This company and the individuals working there are TOP NOTCH! Had a bit of a crisis when I called and Candy Jones immediately set up a stat work in, so I could be seen as soon as possible. She was knowledgeable , empathetic and very thorough with explaining the process. Chris Patchen came out and did some troubleshooting and an on site repair, that kept us going until we could review our options....whew! Decided to replace my 22 year old system as well as clean my ducts, and reviewed my choices with Candy. After finalizing my choice, we set up for the new install, literally a couple of days later. Tim Smith and Sean Penfold came out for my install and I could not be more pleased. The attention to detail, and depth in which they explained each step of the process, was simply amazing. They were thorough, detailed, and focused all while staying engaged and making me feel at ease with all that was transpiring. We even had some laughs and great conversation to boot. The job took these fellas all day, but they never rushed any part of the process or complained. When completed, I was blown away, with the results. What a clean looking and professional install, securing the desired results. Thank to all from beginning to end....you have definitely earned another customer moving forward. Appreciate y'all !!!
Last week when I got home, my a/c was out. I called All Weather Heating and Cooling. Eddie was there within a few hours of me calling and he tried his best to get my system going. My system being 20 years old and the compressor was shot. Eddie walked me through what would be the best system for my house. After settling on new system and scheduling the installation with two days. Tim and Sean showed up on time and went right to work. They walked me through what they were doing and answered all my questions. They a great team and work well together and have each others back when it comes to making sure everything is done correctly and the customer is happy. They finished on time with little hiccups and i had cold by 5pm that afternoon. So far so good on the new Lennox running great. Thanks again to Eddie on the service call and thanks to Tim and Sean on the install.
Our “Squirrel cage” (blower fan) broke on our 22 year old HVAC system on a Sunday none the less! We called and the lady taking the calls on the weekends and she was super nice! She said it would he’s about 2-3 hours and someone would call. 1 hour later, William called and said he would be there in about an hour! Sure enough, he showed up on time. Found the problem, gave us multiple options and pricing right there on the spot!! We opted to have the 22 year old system replaced. William set it up right there for the next day!! Yes, the next day! Justin showed up and in 4 hours had our new system in and running! WO! Just WOW! Justin and William are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and truly enjoy their careers! Highly recommend this company! Very proficient and knowledgeable. Happy to see we still have companies out there that care about their clients!

Recently, I purchased a top of the line Lennox variable speed 5 ton unit which has a variable speed air handler and a variable speed condenser unit. Our tech arrived earlier than expected, assessed the situation and fixed the A/c. It’s an 11 yr old unit, and I thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he replaced a couple of parts and saved me for a little while longer. Also left an estimate for a new one when the time comes. My knight in shining armor 😎. The post above was from a previous trip. I bought a new A/C shortly after the earlier post. New one is working fine. The tech today came for a check up as a result of my service contract. He arrived early, very personable, made additional recommendations regarding maintenance, visited inside and cleaned drain from the outside. Said it was very clean ! Service was on time and efficient.
Eddie was incredible. Arrived on time installed air purifier and upon checking our air conditioner unit discovered a short with the thermostat and repaired it. He was knowledgeable and informative very patient and thorough. Had to stay longer than planned due to short in unit but made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend All Weather Hearing and Air. On top of everything, they're reasonably priced. Update, Eddie came by ack for some minor maintenance, arrived on time, with a smile. Did the maintenance and notice the thermostat was off ( something their company did not install), Eddie recalibrated it at no charge. Great service thank you,!
We called on Friday evening after returning from a 2 week trip overseas to find one of our air handlers not fuctioning. I left one message and recieved a response within in an hour. We were on emergency schedule for Saturday between 8:30-1:30. It is now 10:02am and Jeffery McAllister just left. Jeff found our problem right away and gave us a recommemdation for a product to use as a preventative measure. Jeff was so friendly and professional. We have purchased 2 air handlers from AWHC and never had a compliant. I highly recommend this company the technicians are highly skilled. We can't say enough about Jeff and AWHC. Robert just left. He did a great job in a short amount of time. The only problem I have is I called yesterday afternoon twice and you’re recording said that you have emergency service on the weekend. Nobody ever called me back. I called this morning at 8 AM and I was told that The lady I talk to had my number and she was gonna call me this morning that somebody had called in sick over the weekend to get the emergency phone call Other than that, I have never had a problem with people I love Eddie. My husband and I just purchased a new home and wanted our heat pump serviced because of a rattling noise coming from the compressor unit. Not only did Todd Fry identify and eliminate the rattle in a matter of minutes, he serviced the entire system - including looking at the interior air vents to ensure they were open and venting properly. Mr Fry was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, and very friendly and courteous. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with this service call and look forward to working with All Weather Heating & Cooling again.
William showed as promised and was quick to respond to our call and in very in-climate weather. He stayed and waited for a break and was quick to figure the problem. We appreciate his effort and help in solving the problem during some very rough heat. Justin and Jeff returned today to install the new unit. Great guys. Called to get my AC unit a routine service cleaning and was able to be seen the next day unlike other places which didn’t have a spot for 2 weeks. Eddie Perez was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful. He was able to identify that my system didn’t have a required safety shut off valve and install one on the spot as well as able to give me an estimate for my ducts to get cleaned and set up an appointment for me that works around my crazy schedule. Will definitely be using this company for all my future needs.
2025 Update to my previous review: Robert came out today to do the maintenance on my AC unit and did a spectacular job. replaced a part that was 20 years old just to keep my unit top-notch. And the price was reasonable. That's the reason I always come back to this company. They are amazing. I highly recommend All Weather Heating And Cooling 2023/24 Chris H came over to service my A/C unit and was very polite, prompt and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the service I received today, and will be calling this company again.
All Weather H&C has been my provider for over 8 years. I wouldn’t ask any other company. In addition, I really appreciate their technician, Eddie, he is the best! A/C needed emergency service and Chris was at our home within 2 hours. He repaired and tested our system in 30 minutes. Another great experience with All Weather. I scheduled this company to do a full cleaning (duct, vents, air handler unit) at my Grandmother’s home in Ocala. We also had a UV light installed for our system. They came in early, completed everything that was needed & wrapped up quickly. They also gave us a tutorial on routine maintenance (changing our air filters). I’m very happy with the service I received. Special thanks & shoutout to Justin and Edgar, they were absolutely great.
Fantastic!!! When I called and explained what I thought was going on with the A/C unit, an office employee, Jeri walked me through the process to see if I could resolve the issue. As it turned out I needed a technician to come out. Jeff, the technician was great He let me know what he was doing and the reason why. I was lucky to contact All Weather heating and cooling after more than a year of dealing with 5 star heating and cooling, who installed the system and couldn't get it to work. Within 5 min of All Weather technician reaching my location, he showed me the leak and had it fixed in about 15 minutes, the rest of time he was checking and filling the lines. I endorse All Weather 100%, if you want the job done right.
Eddie was great! He found the issue with our A/C and went right to work installing new parts and getting the system running. He went the extra mile to check the air handler and made adjustments there as well. Finally he advised on operating our system and left his number should we require follow-up. Eddie was friendly and courteous and knew what he was doing. Great service & we plan to use it again.

I gave 5 stars for this company. I have used three other A/C companies in the past. Here is the reason. On Memorial Day my A/C went out. When I called the office a very nice lady picked up and I told her that the house is 82 degrees. She said someone would be there Mr. Wise fixed the unit and gave me receipt for $ O dollars under warranty. Great service and very friendly people.
We really enjoyed working with Jason and Jeff. Not only were they efficient and professional but they were very polite. They were also patient, giving us the time needed to explain what they were doing and later to explain the new system and how it works. They put a great face on your company and how it works. I am so pleased with the professionalism! Tim Smith and Shaun Penderton were amazing and very courteous! They came to install a new unit and They made sure I was aware of what they were doing and was very respectful of me and my property and once the work was completed they cleaned up like they were never there! I loved the way they handled putting me in a new air/heat unit from the first phone call to the completion day. Everyone was super nice and done a great job. They didn’t even let a thunderstorm delay them. They came and put the unit in and it began raining after they were finished and now we’re sitting in a cool house once again! I highly recommend them!!
Service Technician Blake arrived about 30 minutes early. After looking at the unit in question soon determined the problem and quickly fixed it. It’s really rare that a person can look at the system and fix so quickly. I really appreciate his honesty and ability to help us with this issue with our a/c. Worst Reviews
In October 2025, we were closing on a property in Ocala and had a limited inspection period before our deposit became non-refundable. During that time, we discovered the home was not properly insulated. We negotiated with the seller to split the cost of installation, using All Weather because we had previously done business with them on another property. From our side, the service was completed before closing, and we paid our 50% immediately after installation. We provided the company with the seller’s agent information so the remaining balance could be handled at closing, as stated in the amendment. The seller did not want to pay out of pocket, which we understood, and I was told that if the seller didn’t pay, I would need to settle the remaining balance. That was not a problem for us. However, the next day, Jina Humphries, the VP of the company, began contacting my wife, our buyer’s agent, and the seller’s agent repeatedly. It took about two business days for us to amend our agreement and confirm that we would pay 100% upfront and be reimbursed at closing. During that short window, despite us giving our verbal agreement to cover the remaining balance, Jina continued calling and texting the seller’s agent nonstop. When I spoke to her directly, she stated she would charge my card without my authorization, threatened to sue my wife and me, and even threatened to report the buyer’s agent to the Ocala Board of Realtors. At no point did any of us refuse to pay; the level of pressure and harassment was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We had previously hired this company on three separate occasions and even rated them 5 stars, so I never expected to leave a 1-star review. Unfortunately, this experience was entirely due to how Mrs. Humphries treated a timely paying, repeat customer. Blown-in insulation was installed on 10/8/25. We paid 50% on 10/8 and the remaining 50% on 10/13—just two business days later. After this incident, we attempted to cancel our service contract, but Mrs. Humphries told us we would not receive a refund for the unused maintenance. A couple of weeks later, the company called to schedule service, and I made it clear that I wanted my refund and wished to discontinue any relationship with them. I was transferred to Dylan Wesley Humphries, who refunded me immediately with no issues. Mrs. Humphries told us that if we were a “bigger company” this situation would not have been a problem. However, in all three of our previous transactions, we paid promptly and never had an issue. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we will not be doing business with them in the future.
I scheduled to have a maintenance done on my ac when the guy arrived he did not have a long enough hose to hook up to my water line so I went to the store to buy another hose so it could reach the ac unit when I returned come to find out his hose was broken . He could not clean the outside unit properly. Then told me I had a Freon leak somewhere and asked if I would like him to diagnose it i respectfully declined and contacted my landlord and the scheduled another ac company to come out . Come to find out I never had a Freon leak the outside unit was very dirty and he cleaned it and everything is working as usual . So I basically paid $75 for a maintenance that wasn’t done correctly and tried to upsell me on a diagnosis for a Freon leak .
I have a service plan. It was difficult to schedule an appointment the first time because they only have appointments in the morning. They came out for the second maintenance appointment and I was told I had a Freon leak. I had no problems but trusted them. Paid $199 for to em to diagnose. Comes back and says it should be under warranty but that it is an evap coil. I get the estimate the next day and now there is no warranty. I also asked if estimate included 20% discount that I was supposed to get. I have reached out several times and can’t get a response. I ended up calling another place for a second opinion. They did not agree.
I've got the pictures and the videos to prove it. January 31st 2025 a technician tried to charge me for blowing out my drain system, and they have not done it. I went up on the roof to take a look at all the gunk that he said came out of the line and on top of the roof was bone dry. Thus me taking videos and pictures of the alleged work. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They are very unprofessional. If it was done to me how many other places of business that they falsely charged for work that was not done???
Had brand new unit installed and broken all ready spent all day waiting for someone to come and fix the new unit. Not a good way to start with a new customer 😡 had the repair guy out 2ed time said it was a bad thurmistte replace it said it would cool down soon went out for dinner came home it was 90 degrees in the house with a brand new AC unit installed called back and no one has returned my call
I am curious to learn if other customer are experience the same problems I have had in receiving a detailed explanation of the cost charged for a service repair. The company has refused to provide me this information. They stated their p I licy is not to provide a detailed invoice for services. This seems quite odd. Apparently you are expected to pay whatever they ask for without explanation.

I would NOT recommend this company. My husband and I had a very negative experience with the owner, Ms. Jina Humphries, despite positive interactions with the technicians and workers, namely Chris and Debbie. We originally used the company for routine maintenance at one property and received a reasonable quote for insulation at another property we were in the process of purchasing and planned to move to in the future. The payment arrangement, including that part of the cost would be covered by the sellers at closing, was clearly explained and acknowledged by staff before the work was completed. After the installation, we (as the buyers) paid our portion within a day. The owner, Ms. Jina Humphries (who surprisingly is a realtor, a member of an ethics board, and a business owner in Marion County) began repeatedly contacting us, the sellers, and both realtors demanding immediate payment of the remaining balance--despite the invoice stating payment was due within 30 days, our previous discussion, and the closing being less than two weeks away. She was unprofessional, aggressive, rude, berating, and even threatened to charge a card without authorization. To avoid further conflict, the contract was updated so she would receive payment earlier than agreed. The date of insulation was October 8 and payment was made in full (with the updated contract) by October 13. Between those dates, the owner had personally called all parties at least 20+ times including calling on weekends, early in the morning, and late at night. Because of this experience, we canceled our contract on the home and informed our inspector, whom we have worked with multiple times, so he would not recommend the company to other clients. I would have given two stars as the technicians were wonderful and professional. Yet, a company reflects its leadership, and for this reason we will not use or recommend this business in the future. They receive a 1-star from us. Having worked myself for years in customer service, as a healthcare worker, and as an assistant professor for a university, her customer service skills and unprofessional was surprising. We are happy with our new A/C company who is maintaining our units at both properties. Her company has loss our future business.
I just purchased a Mobil Home that All Weather H&C installed a brand new heating and a/c unit 4 weeks prior. I was under the Mobile Home (for an unrelated reason) and I noticed that the a/c ductwork was wet at the connection where the new duct connected to the old. I called All Weather and set up a service call. They came out (at no charge since it was a new unit) and assessed the problem. They told me that a section of the ductwork needed to be replaced, and they would send me an estimate to fix it. After receiving the estimate I agreed to have the work done. The Tech that showed up to do the repair told me he was the one that installed the new unit. After seeing the problem he told me that the saturated section of ductwork should of been replaced when they replaced the unit, but the other Tech that was helping him decided not to. So, I ended up paying $485 for the repair. If the job would of been done correctly at the time of installation, it would of only taken 5 more minutes and 4 feet of ductwork. After calling and talking to a supervisor at All Weather and telling her what happened, she came up with 3 different stories of why the duct was not replaced. She refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship on the installation and would not reverse the charge. I will never use this Company in the future and I suggest no one else does.
Only giving one star because I cannot submit a review with no stars. I paid $129.00 for a yearly contract with All Weather Heating & Cooling which included two scheduled maintenances. Four times, within two weeks, I had to re-schedule the maintenance because they cancelled. One time they just didn't show up, and no phone call! At that point I called them and asked for a refund. I was told the appropriate person would call me back. But no return phone call. I called two more times and was told the woman was busy but would call back. But yet they weren't too busy to charge my credit card $129. A week goes by and still no call, or refund. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and guess what - she called me, and promised a refund. But here it is three weeks later and no refund. If a complaint to the BBB can't make these people give me my money back I will take them to small claims court. I know it will cost more money but it's a matter of principle now.
I have a rental property in Ocala, the AC stopped working and I called All Weather to come out. I was told I needed to replace the capacitor and the power connection, total cost was $373. Since I was not there I felt I had to trust the service guy. I was very surprised when I asked my tenant how long they were there, and she said 20 minutes. I called a few times to complain, was told I would get a partial refund by Gerry the manage, but that never happened, I would recommend anyone using this company to make sure they are watching the technicians while they work. I will never use this company again.
Does not honor their yearly maintenance contracts. Just take your money and you get NOTHING in return. One of their service techs even messed up my AC/heat unit and I had to foot the bill. Not worth the money.

Title: Exceptional Service from All Weather Heating and Cooling! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from All Weather Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and impressive. Upon scheduling my service call, the representative was friendly and accommodating, helping me find a convenient time for the technician to come out. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. Let me tell you, the service man was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely nice, professional, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the issue with my heating system clearly and answered all my questions without hesitation. It was evident that he was knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best service possible. What really stood out was how quickly he was in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
