I have been a Ewing and Ewing customer for a few years now and always have been very impressed with the professional level of service we have received on a consistent basis. We were originally draw to them based on Yelp reviews and we did not go wrong. They offer an annual service contract for $200 that provides two maintenance services per year and 20% off any other services they provide. Living in Florida, a good working A/C unit is a MUST not just a luxury. Ewing and Ewing's service plan was a no brainer and has no doubt paid for itself over time. This week I notice a dripping sound coming from my air handler and upon examination discovers water in my drip pan and the air filter soaking wet. It was 4:30pm but upon calling Ewing and Ewing, I spoke with J.R. who advised that he would send his technician Luke right over. Luke arrived in less than a hour an immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem an a clogged drip line, explained the service he was going to provide and quickly repaired the unit. Luke was friendly, professional and showed real concern that we were happy with the service provided. If your looking for an A/C company you can trust to handle all your air conditioning needs, you simply cannot go wrong with Ewing and Ewing....J.R. and crew are the BEST in the business!
Quality customer service and thorough work! I called Ewing & Ewing to do emergent re-work/repairs as a result of my last HVAC tech, who failed to notice a failing txv valve, as well as what I later discovered, a leak at a brazed joint of pipe. JR in the office made it a priority ticket and I had a technician do the repair the same morning that the replacement valve came in. The tech replaced the valve and took on the extra work of replacing the pipe that was leaking that he discovered same day. JR was super helpful, as much as I hounded him for updates on shipping and and installation info he said patient and gave me updates as he had them. My techinician, who I forgot his name (sorry!) was great and able to take care of the rest of the repair in my place. He was able to give me quick status updates via text when I asked for them. I appreciate the work guys and gals, you really saved the day as the South Florida heat and humidity is starting to pick up.
We needed an air conditioning company quickly and I turned to Yelp just like I have been doing for years. Ewing and Ewing was amazing. They arrived on time, kept the line of communication open, pricing was fair and they proved themselves to be both trustworthy and reliable. The tech (Luke) who came out did a wonderful job that unfortunately required him to get involved with the HOA and deal with our crazy lunatic neighbor. He had so much patience, if it were me, I am not so sure that I would have had the same level of both patience and professionalism. Thank you Luke for everything. I requested an estimate from Comfortly Air on December 8, 2025. I was initially impressed by the fairness of the quote and was inclined to consider employing this company. However, my perception changed when I received a text message three days later that I found to be confusing and disrespectful in nature. Abel Polo expressed dissatisfaction due to my lack of prompt response, and the tone of the message was, in my opinion, exceedingly inappropriate and offensive. I responded in a professional manner, addressing the concerns regarding the tone of the communication and articulating that such an approach is not conducive to winning over potential customers. Unfortunately, the messages did not cease; I received numerous subsequent communications that I interpreted as unsolicited antagonism. I have concerns regarding the legitimacy of the company’s reputation, suspecting that they may be engaging in practices such as soliciting 5-star reviews. I am considering filing a formal complaint against their license with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). It raises questions about how a business can maintain an unblemished review record, warranting further scrutiny.
Premier Heating proved to be incompetent and unable to perform the service they were hired for. The fact that they lacked knowledge of basic tasks such as gas filling in appliances, along with the specialist's inability to communicate in English, is clear evidence of their unprofessionalism. Furthermore, receiving offensive emails from a company employee after reporting an issue is absolutely unacceptable and tarnishes the company's reputation. Paying a substantial amount of money for a service that turned out to be very poor only exacerbates frustration and disappointment. I would also like to warn other potential clients to avoid using Premier Heating's services. My experience with them was extremely negative, and their incompetence and unprofessionalism caused me to waste time, money, and patience. I sincerely recommend seeking a more reliable and responsible company that can provide high-quality services and a trustworthy approach to customer service
Premier Heating & Cooking in West Palm Beach, Fl. is the worse company I had dealt with in my entire life. They scammed people in west Palm beach. Do not use them unless you are ready to get scammed. I asked them to fix my A/C , they overcharged me and in less than two months my A/C had the same issue again. They refused to refund my money and are not trusted. If I could give them a zero I would’ve. They also send inexperienced contractors who don’t even speak English and can’t explain anything to the customers. DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Overpriced and unprofessional. Abel needs a course in customer service. He lost the job for this company because of his disrespectful communications. Abel assured me that he would be the one to inspect the job, however he sent two other employees. They wanted to replace the whole system when only a few repairs needed to be made. Scam! Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion!
They told me my compressor was “dead” and pushed an $8,000 condenser replacement, then charged me $129 for the visit. I got a second opinion the same day and the issue was a bad capacitor. After replacing it, the unit ran normally. In my experience, the first diagnosis was wildly off and felt like a hard upsell. Get a second opinion before spending a dollar with them.
I thought I had a great company to work with. Signed a 1 year service contract but they refused to provide service. I'm not a beggar but I do expect companies to honor their contracts. If it were me reading this review. I wouldn't sign a maintenance contract with this company. After receiving response here regarding credit, no credit was issued. Wow how surprising.
Had an appointment for a system tune-up! Waited 2 hours for the tech to arrive! No show ,no call, nothing! Texted them to find out why they didn't show up ,didn't answer back! Terrible company !

I will not use this company again and do not recommend it. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. Be aware of their pricing and be sure to ask for a break down of parts & labor, especially if your AC is still under manufacturer's warranty. Found their customer service to be dismissive!

We had purchased a new A/C and had Evans Air install it. Bottom Line, a true nightmare!!!!! It will be a year in July and from the time they installed it, they must’ve come out to check it 10 times! Claiming it was fixed, but it never got fixed. Finally, we had no choice. We had to find someone to help us who was honest caring, and really knew the air air-conditioning business. I looked online and found Comfortly air-conditioning and noticed that the owner Abel, was involved personally with all of these problems that I read in the reviews that people were having with their A/C. Well, I called him, and he was so attentive to what was going on with our air-conditioning, he came out to look at it and found that the air-conditioning was installed improperly that’s why we were having so many problems. So, we had to have it reinstalled, which he and his crew did, and now it’s working beautifully. We would’ve been in trouble with the other unit because the way they installed it we were starting to get mold! He even had to change some parts to make it run the way it should. He Took pictures every step of the way along with my tenant. He assured us once it was finished everything would be fine! AND IT IS!!!!! Do yourself a favor don’t go any further don’t look for any other air-conditioning promises. He is the guy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else from this day forward!!!!!!!
