While visiting my elderly mother in the Los Angeles area (I live in another state), I noticed that she was badly in need of a new roof. We hired Advanced roofing to replace the roof on our apartment building in Long Beach. We did thorough due diligence and went through the quotes we received from Advanced and a couple other roofers in detail. Carlos and his team were organized, punctual and professional. Advanced Roofing was beyond impressive. I originally called them to quote me for a new roof, but when they came out they let me know that in fact I had some years left on mine, and just recommended to do some repair work and increase the venting efficiency for my home to help with the hot summer months. Most roofing companies I have worked with have been very difficult, but Advanced Roofing was extremely professional and prompt through the whole process. It took a few weeks for me to decide to get the work done, but when I did they were here the next business day to do the repairs. During the repairs the roofers were extremely professional and worked diligently to get the work done in a single day. It was a windy day which caused them to have to work a bit slower, but I am happy they were able to be safe and get it done that day. They were even kind enough to repair the fence that got damaged because the high winds blew it shut while they were working. Can't say enough good things about this company and wish I could give more stars. 11/10 Highly recommend!

His estimate of the work that needed to be completed was reasonable and lower then the other estimates I received. He knew the business of roofing and the local city requirements of the type of shingles I was required to use. He stated that his team would start on Monday and finish by Friday of the same week and his team was right on target. Carlos was available and answered my questions during the work week. His staff was professional and worked hard each day putting on a beautiful new roof on my home. They worked with the city to ensure permits were pulled and both inspections were passed. My husband and I were looking into getting a new roof for our two-story home. We have solar panels, so we knew this was going to be difficult. After getting several bids, we decided to go with Advanced Roofing Systems. Right from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. They were upfront and very professional the entire time. They even helped us get the solar panels removed and then put back up with a solar company they work with. This relieved much stress! They kept us informed daily on what they accomplished and next steps. When they left, they had everything cleaned up. They took pictures to show us everything along the way! We loved our experience with Advanced Roofing Systems. It was an uncertain time for - we were getting ready for the arrival of Baby #3 and discovered a roof leak that lead to mold remediation and a need for new flooring, so we had a lot going on. We also decided to replace the entire room and I shopped around A LOT. Finally settling on Advanced Roofing Systems was the best decision we made. They were so patient with us, so understanding, and so helpful. After meeting with me, they came back out AGAIN to speak to my husband about everything they'd just told me about. They explained the process, made everything so easy, and were upfront about everything going on. Replacing our whole roof was huge and a new experience for us. They made it super easy, affordable, and exactly what we needed without skimping on anything.

We had a problem on our roof (a leak) and we called Advanced Roofing. They were prompt with their responses and came out as soon as they were available. Erick was the guy who came by our house and he was a great guy. Came on time, assessed the entire situation on the roof, gave us a plan, and unlike other people who you would expect to come up with surprises after the work started already, there were no surprises with Erick. He literally did just what he said he would do/what needed to be done, and completed his job in a timely manner. No surprises. Just a great job on our roof. The following day rained and we checked out the situation the following day, and to our satisfaction, there was no leak! Highly recommend these guys, especially Erick!

We recently had the Advanced Roofing Systems team repair the roof our 1920's Spanish stucco home. It was a pretty complex job that required the team to lift and re-lay the existing tiles, and then restore the roof style to it's original design. The team showed up on time everyday, was extremely professional, and took Covid 19 precautions very serious. In the end, we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We are more than happy to recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Carlos from Advanced Roofing Systems and his crew removed about 2 or so layers of roofing and put new sheeting on our roof and put a new Asphalt shingle roof for us. He and his staff were professional, knowledgable, prompt and clean. We would defenitely recommend them to anyone at all. Carlos at advanced roofing was responsive and his crew, lead by Erick. They did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond. We had a silicone coating done, and they made sure it covered everything, and did a water test after to make sure it didn't leak. They cleard our drains, and were extremely professional. Price was very reasonable. Will update after the first rain, but so far, very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

Extremely fast, responsive and polite. We had our entire roof replaced in under a week. There were uploaded photos to a link that we could look at in real time which was very cool. We had received about 5 quotes and this one was one of the more reasonable too. Very happy with their service and would recommend.

They came on the day that they said. Roof was removed and installed same day. Cleanup was complete. Roof looks great. I had three exams of roof and this was the only one that actually went up and photographed the need for replacement. The others just looked from ground and said that I needed a new roof.
