We had purchased a new A/C and had Evans Air install it. Bottom Line, a true nightmare!!!!! It will be a year in July and from the time they installed it, they must’ve come out to check it 10 times! Claiming it was fixed, but it never got fixed. Finally, we had no choice. We had to find someone to help us who was honest caring, and really knew the air air-conditioning business. I looked online and found Comfortly air-conditioning and noticed that the owner Abel, was involved personally with all of these problems that I read in the reviews that people were having with their A/C. Well, I called him, and he was so attentive to what was going on with our air-conditioning, he came out to look at it and found that the air-conditioning was installed improperly that’s why we were having so many problems. So, we had to have it reinstalled, which he and his crew did, and now it’s working beautifully. We would’ve been in trouble with the other unit because the way they installed it we were starting to get mold! He even had to change some parts to make it run the way it should. He Took pictures every step of the way along with my tenant. He assured us once it was finished everything would be fine! AND IT IS!!!!! Do yourself a favor don’t go any further don’t look for any other air-conditioning promises. He is the guy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else from this day forward!!!!!!! Excellent hvac service, including a reminder text and call when they were due to come later in the day. Shorter appointment windows would be appreciated if feasible, as setting up a whole day to be at home is excessive. In contrast to another contractor that attempted to sell us an expensive and useless repair, the technician did not try to upsell and was honest that nothing needed to be done at this time. I will continue to utilize Premier for any of my air conditioning needs.

I requested an estimate from Comfortly Air on December 8, 2025. I was initially impressed by the fairness of the quote and was inclined to consider employing this company. However, my perception changed when I received a text message three days later that I found to be confusing and disrespectful in nature. Abel Polo expressed dissatisfaction due to my lack of prompt response, and the tone of the message was, in my opinion, exceedingly inappropriate and offensive. I responded in a professional manner, addressing the concerns regarding the tone of the communication and articulating that such an approach is not conducive to winning over potential customers. Unfortunately, the messages did not cease; I received numerous subsequent communications that I interpreted as unsolicited antagonism. I have concerns regarding the legitimacy of the company’s reputation, suspecting that they may be engaging in practices such as soliciting 5-star reviews. I am considering filing a formal complaint against their license with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). It raises questions about how a business can maintain an unblemished review record, warranting further scrutiny.
We found them on a Google search, we figured 5 Star rating…. Perfect let’s try them…..WELLLLLLL…..If ZERO was an option, they sure earned it. My mother in laws AC is acting up, my wife calls and sets up an appt for a service call for yesterday 7/9/26 between 12-2. 3 PM rolls around, no phone call, no show. My wife calls and they apologize and sent her a persons name of Isabel, said she would be reaching out to get it squared away…….. 5 PM STILL no call no show. My wife calls again, again, apologies from the woman on the phone and said they would contact my wife…… Welllllllll….. here we are, the next day at 10AM…. NO PHONE CALL, AGAIN, NO SHOW. So my wife calls and cancels the service call. The woman on the phone was completely indifferent and offered explanation no anything. THIS COULD HAVE ALL BEEN AVOIDED WITH A SIMPLE PHONE CALL FROM THEM YESTERDAY, but it seems they are too busy to pick up the phone and say “ We are so sorry but we are running behind…..” etc… So much for a 5 Star rating… guess that doesn’t mean what it used to.
Premier Heating proved to be incompetent and unable to perform the service they were hired for. The fact that they lacked knowledge of basic tasks such as gas filling in appliances, along with the specialist's inability to communicate in English, is clear evidence of their unprofessionalism. Furthermore, receiving offensive emails from a company employee after reporting an issue is absolutely unacceptable and tarnishes the company's reputation. Paying a substantial amount of money for a service that turned out to be very poor only exacerbates frustration and disappointment. I would also like to warn other potential clients to avoid using Premier Heating's services. My experience with them was extremely negative, and their incompetence and unprofessionalism caused me to waste time, money, and patience. I sincerely recommend seeking a more reliable and responsible company that can provide high-quality services and a trustworthy approach to customer service
Premier Heating & Cooking in West Palm Beach, Fl. is the worse company I had dealt with in my entire life. They scammed people in west Palm beach. Do not use them unless you are ready to get scammed. I asked them to fix my A/C , they overcharged me and in less than two months my A/C had the same issue again. They refused to refund my money and are not trusted. If I could give them a zero I would’ve. They also send inexperienced contractors who don’t even speak English and can’t explain anything to the customers. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Overpriced and unprofessional. Abel needs a course in customer service. He lost the job for this company because of his disrespectful communications. Abel assured me that he would be the one to inspect the job, however he sent two other employees. They wanted to replace the whole system when only a few repairs needed to be made. Scam! Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion!
They told me my compressor was “dead” and pushed an $8,000 condenser replacement, then charged me $129 for the visit. I got a second opinion the same day and the issue was a bad capacitor. After replacing it, the unit ran normally. In my experience, the first diagnosis was wildly off and felt like a hard upsell. Get a second opinion before spending a dollar with them.
I thought I had a great company to work with. Signed a 1 year service contract but they refused to provide service. I'm not a beggar but I do expect companies to honor their contracts. If it were me reading this review. I wouldn't sign a maintenance contract with this company. After receiving response here regarding credit, no credit was issued. Wow how surprising.
Had an appointment for a system tune-up! Waited 2 hours for the tech to arrive! No show ,no call, nothing! Texted them to find out why they didn't show up ,didn't answer back! Terrible company !
I will not use this company again and do not recommend it. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. Be aware of their pricing and be sure to ask for a break down of parts & labor, especially if your AC is still under manufacturer's warranty. Found their customer service to be dismissive!

That level of customer care was consistent from the first conversation all the way through the completion of the project. When I was ready to proceed, he was able to schedule the installation within just a few days. The team arrived on time, worked professionally, maintained a clean workspace, and completed the installation within the same day. The owner returned as the job was nearing completion to personally inspect the work and confirm that I was satisfied. I have rarely seen a business owner show this level of pride, accountability, and respect for the customer. His work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way truly sets this company apart from others.
