It took over 25 days from start to finish to build our new fence. While I understand right now is a hard time to find materials, the job should have never started unless all materials were available. The first day the crew started, they had to stop because they did not have enough posts. The second day they ran out of concrete. The third day they ran out of lumber for rot boards. The fourth day we found out the incredibly cheap gate latches left us all stuck in our backyards with no way to get back out. There were also gaps and holes as well as different types of wood that did not match. We were not impressed by the way the project manager spoke to the building crew whom we later found out were sub contracted. The crew was not allowed to purchase the materials so all of the untreated wood and incorrect latches were purchased by the owners. We had to call them back out to fix multiple problems including crooked gate doors and multiple nails protruding from the gate. I will give the company the benefit of the doubt that they attempted to fix the problems but this is not what I had expected considering we were paying top dollar for pine fencing. I assumed since the owner lived and worked in our neighborhood that we would get the utmost attention to detail. Boy was I wrong. The part that has thrown me over the edge was the way Mike spoke to my husband in a threatening manner about a Nextdoor app post which was completely truthful. I cannot in good conscience recommend a new fence from this company. We paid the remainder of our amount owed just to be done with this very frustrating and disappointing experience. I am finding more problems with my fence everyday. Multiple pickets are not even nailed down to the rot board. Also, the majority of these 5 star reviews are friends and family of employees or do not even live in this area. I wish I had known that before doing my research on this company.

Do not use this company. We had a leak after 2 years. They finally came out after me calling for 3 weeks. As soon as the they arrived their contractor started saying it wasn't a leak from this roof. It must have been an old leak. This is before he even saw it. They went onto to the roof and started sealing up vents and shingles. When they came in to repair the drywall I showed them where it had mold already growing. They then started removing the moldy drywall without any containment or proper ventilation. After the initial removal I asked for a mold inspection because they wanted to close it up but you could clearly see more mold. They left the wall and celing open and took off. After almost a month a mold inspection was done. He told them what to remove and how to do it. They came back a few days later and started removing it without sealing it all the way again. After they removed all of the mold improperly again they did a water test and said it wasn't leaking so they can't do anything for me. Even though they did repairs weeks ago. Mike called me and said " They found the leak and fixed it. We will get the drywall repairs done for you". They left my walls and ceiling open in one area and put a little plastic on the other. They left and will not answer now. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

He met with Robert and his son, who conducted a drone inspection of our house, a feature we found impressive. At the time, my husband was very pleased with their meeting. However, after this interaction, we received no further communication—no calls, emails, or follow-up of any kind. Essentially, we were left without any response. After posting a review, we received a quote for $5,000 to repair our back patio. We also requested an inspection of our roof, hoping for either a repair or replacement, but after nearly a month, we still had no further updates. If you're seeking reliable assistance, I recommend contacting Marissa Downing with Elite Roofing. She has been proactive, staying in regular contact with my husband and assisting us in navigating the complexities of the insurance process. She has visited our property, taken photos, marked areas of concern on our roof, and—most importantly—has not left us in the dark.

I’m not gonna lie, I’m not happy with the quality of the fence when it comes to the price, the lack of communication between the owner and the workers about the changes/corrections, the lack of material to do the entire job and the owner’s lack of responsibility throughout it all. The man can’t even own up to it being his fault for having started the job without everything needed and apologizing and making it right. He didn’t even come out to check on the progress without us having to call him first. He blames everyone else but himself. I wanted the $24/ft fence they charged me for. The fence they took down looked better than this. At least all the wood used to match.

Very dissapointed in the customer service. They came for an estimate after Beryl and said they would write it up. After several calls and text messages inquiring about the estimate - and assurances they would look into it ‐ I was just told they are not taking in repairs. Why string me along?

I am usually not the type who complains about things but I am just beyond frustrated. I am not sure how this company gets good reviews, or maybe we just weren't lucky enough to get the same kind of service others raved about. We had our roof replaced end of June (all out of pocket since we were told by Jason that insurance will likely not pay for them). The roof was replaced, however, they broke our outdoor kitchen countertop ( which by the way their guys initially denied they broke it until we showed the video), and worse, hit our neighbor's car with a roofing material causing a dent (also denied by their men). They tried to mitigate the issue by assuring us our countertop and our neighbors car will get fixed. However, it took almost 3 months until someone finally came to replace our countertop. And it got more frustrating when the faucet was not hooked back in place and workmanship was awful. Pictures were sent to the owner (Mike) and had very poor follow through. My husband just ended up putting the faucet back and our counter remains an eyesore. Oh, and to add, the new roof ended up leaking after hurricane Beryl and we were told to just watch it. No one came out to check if there was anything that needed to be fixed (never leaked from the old roof). If you don't want to deal with headaches and frustration, just find another roofing company.

I just had a 2nd roof company come look at my 2 year old DR Roofing roof and they like the 1st asked if I have a warranty because they said it is not done correctly. They said the flashing is not on correctly and it will cause water to leak in during a windy rain. I explain again that DR Roofing paper work says I have a warranty but DR Roofing says my problem isn't covered in their warranty. I'm not sure how they know because they haven't come to look and won't answer my messages.

Driving recklessly! Would NEVER hire them! Going at least 25+ over! Note the license plate so the driver can be informed 04/12/23 3:20 pm. The only reason I got the plate was because of the red light. Weaving in and out of traffic not paying attention to the other drivers. Horrible!

Service requested for roof work, but not a "new" roof. They would not help and only want the big $$$.

This all occured in a 26-hour period. I called DR to schedule an estimate since they did my neighbor's house. We're just a month out from Hurricane Beryl, so I requested an appointment in September, if possible. Kristen took my information, emailed me to confirm my request, and then called to go through it all again. I then received an email telling me they're not doing roof repairs only total roof replacement--which is what I requested THREE TIMES. This morning, I got a text saying an estimate was emailed to me. When I replied back that I would review the estimate and contact them back but I would not be ready until September, Kristen said they are booked through September. The absurdity of this process made me question their methods. I never spoke with an actual roofer. I guess they're using drones--I never received their estimate, so I don't know. Their "pay us and take what we give you" process is impersonal. Bay Area is coming out in September. So is Campos and Royal Crown. Word of mouth is nice but I'd rather find someone else rather than do roofing via a drive-thru.
