Highly recommend Shoreline. AC went out on a Friday , they had a tech to us by Saturday morning. First diagnosis worked but then failed (understandably) and a tech was back by Sunday morning. Part had to be ordered and AC was fully fixed by Monday afternoon. The service was prompt, professional, and easy to coordinate. Communication was clear, and the process felt seamless from start to finish. Reliable and efficient service throughout.
This company installed an air conditioner at my home several years ago. The owner is very honest and helpful. Stephanie, who manages the office is knowledgeable and efficient, also very nice to work with. Jason, the gentleman who repaired my unit today, is always on time, hard worker, knowledgeable, and explains everything as best as I can understand it. I have only praise for the whole outfit. very good. It is now 11:41 pm & l have the system fail sign. Worked most of day from 4:30 pm when repair man left until now. What the hell is going on? This is strange. Maybe l should call another company? Call me tomorrow
Called last minute for an emergency service. They were able to get me on the schedule within 2 hours. The tech that arrived mafe it his purpose to get the A/C running. I recommend completely and will continue to use them.

We contacted Kevin from Shoreline AC after we had a problem with another AC contractor. We had been having an issue with high humidity in our home and another AC company had just sold us a new unit for $6000.00 to fix the problem. They said it was the only solution. The only reason they didn't install it was because they damaged our property before they even started the install and they walked off the job. We basically called Kevin to get an estimate on a complete new system. Instead, he spent a good amount of his time asking questions, looking at our system and trying to determine the cause of the issue. He told us there are switches and adjustments on the air handler and that may help fix the problem. He didn't promise it would work, but thought it was worth a try. We were thrilled when he had our system fixed and dehumidifying our home in a matter of minutes. Kevin saved us thousands of dollars and is a rare and honest professional that we will continue to recommend to everyone.
I have to absolutely give Shoreline Air-conditioning the Biggest and BEST shout out review . I had an air conditioning problem (NO AIR) with dogs in 97 degree heat. Chris came out faster than you could imagine!!! He introduced himself with a smile he was extremely honest, patient and when I asked questions explained everything in full detail without making you feel like an idiot. He fixed everything that need to be fixed and was gracious when doing it. I recommend this company for anyone who is looking for honest air conditioning people who respond in a timely manner and really care about the customer!!!! 5++++++ stars
We really love Shoreline AC! They have a great price, wonderful customer service, honest, and perform quality work. I think the most important question is would you recommend them or do business again? The answer is Yes. I've recommended Shoreline AC to 3+ friends and they've chosen Shoreline for their AC needs. And again, I will be using Shoreline AC for a new energy efficient AC unit (they replaced my ac in my old home and now again for my new home). Last thing, I saw a one star review for Shoreline AC and I would take that with a grain of salt and not at all what myself and my friends have ever experienced.
I would NOT recommend Shoreline air conditioning at all !!! beware of over priced service fees to check the issue was $264 they quoted me for replacement $5600.00 for 650 square feet apartment in century village my previous quote from another company was $3200.00 and $69 to check the issue. Over priced!! Rip off. Be warned.
sadly zero customer service. Caused me two major leaks and at 2500 of repairs they wouldn’t cover. Go elsewhere .. the owner Kevin is a pompous jerk. This business isn’t going to last.

When I purchased my A/C Unit from Shoreline, Kevin, the sales Rep, was professional and friendly. However, when I called the company a few months after installation to correct a problem with the A/C, Kevin did not want to fix the problem. He was angry, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend nor would I ever use this company again.
I would like to provide a positive review of Shoreline Air Conditioning; however, my experience was significantly impacted by poor communication. After my appointment was confirmed, it was rescheduled only two hours before my scheduled arrival window. The field technician completed the assessment and described the needed work as simple ductwork. He indicated he would follow up with a quote for the full scope of work within 24 hours so I could move forward. Unfortunately, I received no response on day one or day two. Four days later, I called and was told by the account manager that Kevin, the owner, would reach out the following day. That day passed without any contact. I called again to ask when I could expect the quote for what was described as a straightforward job, but I have not received any further response. I understand that schedules and workloads can change, but timely and proactive communication is essential. At minimum, if the company does not have the capacity to take on new work, I would appreciate being informed upfront. For others considering this company, I would strongly recommend working with a contractor that demonstrates consistent, organized communication. Clear and reliable follow-through goes a long way in building trust and confidence, particularly when hiring a company to perform work in your home.
I think the AC was fixed, but I am incurring very frequent outages of the AC system in addition to performing regular service and the problem has never been fundamentally addressed.
