I received a new unit today!! What a great and easy process. Bobby McGee , Ethan and Randy the installers were AMAZING!! Very diligent and show they really care about their job! They worked from 10 am to 9pm to assure my system was properly installed and my Family was comfortable. They all went above and beyond in making this installation a success. The unit looks great and the craftsmanship is superb !! Good job AIR pros and Thank you!! Matthew Hill came out to inspect unit and his customer service was amazing and very professional!! What an awesome experience! Devon, the service technician, is the sweetest guy. We had quite a few laughs. They are very honest and easy to deal with. Getting a new unit installed on the same day. Will update later after all the work has been completed. **Update....I did call back to have them check on noises the unit was making; a clunky when it turns on, and rattling when turning off. I also didn't like the looks of the sheet metal- no problem there. They're ordering a proper fitting one. I also think it's a bit too cold in here now!
I’ve been working with Air Pros for a while now, and every visit has been outstanding. Recently, Alex came out to clean my air-conditioning blower and apply a microbial treatment. He was thorough, fast, and efficient, and took the time to explain the type of unit I have. I really appreciate how Air Pros conducts business. The communication is clear, any issues are addressed promptly, and the service is always top notch. For these reasons, I’ll continue to be a loyal customer.
I had an excellent experience with Sean. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process clearly. The AC is now working perfectly, and I appreciate Sean’s attention to detail and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Sean for any HVAC needs—he truly did a fantastic job!

We got back from vacation and our a/c was not working. We called Air Pro and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Devon tried to solve the problem but our compressor was burnt up. So we needed a new unit since our system was older we decided to replace the whole thing. The next morning EJ and Ethan arrived with a complete new system. They had everything up and running in 10 hours. All of the employees were very courteous and respectful. They cleaned up all of the garbage and left no mess even sweep the floor. Also got an American made system which was a plus for us. I highly recommend this company for service and installation. Thank you Air Pro for getting us up and running within 25 hours
