Two really nice guys came to give me an estimate. They explained what they provide what they were bringing to the table. I wanted to know what they were offering as opposed to the other estimates I’ve received. So these guys gave me lots of info from a layman perspective. I felt like I could trust them and that they’d do a good job. I will update after the job is done. Update: The guys showed up exactly when they said they would. They set up. There were four trucks that came. Every guy was respectful, professional, they all worked from 7am to 8pm. They kept me up to date with everything they were doing. I had three estimates and they were a few dollars more but they put new ductwork in and made more of an air flow. They told me what and why they were doing and they did exactly what they said they would do. They checked everything out before they left and cleaned up the crazy mess they made and left me happy and feeling like I got what I needed and wanted. These guys are professional knowledgeable respectful and in general good people. These days that’s hard to find. So I’m thankful. Update I’m still waiting for them to pick up this pile of stuff they left. They did take the working ac and other stuff that was usable though. Also I didn’t get credit for the thermostat they didn’t use and I’m not sure what’s up with that. I have sent a msg asking if they are coming and haven’t heard back yet. UPDATED They called and straightened everything out. These guys went above and beyond what I expected them to do. They did so much more than the other companies said they’d do and I couldn’t be happier with this job and this company. I hope they stick around. There is a reason this company has so many five star reviews. They earn each and every star. I had a twenty year old unit that needed replacing and called Coast to Coast. Ryan came to my house and did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the compressor, the air handler, the duct work and the copper tubing. After putting the information together and assessing my needs he gave me several options. I had several other estimates from different companies. No one took the time to fully assess the equipment or the environment in the manner that Ryan did. And, he responded to every text, returned every call and answered every question. Basically the other companies would have pulled the old unit and replaced it with the new one and the job would have been done. Not with Coast. The day of the installation, for me as the homeowner, was effortless. Anthony, DJ and Jacob showed up on time and ready to get to work. DJ made sure that the floors were covered immediately before any work began. They kept me informed of the process along with any decisions that I needed to make and made sure that no questions went unasked or unanswered. They took the time necessary to get the job done right and by the time they finished, I had a better than new installation instead of just a "replacement." Before he left, Anthony made sure that I knew how to use the app and new thermostat. The crew was fantastic, they went above and beyond, and they left my home without a trace they had been there...except for a new AC. Great experience all the way around.

Coast to Coast Heating and Air has, by far, the most professional team of experts that made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand. We had a total of 8 different companies over a 10 day period that provided us with estimates on several brands of heat pump air conditioners, including Trane, Carrier, Daiken, Lennox, Rheem, Bosch, and Tempstar. Kamil, at Coast to Coast was our last estimate that we received. When they arrived at our home, they did an extensive analysis of our current system including our ductwork, and when they were completed they took about a half hour to write up details about what was recommended. It was the most detail-oriented document that we received out of all estimates. That alone is what set them apart from all their competitors. It is what made us feel the most comfortable with choosing them to do our install. Hats off to their installers, Nico, Anthony, and James for their outstanding, professional installation that was done. They arrived at our home very early in the morning and completed everything ( Heat Pump/Air Handler replacement, and ductwork mods ) that day. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. This was the most professional install for anything I have ever witnessed. We also need to mention the back office support of this company is outstanding. Faith is taking care of registering the system for us, and also is taking care of the Duke Energy rebate for us, which is very helpful. Coast to Coast Heating and Air is top-notch and highly recommended!

We had a couple quotes. The other guy only bothered to give us a quote on a replacement unit. He didn’t take the time to really look at anything. The third company didn’t even call us back. Our unit was 26 years old! BUT so were the ducts and other parts including electric and breakers. Gary took his time and checked out the whole system and told us what was wrong with the ducts, electrics, and the current system—too close to house, cockeyed, not shrouded for starters. He advised us what size unit we should get considering our windows, insulation and square footage. He gave us an estimate with several options to upgrade if we chose to do so. It was a very detailed estimate. Peter and Mario were fantastic! Very knowledgeable, considerate, and great workers, cleaned everything up afterwards. They had to completely rip out the old system and replace it all including the pad it sits on. The electrician did a great job. They quoted for the “worst case scenario” as far as the electrician price and it was. He had a lot to replace, new wires to run, two new sets of breakers and two new separate boxes outside. I would highly recommend this company because they do everything right. They take the time to care about the customer. Good job!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could, but 5 seems to be the limit. They did our installation a week ago.

Just had my A/C unit replaced on 5/5/25. Went with Coast to Coast for the job, and i am very happy I did. Started with an in home consultation with Hunter. He thoroughly went over all aspects of the new installation, layout of existing system, ductwork, etc. Very informative and answered all questions/concerns we had. Hunter spent a few hours with us and did not rush us through the process. Very detailed. On the day of installation a crew of 4 installers showed up. DJ, RJ, Mike, and Jensen. The team arrived a few minutes early and began work immediately. DJ, the seasoned veteran, hit the ground running, going over the layout and dismantling of existing system. Each man knew what he needed to do and went to work. They were respectful of me, my wife, and our home. We upgraded from a 2 ton to a 2.5 ton Trane, so there was additional work to change out undersized ducts. They never stopped working from the time they arrived. Communicated with us throughout all phases of installation and RJ went over use of new Wi-Fi thermostat and basic routine maintenence to keep unit running smoothly. My home was left clean and old unit was hauled away.The office team Faith, Cindy, and Kamil are great as well.. Top notch from start to finish. Bring on the summer heat baby! We're ready. New unit is super quiet and working perfectly. Highly Recommend!

We were so pleased with Coast to Coast. They took a complicated, uncomfortable situation, gave us our options, and then installed everything quickly and professionally. The professionalism, promptness, and dedication to communication were fantastic. From the day Brad arrived to inspect the leak in our aging ducts to final install with Nico and Carlos, it was a pleasure. We initially called about a leak from the AC duct (very old) that was showing up on the ceiling. Brad climbed up and inspected everything and let us know our options (repair, replace, or upgrade). Given that the duct insulation was disintegrating throughout the house, we knew a repair wasn't the right option. We also knew that replacing the ductwork wouldn't really do anything to improve our comfort (the AC ran almost 24/7 during the summer), so we chose to go with a mini-split system. Carlos and Nico were super knowledgeable about the systems and managed to handle the install very quickly. They allotted 4 days, but it only took them 3, even with the complicated installation and setup with 2 outdoor units and 5 indoor ones. When it was done, they gave us a full rundown on how to control the new units and included a year of maintenance. We're very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a fully functioning 15 year old Trane system. I knew that sometime in the distant future, that it would die, and would not be worth repairing. I wanted to plan replacement, and not have an emergency install during the hottest months in Florida. I called 5 different companies for replacement estimates. I had time to research, and I was surprised in the differences between HVAC companies in my area. Brand names of AC systems are somewhat important, but correct installation rules all. Some of the other estimates I received were cheaper than Coast to Coast, but they were cutting corners on installation to keep the price down. I spoke with Kamil Pietrzak, the estimator from from Coast to Coast. He was by far the most knowledgeable person about the different systems, and installation details. I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. The installation was done by Mike and Josh, and I was impressed with them as well. They did the job expertly and left the place spotless after the install. Coast to Coast is a family owned company, and they were all involved making sure the install was done perfectly. I believe that they really take pride in their service and I’m so glad I hired them.

After replacing our AC unit’s capacitor for the 4th time in 4 years, I figured it was time to have the experts take a look and see if everything was in order. I searched reviews over two days, in an attempt to find the best company to have come out. My main concern was finding a company that actually cared about diagnosis and not just selling me a new system. I knew I made the right decision when I called to make the appointment, as the ladies who help schedule the techs were so nice and actually followed up with me ahead of the technicians coming out. I was beyond impressed with the 2 gentlemen who came out to diagnose my system. They really took the time to document everything with photos, check the system and refrigerant, and review the system layout including the attic. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and showed up on time, but more importantly they were very thorough. In the end, I didn’t have an issue that needed to be fixed, but I know when I do have one eventually, it will be Coast to Coast that does the repair. I am rarely impressed by people but these folks really did impress me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Update 01/24/24: I forgot all about Coast to Coast doing the complimentary maintenance on our new HVAC system. Even though I had a new phone number and my old number was disconnected they still took the initiative to reach out to me via email to schedule the service and update my number on file with them. They went above and beyond our expectations with their customer service skills as well as all other services they have provided to us. Update! 6/8/23: We are so pleased with our new system. Our energy bill has been cut in half! Our home is also feeling a lot cooler than before at the same exact temperature setting as our old a/c. Thank you again for helping our home become more energy efficient and keeping it feeling nice and cool in the hot summer months. Original review: Communication was fantastic with scheduling and receiving updates on arrival. Tony and Phil were very professional and knowledgeable. Our new unit was installed in a timely manner. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I would definitely recommend using coast to coast for all your heating and air services. They were also the most affordable we were able to find.

I am truly impressed by the professionalism of this company. They have great communication and were fast to let me know that they needed to look at the thing I wanted done before committing. I was asking for a new exhaust for my water heater and to bring my furnace up to code. They sent Chris who took lots of pictures and communicated with his office. Let me know that they indeed could do the job. I was presented with a realistic estimate which was great. A few days later Kyle and Josh showed up to take measurements so that they could order the parts. I was so impressed by them and everyone I was in contact with. When the order got delayed their office quickly called to let me know. Once the parts were received they quickly called to setup the appointment. When they couldn't arrive on time both the office and the techs called to let me know. Finally the job got done in just over a week of the initial call. I am truly grateful for their speedy and high quality job but even more impressed with their great customer service.

We had to change our A/C system. We opted for a Trane. We called Coast to Coast Heating, which was closest to us, in Dunnellon, and their head office in Ocala. Called on sunday and already monday they came and did an assessment. We opted to have them clean all the ducts and take an upgraded filter system called media filter. Tuesday they started, Nico, Anthony and RJ and Rudy, dismantled the old system and cleaned the ducts. Also rebuilding new to and return ducts in the garage. Everything sealed off nice.Next day James and RJ finished. First fixing ducts in the attic, then put in the airhandler, vaccuum the lines, fill the freon, and more. I take my hat off for this team: "Chapeau". And highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating LLC Ocala and Dunnellon and their team. Coast to Coast responded to my request for interest in a Mitsubishi mini-split system for my garage. They sent Hunter out to give an estimate and provide detailed information about the systems that were available. The visit was very informative and helpful. Hunter kept in contact with us via text messages, and continued to answer questions that we presented to him. Once we made our decision, Coast to Coast kept us informed about permits, community requirements, zero interest loan opportunities, and potential income tax advantages. Once the permit was approved, we had a quick appointment for installation. Pieter and Troy showed up on time the day of the scheduled installation and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. They asked questions when various items needed our input, and did an excellent job with the completion and cleanup of the installation. The system is working great, and has been an excellent addition to our home.

Update 12/24/2025 JP did my 6 mo maint was very thorough professional and courteous. 6 mo ago: Greg my technician was awesome I had more questions than your average 3 year old. Just moved here a little over a month ago. Called a few companies to get on a maint plan and it took a few calls to different ac companies to get the kind of maint plan I had back at my other home (2 and half hours away unfortunately my old ac co won't drive that far lol). Very happy with this company from the friendly staff on the phone to the technicians patience with me. Wore those plastic booties even though I said it wasn't neccessary for those of you who care. Highly recommend this company and highly recommend their maintenence packages. Lots of options from basic, to better and best. Veterans discount on a new unit. Luckily my unit is only 2 years old but I'm a veteran so I was happy to hear that for future reference.

The service tech that made the initial visit, Nicholas, was able to call me to go over what happened. He was very professional and courteous. We had our two HVAC units replaced and couldn’t be happier. The crew of Anthony, Nico, Phil, Pieter, and R.J. were the best. They showed up at the appointed time of 7:00 am and worked until 6:30 pm ensuring that the job was completed to both ours and the company owner’s satisfaction. The entire crew was very hard working, professional, and courteous. I have had HVAC units replaced in previous houses and those companies couldn’t come close in the quality of work performed by Coast to Coast. Our house was built in 1999, The finished results look like something you expect in new construction. Unfortunately dealing with a service company that is new to you can be trying, since service isn’t what it use to be. You won’t go wrong with Coast to Coast, as we highly recommend them.

Coast to Coast is a life saver. We have a house in Dunnellon and use it infrequently. On July 18, we arrived to use house for week. We were unpleasantly surprised when AC did not work. Called Coast to Coast early Saturday morning. Service tech Gerial showed up at 1pm and worked till 4 to determine lightning had worked over circuit boards. We ordered a new Mini split system to replace all heads and compressor (this time added a surge protector). Nico and DJ showed up Monday AM and by 5pm we had air again. BTW Gerial left us with a room ac for the weekend. Great to do business with professionals that can react rapidly. Saved our week at our River House. We recommend them with an A+. I had a wonderful experience with Coast to Coast the very first time when I met Jordan, who came out, when my home was at 84 degrees and got my system running for me but told me that I needed a part that was very hard to get as my system was old. Long story short, I decided to just get a whole new system and that's when I met Mario & DJ, who were the guys that installed it for me and I'm so thankful for them. They were very professional and so kind to me, and I truly appreciate that. They did a great job, and I was back in business. I want to give Coast to Coast recognition for a job well done installing a new Trane AC unit in my home recently. The install team (Tony and Carlos) worked diligently to do the installation while overcoming several issues found with the existing plumbing/cabling / ducks of the old system. The job took all day to complete. They built and replaced any defective materials. The quality and commitment of their work is evident. The communication with Coast to Coast office folks was timely and professional. As per the cost of the installed package, it was the best I was quoted. I will do business with them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future. From my experience with this install … Highly recommended.

Hunter came out after hours on the day I called and gave a comprehensive quote including rewriting and copper replacement. Informative and complete - went in the attic and all. Financing rates were also less with them than their competitors. Others were 9 and 12 percent interest. I was able to do 4.99 with them. The day of install Anthony and Kyle were amazing. I work from home, and they were efficient, and quiet allowing me to continue to work. They did a great job installing and thorough clean up after. Outside and in it was professional, and everything works great! It took almost 12 hours, and they didn't leave until the entire job was done, and every piece of the old system removed. Great job!! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air. Carlos sold us a much better unit than we would have gotten if we had gone with what other companies had quoted us, and spent time looking over the attic work and making sure he got everything sized properly for our space. Mario and DJ kept our house tidy and clean the whole way through. They used high quality materials in the attic, and everything from the air handler to the condenser with the piping, to the thermostat, looks great. They went above and beyond, even helping to cool off our dog in the mean time and patching up the drywall. This is a two-part review, one for the service call and one for the actual repair (which was more than a quick fix). The service call by Jordan was textbook perfect from my perspective. He's smart, obviously well-trained and experienced, and explains anything and everything that I wanted him to. I also noticed that he was "plugged in" to the company and their resources, so that instead of being out here as a lonely repair guy, he's using the full resources of the company to do whatever he needs to do, whether via phone, messaging, imaging, etc. I am happy to give this company my highest rating here. And I expect to add/update this when the repairs and new hardware is complete.

Out of several quotes... the only company to climb in the attic, check on existing setup and make recommendations on future install options. This is the second year I have had Coast to Coast provide maintenance service on my air handling system. I thought they were excellent last year but this year I had the pleasure of meeting a super technician, Esteban Lopez. He was very thorough and polite. He explained everything he did and showed me pictures of all areas of the system. I was very impressed and called the office to let them know and ask if he could be sent out in May for the next service date. The office manager was extremely pleasant and very polite. She made note on my request on my file. GREAT Service Coast to Coast!!! Thank you.

Called out for quote for new unit, Eric was on time professional straight to the point and a true tradesman he crawled under the house into the attic and got all the measurements needed didn’t blink an eye made all the phone calls was prepared and professional. Couldn’t recommend his service any better he was up front and honest. We have a 6 month old and a broken A/C unit living in one room on a window shaker he made sure to push the issue and get it fixed as soon as possible and the process started with portable ac units and all to keep more than just one bedroom livable.

We had our 6 month check up done yesterday. The technician was Nick and he did a very good job of checking the system and cleaning various parts so that we are running at the optimum level. He explained what he was doing and why as he went through the process. He left before and after pictures of the various areas of the equipment.
