was first installed three only years ago. If you’re looking for someone who does the right work for the right price, this is that place.
