I was having a problem with my relatively new air-conditioning unit that air magic did NOT install(I wish they did), but I called them for service to diagnose the problem.. I have to complement everybody in the office who answered the phones, you are always kind and polite and even when I was a bit frustrated because I was hot. You were so kind The technicians, Anthony and Troy are very kind and very considerate and Very knowledgeable. They explained exactly what was wrong with my unit. I felt the cost of the repairs were very reasonable. Everyone showed up on time I was never waiting and I always received a phone call before someone was on the way. I definitely recommend air magic. Go with the best - Air Magic I’ve used AirMagic for several years for regular maintenance and repairs. I’ve been thrilled with every service person. The front desk is always polite and accommodating. There’s always accurate communication and updates as to when service personnel will arrive. Kerrie on the phones is wonderful as is the other gal in the office, and very responsive— the service men are all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and thorough —they spent a lot of time to make my Ruud air conditioner work my coils needed a complete cleanup and had to come out what an improvement I’ve used a few services they are the best family owned and run you always talk to someone not am answering machine see before and after photos service also including making it run when it completely stopped

I contacted Air Magic late yesterday because my A/C was not working. They made adjustments to the schedule to be able to fit me in. Tech Joe responded out and fixed my issues. I had my maintenance done. I thought I was gonna forget when it was time to do it, but they called and reminded me. I took out a policy where I can have it cleaned so many times in a year so it was already paid for and they didn’t have to remind me, but they did! Anthony was great as usual takes his time taught us about our thermostat because we didn’t know if it was haunted because it would just go to these temperatures and we didn’t know why. Excellent customer service! Everton was very efficient and friendly and explained what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Today was our4th visit with Everton. He is truly an awesome technician with such an engaging personality. He performed the service/check up on our system and gave us some tips on keeping things running smoothly in the future.

I absolutely loved that when I called about our broken AC, the dispatcher advised me to try to troubleshoot it myself first and she explained me what to do. I tried to fix it myself but I needed help anyway, so Troy came within 3-4 hours and fixed the issue. He prevented the issue from happening again as well. The repair cost was fair. Thank you!

We had HVAC system replaced by Air Magis and they were so quick and efficient. Was quoted could take 6+ hours but the 2 techs worked so well together, they were complete in ~4 hours. Lynn and Kerry are great to work with. You can't go wrong using Air Magic for replacement work as well as their annual preventative mtce program.

The staff is amazing. I get a reminder call for my 6-month service contract. Recently had an issue and their response was prompt and they sent a tech out that day.
