Premier Comfort Services brought a leak specialist to my house to find an especially difficult problem. John was professional and friendly and dogged in his search for the leak coming from my shower. He had to visit on two occasions. The first he worked for four hours, searching for my leak. I had to quit using all the plumbing in my bathroom, and he returned to search for four more hours. He finally found the leak. He said the location of the leak was challenging and something he had never encountered in his 28 years in the business. The good news is he was able to fix it that very day. The other good news is I don’t have to tear out my shower to replace the shower pan. I am a happy customer and very appreciative to John for all his work. Chris was my premiere plumber working on a bathroom leak in my home.In every encounter with him, he was friendly, helpful, going over and above. When I thought my shower pan was needing replacement, he acted as a general contractor for me to set me up with the various trades I would need to complete the project like tiling and shower glass removal. He worked for hours with the leak search specialist, John. Happily, the leak was found, it was coming from under the shower pan, not the shower pan itself. It was fixed, and my shower does not need to be replaced. He offered to contact the drywaller to repair the areas that had to be cut out. Over and above anything I would expect to get from another plumber. I’m a happy customer.
This was the second AC unit i have purchased from Premier. The first contact was a cold contact. I first spoke to Chris and he asked Dave to visit with me to explain who the company was and what they had to offer. Everything was explained simply and with no embellishments. Premier was able to install the new AC the next day, with Jason being the installer. This man was not only most pleasant, but as efficient a mechanic could be. The unit was installed in about five hours and the cleanup was as if Jason had never been here. I had occasion to call the company once or twice to tweak the settings, but this has been a most satisfactory experience. I now have had my second unit installed by Jason and it was as the first, an effortless experience. I might add that Sophia, the Operations Mgr. who runs the front office, is a ray of sunshine every time you may call. She and Chris run a very well organized and functioning operation. How lucky to have found these people and this firm. This review is for Andre G. A few days ago, Andre was dispatched to diagnosed and serviced my A/C. He is one of the technicians that NOT in doubt, deserves more than a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Not to mention, 2 days after his 1st visit, he was again dispatched for a plumbing inspection. That visit also went well more than expected. Andre’s approach is the type of technician that I appreciates in my home. Andre represents his company (Premier Comfort) in many ways. He was right on scheduled time, well professionally groomed, pleasant, respectful, detailed oriented and wasted no time to get the job to satisfaction. JASON SMITH - Plumbing Technician In addition, please take note that: technician JASON SMITH was also assigned to perform additional Plumbing work yesterday. Jason is likewise a skilled masterpiece technician on whatever tasks been thrown at him. I’m stating this boldly, because he had been dispatched to my home for A/C repairs 3 years ago, and without a doubt, I’m proud to say “his professionalism ethics and mannerisms only sharpened immensely. My technician today was O’Neill. He did a great job inspect inspected the whole unit. It was My half year maintenance. He cleaned out my unit for any buildup, cleaned out my tubes that go outside. He went the extra mile to inspect both units again for anything that they might need or any cleaning or replacement of bulbs for the blue light that they might need. He did an excellent job. Added Freon because my unit was low, put in a tablet to one of the tubes for any buildup. Sent me an email with an update Estimate for Things that need to be done in the future. His performance was above excellence, however The office I can’t say the same for this time around. I was advised that they had changed my original contract from 2019 and that they were no longer coming to change my AC filters that were included in my original contract for free. I have still yet to resolve this problem, but no one has reached out to me yet except for one of the managers who left a voicemail and we have been playing phone tag. I have asked for the updated contract because I have not signed anything and they have still not presented me with that Contract. Even though the office has not been up to par with me, I am very thankful for all of the technicians that have come out, including O’Neill. They have done Exemplary jobs.
Starting with salesman Miguel, then with JASON and his installation crew, and finishing with Premier’s Plummer Byron, my purchase and installation process could not have gone any smoother From beginning to end these hard working gentleman exerted pure professionalism in how to treat the customer and do their job. Unlike other companies where after you sign on the dotted line the salesman suddenly disappears, Miguel was back at my residence several times during the process insuring that his promises were followed to the letter. JASON and his crew, were perfect and knowledgeable in every way. I say patient because, I was constantly in and around them the entire day asking questions and being a pain. Even when their hard and very hot day crawling around in my attic was over, they took the time to teach me how to work my Nest thermostat. Unbelievable patience. Then Byron, Premier’s excellent Plummer installed my Hot Water heater. This guy knows his stuff!! I did a lot of comparison shopping to get a fair price with a reputable company. I chose Premier with no regrets. I think that Premier is extremely lucky to have Miguel, JASON and his crew, and Byron on board with them. Trust me!!! I'm a multi AC system home owner living in the same house for 35 years during which have used numerous AC companies, most of which were very challenging to work with and not always responsive. However for the last 10 plus years I have relied on Premier Comfort Services to keep my units working and home COOL. When I need anything checked out Premier is super polite and quick to dispatch a technician to address my concerns. Importanted to note there has never been any surprise charges to deal with. The most recent service call reinforced my positive impression. James Conway was the tech who serviced and tuned up my AC units yesterday. As with all of the techs at Premier James was polite, and very professional. During the routine service call James noted the unit's condenser coils needed a heavy rinse to improve their cooling efficiency, which he immediately did. This was something I hadn't noted so I really appreciated his attention to detail and taking care if it on the spot verse another service call later FYI Enhancing the Premier quality of service Chris, the owner, takes time to provide ongoing technical training for all techs on system diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance. Summary If you use Premier you won't be disappointed and you will stay COOL
I was extremely happy with Premier Comfort. Starting with Sophia who answered the phone asking how she my put a smile on my face in her introduction and surly did! She was courteous and professional. After explaining our situation of being unhappy with a large HVAC company out of Riviera Beach that has been screwing my mother-in-law over with billing and poor service for years. Sophia scheduled a service call for the same day to assess our situation and said I would get an email for the appointment which will also show a picture of the service technician. I got the email within minutes stating that Fred will be arriving between 2 & 4 he arrived before 3 What a nice guy! a man that knows his business He has GREAT people skills and is very professional as well. Very professional company and trustworthy. The sales tech that came out to my place, Adrian, was an all around great guy. Friendly, super knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped me choose just the right options to fix my AC. He was very thorough in explaining and answering my questions. Dennis and Benny came out to replace my AC unit and they did a great job. All employees wore shoe slip covers. They installed my new Lennox AC, with UV light (must have especially during these times). Jason and Adrian cleaned all my ducts the same day and worked hard to make it happen. They provide fantastic guarantees/warrantees and honestly seem to genuinely care about the customer. They worked with me on price which really helped, and offer 12 month financing with no interest. If you want an AC installed the right way, call Premiere. By the way it’s nice and cool in my house now! Looking forward to clean air and energy savings.
This company has it together! From the moment I made an appointment I received a text confirmation. The day of appointment I received a text with personal info regarding my sales person and a photo. Adrian was amazing. Very kind and professional. Knew about the companies history. Explained all our options and his presentation and short videos about their procedures and products was impressive. Signed contract and service was scheduled next day. I received text with photos of my technicians and they arrived on time. Dennis and Pablo were incredible. They replaced my entire system with all new top of the line Lennox products & were done in 7 hours. I am doing many remodel projects on my house at once and I cannot say enough great things about this company from leadership to presentation to professionalism to efficiency and results. Great service from all involved at Premier Comfort Services this week. My AC went out right after I left on a flight and a tech was able to get to my home the next day to figure out the issue. Jared was the initial contact who stayed a VERY long time working with a friend (& with me on a speakerphone) to diagnose the issue. He left & came back with a portable AC unit to try and cool down my home for my fur babies. It was 93° with 50% humidity INSIDE my home. Although it did not work, the point was that he tried to help me out, which is going above and beyond, especially when it’s after 6 PM. A new unit was ordered Tues night and two techs came today (Fri) to install the new unit. James and Kenny were both great, very personable and easy to work with. Answered any questions I had & quite honestly just very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend any of them. Job well done guys. The kitties & I thank you.
I am so impressed by this company!! We had a terrible experience with another company so we gave premier comfort a chance, and I'm so glad we did! We were in need of a new AC unit about a year ago, and they walked me through the process of which unit would be best for my house based on square footage and other factors. The installation went smoothly. I haven't had any issues since we installed. It's been close to a year since they installed our AC, so we just had them out for regular maintenance and once again, I was very pleased with their service. They called me when they were on their way, they were very polite while they were here, and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!! Specially living in Florida where you could easily be ripped off by companies that really don't know what they're doing. I especially want to highlight Adrian and Fred for their wonderful service!
I can not say enough good about this company and its staff. James Conway(a technician) is a very special young man - thoughtful and very thorough. James came to my home after hours and worked well into the night until he found the problem - which he did. Normally I would be very wary of having a young man I don't know working in my house in the late evening. James is such a respectful and kind young man I was never uneasy. I was also impressed with another technician, Jake Messatzzia, he too was very respectful and responsive to my issue. The owner of Premier Comfort Service also came to my home the next day to insure my new air conditioning unit was installed in a timely and efficiently manner - he is a lovely man who makes you feel that your problem is his problem. I will highly recommend Premier Comfort Services to anyone who has AC or Heating needs.
I was impressed with the first contact last week- She was professional on the phone and told me that they don't need a service charge either- The tech was great and they actually had a write up via text w/ the techs background- Its great to vet your employees- The assessment was thorough- He did an appraisal after consulting with headquarters and it was sent right away both via text and e-mail- No pressure or strong arm tactics and no service fee to show up this company is head and shoulders above the competition- Like any well run corporation the prices reflect a company with substantial overhead but are still within fair market value- I didn't realize the other company did infact get back to me something I wasn't aware of when reaching out to Premier- I may reach out to Premier for an electrical evaluation in the near future-
Jared service professional, enjoyable however disappointed Jared didn't call. I hope everything is ok. I have a brand new 2025 AC and the coil inside the air handler already got clogged and shut AC off in 106 degrees weather. I had an emergency call which was $125.00. had to pay it. I'm a senior citizen and heat outside could have been compromising. What I don't understand is why it clogged so quickly. If this coil what I think it is used to be easy to get to once per month I would pour vinegar or bleach to prevent clogging. Not sure if this is the same coil. If so why so difficult to get to and they charge $95.00 to pour liquid somewhere. I'm hoping this is an isolated incident because I can't afford $95.00 every maintenance. I also thought maintenance checked for clogs before air shuts off
Excellent service! My rep had a cool tool with a camera on the end to see things in small dark places. I made an appointment and they followed up with email and text messages giving you the comfort in knowing your time slot was secured. They even reconfirmed the appointment the day before and sent me an email letting me know the day of that my technician was on his way. They also sent me a text message so I could track his actual drive to my home along with a picture of the tech so I wouldn’t be opening the door to a stranger. My tech was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable! To say my expectations were met is an understatement as by far they were definitely exceeded! Thank you for your first class service as I really appreciated it!
Had Premier Comfort Services come out for an AC Tune Up. Technician Jason Smith came out for the service. He called me before showing up and was on time. When he came to the house, he was extremely polite and respectful. He wore some PPE equipment while inside the home to preform the service. His customer service is exactly what you’d expect from a professional that you hire. The job was done very efficiently and neat. At the end, he offered some recommendations. And they were just that, recommendations. No pressure into preforming additional services and surcharges. Price they quoted me was the price I paid. Outstanding job! Thanks.
I have left 3 reviews for this place. I had first left a five star review but the AC they fixed had problems less than a day later. Then they came out four more times to fix it and it didn’t work so then I changed my review to a 1 star. After coming out for the 5th time they found out something they did made the compressor explode- but the owner of the company did come out because of it and he offered to either refund us everything or put in a whole new system for free so they did put in a whole new system for free and everything seems to be working great now. I appreciate there effort to make things right. Five stars
Premier installed the new unit and has been very responsive in all of the interactions. Each time I’ve call they have gotten someone out here within 12 hours (dependent on my availability as well). Scott (tech) was very helpful today and even fixed the knob of the door where the unit is stored. All of the staff I’ve interacted with has been great, very customer orientated and knowledgeable from technicians that have come out to the reps I’ve spoken to such as Anthony (rep). Benny and Adrian (technicians) were also very friendly and efficient when they came out.
Jason is amazing! He has come to our home several times and he always goes above and beyond. He’s very professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and hardworking to name a few. I’m also over joyed with Premier Comfort Services. This company stands behind their work and if something ever goes wrong they always make it right, no matter how much it will cost them. An alarm was going off on our Rannai water heater. By sheer good fortune I was able to get same day service by Premiere Comfort Services when all my prior calls to other companies were days out in scheduling. Jason & Benjamin arrived within 90 minutes & were wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable about the system & explained everything as they worked to get the alarm turned off and fix the problem. I even asked them if they could service our other two water heaters while they were here and they graciously did. I highly recommend them & Premiere Comfort Services.
My thermostat shut off unexpectedly. I called Premier and they were able to send James out. James was on time and very efficient as he throughly assessed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to pinpoint the issue quickly and got me back up and running without me needing a new thermostat. He also reminded me about the shut off switch so that my AC doesn’t flood my house. He gave me some recommendations that will help maintain the life of my system. I will highly recommend James as a service technician and Premier as a company.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best A/C company I ever used. Not only were they great communicators on timing and expectations, but the technician Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need, he catered to what I was asking for, fixed the problem quickly, and gave me solid recommendations. The technician was "Extremely Helpful"! He explained everything we asked in great detail. He was very patience and even mentioned aspects of the service that my wife and I would never have thought to ask. Not only did he install our requested service with efficiency and seal the hole behind our thermostat better than before, but the price was very fair and competitive! James was the technician coming out to my house. He called prior to coming and showed up on time. He indulged all my questions about my high electric bill and made sure everything was running properly. He even checked the attic to make sure there was leaking ducts. Thankfully all was good - he mentioned how I could save money but there was no high pressure sales talk- I really appreciate the quality of service from Your company and the integrity of your technician. Honestly, the best company and I usually do not write reviews! Jason, their licensed plumber, called me to tell me he was on his way, he arrived on time, he was dressed very professionally, he was very polite, and so considerate of my home. I had the best customer service experience. Not to mention, he fixed my plumbing issue perfectly, and went above and beyond. Seriously I recommend Premier Comfort Services for AC and Plumbing needs.
I called and they came out the next day. The quote was easy to understand and the tech Chris was clear in explaining the process. Chris and Jason came out to install the new water heater the next day. They were both very professional and explained the installation to us. The permit arrived the next business day and we are ready for inspection. As a Veteran family it was important to support a company that supports Veterans as well.

Horrible experience from day one. I was out of an a/c and promised an install and that did not happen. Waited 4 days for install on a very expensive unit. Finally got a/c installed. Long story short, 9 months later my house was flooded. A/c is installed in the attic and water dripped all over my house bathrooms, closets, etc. I called company they said they are not responsible due to me not using their company to service my system. It is 9 months old!! Filter changed every month like clock work, and had initial system flushed and maintained, never a problem. I have been a homeowner for over 20 years! After they would not help me with the flood (clearly there is a system issue) I called for help again today because now in addition to my house having to be under construction, I have no air conditioning. Remember, 9 month old unit that cost me Over $7,000! I have a small villa! So i called lastnight very nicely for help. They sent a tech, that went to the back of my unit for 20 minutes. Poor attitude, acted like he did not want to be here. He comes back in the house and says I have loose wires in my outside unit. He then stated he is putting a device on my unit and charging me $350 today plus $2500 for labor as I would need a new condenser. I called the manager of the office immediately very nicely again (Sophia) and she was very condescending and rude. She used profanity with me (I will not go into detail). When she started this, I knew that she is not someone I wanted to deal with. I couldn’t believe this was coming from a manager of a company. I asked her for her boss, she said “I am the boss”. Clearly her ego was played with as she kept screaming “nobody is above me” “I am the boss”. I informed her of my recording her on my iPad and had my partner plus my entire remodeling team present witnessing her behavior. Once I informed her, she gave me a number for the owner. More lies from her. I ended up calling and reached the office where Sophia works….and the man that answered Jamie said he is not “the owners keeper” and he would call me when he could. Now I’m stuck, house full of mold and an a/c that isn’t working. I am calling an attorney today. No way in no shape or form, is a 9 month old ac going to do this under normal circumstances. No way! It was not installed properly and leaking all this time and now I am suffering with mold everywhere and nobody wants to help me. Instead they want more money out of me and I get cursed out when asking for just my a/c fixed. I didn’t even ask for the home repairs, which now I will be!
I requested my water heater be drained and flushed of sediment. Service was not completed- however was charged for the service. I know it wasnt done because I attempted to drain my water heater the next day and the unit still wouldn't drain. The water heater was plugged enough that the only way I was able to drain the water was to remove the bottom heating element. Looking inside it was apparent that the work was not completed fully. Disappointed that I paid over 500 to have an inlet water valve replaced and the unit flushed. I'll be calling tomorrow to see about being refunded for the flush service. Update:changed my rating from 2 stars to 1. I voiced my disappointment with the incomplete service to several people at the company- In the end they connected me with the gentleman who did the work. He told me that he did not fully flush the system which was the entirety of my complaint. They did nothing to resolve the problem. They did not refund the incomplete service and I felt the situation was handled very poorly by the company. I do not recommend using Premier Comfort Unless you are able to babysit the work being done. My experience shows that if they do not fully complete their expected work, they will neither offer to correct their actions nor refund the missed work.
I've used them before, and it was a mixed experience. This time they told me my system was out of warranty when it isn't, then they said the $1200 estimate they sent me for replacing the condenser fan motor already considered the part being covered by the warranty. When I asked if the $1200 was all labor to do this simple job (other company said it was less than $500 labor for this) they said yeah, that's the labor cost. They then told me it was high because it required the 'senior labor rate', like it was some kind of technically complex job. I told them to cancel the job, never will call them again.
I purchased an annual premier service contract which gives us priority benefits, etc. I recently had the water main into the house burst, losing 1,000’s of gallons of water. We called in for service and they said two weeks! Really? They said our premier contract has a lot of people now need immediate service. Then they have the gall to send an email on the annual check up, on a brand new systems, needs $3700 in updates? Really? To make matters worse, they did the last repair on the main! My advice is to stay away from this company. They don’t honor their contracts! Total waste of money.
Had a uv light installed and purchased a club membership that is supposed to provide priority service, 2 annual tune ups , plumbing inspection, and duct sanitizing. Out service was scheduled for the 1st tune up in February. Received a call stating we were the first appointment. On the day of the service we received a text stating they were on the way. I received a call from the gate saying they were here. No one showed up. After several calls I was promised a refund within 10 business days. That never arrived. Now it is in the Better Business Bureau’s hands.
Had a tech come out to my house to fix my tankless water heater. The tech advised me that he flushed/cleaned the system and fixed whatever the problem was and I paid $407 cash. Hours later when I get home after a long day at work, I still have a code 11 error and STILL DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER. Extremely disappointed
Paid over $6k for plumbing leak going inside of property. Didn't fix problem and they had to come out again. Problem still exists and they won't fix the issue. Got done with someone else and they charged $200. Took advantage and poor quality work! Would definitely NOT recommend!
What a rip off, I will never call them again. They quoted me over $900 just for the labor to replace an AC blower motor because I wasn't a member of their service plan which they should have told me before I wasted a hundred bucks on a service call. Never again.

7/23/2025 I had Jared Rojas come and fix my UV light for my HVAC system that kept turning off. Jared was very personable and explained even more about how my system worked and the UV light's purpose. I greatly appreciated his kind and thoughtful demeanor. The company should be very proud of having him as an employee. I give him 5 STARS. He also told me about duct cleaning. I will have this service after the new year when it is cooler outside. 9/21/2023 I had Jake Messatzzia come and do my 6 month check up on my HVAC system. Jake was on time and very courteous and professional. I give him 5 Stars ***** He checked my system and saw there was mold and condensation on the unit and suggested a UV Light to combat that issue. It was expensive but he assured me that it was a VERY good investment for my unit as well as for my health. I trusted him and thanked him for his service. I am very pleased with Jake's service. You are fortunate to have him working for you. A complete Professional. 6/29/2023 Nick Gagnon and his apprentice Preston came and installed a new breaker panel. They were on time and very courteous the entire time. It was a BIG job that took all day but they worked non-stop and made sure to complete it that day as I had been without A/C for two days due to the old 35 year old panel. They cleaned up after the job was complete and left my house spotless. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and the work they did. 5 Stars ***** 6/28/2023 Nick Gagnon, Premier Comfort's Electrician and his apprentice Preston came to give me a bid on replacing the old loud bathroom exhaust fan. After Nick checked it out, he said that the fan was actually working and was quiet. He found a blower fan that was keeping the Heat Lamp and other incandescent bulb cool and that was the culprit for making all the noise. He suggested to replace the 2 bulbs with new LED bulbs that give off no heat that way making the blower fan unnecessary and he was able to turn it off. I now have a quiet bathroom. Yay! In the meantime he saw that my kitchen and two bathrooms were not up to code with the new GFI outlets and suggested that I replace all of them. Originally I was only going to do the kitchen but Nick said that I should do the bathrooms also and then my apartment would be up to code all in one job. I am glad he convinced me. Thank you Nick for your courtesy and good judgment. And thank you Preston for installing some of the plugs too. You both were great! 5 Stars *****
