I first became aware of this company when I was researching for my inoperative cooling/heating unit. Stacey was quick to respond and paid me a visit for evaluation. He was very thorough with his inspection and respectful of me, a disabled veteran. I wasn’t able to access my unit and so he took pictures and explained everything. After calling John, the head of this company, it was determined that I would need a new unit. Stacey prepared all the paperwork and John gave me an excellent price, with senior veteran’s discount and some extras. The following day, George showed up with my unit and prepared to install it. It was done expeditiously and with respect for me. He, too explained everything, showing me his work with pictures. I can’t say enough about the quality of service rendered by “And Services”. The professionalism shown by John and his people let me know I was important and I will definitely call them for any of my future needs with the services they provide.

Very awesome and professional service. Every step was especially helpful, my only regret is not taking names, because the people I dealt with here deserve recognition and a raise. After calling numerous companies this was the only one who was able to do same day. The woman that took the call did not give me an unrealistic time frame and made me aware they were extremely busy today, but reassured me the AC would be fixed today. The Tech arrived with in the time frame and was very professional and explained everything, and fixed the problem within 30 minuets of arriving to my house. I would Highly recommend this company for AC repair. This is who I am calling in the future if I have anymore concerns with my AC.
I recently had to have some minor electrical work done to complete a home inspection. I had no idea who to call and looking at the reviews for And Services, I decided to call them and the lady I spoke to was very nice and I explained my situation and she said she would have an electrician come and look to see what my request was and give me an estimate and if agreed would do the work the same day. A guy name Dwight came and was very polite in speaking with and showed him what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and took care of everything and I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed and it was all taken care of on the same day. Kudos to Dwight and And Services!!
I am a senior citizen that lives alone and on August 16th I had a very bad problem with my kitchen sink being totally clogged up. I searched on the internet and found AND Services. I had never used them but I thought I'd give him a try cuz of the same day service. They were at my house within two and a half hours and the technician, John, was such an excellent pleasant young man. He took his time in thoroughly making sure that my clog was totally gone and there was nothing else clogged up in the house. I had previously used the same plumbing company for the last 18 years but I am now switching to And Services!!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Durman and his work team Mauro Guillermo and Rodny did excellent work for my friend Remy he had been without electricity for 25 days and Durman arrived that day and he explained to him what he was going to do. And he finished all the work he removed the old system and installed the new one it seemed that it could not be terminal in a day but he did it they finished it thanks to them I have electricity again Mr. Remy promised Durman that he was going to make this comment but he did not have an account that's why I do it many thanks to AND Servises
Craig stopped by and accessed our situation. He was very polite and personable. He explained our options throughly and with the help of Cory in the office, we got things rolling. Was shocked that we could have everything installed in one day! They showed up on Monday and while working in the brutal heat, they did a wonderful job! I had lights to put up in bathrooms, outside lights installed and they fixed a main switch and fixed breakers on my electrical panel. Durman and Alberte were very informative and professional. They answered all my questions, and finished in a very timely matter. There was no mess to clean and they took all the “old stuff” with them! I have a Technician name Diego and Technician name Mike at my home to do a complete copper linest replacement. They arrived promptly at my home on the scheduled day and time as promised. Hendrick, our service person, was wonderful! He was on time, very professional, and took the time to explain what the issues were, showing me each one. He also went over the various options to replace the unit I had, as it was old and needed extensive repairs. I ended up purchasing a new unit, after going over each option in detail. The price for the unit was very reasonable. I look forward to working with And Services, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good company.

Zack was super helpful, polite, friendly and honest. I bought my home in January and as a single woman I have become accustom to scams. I was thinking for sure I was going to be told I needed a new AC or that it would be some expensive fix when my AC went out. Zack pinpointed the problem and fixed it all at a very reasonable cost to me. I found out they do plumbing too and plan on using their services again in the future when needed.
The tech (RJ) they sent out did and amazing job checking our system fully for our schedulers maintenance. He checked out the amperage and gave suggestions on how we could improve our system performance while identifying some key issues that we need to tackle to prolong our unit life cycle , we discussed how to remove stresses to the motor and reduce our electric bill. We have spent about $ 1500.00 on our old AC through your company over the last three years. Always great service and results. Regarding the last service call, the service technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I believe that we have one more preventive service call, if not I would like to renew that service. We are very appreciative of the work so far.

Had a mini split installed in our garage, they did a fantastic job. Did exactly what we wanted and did not leave any mess took all empty boxes with them. The price was great . Alex and Angel were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire service. Not only did they do a great job with our AC unit, they were conscientious of our privacy and home by constantly knocking to get our attention and wearing protective gear on their shoes. Andrei and his crew did a wonderful , great job installing landscape lighting at my home in Bradenton. I highly recommend. They are very safety oriented during the install and of your home. AND services is our first choice when we are needing electrical work. We had our entire electrical box replaced and some wires and they were great! price was very inexpensive compared to other quotes. They are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Andrei was awesome, he came by to check out our electrical box to make sure all is good. I HIGHLY recommend.
Had an issue with my septic tank and called up AND services. Julio came to my house about a day later and was very knowledgeable and professional. AND service wasnt able to help that day but only because I had sseveral issues that needed to be worked on, including a pump out. Im currently moving forward with them and am excited to have the end result.
I was asking for a quote for an additional outside outlet. Dwight was awesome he checked all of my electrical boxes and made suggestions of what I should consider replacing. He was professional and kind took his time explaining everything to me. The prices were reasonable so now I will talk about it with my brother to see what which option to go with.
My service was a free inspection which included a courtesy water heater drain. Two fellows, capable and courteous, explained what they were about and answered my questions. Second Visit Donovan was careful and thorough in his work. He found a bench for me to sit on and observe, while he worked, I appreciated his help and his presence.

He was friendly and professional while servicing our unit and kindly answered all our questions. 5 star service! I highly recommend this company!
The HVAC technician David was exceptional. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced my AC unit, and made recommendations for upgrades that would extend the life of my unit. He took time to actually clean the unit (not the typical rush job), and was not pushy with upsales. I will most definitely be calling And services in the future.

And Services is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and that is not an exaggeration. At first, everything seems great. The sales process, installation process, and initial interactions are polished and professional. In fact, many of the positive reviews you see likely reflect those early experiences. Unfortunately, the real problems begin once you become a long-term customer and actually need service, support, or repairs. They consistently price gouge customers at every opportunity. In several instances, I looked up the exact parts they recommended replacing and found they retailed for around $80, yet Company Services attempted to charge five to six times that amount. Their management team is equally frustrating to deal with. Getting a return phone call is extremely difficult, and customers are often forced to repeatedly follow up just to receive answers or resolution. What concerns me most is the sales tactics used by some of their technicians. After one service visit, I had an independent professional review the technician's findings. The review revealed that much of the information I had been given was incorrect and appeared designed to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary upgrades and services. I was told my AC unit would likely fail if I did not proceed with the recommended work. That claim was later proven to be completely untrue. To the company's credit, they eventually issued me a credit after these concerns were raised. However, the underlying issues remain the same: inflated pricing, misleading recommendations, and a customer service experience that leaves much to be desired. Another issue is their claim of providing 24/7 service. While they do have a 24-hour answering service, that is not the same as receiving actual support. In my experience, calling after hours simply results in leaving a message and waiting until the next morning for assistance—assuming you receive a timely response at all. Advertising 24/7 availability creates expectations that are not being met. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage anyone considering Company Services to get a second opinion before approving any major repairs, upgrades, or expensive recommendations. It could save you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.
My well pump froze during the the last freeze we had. I had already done some research online to see if I could fix the issue. What I found online was it could be my pressure switch, pressure gauge, or my check valve. I replaced my pressure switch and it did not correct the issue. My pressure gauge was reading that it had pressure, so I didn't replace that. I called AND Service to set up a service call. I was told someone would be out in 2 to 4 hours. It was at the 6 hour time mark that the tech showed up. The tech asked how old my pump was, I told him it had been replaced last year. At that point, he just told me to have the pump replaced because it would still be under warranty. T is not under warranty, as he sssumed. I then asked him if it could be the pressure guage that was the problem. He said that it was reading pressure, so it was still good. At no time did he do anything other than walk around my pump. He didn't check anything and never asked for the pump to be turned on. I bought a new pump and installed it. Replace the pressure guage and everything. The old pressure guage that he said was accurate is no longer attached to anything and is reading 35 psi. Overall, it was waiting 6 hours to be told just to replace the pump because it is under warranty, without checking anything.
Yulio came out and we discussed replacing drain pipes. He gave me a quote of 20,382 for completed work. His men came out and worked for 2 straight days until 9 pm Saturday evening. They installed an Ada pressurized toilet which had been painful for me to use. The other toilet can’t be replaced until they pour concrete. He did say the price might go up depending on what they had to do. He told me he couldn’t return the toilet and I explained it was painful to use. He came this morning at 10 am to discuss me signing papers for the additional work. I informed him I would not sign anything until the concrete was poured and the toilet replaced. He wanted me to pay the balance for the work completed but I explained that the the work was not complete and I wouldn’t sign anything or pay anything until it was done properly. He said the additional charge would be another $8,000 for what they had to do. I told him that was unacceptable. He told me that it was now in his managers hands and I asked him to leave my home. I have not heard back from management and I am using a toilet that is painful to use. I find this totally unacceptable! I will post pictures of the unfinished work
Would love to leave a less than 1 star review... I'm in Florida and have been without AC since 7pm last night. I called their emergency services line, and was told someone would be out in 2-4 hours... no problem... almost 2 hours later I get a call back that it'll be another 2-4 hours before a tech gets here but could be longer... this is fast or emergency and def wasn't going to be within their quoted time frame. I'd have waited if they were honest from the get go! But this company is anything but honest... find a company with integrity before you obtain their services! I canceled... after going 13 hours in Florida heat with no AC this company is not worth waiting for when they have zero integrity straight out the gate.
If you want a quote thousands of dollars higher than any other contractor and if you feel like being lied to call them. Was offered a free inspection on my ac then after being told everything was ok two days later it stops cooling my home. Call them back out and was quoted a repair of 6000 spoke with another local contractor and they said he would replace my entire system with a 10 year warranty for 6500. These people are only interested in tearing your head off not in helping you fix your problems.
I have a service contract with them for my AC and plumbing. My AC went out on Sunday - I called same night and was told someone would come Monday at 4. 4 o’clock came and went and no AND. I called at 5:45 and was told he hasn’t been displayed yet but he’s coming today. Not only did they not show up - but they never called to say they weren’t coming. My house is now 87 degrees - it’s Tuesday - and I’ve heard nothing still. I will not use them again.
AND Services is the worst company I have ever experienced. It has been over 1 year since my ceiling collapsed due to the air handler being improperly installed. I had to pay for most of the repairs out of pocket to get my home livable again. I have turned in receipts and photos 3x now and have spoken to numerous managers. All well trained customer service liars. I have tried to contact Joe Lane but to no avail. Do Not use this company!
No stars awful. 2 full days of trying to install inside outside units. Refusing to do the attic ducts, put in return vents, and box. Do not recommend if I could I'd have them rip it at and get someone new. House flooded after install as well and no onecamebackto fix. This will be a law suit.
This company installed my a/c unit 3 years ago and was wonderful. I called them back for a quote to repair/replace the unit after the flooding. Hunter Prather came out and was upset that he was providing free quotes when the neighborhood may be subject to the FEMA 50% rule and have to elevate the homes. He felt the company should not be giving out free estimates as the homeowners may not be able to do the work. He did the estimate and it was emailed but what I received didn't even have the company name on it so it was useless to FEMA. I have called back twice and both times I was told I would receive the estimate with the company name on it. So far I have received nothing. If this is how they treat a repeat customer after a major storm I have to assume that their customer service has seriously changed in the past 3 years.
Worst company to get a unit from or to have work done. These technicians who installed my unit don't even have a license to put in the Unit. They also only work at the company a month. His installers notified me of this during the time the were installing. I was mortified, if I knew would have went with a different company. I had another company out and they verified they put the wires on backwards and it was just a mess that i begged the other company to fix because I refuse to have unlicensed technicians at my home.
The equipment that was given to me I paid $8,100 for and have had nothing but problems with it and getting the problems resolved took too much time and still without AC or heat for long periods of time to me the whole thing was very bad experience bad experience with this company! I would think for the money that we paid for my family to have a good equipment of AC and heat it would have been better than this . I definitely do not recommend this company .
Horrible company......called to have them repair AC, and they would not provide any documentation on what they were going to charge me, just wanted to have my credit card info so they could charge whatever they wanted. When I asked for documentation, instead, they came onto my property when we were not here, and stole the fuses from my AC unit !! Horrible, Horrible company.
Would not recommend at all. Paid over $16k for a new top of the line system that they recommended and they've had to come out several times each year to work on it and now we can't even get them to return or answer calls all while this is still under warranty. Absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with!!!!! would give zero stars if i could!!!
I didn't really get much but a flyer to buy a new A/C unit and a $60 service fee. I was told that I had a compressor leak, and that they didn't make coolant for my unit anymore. After, a second opinion it was confirmed that the compressor was not leaking, and the service man did have the coolant needed to fill my unit. The only good thing about this company was that they were prompt. Chris got here at 1:00 and was gone by 1:10.
The technician, Chris, was friendly enough and did recharge the freon necessary to get the system functional again. He seemed a little disinterested, though, in performing the system maintenance that was ordered for $79. He told me that due to the age of the system, all of the readings would just be "out of whack" anyway. I also didn't receive the condenser coils cleaning or the drain line flush that was part of that maintenance. Instead, I was charged $89 for a standard service call plus the per-pound cost of the refridgerant. The office secretary (Nikki?) mentioned she would adjust the charge down $10 to at least match the other rate, but no adjustment has yet been made to my card account as of this review. I also asked for an estimate regarding a potential system replacement and I've not received that yet, either.

TRUE TO THEIR WORD! I like to wait a few weeks before putting out a review so today is 2/25/24. They have been to our house three times. First was original installation. The second visit (1 week later) was due to our house being old and with complications - the work could not be completed within the first day. We must add, no inconveniences between these visits either. Three weeks later, we found an outlet without power. we called, they came within two days. Repaired at no cost (of course) and we have been very happy with everything they have done. They work with you and keep in touch. The installers are very knowledgeable and answer any questions we had, without attitudes. Very pleasant and considerate of our home, our pup too, closed all doors when entering or exiting. Cleaned up after themselves. The reps, dispatch office and field personnel are very pleasant and helpful as well. Love the no interest payment plan too. Thank You. EVERYONE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! 😎
