Let me first say I was nervous when I looked online To find an electrical company to do some work in my bathroom replacing a switch because of some past experiences I’ve had with previous companies. I Found And Services Online and after reading their reviews, I called them and they were able to get me an appointment for the same day. When my electrician Zach B. arrived He immediately diagnosed the problem, Fixed it very quickly and And was super professional/friendly. His overall knowledge and service was exemplary. I have plans on doing a lot more work in the condo that I’m buying And I’m so glad I found And Services and Zach B. This is the kind of service that not only makes you feel safe But super comfortable knowing that They are going to not only do amazing work, but the electrician that you’re dealing with is going to be super professional, Super friendly And an expert in his craft. I feel blessed that I was able to get Zach B as my Electrician today But I have no doubts that their entire company is staffed with professional professionals, just like him. If you’re looking for an electrical company look no further these are the guys. This is not a paid review nor have I ever had any experience with them prior to today. First of all I want to thank you all the staff that I got in contact with for the last week starting with Cynthia who took my 1st call, then Chris who explained me what was the problem with my house water pipes and the best solutions and options, payment plans…The following day the job got started and whole house water system was repipe. Job took 4 days of excellent service by ADI and KJ who were very professionals, kind, respectful, every morning on time. They kept me informed day by day what they were doing and as they were working on every room they were cleaning all the areas they work. I have no words to describe what an excellent service , always with a smile in their faces and working as a team. I have to mention their manager Gary who always treated me well on the phone, calmed, kind, respectful…I’m very satisfied with the job done from beginning to end. I can’t tell if job was expensive or not because is my first time but I don’t have any complaints with company AND neither with the process or staff involved in that job.Thanks to all AND Plumbing Service that were involved in the re-pipe of my house: Cynthia, Chris, Gary and the most important ADI and KJ for their excellent and professional work service!!

Mom writes: I want to mention Gabriel first because he came and did the service and sales! He did an exceptional job explaining everything and he left no stone unturned! Followed up by Greg! Now, Greg was excellent in that he answered all my questions and was thoroughly honest with me. This is game changer! I had reservations and he calmly explained and answered all my concerns. This was a huge project. Costly! The company sent me a hard working team the day of installation. I cannot say enough good things about Joseph and his team mate. Both of them worked very hard and got the install completed on the 1st day! They were very polite, respectful and diligent. Joseph came back as promised and completed the job in a timely manner! I was particularly impressed by how they handled soft start challenge, the quality of the finished job!! On a Saturday, I reached out to 4-5 other companies, but either they couldn’t schedule me until Monday or they wanted to charge an outrageous service fee ($180+) to come out over the weekend. AND Services was the first company that was able to send someone (Andrei) the same day to provide a FREE estimate. Andrei had a few jobs lined up before mine and he wasn’t able to make it within 2-4 hours as initially suggested; however, the company kept me updated every couple of hours with a status on his arrival, which I really appreciated. Andrei was very knowledgeable and friendly and seemed trustworthy. After assessing the situation, he recommended replacing the entire electrical meter box and bringing it up to code. The estimate was higher than I expected at $6,900, but Andrei reassured me that they would price match any competitor’s estimate. Once we agreed on pricing, he even took the extra step of rewiring a few components in the meter base to ensure my safety until the permit was approved and the replacement could be completed on Wednesday. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend both AND Services and Andrei for any future electrical needs.

Upon arriving at my Saint Pete condo after a long drive from Canada, found an issue with my wall-mounted hurricane switch. Called AND Electrician services and was met with such a professional and helpful response. Jim made me feel that everything will be looked after in a timely fashion. Just waiting for the technician to arrive within a 2 to 4 hour window! So far so good! So further to the initial contact, I had two technicians show up in the promised window and After some diagnosis and agreement on price, Ivan and Armando proceeded to do a very professional job in repairing the initial blown wire and also replacing all the breakers in my 50 year-old fuse box which I found out was not to CODE. The wire that shorted and burnt out should have triggered The breaker but it did not, so could have led to a catastrophe. The cost may not be the cheapest in town but it was done so professionally and I appreciate the timeliness of the entire job. Super nice guys also! Thank you AND!

I contacted AND Services on 8/31/2025 and spoke with Aubry to request an estimate to replace duct/vents. Within two hours i met Wesley at the residence who was very professional and thorough. He went over everything that was needed and provided an estimate. Entire job was completed 9/4/2025. During repairs several different specific work crews. First engineers, whom I didn't have contact with did a fantastic job. Never knew anyone was there as they left place as they found it. AC crew took care of unit completed service. Then James from the construction crew was at house completing the job. He was very pleasant and polite. I was impressed with his work. He took pride in the work he did and made sure he cleaned up and provided an update when he was done. Also I had called and spoke to aubry again to have a plumbing inspection for leaks and within two hours Juan was out and completed his inspection. I would highly recommend this one stop company. I had two different teams that came to work at my house. Team one was a plumbing job with Julian and Joey, putting in new pipes in my bathroom, then scaling and sealing the existing pipes. They had a difficult task with no attic to use but came up with a good plan and executed it perfectly, they did an awesome job. Team two was the drywall job with James and Odie to drywall my kitchen ceiling and wall where there were cutouts from the plumbing team. Once they sealed, textured and sanded both areas they painted everything. They did such a great job you can’t even tell there were ever any holes in the wall or ceiling. Everyone was prompt, friendly, respectful, they were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use this company again and again. Also thanks to Chris who setup this whole project and Zak for overseeing that I was happy with the progress.

Outstanding service in record time. Keven was wonderful explaining and answering questions and walking our daughter through the process of qualifying for financing options. Josh and Joe completed the installation of a new AC unit, handler and thermostat. Tomorrow Kevin and Diego will install new duct work. We are overjoyed and very satisfied with the work, great customer service and scheduled F/U with a 10 year warranty. Kevin and Diego installed new AC ducts in the attic of our 50 year old home with very challenging limited work space. They worked tirelessly with great attention to detail. Their efficient teamwork was amazing to witness. I applaud their great workmanship and believe they are a great asset to their company. Thank you so much. Had some wiring and outlet issues that were well beyond my means to fix. Fortunately And Services was able to get someone to my house same day and Mike (dispatch) kept me informed the entire time until the technician arrived. When Andrei N arrived he got right to work and quickly troubleshot and repaired the problem. He kept me informed on what he was doing and what that will do which helped me understand what was wrong. Andrei then gave me several options to consider purchasing without being pushy and how those products can help protect my electronics, breaker, HVAC etc. I’ll definitely be adding some of that. Overall was faster, and less expensive than I expected with superior customer service.

I've had a significant amount of work done on very essential items in my home in the last 6 months by AND services. Every person that has come out has been professional, friendly, and Knowledgable. The phrase "you get what you pay for" stands with this company as anytime I have had even the slightest question or concern, they do not hesitate to assist me or even send someone out asap. We had an electrical issue and called AND, Donald came out on Friday gave us an estimate and we had an appointment on the following Monday. It ended up that we actually had a total of 3 different electrical projects done (the main reason for calling and 2 smaller ones). We had the team of Durman and Gillermo. All individuals were polite, courteous, competent and professional. The whole experience was truly professional. Which is a change in this day. All individuals knew their jobs, took pride in their work and gave me faith to call this company again, if we should have any other kind of issues in the future that they can handle. Thank you All!

I just had service completed today for a whole new A/C unit. Every person I encountered during this process from the first phone call, to getting the quote, to the technicians who completed the work, and even to the woman who took the final payment, everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. The technicians did an exceptional job with everything, and left my home nice and clean the way it started, when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hendrick arrived promptly, asked me for details about issues with Heat pump and explained how he would Dx. At each step he explained how he came to assessment of problems. She shared photos to explain what he saw and gave me details of several options to fix or replace. All pricing was clear and he explained discounts that I may qualify for. I am very pleased with Hendricks professional manors and the fact that he time to be thorough. I did not feel pressured at any. point.We agreed on what was to be done and it was scheduled for the next day. I appreciate the timeliness as home is uncomfortable.

Jay did such an exceptional job presenting himself going over everything very thoroughly. He explained what needed to be done what was recommended to be done and why and what the outcomes could be if I did not choose to get the work done. Jay never made any promises or commitments concerning the longevity of my system, even if I made the corrections he suggested. He is very polite, very good listener and stayed focused, right on point with what needed to be addressed; did not rush in and rush out, he represented your company way better than anyone from your company ever has!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Durman and his work team Mauro Guillermo and Rodny did excellent work for my friend Remy he had been without electricity for 25 days and Durman arrived that day and he explained to him what he was going to do. And he finished all the work he removed the old system and installed the new one it seemed that it could not be terminal in a day but he did it they finished it thanks to them I have electricity again Mr. Remy promised Durman that he was going to make this comment but he did not have an account that's why I do it many thanks to AND Servises

I used AND to replumb my whole house from the street. They had the best reviews and were very professional. The plumbers completed the replumb quickly and had water ready to go that first night in most rooms. The drywall people fixed all the holes, even temporarily so my cat wouldn't go in them again, on the first night. The painters did a great job and when the color didn't match exactly, they came back and did it again without a hassle. While there were a few snafu's, nothing critical and all handle quickly without a hassle. Would definitely use again.

I’ve used And Services several times now for both electrical and HVAC needs, and they’ve been excellent every time! I’ve done business with Hawkins for many years and I’ve always found their service technicians very dependable. However, my last experience, Joel Juarez came out for my 6 month service. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but also just a great person I knew I could trust. In today’s world, there are so many people just out to just rip you off and this time I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend their services. PS…..Hawkins, if you’re reading this, you should really give Joel a raise as he deserves one!

Amazing service electrical wise from this company. I have used their AC portion as well and was treated very fair, they provided informed updates on arrival time. Andrei did an amazing job on our property for fixing up our electrical with a fair, honest, detailed analysis. GREAT EXPERIENCE with this company. Tech Joseph G. Diagnosed the correct issue with my a/c and had it working within a few minutes. The part needed and labor saved me so much money from previous quote. Joseph was informative, professional with great communication. Five star! Also, had a great experience with Hendrik B. either the duct work cleaning. He was friendly and super professional. I genuinely appreciate the open communication and clear breakdown of the work being done and cost. 5stars for both techs!!!

Customer care at its finest! Maintaining expectations and communication is priceless in a robotic society. Shout out to Ozzy for being able to make it out for a service call SAME DAY!!!! We thought it was a plumbing issue, but his knowledge of flooring and tiling helped to confirm our contractor needs to redo their work. Even outside of the bathroom flooring, he advises us about dishwasher maintenance. I will definitely contact them again. The scheduling team was amazing and professional as well!

I am so glad I called AND Services. It all started with a leak in my hot water tank. After talking with Chris, field manager for the company, I was given my options. Long story short, Diego and Jeff were assigned to take care of the problem. As of this writing all on my plumbing is now up-to-date. Diego and Jeff worked hard and steady in spite of the heat. They were always kind and courteous. Chris, Diego and Jeff were awesome! I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I had a pipe burst in my back yard that was shooting out water. I called AND and they sent Julio out same day within an hour and a half. He was able to shut off the water and give me estimates of the repair and took a look at my bathroom sink that was having a slow drain. Next day diego came out 1st thing in the morning and went above and beyond the work required, gave me informative recommendations and tips. Wasn't thrilled about spending money but diego definitely made it worth it!

Jeff came to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. After 9 years, it had some problems. We could have had it repaired, but asked him to price out a new unit for us . It was done openly and very specifically - we decided to invest in a new unit. Jeff was very friendly, open and thoughtful about our needs. He thought of every detail and made all the arrangements for installation. We've always enjoyed our dealings with AND Services, and plan on continuing this relationship!
