Blue Mountain Air is my new go to AC company. Sanjay was timely, extremely courteous, professional and understanding. This was initially during our phone conversations about service. I was kept informed about my appointment that had to change twice due the inclement weather. His professional, timely and courteous persona continued upon arrival and throughout his time servicing my unit. He explained everything throughly before, during and after the work was completed. Sanjay methodically checked the entire unit in and out before completing his work to ensure it was functioning properly. With all this being said, his prices are extremly resonable and budget friendly. This is hands down the go to company that is intrested in performing the job, helping the customer, and not out to ripoff anyone. If you need HVAC work done, call him first. My older unit is functioning better than ever and I will be having it replaced soon by this company. Update: Had to call for service again (5 months later) as my unit went out. Sanjay answered my message on a Sunday and set up an appointment. He was prompt and professional just as before. Diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly and efficiently. Great company and owner. Will be in talks soon for a new install to replace an almost 28 year old unit. Highly recommend his services.

Blue Mountain AC is the vendor that our Homesafe Warranty program referred us to when we had an overflow situation with our AC unit. At the time of our initial call, my husband was critically ill in the hospital, so scheduling the service call had to be worked around my time at the hospital. Sanjay was very responsive and got to the house on Monday within a few hours of the initial call and was able to fix the issue. On Tuesday, we noticed wet carpet in a back bedroom and from a prior incident with an older AC unit thought it was caused by a similar issue. We tried cleaning it up with a commercial rug vac, but it was still fairly wet the next day, so we called Homesafe again and Sanjay again worked around our hospital visit times and came out a second time to scope things out further. He did a thorough check of the system and found no evidence of leaking elsewhere and assured us that it was just going to take a while longer for the carpet to dry. Today it appears to be drier. There was no charge for the second visit as he guarantees his work for 30 days. We will definitely ask for him again should the need arise as he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable!

If you want an honest, straight-forward, polite, friendly, trustworthy, reasonably priced AC repairman, Blue Mountain AC and Sanjay should be your first choice. First of all, when I described the issue to Sanjay, he was willing to walk me through some checks over the phone at no extra charge. We must have been on the phone for about 15 or 20 minutes and he patiently walked through some steps I could check to see why my AC wasn't working correctly. While it didn't resolve the issue and he ended up having to come and diagnose the issue, he arrived in the timeframe he promised. He explained everything he was doing while he got my AC to work again. I hired him based on his reviews and I will recommend him to all my friends! My air conditioning died 4 years ago according to one of the big companies that came out to service it they quoted me an incredible amount of money to replace it, I called Sanjay and he came out and breathe new life into the old unit and I have been using it for the last 4 years and he came by and serviced it every 6 months until it finally gave up the ghost, now he replaced it for a very reasonable price and it's working perfect he just stopped by to program the thermostat I am grateful for him and I would recommend them to anybody at any time they are a professional knowledgeable courteous group of people who clean up after themselves after they are done
