The following day Thomas came to my house and completed a thorough assessment providing an estimate with the scope of work. Thomas listened to my needs not only from the perspective of my home, but he also considered my health challenges within the project. Thomas was Prompt, Thorough, and Accurate. I agreed to the contract and within a day, Talia had a permit number... Efficient and Friendly! Joel was awesome following with calls, emails, responding to the needs of the moment without neglecting a single call... Always Consistent and Caring! Bruce and Alvino, I can't say enough..They began the project and did not leave the site until it was completed. They replaced underground pipes, rebuild a return box, and carefully installed a beautiful unit (inside Air handler and outside condenser). A day later came Rob to do a walk through of the site, making sure that everything was completed accordingly and to the owners satisfaction. Rob's attention to details was unprecedented. I reached out to ABC Air Conditioning and Heating for a quote, originally for a Goodman unit since they were an authorized Goodman dealer.  During the visit for the quote, I was provided a full quote for 3 systems within 10 min.   A base Goodman system, a more efficient Goodman system and a Daikin system, both eligible for the $1,500 federal tax rebate.  The quote even included the AHRI # that shows eligibility for the rebate.  Daikin had a mfr's rebate and at 17.5 SEER, and it was even cheaper that the Trane 15 SEER quote from another a/c company and the system wasn't eligible for the rebate.  In the end, I chose the Daikin system.  Quiet inverter compressor, cools great, and a 13 year warranty.The crew came over on a Friday and installed the system and the system was up and running.  I had a duct that was wearing out so I had them replace it and during the process, the installer slipped on a box that I had in the attic and stepped on the ceiling in the garage and pushed the drywall down.  He secured it and said that they will have a drywall guy come over and fix it and I was provided his contact info.  The workmanship of replacing the air handler deck was not done well (caulking and the reattached baseboard was not even and I mentioned this to them when contacting them on getting the city permit (needed for the Duke energy rebate).  They were out here the next day and Rob fixed the caulking and baseboard.  And a few days later, when my lawn mower ran over a copper piping that dropped in my grass during the install, he came over the same day to verify that there was nothing else in the grass.  I finally connected with the drywall guy, who came over and fixed the garage ceiling.  I had a few other drywall repairs to do, so I was able to pay him to do those and it worked out perfectly.  Even though there were a few issues after the install, they corrected them immediately.  Customer service was amazing, always responsive.  They sent me the HRCI certificate and permit and coordinated for the city inspection.  I would not hesitate to use them again.  Great customer service and great company.

I have been a customer of ABC Air Conditioning and Heating for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of their representatives. I came from a disastrous experience with a different AC service company, and it was Patrick who made everything work out smoothly, not only through a transition but with the challenges I was facing with my AC Unit. At that time, I also did an expansion to the duct work for my AC to work better and everyone, from Thomas, who I met during that unit's installation to all the team of workers that visited my home to do the duct work, were not only outstanding professionals but also very friendly and respectful of the situation at that time. Since, I have been subscribed to their Maintenace package and I have always been treated not just as "another customer" but have always received a "family treatment". It is so very important to be able to have a company and a team like ABC Air Conditioning and Heating backing all your AC/Heating solutions because you know you can trust and rely on their service. I would like to also take a moment to express my gratefulness to Andrea and everyone else at the office, who are always cordial, patient and understanding of a customer's needs. There is a world of difference between ABC Air and the company I was with prior to changing to ABC. I’ve used ABC Air Conditioning for the past few years. Aaron was the tech they first came to us and ever since then, he was who we requested. He’s an honest man, skilled, and knowledgeable. Because of how amazing he was at the first visit, ABC services both of our houses. Since our first visits, Aaron has serviced both homes. Most recently, while he was on vacation, there was an issue and Alex F came out. He was just as kind and was very open and honest with providing me options for a nearly 20 year old unit. Fast forward, at both houses, we now have brand new Daikan ACs. The pricing was extremely fair, scheduling quick, and the brand is top of the line. A rebate was applied to both which I was not expecting! A different Alex and Jose installed the units at both houses. They are awesome as well, even helping me to link the thermostat to my phone. Alex also gave me some tips, such as being careful when mowing the yard if the unit is running, as well as show me where the clean the line out once a month to be proactive. Aaron, Alex F, Installer Alex, and Jose are top of the line and are the primary reason we continue to use this company and will continue to recommend.

Thomas came out within a few days of my request for quote on a new air & heat unit/air handler install. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. Offered a couple of options leaving detailed quotes within 20 minutes right there on the spot. Thomas called within a few days to follow-up. Follow-up... Imagine that! This company was the only one out of three companies to follow-up after providing quotes. As of today, twelve days later, I am still to hear from the other two! Anyhow, ABC Air agreed with my schedule for the install 10 days after the original quotes. The 3-man crew, Luis, Bruce, and Jafar were just amazing. They demonstrated their fine skills and efficiently worked together. Very tidy and cleaned up like it never even happened in about 7 hours! The crew did not have the proper replacement breaker but guess what? Thomas arrived 30 minutes after the crew finished to install. Wow, thank you for the awesome experience with this big investment.

We used ABC to replace our A/C unit, during August in Florida and amidst a global supply chain shortage. We went for quotes from multiple companies (some of which said they wouldn’t be able to replace our unit for 2 months and at a higher cost), and our experience with ABC was by far the best and most professional. In the Florida heat with no A/C, promptness is vital! They had replaced our unit in less than a week from our first phone call to them. We were in an out-of-the-ordinary time crunch due to an upcoming vacation and we didn’t want our house sitting at 90° and 70% humidity for all that time. ABC went above and beyond to ensure we got our install done just in time. They answered our calls at all times of the day with no complaints and expedited our install. They were never pushy but always prompt. I was so pleased at the service we received for the price and would sincerely recommend them to anyone experiencing A/C struggles.

I had a dryer duct that got broken inside a wall. Needed to rework/replace about 16 feet overall between laundry room, cross section of ceiling then up through attic to second story roof vent. It took 3 trips due to some communication issues and the understanding of secondary lint box/trap. In the end we mutually decided that this second lint trap was not really useful here since it was designed for surface mounting and not for inside the wall itself. So that lint box was removed and the duct reconnected. Overall the final outcome was a vast improvement. They added a dryer box recessed into the wall for better dryer to wall connection and the duct work was mounted in a way to avoid direct contact with wood studs and other materials. Also they moved the dryer electrical receptacle up due to the dryer box size.

Sean was great, respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We recently had a new package unit installed and ran into cooling issues. He called prior to our scheduled appointment time to give a time of arrival and made sure that we were home prior to arriving. We walked the house to take stock of the equipment in place, identifying each supply register, return grate, filter location, and any areas of concern we had. As he worked, he insisted that 'we see, what he sees' and had me follow along his assessment. He took care in explaining the 'why' behind his recommendations, making sure I understood what was being said before proceeding. I grately appreciate his thoroughness and sharing his knowledge with us to understand the science and engineering behind the systems responsible for making our home comfortable.

Thomas was extremely helpful & friendly. He came out to give a quote on a new unit and left with me being way more educated & informed even about my current system. I've also since have had service done by Aaron and felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had some difficult news to share regarding my mini-split system, but I appreciated the directness & had 100% trust that he was shooting straight with me and providing the only foolproof, complete solution for the issue at hand. I do wish there was more effort to provide an interim solution for cooling while our unit was being fixed/we waiting for parts but on the service tech side of things, between Aaron & Thomas, I couldn't be more pleased with their work & expertise. And for that reason they will def get more calls from me in the future.

Eddie came out to look at our old unit and recommend different brands for replacement. He filled us in on three different brands that he recommends and told us which is arguably the best. He informed us that they would replace EVERYTHING, down to the concrete pad, the plywood under the air handler, and the entire air intake duct. Some other installers would reuse all of these old parts and not put in the due diligence. They delivered on everything he said they would do plus more. They even re-sealed and repainted the area under the air handler. They did a phenomenal job. I didn’t catch the names of the two gentleman who installed the new unit but they were quick, efficient and very professional. The total install only took about 8 hours. Overall a great experience with ABC. I would definitely recommend.

First of all, this company got me on the schedule the same day I called which I was happy about. But they did one better. They called and said they could show up even earlier if I was available and since it was the coldest day of the year and I didn’t have any heat, I was really grateful for that. My technician, Tommy, is a guy who knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. And he repaired it really fast too. But the thing that impressed me most about him was that it’s very obvious he truly cares about his customers. Unfortunately, you don’t see a lot of that these days so it was very refreshing to have a technician who sincerely cares about his customers and his work. Thank you for a great job today.

This is really a 10 star review!!!! Andrea prioritized the call due when I described the family emergency I had and Justin arrived early to repair the AC unit. Hours before I had been told by another company the system needed to be replaced for $8-10k. The attention to detail (and honesty) Justin used to diagnose the problem and quickly repair it was a truly a lifesaver. I got easy to understand information about what the issue was on and how we could optimize it if we wanted. He answered my questions in such a great way I feel empowered and educated. There was never a hint of a sales pitch - just SMART work. I highly recommend Justin and ABC AC & Repair without reservation.

Jean and his partner started my installation at 8:45am and finished at 9:50pm, they never stopped working. Jean ate his dinner while he worked. My air handler is located in our garage ceiling in a horizontal position and in my opinion this was not a straight forward install. I am very satisfied with the neatness and appreciative of the time he devoted to insure everything was neat and that the immediate working area cleaned up after a 12 hour day. I hope someone from ABC Air will contact me on Monday so I can share a few other comments. I would not hesitate to have Jean do any type of work in my home as he is a detailed craftsman. Please know that it was his birthday day too.

I could not have had a better experience with the whole company! From Nicole on they phone to Aaron my repair guy, the best of the best! They both were so professional and so kind to me from start to finish. Nicole made sure someone was out to help me ASAP, and as soon as Aaron called to let me know he was on his way I felt at ease about a stranger coming into my home while I was alone. He was so nice to me, answered every silly question I had, took the time to explain to me everything he was doing, and he had so much knowledge with his 20+ years of experience! Absolutely the best HVAC company I'm the city!! Herb, Brandon, Trip, and Corey are the best in the land!! Let me tell you, they were able to put in a brand new system for us, new duct work throughout the entire house, and install a new thermostat that works with our phones!! So amazed by the work they put in!! They are literally my friends at this point!! Could not be happier with the service we received!! Rachel with financing is an absolute pleasure to work with! I have been with this company for almost 5 yrs, over these years they have treated me like family seriously crazy I know. They are down home people who treat you like their own. I called for services and just a couple hrs later they are at my door. (of course it’s summer) the worst time your ac can go out. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Aaron, wow he was funny respectful and extremely knowledgeable and my ac was fixed. We had issues with the blower motor on our downstairs unit. Other companies were attempting to sell us on entirely new systems, but our ABC technician (Mark) was able to diagnose and fix the issue for a fraction of the cost of full replacement. It was clear he had our best interest (getting cold air!) in mind and wasn't simply trying to sell us on something that wasn't needed. We were also under a time crunch to get the issue fixed and Kayla and Andrea in the front office stayed on top of our parts order and service to get the issue resolved for us ASAP. We greatly appreciate the excellent service! Thank you!

100 stars of I could. I recently had a bad coil in my HVAC system, and ABC Air and Heat Company took care of everything perfectly. Thomas Johnson was our service technician, and he did an amazing job replacing the coil, which was still under warranty. Throughout the process, the company kept me updated on when the new coil would be delivered and when the installation would take place. The customer service was exceptional—above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend ABC Air and Heat for their professionalism, excellent communication, and top-notch service. Thank you ABC

I needed a replacement AC for my home. They were out for an estimate the day I called, installation was done just a few days later in only a few hours. The install team even took the extra time to trace down a dead power wire for my thermostat, so I didn’t have to get a battery operated one. The work was good quality, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. The price was fair for a good quality unit, and everyone involved was friendly and professional. This is a good, family owned business and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

Best A/C company in Florida. I’ve been using this company for my house and all my rental homes and for my business A/C for 7 years. They have always been honest and professional. Aaron is their best A/C repairman. We also love the guy that came with him, Greg! Aaron usually identifies the problem within 10 minutes and he’s never wrong! Eddie owns the company and always makes sure we are happy with their service and Vicky in the office, always makes sure she schedules services timely. This is a great company. I refer all my family and friends to ABC.

Recently purchased a news Ac unit from ABC. Eddie was great with the quote, went over everything in detail, answered any questions I had. On installation today Carlos and D showed up right on time (given 8-10 window, showed up at 7:57am) they also answered all my questions and did a great job! There was one issue with a factory piece on unit, and management is coming first thing tomorrow to replace. Overall great experience, great people and great prices! We got 6-8 quotes and ABC had the better products at the best price! Even worked in the rain!

Patrick was knowledgeable and professional. He discovered a flaw in the way my AC unit had been and recommended that it be re-attached for proper air flow. Three teams of friendly but seriously hardworking guys showed up in the morning and, by the end of the day, they had completely replaced the old duct system in my home, redesigned the air flow for better distribution throughout the house, and they replaced the grills in all the rooms. I won’t hesitate to call them the next time I have a problem with my AC. I would highly recommend this company.

Had my AC replaced by ABC on 10/14/19. They were professional, responsive and prompt from cost estimate through clean up after installation. Their price for a Carrier system was very reasonable compared with the many quotes I collected. They even matched another company who lowered their initial estimate. The installers worked very hard for over 10 hours to get the job done in one day. I highly recommend calling ABC and giving them the opportunity to bid on your project. I had a recent Heat pump change out. The team provided excellent customer service with fair pricing and the technicians did a very nice job. Special shoutout to Joel for project management. Jean and his helper Malik did a very nice job with the install. Nice teamwork. Rob for the final inspection before the county inspection. Good process and the technician that came to resolve a minor condensation leak that was not seen after the install since we were in heat mode at this time. I would use them again and would recommend.

Dagan was very efficient and professional. He did an overall inspection and tune up on our 15 year old air conditioner and did not charge us anything over the quoted price for a tuneup. He was respectful of our home & property. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information about our air conditioner. Thank you ABC Air for hiring and employing quality staff. I hired ABC Air Conditioning and Heating Specialists to install my new smart thermostat and new air handler and new compressor and they knocked it all out perfectly the very first time with zero issues at all in only a few hours. That was over a year ago now and I still have only ABC do all my service calls. Very highly recommend to anyone who needs professional AC/heater service and wants it done right the first time for a reasonable price and right on schedule or earlier when they can make it happen.

Really happy with the service from both techs that came on site to do the repairs and also the customer service on the phone. The techs took pictures of before and after for us and were very professional. Techs explained the issue well and the work was priced fairly. The CS rep helped us coordinate the appointment which took some back and forth calls in a short period. It is nice to deal with same person on phone.
