Excellent service!! First of all, we needed help on a Sunday evening which was impossible but ACS sent someone out in less than a hour. Pricing was upfront but not more than any other company on a Sunday evening. Once he came, we admittedly shared how we have failed to maintain our system with care. He was so kind and didn’t judge (trust me, the filter was so bad that anyone would be embarrassed), but he didn’t judge us. He made us feel super comfortable and even cracked jokes :-) The poor maintenance on our end aside, we still had some troubles which required a new part needing to be ordered, however, he stayed and prepped our AC unit for the part install and provided a ton of education that we could easily understand! He was friendly, loving toward our dog and most importantly he was honest when discussing cost. He was very knowledgeable and full of good vibes and advice and also he didn’t make a mess and was gentle with our things. Thank you so much and we will surely use this company moving forward!

We had initially called another HVAC company to diagnose why our upstairs A/C was not working. That company (owner) said the blower motor had frozen up. Would be $1,400 to replace just the motor. However, he also stated that the outside unit had overheated due to the blower motor going out and it was not going to last much longer. He recommended we replace the entire system with options in a cost range of between $6500 and $9100. But, if we decide “right now” he’d knock off $509. Seemed rather dubious so, we declined and opted to call ACS Home Services for a second opinion. They dispatched Matt. Who arrived within one hour. Matt diagnosed the problem as a faulty float switch which was causing the unit to shut down in error. Matt fixed that in no time. He was awesome from start to finish. If you desire honest and highly professional HVAC service I highly recommend Matt and ACS Home Services.

A++++ Our home turned 100 years old this year and has some "unique features" that make maintenance of our A/C a tad challenging. The appointment scheduler I spoke to was friendly and professional, and you could tell that she knew her job. Brian came to our home and checked our system, which included crawling under our house to check or ducts. When all was done, it was apparent that we needed to replace our ducts and replace our AC unit. Not what we wanted to hear, but Brian spent the time we needed to understand our situation and our options. We decided to replace the whole thing. The financing options were very good. We were quite satisfied with our interaction and look forward to a new system next week! Good vibes all the way.

Today, Brian came to clean and check our air conditioner. We talked about what had been recommended, and which light needed to be replaced. He listened and took his time with both replacements. When it came time for payment, it was much lower than expected. He reminded me about the discounts we get with their service contract. I really appreciate this company and Brian's knowledge and patience. We have been with ACS since 2020, when they installed a new ac system. Our technician today, Justin is knowledgeable and genuine. He communicated what was working well on our equipment, and what will need attention and why. We appreciated his sincerity and time.

My A/C stopped working, not only on a weekend-but it also happened to be father's day. What are my chances if getting service today. I placed a call to multiple vendors - ACS was the only one to answer there phone and send a tech within a hour. Lucky for me Paul was working. He was friendly and professional. After researching the cause of my A/C failure, he showed where the unit had failed and sympathectically delivered the bad news; giving me options for the repair. He scheduled the new unit to be installed first thing next day. I appreciate the quick response and his friendly nature. Great experience with ACS and Paul.

My appointment was meant to be a maintenance appointment but upon further investigation I had a part that needed replacing and a leak was found that was slowly seeping out coolant. I wasn’t told this with the last company I used, they just kept adding more coolant! I’m very grateful to Brian finding this issue and his thorough investigation of my whole HVAC system! He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining it all to me in layman’s terms. Not to mention how personable and nice he was. I purchased the membership and looking forward to him keeping my system in tip top shape!

Gary was very thorough. Was impressed with the tuneup. Did a very thorough job taking apart , cleaning the condenser thoroughly as part of the biannual tuneup. The others that have come before would just put their gauges on check the Freon and maybe clean the drain and they were gone within a few minutes. Gary spent time explaining everything and show me pictures of what was done and answered any questions that I had. Your company is way above the others in service and I like the idea that your are available 24/7 for emergency service.

I had originally gotten a quote from a different company. The second the guy walked in, he was trying to tell me that I needed a whole new unit which was crazy because my unit was only three years old. My parents recommended I call AC systems and I’m so glad I did. Our tech Brian explained things to me very clearly and concisely and gave me options on what I could do today and what my long-term goals for my system could be. He saved me over $1500 from the other company. I will go back to these guys again and again!!

This actually was a horrible experience where I had to have an experienced and licensed AC company come fix in 20 minutes what ACS couldn't figure out on their first trip to my house. Furthermore, I was charged $567 for them doing nothing in which I'm requesting a refund, and I've already cancelled my monthly membership with ACS. Prioritizing integrity and customer's best interest over profit is a powerful philosophy, and one that is increasingly recognized as vital for long-term business success.

Danny from ACS cam to our home to provide very thorough and candid assessment and was impressed with his level of detail, understanding and providing me as new Florida homeowner clarity as to the overall process, next steps and how going with ACS for our generator would be beneficial. While the overall price is much higher than another generac dealer quote, I felt very comfortable about the company and people at ACS but unsure honestly if the price difference is worth it at the end of the day.

Justin was courtesy and polite, when he left all matters were working fine. He even checked to see if water was in another area. However about 2 hours after he left and I was working in the backyard the same noise started again and once I put my hand on the top it stopped. He put the screws on tighter but I believe it’s something with the actual fan. The unit is only 5 months old. Justin was very professional. He’ll be back out again today. We shall see what the real issue is.

They was awesome, really nice and professional. They didn't waste time and started the work right away. Update December 2024. I had maintenance in my air conditioner unit and it was more than I was expecting, Brian did an excellent job and suggested few things to improve my AC unit. (Update) Brian came to do the maintenance and was awesome, he did an excellent job as always. He suggested some improvement for my AC and explained the benefits of it so we going to follow his advice.

Evan was great! He was available to come to the house earlier than the scheduled appointment, when does that ever happen?? He arrived and got right to work. He kept us informed as he did the maintenance work and then explained what needed to be done and had all the parts in the truck to complete the work. Evan was thorough and was able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. So glad that we are dealing with ACS Home Services - they are the best!!

I’m basing this review on an assessment and bid from Paul. The company from the first phone call has been professional and very patient with me. I was given a next day appointment and communication alerting me beforehand was great. When Paul arrived to give me an estimate he was professional, friendly, efficient, and brought booties which I always appreciate. He also seemed very informed. I definitely recommend this company based on great customer service.

Rich was professional and took time to answer my questions . He recommended a surge protector for my AC unit while explaining the reasons and benefits as well as the cost. I agreed to have one installed and he was able to install it after he completed my AC maintenance. Everything done in 1 visit, reasonable price when you have a membership. Rich is an example of why I use this company for AC servicing.

We have had numerous plumbers and a/c techs in over the years, as our house is quite elderly. Luis went above and beyond by getting to us quickly, as well as tolerating our barking dog and cramped conditions with a smile. he was able to fix both elderly toilets with a minimum of fuss or extra expense. Had a phenomenal experience with Tony. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My AC stopped cooling and Tony found the exact issue. He then explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He answered every question I had, especially when it came to understanding how cooling should work. I would highly recommend Tony.

Very nice, knowledgeable company representative. Willing to show me what the issues were in the unit, via pictures. That was very helpful for me as I’m a visual person. Mike was also patient as I researched things that he told me about the unit because I just don’t listen to what people tell me, because often times it’s BS.

Brian was awesome, came today and did the maintenance and went the extra mile and cleaned the filter and showed me how to do it myself so I can do it monthly. I had never had to do it before. He was very quiet and checked everything to be sure it was working properly. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Danny did a fantastic job explaining what it takes to get a whole house generator! In particular he covered the laws, permitting process, HOA issues and most importantly for us, how to fit it in when there isn’t much space between us and the neighbor’s house. We really feel confident in his ability to get it done right.
