Cajun Bear A/C Repair was absolutely awesome. They initially came out to look at a tucked away a/c system that had serious condensation leaking issues. I requested a quote following their visit and was able to book a replacement in the linen closet within a few days. Communication through the whole process with TJ was impeccable. TJ also worked to get the permit open to do the job ASAP. Richard, Alex, and the team arrived on time and they removed and replaced the existing unit with precision. I was expecting the ceiling to be torn out, however they managed to do all the work within the confined space without any additional drywall removal. It was clear that this team had done this many times as the entire job was meticulously orchestrated with very little inconvenience and interruption. They also made a point to cover the floors and the work area so there wouldn’t be a mess. They made a point to sweep and wipe down the work area when they were done, leaving it better than they found it. To say I was satisfied with their work would be an understatement. I was wowed by their punctuality, preparedness, and professionalism. I’ll certainly recommend them to my friends and clients. Thank you guys!

On Sunday evening, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I texted Cajun Bear AC Repair around 10:30 PM. Before 11 PM, I received a response from the Virtual Assistant asking a few pretty detailed questions. I answered the questions. I received a call from Cajun Bear AC the next morning at 8:03 AM. They had received my information and scheduled a tech to come to my home at 1:30PM the same day. I received a follow up text asking if the tech could come a little earlier for my service call. Yes… EARLIER. The tech came out. He did a service check. Everything is working fine. I asked if I needed a new AC. He said no. At no time did the tech try to upsell or sell me anything at all extra. Everyone was exceptionally professional and very prompt, courteous and helpful. Cajun Bear AC removed all the stress from what could have been a very stressful service call. My condo unit AC was down for several days over the weekend. Contacted Cajun Bear on a Sunday (who was recommended by the local dealer in Fort Lauderdale of my Hydrotech AC Heat Pump Unit). Compressor was working, fan wasn't. Tech came the next day, diagnosed fan motor failure. Went back to the shop, returned and replaced with a new motor. All during the process Cajun Bear kept me informed of the status of the tech and met the time window. The time window was important because of condo rules as to when contractors need to be packed and exit the building before 4:30 PM. Found Cajun Bear to be responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend their services.
