I recently had Tim's Tree Service trim our large black olive tree. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in less than half the time quoted to do the job. Their price was the best compared to 2 other companies. They did the most beautiful job on our tree. They left the large trunk branches and enhanced the look of the tree giving it a beautiful canopy. I was also very impressed that there was no sign that they had been there other than the beautifully trimmed tree. No tire marks in our grass. No broken branches or twigs on the ground. Most importantly, they preserved the integrity of my shrubs that circle the trunk of the tree. Tree trimmers in the past have damaged and even killed the Hawaiian Ti and umbrella shrub I have planted beneath the tree. I could not offer a higher recommendation. I am blown away by the professionalism of this company from the staff on the phone, the quote process, to the guys who did the real hard work removing the tree and trimming the other tree. Hands down one of the best service companies I have dealt with in my 30 years living in the Cape Coral area. Not as expensive as I thought it would be, a decent price and they don't even require a deposit to do the job. This company sends you an invoice after they have completed the entire job and they give you about a month to get it paid, I mean what other service companies do this??? None that I know of. 5 STARS!!!! Great company and great people working at this company. I highly recommend anyone needing a tree trimmed or a tree removed to use Tim's Tree Service. Thank you.
I hired Tim's Tree Service to cut down a tall pine tree in back of our property that was causing damage to our pool screen. Clayton and his crew came and within the hour they had cut down the entire tree without damaging any of our fruit trees underneath. We were extremely impressed at their team work as well as the level of expertise and professionalism shown as they labored collaboratively to get the job done. When they left, the area was spotless. If it wasn't for the stump you'd never know that any tree had come down. Their price was also exceptionally reasonable. We recommend them very highly.
I've used Tim's Tree Service a few times over the years. I met Tim through his wife who was a coworker of mine. These guys came and cut what was left of the trees from hurricane Charlie and Frances, including grinding the stumps. They've also done other areas on my property where I had overgrowth. Each time I called Tim, his crew was here promptly and completed the work to my satisfaction with the best price in the area. I don't have trees on my property anymore, thanks to the hurricanes, but if I ever decide to plant any more trees, I know who to call.
Tim's Tree Service came out at the appointed time and gave us a quote at very reasonable price. They told us the timeframe they would come out and they were there at exactly that day/time. They cut down five trees, hauled the debris away and cleaned up the area. They were efficient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their work. There isn't an adjective to express how very pleased we were with all the folks at Tim's Tree Service, thank you all for a job well done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
Tim's took down a big ficas tree in my backyard. Wow, they're fast. They have the right equipment for the job. Tracked skid steer didn't leave much damage to the lawn. My only complaint was the stump grinding portion was kind of sloppy. There was so much grindings associated with the stump removal that they hid some of the stump and roots, so after my cleanup of the grindings there was some root and stump left behind. It will take some effort on my part to make it flat and ready for sod.
These guys went above and way beyond my expectations!! They were punctual, professional, and did a great job freeing my house from the forest that tried to suffocate it. They removed huge branches and many, many trees. They have the crews and machinery to get the job done right! Totally professional from the estimate and explanation of what needed to be done, to tree and branch removal, to the stump grinding! Tim's Tree Service was an AAAAA++++++++!!!
I called Tim's Tree Service after seeing the positive reviews and a different tree company never returned our call. They came out the very next day to see what work needed to be done and to give us a quote. They scheduled a time for the next week, showed up when promised, and did a good job and left the site very neat and cleaned up. We most definitely would use Tim's Tree Service again. Thank you!
Tim's Tree Service is an excellent company. Very professional extremely courtious and true professionals. Not only where they the best price they where on time got the job done in a quick manor and incredible clean up of thhe job site. We had 3 oak trees 2 right next to the house and an extremely large oak tree iver hanging the niebirs fence and launai. ABSOLUTELY would refer and recommend.
Tim's Tree Service is EXCELLENT. We called to get an estimate on getting a stump ground out and they were out the same day to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. They said they would be out in the next couple days and they actually showed up the next day. They were great to work with and they were very timely. I would highly recommend Tim's Tree Service.
Tim's was amazing. THE BEST PRICE hands down. I needed 10 huge pines taken down around my house that were preventing me from feeling safe during high/ hurricane force winds. They came in at 1/2 the price of others AND included stump grinding. Fast, friendly service along with respect for my yard and my belongings.
Our ficus tree and other bushes were removed and ficus stump ground down. All the debris was removed and areas were filled in. We were very pleased with the service, price and outcome. Planted sod overtop and it turned out perfect. Very happy with the job!
This company did an excellent job for us. They initially removed a tree. Then we had them back to plant another tree and lay sod. They always showed up on time and got the work done in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Great price and service with theses guys. Their price was half the price of other tree services but this did not effect their service. They were on time, professional and did a great job cleaning up our yard afterwords. I was very impressed.
I requested 2 mature oaks to be trimmed and 1 30ft cabbage palm to be removed. The crew arrived with every pice of equipment you can imagine for the job. They were quick and professional. I would 100% use them again.

Tim's Tree service came to do my trees 09/12/2024. They did a great job at a very reasonable price.
Very good value for the work that was done. They showed up the very next day after I accepted the estimate for my stump removal. The bill arrived soon after but I emailed to advise that I would pay it AFTER the mulch cleanup that I was paying extra for was completed...that happened about a week later. I gave Tim's a 4-star rather than a 5-star because of the lack of clarity over how much mulch would be removed for the extra $150 cleanup. I thought they would remove all the mulch but the first thing the cleanup crew said was "we only clean level to the ground...we don't take the mulch out of the hole." Unfortunately this was the first time this had been mentioned and, knowing that pure mulch would not be conducive to grass growth, I already had a pile of dirt standing by to fill the hole. Hopefully, Tim himself would have handled the situation more tactfully than his workers did. One of the workers actually said to me, "Actually the contract doesn't say we will remove ALL THE MULCH; it just says we will remove THE MULCH...which could be any amount of the mulch." I was upset in the moment but, reflecting on it afterwards, I did get a lot of work completed for the amount of labor involved for a total of $325. So...there's a little more work left for me than I expected but--keeping it real--it was a good value.
1 star About 18 months ago, I called AND Services for my 3-year-old central AC. The technician found a bad condensate float switch, didn't have the part, and bypassed the safety device instead of replacing it. Per Florida Building Code (Mechanical) Section 307.2.3.1, downflow units like my rooftop package unit must have a water-level monitoring device that shuts off the equipment if the drain is restricted. Bypassing it violates this code. When the AC failed again recently, their supervisor gave three diagnoses in one visit: the unit was "burned out," then lightning damage (no marks on the unit anywhere), then a bad contactor — quoted $450 with no guarantee it would work. An independent electrician found the real problem in under five minutes: a failing breaker in my 1980 Zinsco panel. The AC worked immediately. An honest diagnosis 18 months ago would have caught this. I'm now facing a $4,300 panel replacement plus a $500 portable AC I had to buy. I have severe congestive heart failure and no car — they left me without AC in Florida heat. Five calls and emails requesting a manager went unanswered. I do not recommend AND Services.
I deleted my last review. Eric is awesome in every way possible don’t get me wrong on that. He himself deserves far more than 5 stars. The rest of the team not so much. I bought a brand new ac unit from them because mine went out three years ago and have had nothing but issues. Keeps going out every year. They have completely replaced it once and still having issues with my system. Any time you call they say yeah sure someone will get ahold of you within a certain time frame and that call just never comes. I wait all day today and nothing from yall. This is wild. Just insane from you guys to not even follow through with your own warranties. UPDATE FROM A TECH! Apparently after calling I wasn’t even on their schedule so their whole within 24 hours a LIE!!!!!
They installed a fan motor on my unit for $1800.00. They put too large a motor on my unit. The unit immediately began making a loud rattling noise when running. I called them the service tech agreed it shouldn't be doing that then left I called again requesting a return call from a supervisor or manager. Been over two weeks and they have not returned my call. Would definitely not recommend.
Was told I needed a new unit with the price up to $17,000 had another company out and told me my unit was good for at least another two years and all it needed was a good cleaning. They did quote me on a price of a new unit at the exact same manufacturer for half the cost.
Aggressively spam called us for a “complimentary service” turned into and 2 hours of hard selling a new system (our system working perfectly fine). The sales man refused to leave our house overall terrible experience.
This company couldn't more unprofessional if they tried. The person answering the phone apparently doesn't know enough about the "lingo" to give the correct instructions to the person doing the estimate. Two phone calls later and she assured me I would have done what I wanted. They came and cut 50% of what I wanted and then said it was my fault because I didn't know the "lingo". They came back and made all kinds of promises to fix it but again only did 30% of what they promised. I wrote a letter to the "owner" who then called me 3x to argue and harass me. I overpaid for work that we will now have to either finish ourselves or hire someone else. Do not call this company. The worst $825.00 phone call of my life.

Great service. Same day service was great since A/C decided to give out in the hottest day of the year. I called at 7 and by 11am. The work was done professionally and customer service with the call team and service man is top notch. My service advisor, Kyle Lanz is very knowledgeable and helped fix my problem. Thanks.
