Florin Thaqi is the nicest, most honest and reliable man in the South Florida AC/HVAC industry. His Company, Air Anytime is by far the best. My husband Tony and I have been loyal customers and have known Florin since 2014 when he came out to our home at 11 pm one evening to fix our 18 year "old" AC unit. It was his honesty and commitment to his company's name, Air Anytime and the 11:00 PM service call that qualifies for the "Anytime". Not long after that evening in 2014, we were absolutely confident in hiring his company to install a new AC system in our home. We also have had a service contract with his company every year since the installation. His service team are knowledgeable, polite and always on time. He and his company have insured our AC is always in top condition. We have only had 2 small issues in 11 years. The most recent was this past Sunday when we retruned home after being away for 6 weeks. Our AC was blowing warm. Florin himself came out that same Sunday afternoon to figure out what was wrong. That is Florin's committment to his customers. He found it to only be a capacitor. He replaced it and then all was well again with our AC unit. It was so wonderful to see him in person again and to catch up with each other's lives. Forget the rest, hire the best: Florin Thaqi and AirAnytime!

Due to the fact that my 20-year-old split system central air conditioning was on its last legs I decided that this last winter would be the best time to replace everything with a high efficient system. My next-door neighbor, who has worked with Florin in the past, gave me a very positive recommendation to utilize air anytime. Florin and his team came out for a consultation and persuaded me to install a variable speed unit which was one of the best decisions I ever made. One of its best features is definitely the quietness of the unit. We set a date and the team was able to install the entire unit in one day. Florin even showed up to make sure the job was done right and personally installed the thermostat himself. I went with the York split system primarily due to the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Florin indicated that he would send in the necessary paperwork to have Johnson Controls, who owns York, send me the warranty papers. I received the parts warranty on an expedient basis but when I called Johnson Controls about my labor warranty, I kept getting the runaround. I emailed florin about this delay and received the labor warranty the very next day. Having personally worked in a service business for 40+ years I would recommend air anytime LLC as the best business in town!

Florin and his team from Air Anytime did an amazing job installing our brand new air conditioning system. I highly recommend them. Our air conditioning died one afternoon around 3 pm. We frantically called around five or six other air conditioning repair companies to no avail. They all informed us they wouldn't be able to get somebody out there until the next day. Living in South Florida that just wasn't going to cut it. Lucky for us we stumbled across Air Anytime and within the hour Florin was at our house working on our air conditioner. Unfortunately for us there was no repairing our 20 year old system. Florin put together a fair estimate for a brand new system and had his team out the very next morning installing it. By 3 p.m. that afternoon, 24 hours later, we had cool air blowing again in our house. A few weeks later Florin and his team were more than helpful with random questions we had regarding the thermostat. This company has a very personalized individual feel to it. You don't call some number and wait in some Q to speak to some random individual. Florin gives you his personal number and answers any and all questions guaranteeing your happiness with the product and services his company offers.

I rarely post reviews but I made it a point to post one about my experience with Florin at Air Anytime because I only hope it can help someone else. Finding a fair and reputable AC repairman/company seems to me like finding a fair and reputable car salesman or moving company. There are so many horror stories about people getting ripped off. Therefore I did an exhaustive search for someone to fix my AC when it stopped blowing cold. After researching numerous companies, I found not only did Air Anytime have incredible Google & Yelp reviews, they had an A+ from the Better Business Bureau. Florin was very responsive, he came out the same day and kept me posted as to when he was coming and on the way. He was able to add refrigerant to get the unit blowing cold again and didn't try to sell me on some expensive repair or unnecessary service. He was extremely professional and very personable plus the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend Air Anytime to anyone in the South Florida area.

We would recommend Florin and his company Air Anytime to anyone needing A/C repair or a completely new A/C system. Our A/C went down and we called Florin and only needed a small repair to our 17 year old unit. We were never pressured or pitched to buy a new A/C system like most businesses try to do. After this experience and 2 previous experiences, I will never work with another HVAC Company. Florin, and his Team know what is customer service and make sure they make the customer experience the best. They walked me through every step of the installation and stayed a couple of late nights to assure the AC New Installation was working nicely, quiet and cool. They even came back to assure the system was running properly 2 days later. The Quality of their work has no comparison. They know the science and the art of Air Conditioning and all the latest technologies. What I enjoyed the most was their neat work and good attitude. They did not make a mess in my house and took their time to assure everything was working properly. They worked with me (the homeowner) on every detailed step of the installation (it shows they know what they are doing and confident in their work). I contacted this company on Memorial Day after having had 24 Hour Service, Inc. in the morning wasting my time for two hours trying to charge me $600+ to replace a $20 part (Amazon), who could still not even fix the AC after having replaced that part. Same day I called Air Anytime, Florin showed up on time and, in less than one hour, he had the AC going in one of the hottest days of the season. He charged me less than the other company tried to charge me, and was very pleasant throughout the process. I requested a quote to replace my units and we quickly sent them the same day and followed up early in the morning. I had the perception from the get-go of dealing with a very honest person that would not leave the house until the AC would be working again, and would not try to gauge me on fees. I highly recommend this business.

I've been dealing with this company for nearly 4 years and have full confidence in them. Prior to dealing with Air Anytime, I worked with another company that many of my neighbors at the time were using. They sold me a new unit that fell apart in less than 3 years(I should never have been sold such a weak air-conditioner for a beachside residence.) In contrast Air Anytime sold me a much sturdier reliable brand and advised me to have the unit factory coated to prevent rusting. My York is nearly 4 years old and looks very new and still works perfectly. Richard came by yesterday to blow out the tube in preparation for the warm months ahead. Great company. An added bonus is that the technicians wear disposable booties over their shoes when they enter inside as to not track any dirt in with them. So courteous.

My A/C quit blowing cold air the same day my condo was having work done on the roof of my building. I called one company with “one hour” in their name and they said they could be there in 49 hours. As it turned out, my neighbor was also having issues with his A/C and had called Air Anytime and they were on-site within a few hours. Richard was the tech on the call and I asked if he could check my system while he was here. He was more than willing to help, even though it meant climbing back up onto the third story roof one more time. Richard was very professional and upfront about any costs. In the end it was just a breaker that had been switched off. But considering Richard’s professionalism and willingness to help, I will be calling on Air Anytime for future A/C needs.

I'm so happy I chose these guys. I was working with another company and they absolutely botched the work. My family went 3 weeks without AC in the Florida summer because I chose the wrong repair company. I called Air Anytime and they came out on a Saturday within 2 hours... the first tech Richard repaired the system with ease, vacuumed and rinsed the unit clean. Not only that, but because I was afraid there was an unknown leak somewhere (bad info from the previous company), Moe came out 2 days later to check the levels and make sure I wasn't wasting money leaking refrigerant, which I was not. I'm so happy with this company and the quality of their work. To any consumer looking for a good AC repair company: choose Air Anytime, you will be happy. These guys are reliable.

Air Anytime (AA) has been a service provider for our 2-zone home system for years. Saturday morning one of our A/C units went dead. AA came out in about 4 hours. They advised our 17-year old, 5.5 ton was shot and needed replacement. They also recommended for us to replace the 3.5 ton unit of the same age. They proposed 2 Daikin Kit units at a good price and added a 5% discount and 12-year warranty for the 2 units. We approved. AA arrived at 8:30 Monday, tore out our old units, installed the new units and had us up and running by 6pm. They left nothing behind except for cool air. The Daikin units are amazing and quiet. 5-Stars for Daikin and Air Anytime.

I'm not the person that usually writes good reviews. But if it was bad, I make sure people know about it bc I don't want people to get SCREWED and you know everyone is trying to screw you these days. NOW, I told Florin Thaqi my issue yesterday as best as I can on the phone and they had the correct part the next day and installed it in less then 10 minutes. My 5 ton YORK ac system was under warranty and they DID NOT try to charge me some bullshit restocking fee. Trust me if you read my other reviews you will know what I am talking about!!. Thank you Florin and Air Anytime for being honest and punctual. Your number is saved in my phone!

I have used this Air Anytime for the past 20 years for both my home and commercial projects ! The service staff is extremely knowledgeable , professional & delivers a high level of service. Air Anytime is always responsive when a client has an issue, even on a Sunday when the temps are close to 100 degrees -Florin, owner, came to my house to resolve an issue ! Florin works primarily with York, which provides a warranty which they stand behind, if the compressor requires replacement (no charge for new compressor) - AND Air Anytime processed the paperwork, with a new updated compressor installed the next day !

HVAC system broke on Friday evening and Florin arrived Saturday morning to diagnose. We already knew our unit was shot. Florin provided us with 4 different quotes for a new unit and was ready to install by Monday morning. New unit is up and running. We paid significantly less than previously quoted from local competitor, from previous year! Thanks Air Anytime *update- Florin has come through once again to save the day! This guy is incredible. I was out of town on business and he responded extremely quick to service our unit that turned off, while my wife was home alone with our 2 small children.

I have been using AA for over 2 years to service all our rental properties. Since day one Florin and his associates have proven to be reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I just got off the phone with Florin as he wanted to followup on a recent install. The system we needed wasn't available locally so they drove to Port St Lucie and back to pick it up and install it... on the WEEKEND! The Tenant was ecstatic and I was so pleased. It makes managing 160+ rentals a lot easier with someone like Air Anytime taking care of your AC needs.

I do my AC maintenance 2 times a year. This is the best company in FTL. Today I had Jason. He was exceptional. He explained an area to keep vacuumed that I had not done in the past. The installation team arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, and respectful of our home and property. The actual installation went seamlessly. Upon completion of the installation, they cleaned up all the debris. Then they spent time explaining the process of downloading the app and using the new equipment and app. They ensured full understanding before they left. I would highly recommend Air Anytime, we are very pleased with the entire process.

Great A/C service. Richard is a great tech and has always provided good and fair service. Totally trust Air Anytime. The first time Florin came out, I was ready to replace an air handler. Most South FL A/C services would have told me to do exactly that. But Florin diagnosed a bad part, replaced that and the air handler was still working years later. Highly recommend Air Anytime.

We have these guys on an extended maintenance program for our A/C. Their techs are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When our compressor crapped out, they had a crew on-site within a day to diagnose the faulty compressor. They ordered the replacement parts and repaired it within a day (parts under warranty). Their front office is very professional and friendly.

After the usual summer issues with my two AC units I called Florin at Air Anytime. As usual, he was extremely responsive even when reaching out in the evening. They arrived promptly the next day and were very friendly and helpful. After bouncing around with various companies over the years I can honestly say I am so grateful to have found one that I can count on "anytime"!

Very quick reponse, found the problem and contact A/C manucturer. Will update tomorrow with possible resolution options. Next day, good news they were able to partially cover the damage motor by waranty. Scheduled the installation for the following Monday. Monday came and problem solved.
