After over a year of system maintenance fixing parts and pieces here and there I finally replaced my unit and I could not be happier with the entire process. Everyone I’ve worked with or spoken to has been a delight. The tech Henry was thorough in my quarterly maintenance and helped explain my major issues in easy to understand terms. My CA Gabriel was helpful in guiding my decision making process on such a major purchase for me, although I didn’t use finance options he explained options and add ons which was genuinely helpful. The gentleman who did the install (Marques and another young man) were super friendly and knowledgeable, very clean and waked me though all of the work that was being done. I absolutely hate that I had to make this huge purchase at the end of the year but I’m happy with the service and equipment thus far. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Henry, Gabriel, Marques (and I’m so sorry I can’t remember the other gentleman’s name) I also spoke with Maritza in the phone and she was also wonderful.

After a few days with numerous companies coming to our house just to say they couldn't help us because "it was the weekend", or that "this part takes days", or even "you need a whole new system", Belle Air techs got here, identified the problem and quickly fixed our broken AC - during a HOT Florida summer - next day. They were extremely careful with our house, carefully wrapping all the areas they were walking on. All technicians we met were knowledgeable, polite and careful. And Sadie, she is the best. She cares, she called us back to keep us updated and did her best to get us back to our comfortable summer. Thanks Belle Air!!!
When I say, incredible, I mean, INCREDIBLE! We had a chance to work with them for two new units being installed and not only was the install completely amazing, it was done in one day of us placing the order. From start to finish, the entire staff was completely professional, friendly and truly made us feel like family. They walked us through every step and answered all of our questions and made this such an amazing experience for us. We had other quotes from other vendors and they by far exceeded our expectations and lived up to every certificate they brought with them to our home. Such an amazing company and highly recommended!
I installed my new AC unit few days ago. It was a Carrier 3 Ton 16.9 Seer2 Inverter Variable Capacity Crossover Heat Pump System with Humidity Control. So far so good, I am very satisfied with my new AC system. The AC techs (Marus and Leo) arrived on time. Both AC techs were respectful, polite, and sincere. They took the time to answer all my questions throughout the day. They did great job installing the new AC system. I took few pictures. Way to go Marcus and Leo. I went with Belle Air because I trust the owner and I knew Luis for over 10 years. If you are looking for a peace of mind, then I highly recommend BELLE AIR.
I am buying a new system but in the meantime Belle Air got my old one up and running at no charge until my new unit is installed. The prices are good compared to others and they are professional and helpful. Update: My new system was installed and so far it seems amazing. Abel and Rafael worked 12 hours and were very professional and nice from start to finish. They both have a lot of patience and knowledge about these systems. Louis was also great in the process. I look forward to a good relationship with Belle Air in the coming years to maintain and care for my new system.
Belle Air did an outstanding job installing our new Carrier Infinity AC system. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent-professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on doing the job right. The crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly from 9 a.m. all the way until 11 p.m. to make sure everything was completed properly. They truly went above and beyond, even relocating the new unit to a different location to ensure the best setup possible. The excellent service I had from Belle Air is outstanding. My 12 year old unit was a wreck, and the inside unit have black mold.It was due for the 6 months service and the tech Andrew, notice the mold. He did anything he can to help but it was to much to handle.So, I bought a new unit.The process took 24 hrs.Special thank you to Andrew,Shaun,Sean and Martin all of them worked extremely well and kept us informed of what was going on. They all did an outstanding job. I will recommend them any time.
Had a great experience! The process from sales to installation was excellent. Worked with Shaun to spec out the right system. Shaun was professional, honest, responsive, and accommodating. The two techs that did the installation are Leo Reyes and Yuliet Palomino and they were EXCELLENT!!! The workmanship was superb. They were clean, professional, did a wonderful job, communicative and enjoyable to work with. Bell Air has a top notch team.

We had a great experience with our AC installers Marcus Joseph, Edson Jeune, and crew of Belle Air. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and kind. They left their workspace spotless and they put down drop clothes and wore booties to protect our flooring. We really appreciated how they explained their process and how to set up the system. I knew my AC was on its last leg, I called on Tuesday afternoon and Jamie came out, confirmed my 19 year old system need to go. Work with Belle Air on financing, Shawn did a fantastic job explaining my AC options. Jamie did a temp fix until they were able to come TODAY!!! Jamie and Carlos were amazing getting everything done one a sunny, humid, hot day! Even my dog missed them when they left!

Henry made a same-day service call to address an issue with our thermostat. The heat wasn't kicking in. It didn't take him long to troubleshoot the problem and make the appropriate adjustment. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

AC system was having intermittent issues when we decided to replace entire system, and wanted to try to support local business by contacting Belle Air. They accommodated an early morning appointment within 24hours, and provided 2 quotes same day with various options for consideration. These quotes were very competitive with a previous quote we had from another vendor the month prior. One item to note, they charge % for credit card use and hopefully changes as their business grows. The AC replacement was setup within a week! The AC technicians showed up on time wearing masks and explained process and expected duration for project. The technicians were very professional, performed quality work and final area was clean, painted and tidy. Would highly recommend giving Belle Air an opportunity for your AC system replacement as they were competitive, technically sound, and professional in all of our interactions from service call to install. Luis of Belle Air was recommended to me by several people in the Waterford lakes area. It was Friday night and my A/C kept shutting off. I called and got their answering service, and Luis called me back within 5 mins. I described the situation, and he told me that he didn't have any techs to send out that night. Then he walked me through checking the float switch, and asked me to send him a few pics of the unit. He called me back about 20 mins after getting the pics (and apologized for his delay!), and gave me step by step instructions on fixing the problem myself (It was a clogged drain pipe). Basically, Luis took $125 out of his own pocket by telling me how to do the repair myself. He was patient and very friendly. So the problem is solved and I didn't need his services, but rest assured that I'll be calling him the next time I need an A/C repair. Very impressed!! Thanks Luis, for restoring my faith in the "local guy".

If I could give negative stars for the lack of professionalism of a business with no sense of urgency to help one of their clients with imo a pretty serious problem I most definitely would. This is going to be a long detailed review so please read if so you don’t have to go through the same situation with this company. So I’ve used this company a handful of times to come do routine preventative maintenance on my AC unit to make sure it’s running properly, cleaned, and no problems like I’m sure many homeowners would do. So on 7/6/23 I had a tech come out to do the service I was told everything went well, everything was cleaned and inspected, and etc. so as a person who doesn’t deal with AC I’m happy to hear the news, pay my invoice, and continue on knowing my AC should have no problems. Fast forward to 7/9/23 my wife is giving our son a bath, while I was out running errands, and she hears a noise in the dining room only to walk out and see what seemed like a rain shower of water coming through the ceiling to the floor. Luckily I was close to home and was able to come home immediately to help her contain the situation. I called BA to ask what to do and they told me to vacuum the drain line to drain the water pan so fortunately I did have a shop vac so I could do this (but imagine if I didn’t have one). The amount of water that came out of that drain line was crazy but thankfully it stopped the water from falling from the ceiling. So back on the phone with BA I’m asking the person on the line to send someone to deal with this and since it was later in the day they couldn’t get anyone out til Mon. They told me between 9-11 and because of the situation they would make it priority but guess what on that Mon no one shows up or even calls to let me know any updates so I had to call and let them know I have to reschedule for Tues (because I need to go to work) since no one was coming so they told me they would send someone after I got out of work instead. Tech was there when I got home did his inspection and I was told my drain pan was dipping down which he said was the problem. To me I wondered how is this possible and how has this not been seen or noticed before. He couldn’t do anything about it and told me he was going to reach out to his supervisor for next steps, I waited and he never got a hold of him, and he finally told me that I needed to call the next day in the morning to speak with Luis (the supervisor). Literally took 2 more days to get a hold of this supervisor after multiple calls and messages but I guess this situation wasn’t a priority. Finally got a hold of Luis and just want to say not the most professional person to speak with. Basically telling me they weren’t to blame, things happen all the time, and that he needed to send another person to get a good perspective of what’s going on. So next day another tech came in the morning, this time my wife was there, and he said same thing about pan but also mentioned that there was a safety switch not connected and working properly. As he is telling my wife all of this Luis calls me at work and long story short trying to say everything he can that the company nor the technician are at fault. My argument with him was why wasn’t any of this stuff seen or reported from previous visits and only when there’s a problem that’s when it’s looked at and noticed. Example if I take my car for an oil change the mechanics always call or recommend something that may need to be done in the future or soon I know this has happened to everyone. Luis tells me what he wants and says he will get back to me with quotes on what needs to be done and etc it’s 7/19 and guess what no one has called or emailed about anything (very professional right). It finally took for us to call again and again for them to send the proposal on Friday 7/21. I decided to use another more professional company who actually gave me a cheaper proposal than BA. I will never do business with this company and will definitely not recommend anyone to do the same.
New customers beware! I've used this company for years, had them come out for a number of repairs, and even a couple new AC installs. Everything was great. As soon as I needed a repair under warranty on a system they installed they showed their true colors. Instead of doing the repair under warranty with factory parts the repair was performed with their own part (without giving me a choice beforehand). The technician then explained he was charging me for the part because they don't carry factory parts in their trucks. According to him its better for me that I pay them for their part so I don't have to suffer 90 degree heat in my home until they get the factory part. The part was a capacitor, by the way, so theres no reason they couldn't keep the factory capacitors on their trucks for in-warranty replacements on the systems they install. This is a super shady business practice that everyone should know about. I had planned to get them to replace my downstairs unit but I will definitely be going with another company for that and all future repairs.
Utter waste of time. I called to schedule an appointment to have someone look at our AC that wasn’t working. They gave me a time frame between 11 AM and 3 PM. I came home from my office to wait for them to come. 2pm came around and I didn’t hear anything, so I called, I was told they would be on the way soon. I then called at 3pm, I was told that “I was next” and that they are running behind. 4:30pm came around, they called me, telling me they’re running behind and that I was “next”. I told them that I was told that same thing when I called earlier, they said they’d call to get a more accurate timeframe. They called me back and said it would be another hour and a half. At this point, my whole day was spent waiting for nothing. In the end, I rather not give a company that strings people along my business. We were looking for someone to help us long term, in the end, they presented themselves as an unreliable waste of time. There are plenty of other providers - save yourself the time and ignore this one.
Horrible experience with this company. They've always been late, as late as over 1 hour. Additionally they don't honor the time they say they would come. It ends up ruining my schedule as I have to meet with clients. The lady my wife spoke to this morning just hung up on my wife after my wife voiced her frustration on their inability to honor the time that they said they would come. We have been very patient with this company and their shortcomings but today was the last straw. Before we use the military veteran card for protection, I am a veteran myself (army) with my own business. I honor the times I tell my clients who need help with financials that I'll be meeting them. As consumers, we need to not be so lenient and push overs when it comes to these businesses behaving unprofessionally.
They install a brand new unit. Mr Luis has been at my house and sold me the best unit " Bryant" promising no issues whatsoever cuz its brand "new". So i go with Belle Air. And since than nothing but issues. And every time is never warranty covered. Call them for the same issue twice in 4 months and they charged me twice the same amount but for for different issues. I was like, you are fixing the same problem twice why do i pay again? Apparently they just want to charge you but they don't fix the problem so they keep coming back for more money. I feel sorry for friends to who I recommended this guy.
No stars because the installation is not completed. Apparently, an electrical board on the air handler was broken. There was a lengthy phone consultation between the techs and their supervisor in the office. The supervisor checked into a replacement in the office and found one. One tech went to get it only to find it wasn’t there correct part. A wasted 90 trip. It’s amazing to me that the most popular brand and most popular unit of that brand did not have spare parts in the tech’s truck. The result is no AC until Monday at the earliest. This is not acceptable.
Guy was nice and courteous but Couldn't clean the mold/mildew in the air handler which was the whole reason we called. Told me he couldn't get to it after he was done with everything. I wound up doing it myself. little to no value in the cleaning maintenance service.. not worth the $276 we paid for a 1 time cleaning / check up.

AC not working. Call for a repair. When repairman shows up, he doesn't have a mask. I asked him if he had one and he said "no". I asked him if he was vaccinated (I am) and his response was to tell me that I wasn't allowed to ask him if he was vaccinated. I wish people actually knew what HIPAA says. I informed him that was not correct. I am allowed to ask but he doesn't have to answer. I told him that by his refusal to answer he had already told me his status. No vaccination, no mask, you can't come in my house. Called the office and the supervisor told me he can't require his repairmen to wear a mask inside a customer's home. We are living in the middle of a state that ranks at the top for Covid spread and Belle Air won't require their employees to mask up. They want my business but they won't take any precautions to protect me or their employees. That's an attitude I just can't accept in today's environment.
The only reason I'm giving this company 1 star is because I can't give them lower. This is the most disunited company ever they convinced me to add 452 dollars of coolant into my ac unit. The very next day it stopped cooling. When l tried to get a refund they hung up on me. If you don't want to waste your time and money do not use this company.
First time service was ok, 3 years late AC troubles, fixed again 2019 and changed again. Lest the a year broken down again. Called again and no help, Luis was rude and hung up twice on us. no satisfaction from the Company.
Terrible, was up sold when only needed a capacitor. The installer said I also needed to replace the fan on outside air unit only to later find out that it was completely made up. Do not use this company.

He was very thorough and informative on the issues with my AC unit. He wanted me to know how bad the coils were in my handler and I was shocked and I didn't understand why the previous company never showed me the coils or tell me that they were rusting a few years ago. I'm so glad that I went with Belle Air and he taught me so much about my AC unit. Belle Air will be my company that will do my maintenance and any repairs etc. on my AC unit. They're all awesome and the office kept me updated as to when the tech would arrive and I love that they communicated with me. I highly recommend them! Update: On June 30, 2025 Belle Air's crew came out early to install the Carrier Crossover 3 ton HVAC system in my Timber Pointe townhome. These men worked so hard, basically never stopping to get the system installed. They redid where the air handler was to be installed and it looks very nice. I had 2 bedrooms upstairs that were always hot and very little air flow from the day I moved in 16 years ago. They spent a lot of time in the attic assessing the problem. They found that those two rooms shared the bathroom, laundry room and the loft and they weren't connected to the main box. They had to come back the next day to finish up those two bedrooms. He discovered that the builder only used 4" duct instead of 6". They installed an 8" drop for those two bedrooms and connected them to the main box and now they both have very good air flow coming out of the vents. Then he fogged all of the duct work because my old HVAC system had a lot of bacteria and mold on the back of the coils and the coils were badly rusted. These men were very respectful of my property, they always cleaned up their mess, the put tarps/cloth on my stairs to protect them. They all were very friendly and communicated with me so I knew what was going on. They all were very polite and treated me and my small male Shih-tzu like Family. I couldn't have asked for a better company and crew to install my new HVAC system. Belle Air will always be the company to take care of my system and do the maintenance on my system. I highly recommend Belle Air for any of your air conditioner issues. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and their customer for life.
