Amazing amazing! I can’t thank the company enough. This is a blessing me and my family with this blessing. I wanted to say thank you to the Florida Panthers and Rebuilding together Broward also! I wish to acknowledge and thank Ms. Elo Pacheco, Permits Director. I bought an a/c unit from Air Pros back in January 2025. On July, I received a letter from Miami Dade County stating the permits were incomplete. I notified Ms. Pacheco, and in a matter of days everything was resolved. Thank you!
Wonderful experience with Air Pros especially with Branth. Branth just finished servicing my unit. He was amazing! He checked all of the equipment and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Very knowledgeable and helpful and respectful. 5 stars ⭐️
We had our central air conditioner replaced. They said they would have it done the same day and they did. At one point there were 5 technicians working on the replacement. The unit seems very efficient and doesn’t run very long or very often
After multiple companies either failed to solve our AC replacement or failed to simply show up, Air Pros came out, quoted, and installed all in the same day. Unparalleled service and expertise. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Update: Krystle, the national dispatch manager, personally reached out to me via email and has helped me work through my issue. The customer support aspect has immensely improved since then. I have been contacting them for a few weeks to get diagnostics and reasoning of why they did the work they did so that I can submit it to the inspection team that came out for my house. The inspection team is willing to cover a portion of my bill, but they will only do it if they have information on why this was done. I have not gotten the information I needed for roughly two weeks now. I have to continue calling them with no luck. This habit of not following up was shown even during the services they were doing. One day the team would show up. The team said they would come back a few days later. The team didn't show up. I had to call back repeatedly to get a team to come out to finish the service. The job done was great, but the customer service and getting a response has been a major hurdle for me.
