Wonderful company! I could not be more pleased. I had a full new AC unit installed along with all new ducts in my 2nd floor condo. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. Andrew Friedman took the time to go over my new system multiple times, ensure I was going to have adequate air, spent time explaining the details and willing to work with my condo association. Wes Johnson, owner, called me to make sure I understood all the details and differences before I contracted with them. It was nice to hear an owner tell you they want your business and make you feel your business was important - especially in these times. Their installers, Joshua and Erik were unbelievable. Hard workers, nonstop in a hot attic for two days and never heard them complain. They were very professional, personal and NEAT! Their work in my attic is artwork. At the end, even after payment, Corinne Todd and Andrew took the time to call me to make sure I was satisfied with all the work and to let me know if there are any problems, to call them. I would definitely recommend.

Our condenser failed due to flooding in Hurricane Ian. ACPros had their diagnostic technician there in only a few hours. He had it diagnosed quickly. Needed replacement. By dinner time the same day, I had received estimates and was able to make a choice of the replacement system. The installation crew arrived ON TIME and as planned. When do you get THAT in Florida?? They layed out cloths to protect my driveway and garage floor while they worked. They were very nice and polite young me. They worked very well together. Had our new system up and running by mid-afternoon and our life was able to return to normal. I am a very particular individual. I can pick out slackers and spot all the mistakes. Not so in this case. ACPros did a superb job both of providing responsive service, customer care, and execution of their technical work. I highly recommend them.

I called approximately 6:00 am Hoping AC Pros. Could help that day! Manager contacted Technician Andrew, He was there before 10:00am. Accessed Situation, Explained in-professional manner what could be done.. we chose a new system. , Office staff contacted me with financing information, all of this happened by 12:00 noon. The New System will be installed tomorrow. Very reasonable price . Andrew also have us a few tips to stay comfortable until 7:00 am in the morning.. Thank You AC Pros. Judy Holler. Saturday I woke up to no ac motor was not working 🥵 they were out to our house within a couple hours! although the tech found water and insulation damage in my unit, he was still able to get the unit back on and running! Tech was fast, polite, and knew what he was doing! They needed to come back and redo insulation. They came out while we were not home. When I did get home, I quickly realized the ac was not working again. This time the motor was going but nothing from the vents. I called and Michelle, so very helpful and kind, had someone out within a half hour of me calling! Andre within 15 minutes it was back on’ a fuse had disconnected. Michelle called to make sure my unit was working after the tech left! Great customer service by office personnel and techs! Thank you!

Todd and Wes and Andrew are the best! They have handled my air conditioning system for years and I am very grateful to them. I moved into a very old home with a very very old air conditioning system. AC Pros replaced everything and did a wonderful job for me. From start to finish, they made this process clear and easy. They clearly explained what needed to be done and they answered all of my questions. When work began, they made sure I was comfortable and they checked in every step of the way. After work was completed, they stayed in touch to make sure all was good. And it was great! They are keeping my system in great shape too. We are having the hottest summer and they are keeping me cool. Very grateful to them. I highly recommend these guys.

I signed up for the two cleanings a year (great price) and when Mark Voorhees came for our cleaning, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very honest that our AC was beyond the point of him being able to clean it and had years of dirt and dust and mold which we kind of expected from previous owners not taking care of it. He explained how it happened, what it means and gave us options of what they can do to help us. They gave us a very good deal and had two people out a couple days later to make our AC like brand new! They also pushed back my original contract for the cleanings since I already paid for it so it will start in 6 months. They were so helpful and responsive so I would highly recommend!

I've had great luck with this local company! When our AC went out, another company gave us a quote for things we did not need to repair. AC Pros came out, gave us an honest estimate, and completed the job as soon as the parts were available. Michele in the office is a gem! She kept us informed of the status of the parts and the appointment with the technician. And, last but not least, Andrew the technician, who actually did the repair, was phenominal! Friendly, professional, and explained everything in laymans terms Sometimes it's hard to find honest repair companies in SW FL, so finding a company that is honest and stands by their work is important. We just had a new A/C system installed and decided to use AC Pros based on all of the good reviews. We were not disappointed! Mark came out to check the system. He was very knowledgeable, sat down and went over what the issues were. They got us on the schedule quickly and sent out Erik to replace the unit. Erik was awesome!! He was in the attic most of the day (poor guy). He was very nice, friendly and also very knowledgeable. He showed us before and after pictures, went over everything and even put everything back that he had to move in the laundry room. The whole experience was a 10/10. Would absolutely recommend AC Pros to anyone looking for service.

5 star service! Being a single mom and a home owner can present itself many Unnecessary problems when hiring vendors to do a service call. I called AC Pros as it was recommended to me, they immediately put me on the schedule for the very next morning, first thing. And much to my surprise Christian my tech for the day showed up ON TIME - and enthusiastic to work and answer all my questions I had With a few adjustments he made, he was on his way and my home temperature was getting right where it needed to be, because we all know living in Florida during the summer with no ac is unacceptable I will be calling them again for any future HVAC issues

Ac Pros is hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. We arrived at our vacation home to find the house at 91 degrees. I made a call to Ac Pros and they came running to save our short weekend visit. They did not take advantage of a desperate home owner willing to pay whatever it takes to salvage a weekend with important guests. On Sunday October 13 our A/C unit had not been serviced in a while and was in need of service . A/C Pros was recommended to us by a friend. I called, left a message. My call back was less than 20 minutes and Mark was at mt door within an hour. He came and my A/C was up and running in no time. During his service he noticed that there was some mold inside the unit. He arranged for Christian to return a few days later to do a complete cleaning and disinfecting of the unit. The total price was very reasonable for the work performed. I highly recommend A/C Pros and a shout out to Mark and Christian for a job well done.

Not all heroes wear capes! Andrew came out to diagnose the problem with our system. There wasn't a clear cut answer to the problem. He went out of his way to do some research on his own, reaching out to the manufacturer to verify his thoughts. He called me back when he said he would, clearly explaining the problem to us along with his proposed solution. It worked and our system is up and running. We love dealing with a company this is responsive to their customer, does what they say they are going to do and fixes the problem. We definitely recommend Andrew and AC Pros for AC issues!

We recently had an HVAC system installed by AC PROS. Our experience was positive, and there are a few points that really stood out. Their salesman (Mark) was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. When he said he would follow-up, he did. He was always courteous and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. The installation crew was also a positive. They showed up on time, kept us up on their progress, and were easy to deal with. In addition, the system has performed well, and is very quiet when it runs. All in all my wife and I would recommend AC PROS without hesitation.

Awesome company, Mark and Andrew were both quick to respond to all of my questions, extremely knowledgeable, understood my needs, and provided us with BOSCH 2 ton and 4 ton 19 SEER units which are amazingly quiet AC units. Wanted to change out our AC system before the heat of Summer and we knew it was near end of life so we called Todd and he took care of everything for us. We got the system we wanted installed and the process was excellent. We were awaken at 3AM to the smell of something burning. It was the air handler controls above the garage. Knowing how good ACPros did for a neighbor I called them for a quote on complete system. They even loaned us a window AC unit to cool the bedroom. The deal was made and parts ordered. The staff that installed the new system was professional, courteous, and removed the old system and all the trash from the new equipment. I would highly recommend AC Pros for a quality install.

We have used AC Pros for our repair needs on 2 separate units. They arrive on time, as scheduled, and the techs are always courteous, professional and respectful of our property including clean-up and hauling away old equipment. In addition, they worked directly with the manufacturer to insure the parts that were covered under the warranty were received without additional costs. Andrew and Justin from AC Pro’s came out to service my unit and did an awesome job. They came quickly, were super professional, educated me on some basic maintenance and ways to improve my units performance without pressuring me into unnecessary upgrades that my unit doesn’t need right now (but will down the road incase I wanted to get ahead of it preemptively). TECH that was just here last week was wonderful!
