AC Pros made what felt like a disaster as easy as it could have possibly been. Thank you so much to Zach, Michelle, Andrew, and their team for being so understanding and QUICK!!! My condenser unit went out, and Michelle coordinated to have Zach / Andrew come out as soon as was possible for me. They provided several "tiers" of estimates, each with honest ifs, ands, and buts, so I knew I was making an informed choice. I ended up having the condenser unit and air handler both replaced. The techs who came out to do the installation were so polite and cleaned everything up behind them. Overall, I had a great experience, and it is such a relief to know there are still trustworthy and family-owned businesses in the area that will truly take care of you 🙂
I've had great luck with this local company! When our AC went out, another company gave us a quote for things we did not need to repair. AC Pros came out, gave us an honest estimate, and completed the job as soon as the parts were available. Michele in the office is a gem! She kept us informed of the status of the parts and the appointment with the technician. And, last but not least, Andrew the technician, who actually did the repair, was phenominal! Awesome company, Mark and Andrew were both quick to respond to all of my questions, extremely knowledgeable, understood my needs, and provided us with BOSCH 2 ton and 4 ton 19 SEER units which are amazingly quiet AC units. Five star service all the way! From the moment I reached out to the Pros, they treated me great. Carson visited on time and provided three options for me to consider when replacing my old a/c system. The right equipment showed up on time as promised. Luis was prompt for his installation appointment and provided a quality installation. He did an awesome job of cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils which were dirty even though I am on a semi-annual cycle. Very thorough job and sent photos of each step of the service process. Ray came to do regular 6 month inspection. Everything was done in a neat and timely manner. He mentioned that the UV bulb should be changed, he didn’t have one with him but came back a few hours later and replaced it.

Our condenser failed due to flooding in Hurricane Ian. ACPros had their diagnostic technician there in only a few hours. He had it diagnosed quickly. Needed replacement. By dinner time the same day, I had received estimates and was able to make a choice of the replacement system. The installation crew arrived ON TIME and as planned. When do you get THAT in Florida?? They layed out cloths to protect my driveway and garage floor while they worked. They were very nice and polite young me. They worked very well together. Had our new system up and running by mid-afternoon and our life was able to return to normal. I am a very particular individual. I can pick out slackers and spot all the mistakes. Not so in this case. ACPros did a superb job both of providing responsive service, customer care, and execution of their technical work. I highly recommend them.
AC pros saved me. WES is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest and tries to do the best he can possibly do to accommodate. He sent out his technicians on multiple occasions and did not charge me. Others would nickel and dime you. We finally decided to replace the unit. He gave me a great price and did not bill me for all the other visits. Not to be confused with other companies with similar names...AC Pros service tech, Andrew, was prompt, polite, and quickly diagnosed and repaired my system problem. I have the correct business, with emails. Charged for a service contract (did not own home yet was to be a check on systems and apply mastec to the system) then they never performed the service, only did the mastec. When I called for the 6 month maintenance (they never called us) the tech that came was rude and informed us that the uv light had been out for years and there was mold everywhere. When we questioned why this was not caught at the initial maintenance, that's when they said they never did it. They never performed 2 services. Thankfully we found a trustworthy and honest company.
One of the worse experiences I've had unprofessional technician and predatory sale techniques. Their technician became angry when I didn't accept his recommendation to replace my complete system for $9k dollar when I asked him about replacing the blower motor instead I was told that isn't an option and when I talk to the owner I was told that they would refuse the job and ask that I go to another company Correct if most of the business owners are like yourself they will remain a 1 star
No stars. Tech went to my home sat in his vehicle lied about ringing the door bell. Then sent me a txt saying my service was completed. Will never call them again nor will I ever recommend

Terrible customer service. Unresponsive, dishonest. This was a routine semi-annual service call. The tech said that I needed a new capacitor and installed a new one without my permission. When I objected, he put the original back on. I noticed a new noise coming from the outside unit after the service call and contacted the company. The tech returned and said he didn't hear anything unusual. He refused to tighten the screws on the frame to see if that was the issue. I recorded the noise and sent it to the owner via text and email. He did NOT respond. I then contacted a "reliable" AC contractor who was responsive (same day service) and honest. This tech tightened all of the screws AND checked my capacitor with a multimeter. This tech said that the capacitor is performing well and DID NOT need to be replaced. On another note, I purchased a Groupon for the service call with AC PROS and despite giving the code to the tech while he was here, AC PROS sent me an invoice charging me for the full amount AGAIN !!I The icing on the cake was that the tech from AC PROS did not cover his shoes when entering the house (as other companies do) and tracked black soil onto my new area rug!!
We had issues with this company from the moment the man who was coming out to give us a diagnostic and estimate. Our appointment was made between Friday 12:30 and 2. This window would provide my husband time to come home from work, at 11:30 he messages my husband telling him he was on his way to our house my husband advised him he was still working that he had asked for an appointment window between 12:30 and 2p, he said that note was never made by whom ever scheduled it. He advised my husband that if no one was home his appointment would postponed for a different time.(mind you we had NO AC in 90 something degrees weather) Fortunately I was home and was able to let him in. Our entire unit had to be replaced so our installation was scheduled for Monday morning at 9am. My husband took the day off to be home during the installation at 10am we received a call letting us know they had an issue and said they would have to reschedule for the next day, my husband upset advised him he had taken an entire day off from work to be home for this and he needed it done. Finally at 2:30pm the technicians arrived to install the unit, Installation was about the only good thing about our experience with AC pros. Tech Wilfredo was knowledgeable and courteous he answered all the questions my husband had. Today Tuesday my husband received a call stating that the tech did not collect payment, before he left our property my husband asked what payment he was speaking of ( as we had financed) he told my husband he had to pay for the installation, my husband advised him we had financed it would not be out of pocket. The guy was taken back when my husband told him it was financed. He asked if he had completed and signed all the paperwork for the financing process which was done the previous Friday. Overall communication between the staff was lacking which was extremely frustrating.
The tech didn't even check the pressure differential on the AC system. I certainly didn't get adequate service.
Nice people, but still a smaller company. They couldn't get is up and running before the weekend because they just didn't have the needed skilled labor. The repair was minor, but the cost for coolant was seriously marked up. I could have spent the money to get my EPA license and bought a 25lb tank of refrigerant for less than they wanted to fill up my compressor. I had to call another company who came out and fixed the leak same day and refilled the compressor for $1000 less then AC prose quoted. Honestly, in hindsight I'm glad we had to wait one day for the repairs as it saved us a grand. I get it your a business, but everyone knows refrigerant is marked up to cover for losses anywhere else. But $2000 for 8lbs of refrigerant??? A25lb tank is like $350 and an finding someone with an EPA license isn't too hard. And the constant requests to do a review for the last 3 weeks is pretty annoying. So, here is the review. In a nutshell nice people, but limited availability but refrigerant mark-up is excessive.
