Ellsworth Heating and Cooling is taken care of my AC needs for 9 yrs... they always are there almost immediately.. show up when they say they're going to show up diagnose the problems and show you exactly what is wrong and go over your options..... they have kept my AC going for all this time for the least amount of money needed... Aaron went above and beyond for our annual checkup. In addition to checking our unit outside and the flow inside he changed the battery in our thermostat. He checked our air filter and advised us on what kind of filter to buy, and how frequently we should be checking/changing it. He explained how the humidistat works and suggested temperature settings for when we close up for the season. He also explained the fan setting, which we had set incorrectly. We greatly appreciated Aaron’s friendly, helpful manner and his expertise.

The technician that came out (Kevin) to help was great. He was a pleasant, informative, and professional. What a change from the typical techs that don't usually want to even communicate. He had helpful tips, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Having to call for service on the weekend (Sunday)as we all know can be rough but he made it easy and reassuring. I needed to replace my ac unit and contacted Ellsworth. I received several quotes that were all fairly close in price. I went with Ellsworth because of the professional approach to selling & thorough detail of what they would do & optional prices for ductwork replacement.if necessary. Our tech Kevin, whom we will always request going forward, was proactive in determining the root problem of our broken HVAC, which was under $100 to repair. Ellsworth left us broken down for six days while they ordered a part to resolve what the other tech thought was wrong, a $1500 repair. Aaron was very professional. He did the exterior maintenance. He spoke of the important aspects of the frequent change out of the filter, the battery location on the interior heat / ac display, then pointed out the drain on the exterior unit and its placement as well as checked the interior ducts. He was very personable and engaging throughout the service.

Jason came to our home to give us a quote and he was professional and informative. We have the unit put in on Monday. Will post again after job is done. Update: The crew was kind and only took around 6 hours to finish job. They cleaned up their mess. Would recommend! 2-09-2025 Came back today to service it and did a excellent job!

We have used Ellsworth since we moved to SWFL 3 years ago and had them install a mini split on our Lani. They have helped keep our AC unit going past it's prime and have now replaced the unit for us. They are trustworthy and reliable in a day and time where that is not the norm. I would not use anyone else.

Aaron, Ellsworth's employee, did a great job servicing our mother's air conditioning. He pointed out a few things we needed to take care of and we appreciated that. We had hoped he could tell us how old the unit was but the sun had baked off all the labels. Aaron did clean and neat work.

Ellsworth was prompt inn responding to our plugged AC drain. My efforts had been unsuccessful. I called for service on a Sunday evening and they responded back first thing Monday morning. Technician Jose was at our home by 10:30 am. I am very satisfied with Ellsworth

I was very satisfied with our service. The technician didn't try to up sell us for a new a/c unit which I was worried he would. He was very polite and courteous. Because of the interaction with him I went in to the office an signed up for maintenance plan for the year.
