I have been using AND air conditioning service for the last 6 years. Their text when they come out are absolutely outstanding and doing their job. And helping you out in any way and you have any questions. I have recommended them to several doctors friends that I know and everybody they have used them have been very impressed with them and called them back again for reservice. That's the best thing as a recommendation is to say I have and the people that I recommended don't look for another company when it's time for a service or a new air condition they call back this wonderful company again they're fantastic. Today I had a tech come out his name was John the check my ultraviolet light that they installed Jessica give me peace of mind that it was still on was so unbelievably nice I cannot tell you as a widow answering my questions in my concerns. And yes everything looked great that ultraviolet light I suggest that anybody who doesn't have one specially in the humidity down here to keep mold out of your air conditioning. Regarding AND services I chose them because I made an appointment with them and Michael was timely and very professional. I actually felt like he was family. He wasn’t in a hurry and he explained everything in detail in which I appreciated. AND services are very lucky to have him on their team! On install day they arrived timely and went straight to work. They were very quiet and listened to my requests regarding my cats so we had no escapes. At one point I was standing in the kitchen, they did not know I was there, one was sawing and the other one came behind him to give him a helping hand and when finished he then patted him on the back, I found that very heartwarming and knew at that moment I was in good hands. I felt confident because I had to leave my mother with them. They did an excellent job! When I came home I noticed they cleaned up and even swept the garage. I was totally impressed. I have had AND Services instal anew water heater and work on my plumbing in my kitchen all done in a timely manner with great workmanship. I just had them replace a part on my air conditioner and John was very efficient did a great job plus they show up when they say they’re coming. Very pleased with this company!! Eric came out to do my semiannual HVAC maintenance and he did a thorough job checking all the parts making sure that everything was in good working condition Today AND did my semi annual inspection on my ac unit John came out and as usual he did a very efficient job and showed very professional work , he communicated everything he did in an understandable manner good work John

I am really impressed with AND Services. John was out here doing our 6 month check up on the A/C and he is awesome. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and well mannered. This is the second time Eric has come to service our AC system. Again Eric was polite and professional. After discussing the symptoms of the problem, he quickly got into diagnosing the problem. After checking out the electronics and a few trips between the Air Handler and the Compresser outside he was convinced there might be a refrigerant leak. After a thorough search using a "Sniffer", a leak was observed in the evaporator coil section. A replacement coil was located and will be installed in the next few days. My technician, John, was great. He came out right away, inspected my AC, and let me know what he saw. He discussed all of my options with me and explained anything to me that I wasn’t sure about. He sent his findings and pictures to his manager who called him and the three of us all talked through what the situation was and what was the best way to proceed. They were both honest and patient with me. They were even able to schedule my AC replacement for the following day. This company stands behind their work and I’m glad that they will be the company I will be dealing with going forward.

Eric Eisenhauer service advisor from AND Services came to my home on an appointment I made to look at my air conditioner as it was blowing warm air. The unit was not easy to get to. It was under our house in the crawl space...I was never under there so he had to figure out how to access the unit. He was courteous and very informative. Unfortunately the unit is sealed unit and as old as the house and couldn't be serviced..Eric gave me a quote for a new unit. You can tell he loves his work and his company. Because of Eric I would highly recommend AND Services to friends and family..

This is once again is still a great team. We had our ac unit installed a year ago and Mike Delillo came out at the 6 month mark for that checkup. He was really professional and informative. Today we just had the 1 year inspection. John Peterson was our technician and he is also a really intelligent and informative service advisor. He was pleasant, courteous, and punctual. This company is incredible. My AC had problems and I called 5pm on a Saturday expecting that someone would be out next week. Eric showed up Sunday morning and was very professional and informative. This company is great. My a/c stopped working all of a sudden, and I needed to make an emergency appointment to fix it. This is the only company that was able to offer me a quick appointment at no charge. The girls who I talked to on the phone to make an appointment were great. Technician Cody, who showed up for an appointment to fix my problem, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly figured out what the problem was, explained everything to me and fixed it. I highly recommend this company. It is a great company with great staff.

Deysha was phenomenal. She's very competent knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond contact the homeowner. Arrived within a couple of hours to go over everything and we had a new system in our home in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very kind courteous and professional from the moment of the first phone call to the last minute of the installation. We have never seen a company work like this in such a manner. I had the best experiences with my Service man Eric for tuning up my air conditioner. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He also paid attention to details and he answered all my questions. Unfortunately I do not have any photos to display but he took several pictures and videos to show me the entire unit health. My first contact was with Jim. Excellent first impressions. And even tho I didn't expect it, they were at my house within hours on a Sunday afternoon! The 1st technician quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the failure in easy to understand terms. My wife and I agreed to the repair, and by Monday evening everything was fixed and good to go. And services does not charge for sending a technician and give you a price for the job. I found them to be honest and straightforward. Our 2 year old old unit stop working. The company that installed it said it was the thermostat. And technician found out it was a serious issue with the compressor. Our air conditioning stopped working and we called to find out what we needed to do to get it fixed. Eric was a real professional in diagnosing the problem and then patiently explaining what caused the problem and how it needs to be fixed. I felt very comfortable that I was being told the truth and not being asked to do more than was necessary to solve the problem.

Yearly maintenance is well worth the money! We switched from a different company because of the thoroughness done that the other company had completely missed (mildew in the air handler…which was something that should have been addressed). Eric always goes above and beyond preemptively addressing each issue before it becomes a problem. Highly recommended!

I first talked with Asia to schedule an appointment and she was very helpful and efficient. Eric came out within 3 hours the same day and assessed my situation. He was absolutely helpful and very understanding even though we decided not to proceed at this time. Who does that for free? I was not in the room at the time, and when I came into the room, he took the time to show me the pictures as well. I really appreciated this. He was very thorough in his explanations.
