If anyone needs a AC Repair, I HIGHLY recommended Richard from One Hour AIr in Ocala! He was out a couple months ago to service our AC unit. Had to call again yesterday to see if they could come out. Left message, got a pretty quick call back ( everything seems SLOW when there’s no AC) He was extremely nice and during our Q&A, he suggested a few things to try .... turns out it was totally my own doing. TOTALLY. Now most companies would have just made the appointment (it was after 5 btw) and came out , charged the emergency call out fee, plus diagnostic, etc etc... could have been hundreds of dollars easy... and I know ZERO about AC units other than I need mine to work! I think most Floridians are the same. So how would I have known? But Richard took the time to do Q&A, listen to my questions and very quickly figured out it was something I had done, but by following his suggestions it should come back on in a few hours. (If I hadn’t waited too long to call) If it was what he thought, he couldn’t fix it until it unfroze, so no harm in trying. Which it DID!!!!! Plus he did a call back this morning to make sure it had and see if I needed him to come out!! What company does that nowadays? They could have made so much money off me and how would I have known any different?? Note to self: Don’t block the cold air intake vent. 😂

Several years ago I met Austin, a Service Tech from One Hour A/C & Heat. I was very impressed with his knowledge, work ethic and honesty. I told him when my home system needed to be replaced, I would call. Well, I did just that. Austin and his assistant Tim showed up on the day I was scheduled. These fellas did an amazing job. So good, I told my neighbor to use them to replace his system. He did and was so happy that he listened to me. I would highly recommend this company for any of your A/C needs. Met the owner Richard and he was certainly a pleasure to converse with. Personally I give them 5-Stars!

I had quite a few problems with my AC unit numourus amount of times. At about 8 pm one night our AC just stopped working and we called about three places and they gave me a few hour waiting time before I could get someone out here. One hour AC was here within the hour and being that we have a 1 year old at home, it was very important for our AC to be back up and running. I couldn't be happier with the front desk lady Natalie, she was very kind and always kept me in the loop. I wouldn't go anywhere else but One Hour AC ! They're pretty great.

Great company .Called at 300 in the after noon very friendly They said they had some one in my area told me they could come today that was suprising since other companys had said tomorow after about 50 mins a tech came over named Troy he was nice and knew alot about my A/C he opened it up found a short in wire then found bad capacitor told me my ac was still in warrenty and changed it for no charge only service call ! called them 2 months later told them it was acting up again and they switched capacitor for free fast and good !

One Hour was out in a very timely manner on the same day. We were so impressed with the customer service, we signed up for yearly maintenance. The receptionist, Mona and the technician were very courteous and efficient. I initially contacted a company through BBB and I still have not received any response after 4 days. I'm so thankful I remembered I was given One Hour's telephone number by a friend.

The Technician that was inspecting our Unit was Very nice and Did a Great Job. He was able to find out what the problem Has Been from the start of our visits. He had to get under our home and found out that the return Hose was not connecting to our outside unit. We had been trying to find out why our Heater wouldn't heat up the house in the Cold 40 Degree temperatures.

Great company to have. Office help is polite and makes sure appoints are kept in a timely manner. The technicians are also polite knowledgeable and on time. They explain all work done in simple terms. Suggest any possible issues without making sales pitches. I’m very happy to be with this company for my service needs. Thanks

We had an amazing experience with our tech! He arrived in about 40 minutes. He repaired our thermostat, which had bad wiring, replaced a fuse, and then tested the cooling and heating. All the while he was explaining how everything worked together. Great attitude and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Started having a cooling issue and called . They were able to send Donnie out in less then 24hrs to check out the unit and make sure it was good. Needed a good maintenance svc and up and running like new again. Richard,Mona and Melissa are great people to deal with highly recommend them to all.

Called these guys to handle a same day commercial job in Ocala. The tech, Mike, that went out on the job was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked every aspect of the existing HVAC units on site and was in contact with me the entire time. Pricing was very competitive!

We had a great experience with Gary he informed us of some issues that were health related and recommended the fix. Gary is a subject matter expert unlike other ac n heating technicians that just want to sell you something during a routine maintenance

Gary B., was great! He not only told me what was wrong with the Air conditioning unit, but he also showed me why and how. He was not offend by my questions but ran through several diagnostic checks with me hiding nothing. Very transparent.

Very impressed with Austin from one hour came out found that previous work done on our unit. Was causing it to not drain properly and got us up and running quickly and set up to prevent future overflows on time, and very professional!
