My AC went out at 2 am and I called for an appointment before 10 am. Danny put me on the schedule and got a tech out to my home by 11:30. Mike is an excellent technician and showed up early in my 11 - 2pm appointment window. I had cold air before noon. I have been a Universal Air and Heat loyal customer for many years because they are reliable, professional and offer highly competitive, fair pricing. I purchased my AC system from them many years ago, and they offered the best price by more than $500 than any other company on a comparable 2 ton 16 SEER Rheem unit. I love these guys, and have been recommending them to friends and family. for many years. They exceed my expectations EVERY TIME.
I know there's a lot of A/C companies out there and I read tons of reviews when I needed my Air replaced. Got five estimates and Universal was one of the lowest. The extra services they offered with the purchase helped me choose them. Some of their reviews weren't exactly the greatest. I pointed this out to the salesman but told him I would give them a chance. While their techs weren't the most punctual, they really knew their stuff. To me that's what's most important! They did a great job and got it done in a day. With the follow-up checks my new Rheem system works Great! They did right by me so I can honestly recommend them.
I have used this company with Biannual for two years now and have always had a fabulous experience. The service professional Robert especially has gone above and beyond to exceed my service expectations. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat and clean. Also, used them for an AC repair, had them install a new condenser unit and then had them come out quickly. Every person we have had contact with has been pleasant and professional. They have always been on time and done quality work. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them as needed in the future.”
I've been calling upon their services for the past 7+ years and they are always reliable and provide excellent service. I do find some technicians are more knowledgeable in certain areas than others, but if I ever have doubts the company addresses the concerns quickly, and has no problem sending another expert out to collaborate and get the work done. Recently we've had the pleasure of Robert fixing our air conditioner and replacing the contacter. He was detailed and professional and took the time to explain, as I like to keep detailed notes on the maintenance in our home. Thank you!
Universal was a great experience from making the appointment to emailing the receipt. I had the $49 tune-up. The technician, Robert, was very professional and seemed to know his onions about my system. He recommended some options, but there was no hard sell. Also, they called to confirm, called 30 minutes before, and arrived on time. When I do need service, they will be the ones I call because of the experience I had with this tune-up. Highly recommend.
Great response and communication. The original tech (Ray) followed up after my new AC unit was installed even though he wasn't part of the installation team. He checked to see if we were satisfied and also to answer several questions I had. Extremely professional! Installation team were also professional and did a great job. This company was recommended by a family member who was similarly satisfied. I will recommend Universal to anyone who asks.
Pico was SUPER FRIENDLY and amazingggg. If you need a quick and patient person. Ask for Pico de Gallo!!!

I usually research companies thoroughly before I use them but I was in such a rush that I just saw this company and decided to book an appointment. I know that everyone has their individual experiences so here is mine. From start to finish everyone I encountered was professional. I made an appointment online and got a quick response via email. Set up my appointment and was told that they would be able to come between 1:30 pm and 6:00 pm. The technician, Anthony, called me 30 minutes before the appointment time frame and he was on time for 1:30 pm which was great! He was very professional and did his job which was very to the point and not drawn out which I appreciate because some workers do take their precious time. He was never pushy and did exactly what we needed him to do which was clean our air ducts/vents. Thank you for your prompt service Anthony and Natalie!
