After almost only 1 hr after we called he was here. He is an amazing person, EXTREMELY knowledge and so willing to help and answer every single question we had with a smile in his face. I am really impressed with AND Services. John was out here doing our 6 month check up on the A/C and he is awesome. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and well mannered. Updated: 10/20/25 2nd maintenance on A/C and again excellent service from Eric. Found him to be Extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Highly recommend! Updated 2/5/25: First maintenance on new A/C system and service was excellent (again). I currently have a plumbing issue and this company does that too so will be contacting them for that as well. John my service technician was excellent. Knew exactly what the problem was and made the repair (under warranty…yay). So far I am so pleased with this company from complete replacement to warranty service. Thanks again John for the exceptional service.
This is the second time Eric has come to service our AC system. Again Eric was polite and professional. After discussing the symptoms of the problem, he quickly got into diagnosing the problem. After checking out the electronics and a few trips between the Air Handler and the Compresser outside he was convinced there might be a refrigerant leak. After a thorough search using a "Sniffer", a leak was observed in the evaporator coil section. A replacement coil was located and will be installed in the next few days. My technician, John, was great. He came out right away, inspected my AC, and let me know what he saw. He discussed all of my options with me and explained anything to me that I wasn’t sure about. He sent his findings and pictures to his manager who called him and the three of us all talked through what the situation was and what was the best way to proceed. They were both honest and patient with me. They were even able to schedule my AC replacement for the following day. This company stands behind their work and I’m glad that they will be the company I will be dealing with going forward.
Eric Eisenhauer service advisor from AND Services came to my home on an appointment I made to look at my air conditioner as it was blowing warm air. The unit was not easy to get to. It was under our house in the crawl space...I was never under there so he had to figure out how to access the unit. He was courteous and very informative. Unfortunately the unit is sealed unit and as old as the house and couldn't be serviced..Eric gave me a quote for a new unit. You can tell he loves his work and his company. Because of Eric I would highly recommend AND Services to friends and family..
This is once again is still a great team. We had our ac unit installed a year ago and Mike Delillo came out at the 6 month mark for that checkup. He was really professional and informative. Today we just had the 1 year inspection. John Peterson was our technician and he is also a really intelligent and informative service advisor. He was pleasant, courteous, and punctual. This company is incredible. My AC had problems and I called 5pm on a Saturday expecting that someone would be out next week. Eric showed up Sunday morning and was very professional and informative. The problems were diagnosed and a reasonable price was quoted. I would refer And Services to anyone. I look forward to using them with any future problems. The technician, Eric, was very attentive and gave detailed information with in-depth explanation to truly understand the root of the problem with my unit. This company is great. My a/c stopped working all of a sudden, and I needed to make an emergency appointment to fix it. This is the only company that was able to offer me a quick appointment at no charge. The girls who I talked to on the phone to make an appointment were great. Technician Cody, who showed up for an appointment to fix my problem, was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly figured out what the problem was, explained everything to me and fixed it. I highly recommend this company. It is a great company with great staff.
Deysha was phenomenal. She's very competent knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond contact the homeowner. Arrived within a couple of hours to go over everything and we had a new system in our home in less than 24 hours. Everyone was very kind courteous and professional from the moment of the first phone call to the last minute of the installation. We have never seen a company work like this in such a manner. We could never thank you! We've already referred your company too quite a few people and will continue to do so! .
I had the best experiences with my Service man Eric for tuning up my air conditioner. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He also paid attention to details and he answered all my questions. Unfortunately I do not have any photos to display but he took several pictures and videos to show me the entire unit health. I’m very pleased, impressed with Eric and the company he represents. I did signed up for annual contract to make my A/C system run smoother. My first contact was with Jim. Excellent first impressions. And even tho I didn't expect it, they were at my house within hours on a Sunday afternoon! The 1st technician quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the failure in easy to understand terms. My wife and I agreed to the repair, and by Monday evening everything was fixed and good to go. Any issues you come across with your AC or Electrical, call AND Services first. You won't be disappointed.
And services does not charge for sending a technician and give you a price for the job. I found them to be honest and straightforward. Our 2 year old old unit stop working. The company that installed it said it was the thermostat. And technician found out it was a serious issue with the compressor. Our air conditioning stopped working and we called to find out what we needed to do to get it fixed. Eric was a real professional in diagnosing the problem and then patiently explaining what caused the problem and how it needs to be fixed. I felt very comfortable that I was being told the truth and not being asked to do more than was necessary to solve the problem.
Eric came to service our new ac system today!! He was very informative and knowledgeable about our system. He explained everything he was doing so I would understand!! Very much appreciated!! Yearly maintenance is well worth the money! We switched from a different company because of the thoroughness done that the other company had completely missed (mildew in the air handler…which was something that should have been addressed). Eric always goes above and beyond preemptively addressing each issue before it becomes a problem. Highly recommended!
Our technician, John serviced our ac unit. He took a number of pictures to show us what he saw. I was not in the room at the time, and when I came into the room, he took the time to show me the pictures as well. I really appreciated this. He was very thorough in his explanations. We will be requesting Kohn for our maintenance needs in the future.
Eric came out in the evening to help us with an AC unit issue. He was very knowledgeable and easy going! Very friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this company and the technician Eric as they don’t charge a diagnosis fee like most others do. Will definitely be using them in the future when needed.

Bought a system in 2019. The unit inside the garage was installed incorrectly. The braces that hold the unit up, are too close to unit and blocks access to the filter and coils. Called about the issue 5 different times and had 2 of their own techs refuse to work on the unit because of the issue. I called customer service several times and was told that service manager would be out to look at the unit. That never happened. I gave up and struggled through to get the filter door open and gain access to $200 light bulb they make you buy (you can get it on amazon for $70). Fast forward to now. They finally contacted me and wanted to know if i wanted the "free service" they offered. I agreed and they sent a technician out. I pointed out the incorrect install and he agreed that it was wrong. My A/C unit was working properly before he showed up. After he left the fan in the handler stopped working. I called at 2pm and was told they would call me right back. I called back at 4pm after not hearing from them and was told they would "escalate" the issue and call me back in 30mins. At 5pm, i called them back and was told i needed to give them time because it was after hours. As far as i am concerned this is nothing more than a goat and pony show with monkeys running the ship. They are the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. I hope this helps someone else make a better decision than i did. As of now, i guess i will have to wait another 5 years for a call back.
Our A/C went down on Tuesday night. We called AND to have them take a look. Technician arrived in a timely fashion and was very polite. He inspected the system, went into the attic and outside unit. He explained our ducts needed replacing because they were chewed by rodents and that the entire system needed replacing that day. He did not think this would solve the problem for long and we should start the install immediately! He then, after discussing the situation with his supervisor and applying “discounts” quoted us a price of just under $28,000! A few hours later a received a text from the technician to repair the ductwork for $1900 and a new system for approximately $12000! He noted why the system turned off, and the unit in the attic needed cleaning. We paid him to clean it ($323), and the system turned back on and 24 hours later is running fine! We had 2 other companies come in and assess our A/C, (never told them what AND told us) both said our ducts had no leaks, no chewed spots and were in fine working condition. Both told us our units will work for a bit of time and advised us to wait until they shut down again. We asked for a ball park quote and were told based on the what they could tell we needed and what system we chose a new complete install would be 7-12 thousand! The situation is not urgent, possibly getting a couple more years! This company , in my option is a rip off! Stay away!
As a small service oriented business owner, I cannot with good conscience recommend this company. A tech came out in July and charged me $850 to swap out 2 switches, and for about 20 minutes of work. When I called to inquire about the excessive price tag, they the phone girl stated they would give me free service and maintenance every 6 months. Fair enough, so I agreed. Yesterday a tech showed up, and from the start I could tell that this wasn't a maintenance call but rather a glorified build up to a sales pitch. Sure enough he stated my unit was too small, and began speaking about upcoming changes in regulation that would render my unit obsolete. He stated that my panel was open and sucking in garage air. I let him know that the last person who opened it was from AND Services. He told me that's not something he would do (as if he were here and observed?) . The tech reassured me he would close it back up. He also stated he would clean out the line because it was full of algae. I had to run to another customers, so I left with my mother in law in the house for the paperwork. When I got home, neither was done, and I was told he left right after I did. My objective experience is that this company is more concerned about profits than service. Attached are photos. Update: their responses are AI generated, and phony. This company is a scam.
Very predatory. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They tried to take advantage of my elderly parents when their ac went down. Tried to tell them their ac was too small for their home. And even started working on their refrigerator stating that it was causing an issue with the ac. When they didn’t buy that, he then went on to say that the household cleaning products are what damaged the system and they needed a whole new ac. Theirs is just 2 years old and still in manufacture warranty. What the tech didn’t know is that we have ac guys in the family a couple hours up the coast. Their “diagnostic” was quickly invalidated. Beware of this company. They will sell you major repairs when your issue is simple. I would bet their techs are paid on a commission instead of an hourly rate. STAY AWAY.
I was extremely disappointed at the price AND quote for a simple problem I have in one of my bedrooms. The AC is minimal in that particular room. I called my nephew in CA who owns an AC company and he told me the price quoted from AND was a “rip off”. Too bad because I use your company and paid for a contract for service. I was quite upset over this because I am a senior and living on an income. I felt scammed by your company!!
Never got my ac fixed. WHY? Because they require an ORIGINAL copy of your house title/deed and your registration before they set ur appointment. Had to go to my safe deposit box and then they still didn't set my appointment. If they do this much bs to set a appt then I don't want to have anything to do with them. Go ahead and call them if you want to deal with a bunch of bs
Was scheduled for today. They called informing me the technician was behind schedule. Called me back again to inform me the technician they scheduled couldn't make it. I am not happy with this business. Wasted valuable time waiting for nothing. What happened to reliable businesses who would of sent out another tech?
This place hires only kids to sell their crap. The ownership has changed so many times it is pathetic. They only want to sell you upgrades you don't need. It is all a trap. Run away and call anyone else
This company couldn't more unprofessional if they tried. The person answering the phone apparently doesn't know enough about the "lingo" to give the correct instructions to the person doing the estimate. Two phone calls later and she assured me I would have done what I wanted. They came and cut 50% of what I wanted and then said it was my fault because I didn't know the "lingo". They came back and made all kinds of promises to fix it but again only did 30% of what they promised. I wrote a letter to the "owner" who then called me 3x to argue and harass me. I overpaid for work that we will now have to either finish ourselves or hire someone else. Do not call this company. The worst $825.00 phone call of my life.

Regarding AND services I chose them because I made an appointment with them and Michael was timely and very professional. I actually felt like he was family. He wasn’t in a hurry and he explained everything in detail in which I appreciated. AND services are very lucky to have him on their team! On install day they arrived timely and went straight to work. They were very quiet and listened to my requests regarding my cats so we had no escapes. At one point I was standing in the kitchen, they did not know I was there, one was sawing and the other one came behind him to give him a helping hand and when finished he then patted him on the back, I found that very heartwarming and knew at that moment I was in good hands. I felt confident because I had to leave my mother with them. They did an excellent job! When I came home I noticed they cleaned up and even swept the garage. I was totally impressed.
