5 minutes ago I can't say enough about 3H. I called several other AC companies and no one could come out for at least a week. A family friend recommended 3H. I called them on a Friday and Danny was incredibly helpful. They were backed up like everyone else because of the heat wave. Once I explained that my mother is elderly and has health problems and we couldn't afford to stay at a hotel for a week, he sprang into action. First, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps for over an hour on the phone. Unfortunately, Â none of those fixed the problem. This was on a Friday and he told me he would figure something out and understood that this was an emergency. He called me a little while later and told me he had a tech that was willing to come out on Saturday (his day off). David arrived Saturday morning after working 18 hours the day before. He was amazing! He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 2 hours!! The AC is now running better than ever. I highly recommend 3H. Their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge are world class. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, helpful and thorough. I really can't thank them enough, I honestly don't know what I would've done had it not been for them taking the time out of their very busy workload to come out on their day off to help my mom.
Annual service done by the same technician as last time. Kevin K. Did an amazing job. We will never switch. Thank you Kevin K. We moved here from the north and this was our first time buying a home in Florida. You can imagine we do not know many people down here and I was having the hardest time finding someone to inspect our AC units. I found 3H AC by a simple google search. I have to say this company is amazing. The technician, Kevin came out to our home to inspect our AC handler. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and calm. He walked me through everything that was going on with the air handler and he was very patient with my questions. He talked to me about how he would service the air handler and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this company without a doubt. On a side note, I called a few other AC places, snowbird heating and cooling, pleasant air conditioning were among them. Both Snowbird and Pleasant took my reservation and at the last minute cancelled. 3H AC not only helped me by coming out the next day they literally gave me the inspection part for no cost. This company is truly is a blessing and I will continue to use them! Thank you so much!

Stop searching. They are the best! I have nothing to say but good things about this company! Jessica answering the phone is so helpful, understanding and SO considerate! She will try her best to accommodate their service schedule to your needs, and when it comes to their technician Rafael, OMG! He was so dedicated and worked so hard to fix our AC unit and it’s so professional and helpfu! I’ve never seen anyone work like him so persistently when it comes to try to get the job done and get it done right!!! He even went out of his way back to the shop to get us another part so we could have AC that night because our part didn’t arrive yet, instead of rescheduling us for another day. He really cares about what he does and to do it right! So considerate! Thanks to his kindness my kids were able to sleep peacefully that night after a previous night with NO AC! Team did a great job, initially had an issue with communication. I discussed with the sales/owner and it was immediately corrected. Each team member responded to any questions I had through the install and 3H doesn’t just repair they solve problems. We initially discussed a few years back on a replacement system and started with the best option of just replacing the blower motor in my system. Since the system was 13 years old and the motor module failed 3H discussed replacement of the entire system to get it back under warranty and resolve any further issues with my old system. We discussed options and they had my new system in place from first communication to majority of install within two days! They did a follow up a few weeks later taking care of remaining minor items on the installers schedule and did the additional work on a mew vent install. Glad I’m with 3H and hopefully this review will help you decide too.
I had an issue with my AC that stopped working on a Sunday late afternoon. I called the company and left a message to see if someone could come to the house on Monday and help us with the AC issue. Within few minutes I received a call back from Brian (the owner). He took his time and walked me through all of the steps to troubleshoot the issue. We finally figured out it was a drainage issue and he told me how o resolve it and asked me to call him back with updates. I was very impressed and pleased with his willingness to help over the phone on a Sunday afternoon/evening, especially when he could have easily sent a technician the next day and charged for the service. My wife and I were very happy that our AC is working again and I would definitely recommend 3H AC - Air Conditioning and Heating without hesitation to anyone that needs their services. Thank you.
This company was amazing from start to finish. Every interaction with each employee was both pleasant and professional. I want to first give a shout out to the head of the company, Brian. He was extremely informative and responsive. I felt truly valued as a customer. Bonny and Erika in the office demonstrated great customer service and communicated effectively. Noah, who first came to my house to give me a quote, was very professional and listened to my concerns, as well as answering every question I had. Sonnie, Nate and Elias did a fantastic job with my new A/C install and were all around nice guys. The job was completed in a timely manner and they didn't rush anything. Called yesterday as after a power outage my Daikin split level A/C would come on and work for 45 min. and shut itself off and could not gain control until the breakers reset. I called 3H AC and they said they were booked today but made an appointment for the next day but they would have a service repair man call me and walk me thru some troubleshooting to see what they could do. Well, they were able to diagnose and fix my AC without even coming to the house. It was fantastic service especially going the extra mile to help me get the house cooled down on such a hot day. I recommend 3H AC to anyone who needs A/C service. It is not often that a company goes the extra length to help out a customer and they did not charge me. 3H is an excellent HVAC service provider. I have used them for over 10 years for my residence. When I purchased my first home I had a home warranty company come out because my unit was freezing up. They cleaned the coils and it froze up again. Brian's staff came in assessed the system and noted the unit was upgraded years before but the install failed to account for a larger required air return. His team enlarged the return and the unit ran great for another 8+ years. At no point did he ever pressure me into buying a new system as that previous post indicates. My in-laws use them as well. So does my sister for her rental properties. They pride them selves on problem solving and providing good quality fairly priced services. I highly recommend 3H
One of the most honest and affordable companies out there. I was with another air conditioning company Morgan Air and had several bad experiences with them.They caused a flood in my home and refuse to call me back or respond to any emergency calls. I called several companies and none was as empathic as the owner of this company. I Spoke to Brian and really felt a sense of relief. I could tell that he truly cared about his customers. He immediately acted with urgency and sent someone out. Joe the service tech was very knowledgeable and very patient in answering all of my questions. We have been using 3H AC, Tampa for five years now. They have always been very responsive to our calls, and the service techs always do a great job and are neat and courteous. We recently called for a system check and we were advised that it needed to be replaced. Two techs returned the next day and installed a new Rudd system. The techs were respectful of my husband’s medical issues (he is on full time oxygen use) and careful about welding. They were polite and professional. We had a minor billing discrepancy which was resolved and corrected quickly. We would highly recommend 3H AC for regular seasonal maintenance as well as repairs and replacements. They do excellent work.
AC was at 83 degrees. Called 3 AC company's and they gave me a 3 day window. Including 2 company's that I've used before. We could not wait 3 days so we tried one more. 3HC has never heard of me and yet listened to my issue and offered to have tech walk me through the issue first to see if I could fix it myself without them. When I couldn't they didn't hesitate. Noah was at my house in less then 30 min and fixed my AC. He was an outstanding young man. He explained everything he was doing before he did it. Not too mention he told me the price before he did anything. I will be using this company from here on out.
After coming home from work I realized my AC was off and not turning back on; my home was up over 80 degrees. After calling many companies, they all were unable to schedule me for same day service due to their busy schedules. However, the receptionist from 3H not only took my call and booked me for the following day but she transferred my issue directly to the owner of the company who called me directly within 10 minutes to trouble shoot over the phone. Within a few minutes the owner talked me through the issue and it was resolved. Quality service, they earned my business in the future based on this alone!
I have used 3H AC for the last 9 months, including an installation of a new unit. I was given options for what would work best in my home situation. The technicians were on time, respectful and efficient. They went the extra mile to get the job done through some challenging experiences with the equipment manufacturer. What a great trustworthy company. The guys that did my new system install were very professional, let me know everything they were doing, cleaned up their work area and showed me my old unit that they took it out so I would know I made the right decision with a full install instead of a partial one. They did a better job then the builder did when I bought my house. The price I paid was lower than 4 other quotes I got and I felt this was the most honest company I was working with. I was looking to replace my old A/C unit, so called several companies and got estimates. 3H AC gave best price for Train unit so called them and started to work with the office initially.. What a team! Very professional, polite and super responsive. Brian, Bonny and Danny - loved working with them. At the day of the installation Tech team came Jeremy, Sonnie and Alexander. Wonderful and fast job, thanks to the guys. Today county inspector confirmed that job was done great according to the codes. Looking forward to work with this company.
My coils were freezing on our AC unit. I called 3H. Kyle was amazing he walked me through how to get my air going again over the phone. I ended up needing service a week later as my coils froze again, he sent Technician Sonnie within 30 minutes of my call. My coils actually needed cleaning and Sonnie took care of cleaning the coils and checked my pressure and got me back up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. These guys were great. I 10/10 recommend using 3H for your AC and heating needs! Keep up the great work guys!
Had to replace my AC unit and condenser and 3H AC did a great job. Not only were they really quick in coming to inspect the old unit and giving me a quote for a new one with multiple options, but they were able to install the new AC unit in less than a week. They were very professional and courteous. Our technician Sonnie was excellent and made sure everything was left in perfect working order. He also made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will continue using 3H AC for any future AC needs. I highly recommend them.

We were looking to replace our old ac unit and air handler. We shopped around with several companies. I spoke with the owner Brian, very quick to respond, answered all of our questions. I asked about a few things that the other companies had recommended and he explained how those were upsell items and a lot of companies will do that even when it’s not needed. London was great. He got the new system up and running and he, Charles (?), and Jeremy (?) Left everything buttoned up and cleaned up. They worked very well together. Most pleasant experience. Noah installed a whole house filter system and checked everything out. He found our breakers were over sized from our old system. The service tech Ulee came out a couple days later and replaced them with new breakers. Waiting on final inspection, but so far we are very pleased with our choice of 3H AC!!!
3H A/C really came through for us in a pinch. We were required to replace/repair faulty duct work on a home we were purchasing. Time was critical as the closing is in a week and the paperwork needed to be in order. Their team came together to get this done asap, and they were very responsive with all of our special requests for photos, etc, to satisfy the appraiser. We are so grateful for your quick, neat service, professional and responsive staff, and attention to detail. A+!
Brian and his guys are great! They have done 3 new units for me over the years, and they do all my service too! They are honest and fast. *Now, as of 1-5-2021 this is my 5th time using them and they went over the top again saving me money and getting things done very quickly. update: used 3H AC again this past weekend 7-10-21 fast response and quick repair as always. I own a couple personal and rental properties and they are always there when we need them.

I had such a great experience with 3H AC. My AC stopped suddenly, and the technician gave me step-by-step instructions so that I could repair it by myself without paying the labor fee. Now my A/C is running like new again, and my house feels so much cooler. I’m really happy with how efficient it is too. If you need any A/C work done, I definitely recommend giving 3H AC a call. Avoid! I've used 3H AC for years to maintain ACs at properties I manage but have seen a drastic reduction of customer service in the last year. In October, they sent a tech to the wrong property and serviced an AC. When I called them to ask where they were, as I was waiting for them, they said they were done with the service and initially refused to go to the right property, saying they had no time in the schedule and would have to return the following week. It took a lot of arguing for them to visit the right property. Mistakes happen but the schedulers were rude, did not care I had been waiting hours, charged me full price for both properties, plus a 3% card fee (they force you to pay while on site so no way around it) and offered no apology. Last week, I scheduled a weekend visit for a broken AC repair. I approved the weekend rate of $135 for the visit and $135 for every half hour after and was given a 5 HOUR window for Saturday. The tenants called saying no one showed up. I called and got no answer from the company. No one called me. They just do not seem to care anymore, which is a shame as the techs are normally very nice but their front office needs to go. Look elsewhere.
I called yesterday on Monday(6-20-2022) i spoke to a lady,she said hold on let me see if we have a time, i said it has to be tommoro (tuesday 6-21-22) she replies that yes she can put me on the squedule today 6-21 tuesday from 10am-2pm.i said ok perfect i will stay in the area so i can come when i get the call that they are coming,because she informed me that they will notify me 20 to 30 min ahead of time.she even asked if maybe they could head earlier than 10am but i was like no its best not to im going to set my squedule to be close to my house 10am2pm i have a very busy lifestyle with a lot of obligations,like most people do.so today around 1140am i didnt hear anything(so i tell myself to call in to touch base. Sure enouph she tells me oh im sorry it was a misunderstanding they wasnt avke squesze me in and do i want tommoro.wow!
We used this company in 2016 to repair a leak in our central unit. Just after a year, less than a month after the warranty expire, it was leaking again and stopped working. We have them repaired again, the repair guy says it's still under warranty and didn't charge us anything, but then the office called and wants to charge us. On top of that, they also suggested replacement of coil, which end up more than one thousand dollars in total with a very small discount they gave us. Now few months later, something went wrong again. I don't know where are those excellent reviews from, not a good company with our experience with them. Well, this is not a bogus review. We used a management company who ordered work for us. We have since sold the house.

I called to report it to the company and the owner picked up the phone and laughed at me on the phone and hung up. I am convinced that the good reviews are from friends and family. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. The owner or the staff badly need to invest in proper customer service skills. After giving bad advice that lead to a full flood at my house, they refused to send anyone out to help. I can understand that it’s the busy season but they had ZERO empathy and literally laughed at the situation. One star is even too much for this company.
Bad experience ever.. They do the work and then if you need them they will charge you a maintenance fee even though your unit is under warranty which means they should do the maintenance for free and this is stated in the contract... and if you ask or discuss this with them they will pretend to care and then they will completely ignore your issue.
The new unit was installed by 3H AC, within a few month, the unit stops working. The technician from 3H AC found that the the wiring was wrong, but 3H AC still charge me the servicing fee. What the hell?! It as installed by 3H AC itself! Where is the moral and professionalism? all gone with the company! What a shame!

We recently purchased a home, the unit was installed a year ago by 3H. The unit stopped working and we had them come out and take a look at it. My very first interaction with the owner was terrible, he was rushing me off the phone and was not understanding of the issue or the circumstances. He spoke over me several times and snickered at my questions. After the technician (Joe, who was wonderful) came out to look at the unit he said he would go back and speak with the owner to see if there is anything that they could do for us. Because the workmanship was awful, the unit is crooked and coming apart at the seems. (After 1 year and air conditioner shouldn't look that way) we never received a phone call back when we were promised. I called the company and spoke with the owner who started off the conversation screaming, cussing and threatening us because he claims that my husband called and threatened him (he did, but it was with a law suit not physical)(which we have the right to do) I explained to him that I do not use profanity and he did not apologize. He then said "do you want us to come out and fix it or not, answer yes or no" I didn't even have a chance to explain what my concerns were or to ask any more questions to understand why we were being charged $800 to rebuild the unit. He put the technician Joe on the phone, who again was polite, calm and very informative about the situation. The owner grabbed the phone from Joe and was screaming again that he was busy and that he didn't have time for this. He also suggest that we use another company. I asked him if he would reduce the price under the circumstances of the original install and he said "sure I'll take off $50. If you want anything from me you need to ask me nicely." I explained to him that I was speaking calmly the entire time and that I did not appreciate his abrasive tone that he has had with me from the beginning. He said he doesn't want to talk about his tone. The conversation had many instances were he was behaving like a child and would not let me speak and was riddled with his ego. I have never had such a terrible experience like this and I am appalled that he can get away with this and treat customers this way. The reason he has an a+ in BBB is because no one has filled a complaint. Well he won't have an A+ for long, I am filling a complaint today.

i needed my new compressor installed into my condensing unit, so i pulled over in my car onto the owners property and knocked on his door. brian the owner had 3h-ac signs facing the street. he told me that he wanted $650, and i had been getting offers around $400. when i told him this, he cursed at me and then told me to get off his property. the problem with greedy bastards is that they live beyond their means, always having another house or car payment to make at the expense of the poor and needy. i did not need a damn thing from the crook and left the way i came. and you should too.

On a Tuesday night, I did a routine vacuum of the condensation from my ac drain pipe. Afterwards, the a/c circuit breaker would not switch on. So I called 3HAC and they came the next day. The tech decided the breaker was loose and changed it. The a/c wiring is rated for 30amp, but the tech only had the 40amp breaker on hand, so that is what he installed. He said the company will buy the 30amp breaker and return another day to switch it to the correct one. He billed me $200. It was $75 for the service and $125 for the breaker. Further, they wanted to charge me $75 for the second install. I looked up arc fault circuit breakers online and it appeared to be $30-$50 on average. So I called 3HAC about the billing. Danny, the manager explained that the breaker cost was high because they don't skimp on their parts. Later, I talked with a friend about the situation and he told me that they should not have put in a 40amp breaker because the a/c's electric wiring is rated for 30amp. Worst case scenario would be electric fire. So on Friday I called back 3HAC. Danny had the owner, Bryan, explain that the a/c normally runs on 12amp, so it should not get anywhere close to shorting. They did not feel it was an emergency, so they scheduled to come in the next Monday. As for the $75 fee to reinstall the correct breaker, they took off $25. During these phone calls, Danny seemed annoyed and defensive saying "Well at least now you have a/c. We could have just not installed the breaker that day." and "I wish we didn't install the breaker because it has become such a nuisance." It has been a month and the a/c works fine. Thankfully there were no electrical fires. The pricing seemed a little high but whatever. The manager did not show empathy or good customer service.
A tech came out to my place and analyzed my AC problem of a small coolant leak. The tech did explain I could either fix the leak or buy an entire unit. The tech tried to talk me into buying an entire new unit which is odd because it only had a small leak. I was supposed to be emailed estimates for either scenario. When I didn't receive any emails I contacted the company via email requesting estimates and over a week later still haven't received any response. Due to both of the above I will not be using or recommending this company.

I don’t normally write reviews because most of the time companies I’ve hired to do work in the past usually do the work they are hired to do and then go on there way. But the experience we had with 3H AC has been much different. My father is a disabled Vietnam veteran who has to be taken care of 24/7 by my mother and myself and the resent hurricanes that flooded there home and ultimately destroyed everything we owned and caused some very difficult problems.for us.I called H3 AC in Tampa and not only did they come out to our home which was over an hour away from there warehouse but they came immediately to assess the damage but also found major design flaws and issues from the prior ac company that caused horrible electric bills and an inefficient ac system. Kevin Kubachi , Brian Hebert and all the employees treated our family like we were part of there family.. i feel fortunate to have gotten my family's home looked over and redone be H3 AC .With everything involved and all the hard working employees it took to coordinate the amount of work needing to be done after the floods is truly amazing , I appreciate you all and would recommend 3H vac company to anyone. My family appreciates all the hard work they did and after the job was done Kevin even stopped back over to check up on my father and even sat and talked with him to keep him company after work was done. H3Ac are amazing and top notch at what the do.
