John serviced my unit under the maintenence contract I bought and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving my residence. Eric and Tyler did a fantastic job again with our 6 month checkup, making sure our unit is running at peak performance. We are so grateful for Eric's (and John's when he is here) supreme knowledge of or newer multi-stage A/C unit. We feel we are in exceedingly good hands with that team. And a special welcome aboard to trainee Tyler. I can tell he's going to be a great asset to AND & us.
Eric came out in the evening to help us with an AC unit issue. He was very knowledgeable and easy going! Very friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this company and the technician Eric as they don’t charge a diagnosis fee like most others do. Will definitely be using them in the future when needed.

Great service. Same day service was great since A/C decided to give out in the hottest day of the year. I called at 7 and by 11am. The work was done professionally and customer service with the call team and service man is top notch. My service advisor, Kyle Lanz is very knowledgeable and helped fix my problem. Thanks.

A definite five star rating. The crew of three were very informative during the installation of the ac condenser and air handler. No need for supervision at all. They hit the ground running once they showed up. Great teamwork for sure. No trash was left behind etc. My garage was exceptionally clean.
Today, electrical technicians Durman, Guillermo Mauro, and Rodny came to my house to remove the old electrical system from four houses and replace it completely. I didn't expect them to do it all in one day because it seemed like too much, but they did. Thanks to them, I have electricity again

John the Technician was on time and very professional in his inspection. He did his inspection and put everything back in its original place and left everything in a tidy condition. AND Co installed my HVAC unit a year ago and I would recommend this company for HVAC work.
Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday afternoon & AND Services Was here within 2 hours had us up and running at a very reasonable Cost! I just signed up for their anual service contract. Excellent company for your A C services!3 years later , still awesome service!
We had our first service done for our AC with Eric. He was very pleasant, Informative answered all my questions. He explain a concern I had. Provided me with formation I didn't even know existed. He will be the one I ask for on my next AC check up. Great guy👌
Kyle came on a Saturday evening, checked the system, found the issue, helped me clean the outside unit and provide me a quote. All of this at no charge. I would recommend this company going forward, thank you guys for your time and for coming on the same day.
I was able to get an appointment right away to find out why I had no heat. John took the time to take pictures, explained everything and gave numerous estimates. After some wiring I had heat. I was very happy and will call AND services for future issues.

Bought a system in 2019. The unit inside the garage was installed incorrectly. The braces that hold the unit up, are too close to unit and blocks access to the filter and coils. Called about the issue 5 different times and had 2 of their own techs refuse to work on the unit because of the issue. I called customer service several times and was told that service manager would be out to look at the unit. That never happened. I gave up and struggled through to get the filter door open and gain access to $200 light bulb they make you buy (you can get it on amazon for $70). Fast forward to now. They finally contacted me and wanted to know if i wanted the "free service" they offered. I agreed and they sent a technician out. I pointed out the incorrect install and he agreed that it was wrong. My A/C unit was working properly before he showed up. After he left the fan in the handler stopped working. I called at 2pm and was told they would call me right back. I called back at 4pm after not hearing from them and was told they would "escalate" the issue and call me back in 30mins. At 5pm, i called them back and was told i needed to give them time because it was after hours. As far as i am concerned this is nothing more than a goat and pony show with monkeys running the ship. They are the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. I hope this helps someone else make a better decision than i did. As of now, i guess i will have to wait another 5 years for a call back.
As a small service oriented business owner, I cannot with good conscience recommend this company. A tech came out in July and charged me $850 to swap out 2 switches, and for about 20 minutes of work. When I called to inquire about the excessive price tag, they the phone girl stated they would give me free service and maintenance every 6 months. Fair enough, so I agreed. Yesterday a tech showed up, and from the start I could tell that this wasn't a maintenance call but rather a glorified build up to a sales pitch. Sure enough he stated my unit was too small, and began speaking about upcoming changes in regulation that would render my unit obsolete. He stated that my panel was open and sucking in garage air. I let him know that the last person who opened it was from AND Services. He told me that's not something he would do (as if he were here and observed?) . The tech reassured me he would close it back up. He also stated he would clean out the line because it was full of algae. I had to run to another customers, so I left with my mother in law in the house for the paperwork. When I got home, neither was done, and I was told he left right after I did. My objective experience is that this company is more concerned about profits than service. Attached are photos. Update: their responses are AI generated, and phony. This company is a scam.
I have had my system now for just about 2 years. First, when they put the new unit in, it didn't last a week. and after having a fit, they came out and replaced the unit. Then they discovered that the unit was bigger than the last one I had so the duct work had to be corrected, and again. After I had a complete fit, they replaced the duct work. The supervisor even extended the warranty for another year parts and labor. This all sounds great, right. Here's my problem, every time a service person comes out and they find something wrong with the unit, the air flow, the ducts, something. And everything they want to do costs over $2000 every time. You would think that since I paid $14000 for a new unit, they would make sure that everything worked when they installed it. Its like they maintenance does just enough to keep a BRAND NEW AC UNIT running. They come out and tell you how your new unit will die if this isn't done, very high pressure sales. If it want for 1 supervisor named John, I would have already taken them to court. He is a district manager I think and is that companies only saving grace. But I am being pushed to my limit.
If you need an honest reliable company, do yourself a favor and find someone else! These people price gauge the cost of their labor and parts. They set expectations, and then nobody shows up! It is a separate story, when they actually show up. If you still decide to call them and make an appointment, be ready to get a second opinion and compare, and do not pay them anything in advance! Once they get a part of your money, they will leave you high and dry without AC for as long as they decide. They do not care about their customers, but they expect you to pay more than a top dollar for a delayed job. Beware!
They installed a fan motor on my unit for $1800.00. They put too large a motor on my unit. The unit immediately began making a loud rattling noise when running. I called them the service tech agreed it shouldn't be doing that then left I called again requesting a return call from a supervisor or manager. Been over two weeks and they have not returned my call. Would definitely not recommend.
Never got my ac fixed. WHY? Because they require an ORIGINAL copy of your house title/deed and your registration before they set ur appointment. Had to go to my safe deposit box and then they still didn't set my appointment. If they do this much bs to set a appt then I don't want to have anything to do with them. Go ahead and call them if you want to deal with a bunch of bs
My grandma just showed me a diagnoses invoice from ANDservices. The apparent services needed would cost 4300 est. leaving her to postpone on fixing it to be able to afford it. So she’s been living in 80+ degrees working trying to save to fix it. And with some researching a 6th opinion that 4300$ is extortion sticking out like a sore thumb. Good job.👏
had warranty for parts, came out and told me he was going to be 1,100 To put a new drain line in, I said absolutely not called somebody else out. My drain line was just Clogged $150 later, everything is fixed. They didn’t even check to see if it was called. Very upsetting. Very disappointed in this company will never use them again.
This company couldn't more unprofessional if they tried. The person answering the phone apparently doesn't know enough about the "lingo" to give the correct instructions to the person doing the estimate. Two phone calls later and she assured me I would have done what I wanted. They came and cut 50% of what I wanted and then said it was my fault because I didn't know the "lingo". They came back and made all kinds of promises to fix it but again only did 30% of what they promised. I wrote a letter to the "owner" who then called me 3x to argue and harass me. I overpaid for work that we will now have to either finish ourselves or hire someone else. Do not call this company. The worst $825.00 phone call of my life.
