The quality and finish looks great. They even did some extra work such as tightening some loose areas of the gutter, which wasn't in the quote, for free. Highly recommended.

2025: I felt compelled to add this update: An issue that I had with my roof (aside from it needing to be replaced) was that I had two old skylights. Casey suggested at the time that I replace them but I thought they were still in decent condition so I said no. As stated in my original review below, AAA replaced my roof and they did a terrific job. But a year later, my two skylights had minor leaking. I was angry and I called AAA and made a big stink. Casey handled my frustrations in an expert, professional way, but he had said that he originally suggested I replace the skylights and I made the decision not to. Well, I'm admitting that I was not satisfied with that answer. It lead to me speaking directly with the owner of AAA Roofing. He said that, although they clearly stated in the contract that they suggested I replace the skylights, and I had said no, they would still send out someone from the team to take a look, free of charge. Someone came out, they did some sealing, but it didn't fix the issue. Finally, I went up onto the roof and took a look myself. My skylights were so beat-up, old, and past their due date. It was obvious they needed to be replaced and that I should've had them replaced when I had the roof done. After all the stink I raised, AAA Roofing still put me in contact with one of their guys to replace the skylights. Again, I'm just being honest here: I was that customer, the pain in the ass. And I was wrong. So I'm writing this update to say that, as I look back on it now, it was another example of exceptional customer service on AAA Roofing's part. Honestly, they could've told me to take a hike, but they didn't. That's impressive. Original Review: Casey was the project manager for our job. He was fantastic. He's the textbook of what you want in customer service. I vetted three roofing companies and obtained three bids. They were all in the ballpark except for one which was about $5K higher so I immediately removed them from the options. AAA earned the job because Casey was a standout over the other company. Casey answered every question I had and he even suggested a few things I hadn't thought of. He was very professional and he obviously has many years of experience. There was no sales pitch, no pressure. So I went with AAA. They finished the job a day early (new roof for home + garage). They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them. FYI I had the roof installed just before all the heavy rains last month. I went up into the attic and searched for any leaks. Not one. Same with the garage. The reviews for AAA Roofing Services are spot-on. They're a great company.

In today's online world, finding a qualified, reliable, honest, friendly, helpful, and trust worthy roofing contractor is not an easy task. Today I found one of the best. I had the good luck to be referred to Lee Yosef and family owned AAA Roofing company. A few weeks ago, during an early winter storm I had the homeowners nightmare of a leaking roof. Being a 21st Century kind of guy Lee went directly to Google Earth and looked up my roof and was able to assess the situation....one that I had not considered....I have a roof full of solar panels. Oops I forgot about those. He advised me that I would need to have the section of the panels in the area of the leak removed so he could come out and troubleshoot the roof, find the leak and repair it. He knew I didn't need a new roof, he knew that I live in Venice Beach and his office is in Calabasas, and he knew it was coming up on a holiday weekend. Remember this is likely not going to be a huge job and the owner of the company saying that he will be coming himself. Nevertheless he put me on his schedule the Monday morning after the holiday. At this point his office manager and wife Anita took over. We texted back and forth frequently always keeping me in the loop. She helped me coordinate with my solar company so everything could be done at the same time. This is a family business and even though we had never met or done business before I felt a personal touch that is not usually the norm. Monday after the holiday weekend Lee arrives as scheduled, spends over an hour on my roof, and finds the source of the leak. He doesn't try to upsell me, or schedule one of his assistants to come back another day to repair what he found. He heads back down to his truck, grabs materials, goes back up to the roof, makes the needed repairs. I ask him if I can give him a check to pay for the work and he says something to the effect: "That's Ok, no charge." Now I'm not saying that Lee and AAA Roofing in Calabasas works for free, but for a company to go out of their way to help a homeowner make sure that a little problem does not turn into a big problem says more than I can adequately express. I Highly Recommend this outstanding company! My experience with AAA Roofing Services was fantastic from the very beginning. I needed a complete reroof... still had original shake shingles underneath a composition roof that was probably 40 years old and well beyond its lifespan. I got estimates from several highly reviewed companies, but once I met Ryan W, I knew this was the company I was going to use. His experience, knowledge, honesty and integrity sealed the deal. All along the process, he made sure that I was taken care of and that all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered and addressed. The estimate I received was very fair. It was better than the other companies and had more "bang for the buck" by including far better roofing materials than many of the others offered. They also stayed true to the estimate. There were no hidden costs or "up-charges". As we approached the work date, we ran into an interesting problem with the City of LA when it came time to get the permit... for some strange reason, my house didn't seem to exist in their records... the Tax Collector, however, has found me every year, LOL. So, Anita over at AAA jumped into action and handled the situation. After we provided proof of my home's existence, the City Engineer quickly signed off on it, permit was issued and we were good to go. Nicole, at the office, was fantastic with scheduling, communication and follow up. I never felt I was in the dark about anything. On the first day, the tear off, Lee, the owner of AAA stopped by to check on progress and make sure I was being taken care of... which of course I was because Ryan is on top of his game. The roofing crew were exceptional from start to finish. Their respect for my property, their attention to detail, their professionalism and their going above and beyond without ever being asked were so greatly appreciated. This is the type of service I like. It reminded me of my father's generation, when customer service was taken seriously and it wasn't all about a quick buck. In four days flat they stripped the old tile and sheeting, repaired damaged wood and fascia, laid new sheeting, and topped everything with premium Owens Corning shingles installed exactly by the book. They also pulled the permit and booked the inspections, so I never had to wrangle City Hall. Where to start, I got a total of 5 quotes for roof replacement. Ryan happened to be the last one to quote me, like other companies we had a conversation before he went up on the roof. Here's why I'd 100% choose AAA over others, of the 5 conversations Ryan was the most genuine. He explained his process, he explained why he uses the materials he uses and why he avoids certain others. He gave examples of the benefits and flaws of specific materials. His explanation and conversation didn't come across as just a "salesman" but rather as a friend or neighbor which I completely respect. Finally he hopped on my roof and the first thing he said was "why do you want your roof replaced"? This was a shock to me considering not a single other company mentioned that my roof wasn't in bad shape. Ryan then explained there was a solid few years left in my roof at minimum. This was great news but at the same time frustrating that not a single other company brought this up, they just wanted to sell me a roof regardless if I needed it or not. I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity and savings. Nothings cheap right now so to hear that was a relief. Finally he mentioned there was a little bit of deferred maintenance he would handle for a very fair price, which I had him do and of course his work was excellent. I hired AAA Roofing Services to do a full re-roofing of my 2600 square foot one-story house. The existing roof was tile in good condition, but the underlayment was 26 years old and wanted to replace the underlayment before installing rooftop solar. I got two quotes from licensed roofers and both were about the same. I selected AAA because they had just completed a job for a friend just a mile away and I liked what I saw! Now that my roof is completed I have nothing but compliments for AAA Roofing. The office staff is efficient (Nicole, Anita) and the contracting process was handled efficiently by e-mail. Casey Howard was my job manager; he was always on-time and definitely knew his stuff about roofing materials and techniques. Adrian was my job foreman. He and his team come up from Orange County to work on tile roofs. The crew was efficient and cleaned up every day before they left. This is the fourth roof I have re-done, but my first tile roof (the others were shingle). I consider myself to be a knowledgeable buyer, not someone who just accepts whatever the contractor tells me. I was impressed throughout the process by AAA. Highly recommend. I will definitely contact them again for my next roofing need.

After recent rainy seasons, we wanted to get our roof checked before any potential storms. Our roof was worked on just three years ago so there shouldn't have been problems, but we could see where tiles had slipped out of position. That roofer wouldn't return my calls so I called AAA Roofing. Jonathon came out for a free inspection. I didn't have to take his word for what was needed, he documented every potential problem with photos. We discussed his recommendations and he emailed a proposal and estimate. He texted ahead of the job to notify when he'd be there on what was to be a half day's work. The communication during the whole project was top notch. I wish every business had this kind of customer service. Not only was all the work done on time - and documented with photos during the job, the guys found some unexpected problems that they took care of with the materials on hand. There were no extra charges. They made the extra effort to ensure the job was done right. Jonathon inspected all the work, again documenting with photos. Super nice guy. Small company based nearby. Couldn't be happier with the process, start to finish.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 3 years ago we had Casey come out to give a quote for our older roof. He was professional and honest, told us that we had some years left on it and didn't try to upsell. We had other quotes at the time and both claimed we needed it replaced. 3 years and no issues later, we called Casey back ready to replace before any issues happened. The quote and logistics were clearly explained and our many questions answered. Clearly AAA is highly professional. They pulled all the permits, set everything up in an orderly and clean fashion, were on time and finished the job quicker than quoted. We passed all inspections easily and our roof looks fantastic. I haven't even seen a single nail left behind (and I know that's not common)! I personally value honestly, professionalism and skill. AAA are all of those things and more. I have learned to go with quality over the cheapest quote and with AAA getting it done correctly the first time, we will save money fixing mistakes in the future. I have a 99 year old home and while we already needed a new roof, the last few years of heavy rains and bad storms accelerated that need. I requested a few quotes and ultimately chose AAA. One company didn't show up and blamed me, another didn't call back, and the other company that DID provide a quote was subpar. Ryan came over exactly on time, took a look at the roof, and gave me his recommendation on how to move forward. He advised against Owens Corning and a synthetic underlay due to quality and flammability. He also helped to coordinate with an HVAC company so I could take care of a related issue while the roof was being replaced. His bid was the highest, but my gut told me to go with it. Not only do they know what they're doing and are very knowledgeable, they're very professional doing super clean work and they truly understand customer service. He was able to explain everything in detail, he was very patient answering all questions going above and beyond (which is very rare these days), and he knew the history of the chateau tile on our roof dating back decades since roofing is in his blood with his family history. I cannot recommend Ryan and AAA more highly. Ryan was as knowledgable and personable as they come. They exceeded high speculations in every way. Ryan actually made a second visit to make sure the bid was exactly what was needed and besides being very competitively priced, there was no attempt to upsell. He actually assured me that one portion of my roof was in good shape and should be excluded from the work. On install day, the entire team was personable, professional and tidy. They went above and beyond in every way, even doing several extras things with no extra charge and without even asking because of their desire to make sure it was as good as it could be. A rarity in my experience. When they left there was no trace that they had been there. By the end of it, I felt like we were neighbors, to be honest.

I recently fully reroofed my house and I'm so glad I went with AAA. My primary point of contact was Ryan and he was fantastic - incredibly responsive, knowledgable and passionate about his craft! Ryan knew that I was particularly nervous about a certain part of the roof, so he even made a second trip back out to the house to make sure that their proposed work would solve the problem and address my concerns. They weren't the cheapest, but also definitely not the most expensive - so the overall price was incredibly fair! The only frustrating thing was that I couldn't pay by credit card, but that's fine. All in all, very happy I went with AAA and would be more than happy to call them when I need roofing services again in the future. Highly recommended!

it was really enjoyable working with Ryan and his team. we replaced our roof that was 23 years old. Ryan is an incredible manager and his communication is excellent, he helped us from start to finish. having two dogs and four cats was a concern while the roof was being replaced. I was very surprised that there was very little noise. the workers were on time ever day and were extremely polite to my wife and myself. I was very surprised to see the roof installed in 4 and a half days. each day before the crew went home they swept the outside, picked up all nails and debris from the outside. if I had to install another roof I would definitely use Ryan and his crew. I own a mid century home that is sometimes difficult to maintain and repair while keeping the integrity of the design. One of my late husband's colleagues recomended their services and mentioned they were excellent. I called them and received awesome service from AAA Roofing, I am very happy with the team, Casey provided a very detailed and free inspection of my roof and gave me great options to choose from, all the quotes were affordable and sensitive to my old house. Cesar provided excellent roof repair and careful clean up of debris. I will call them again when needed and recommend AAA Roofing to my neighbors and friends.

If you are reading this then you've found the best roofer in LA. Lee is fantastic. He treats his customers like family and does the best work and goes above and beyond. You can see my other review from a few years ago when he replaced most of my roof. This review is of the flat roof he did a torch down because another contractor did a poor patch. His team came in did an excellent patch in a larger area than maybe they needed to only to be sure it won't leak. They also sealed an external furnace duct that I have had issues with for years. Can't say enough positive things about Lee and his team.

I needed a roof repair on a single-family home in the West Los Angeles area. Why did I choose them? Yelp reviews were definitely influential, a neighbor also recommended, but AAA Roofing Services specifically had a C-39 roofing license (important!), plus their license was a low, six-digit number (meaning they'd been in business a LONG time, also important). I worked with Nicole to schedule the job, Casey to give me an estimate, and Adrian and Moises to do the work. They are good communicators. I'm very happy with the work and recommend them highly. They are PROFESSIONAL and that is hard to find!

AAA Roofing Services has been maintaining my roof since 2020. So far, I have not had one leak. Recently, I noticed a crack on my skylight. My dual paned polycarbonate skylight was installed before we bought the house 7 years ago. Casey came to inspect it. He sealed it and told me that I was good for this winter but needed to replace it before the following winter. Furthermore, he kindly refused to be compensated for this service.
