We've used fast air for quite a few years going back to when they first opened. It was right after COVID and our AC in our old house went out suddenly. We were calling around trying to get the best price at the same time wanting good service and we didn't have long. Due to a surgery I was having, not having AC was not an option. At the time there were two owners, both gentlemen had worked for another company and come together during COVID to start up their own. They were efficient and fast, they came same day and looked at our unit and were able to not only get their hands on a unit right away but they made sure (even though they had to redo all of my duct worth under my house and the electrical) that they replaced the unit before my procedure. With suggested using them to other people who have all come back and been happy with their service. We recently moved and suddenly realized after a few months that our AC was no longer working correctly. It's a newer unit, however for some reason it was shutting itself off and then turning itself back on. They came out almost immediately, same day, and all I had to do was a few clicks online booking them. The gentleman was very professional and helpful. He figured out a problem and was able to fix the unit as well as give us some pointers on how to avoid the same situation occurring again. While he was here we asked him to install a smart thermostat that we had already purchased and we're about to install ourselves. Just being honest, we should have installed it ourselves. He connected the two or three wires which we knew how to do but when it came to setting it up he didn't know how to do it. So that was an almost $200 expensive error on our part. If I'd known he didn't know how to set it up at all I probably would not have paid for him to hook up three wires, something that we've done many times but I didn't know how to set the smart part up. Just to be fair, it was a smart thermostat we already had, not one that he brought with him. I do wish I'd understood that he didn't know how to work it, he had said his brother had installed tons of them. Expensive mistake but I do have to admit part of the fault is mine. I should have asked more questions instead of assuming he knew how to set it up. However, that was the only error and I eat part of that myself! Fast air is a good company with a solid standing. The owners that I met were very good at what they did and it seems they've grown consistently considering there's more than one store now and I keep seeing new service reps. It's difficult to get a good AC repair place here in Florida that's honest and stands by their work. I can say anytime we had problems with the AC that they put in our last house, they always came out to double check it for us. They aren't cheap by any means, but they also aren't the most expensive and I do feel you're paying for what you're getting with them. You can feel secure they're going to fix your problem and they're going to do it in an extremely expedient manner with the least amount of disruption to your life. Any company that uses that for their business model is one you can be secure with, knowing they will take care of you and your AC needs!

I called Fast Air on Thursday 7/31/25, around 530-6pm, when my elderly parent's central ac unit failed to work for the 3rd straight day. I called the company they've used for the past 20 years twice and was basically dismissed each time (that's another review coming), letting my parents suffer in 81° temps until they arrived in the morning! I spoke to an AI guy that honestly was pretty spot on (really impressed and spooked at the same time). I received a callback within 10-15 minutes and I was told they'd be coming THAT NIGHT between 7-9pm! Patiently waiting, I received a call that the tech was going to be coming later than expected, but as long as they were coming, I was ok with it. Tyler showed up at around 915-930 (I can't really recall), but he came in and really understood the situation at hand... 2 elderly people suffering! He went to work, diagnosed the problem and had the ac cooling down immediately. But he didn't just drain the pan and leave, he ensure the pan was free of algae, especially the drain, which was clogged. Mind you, the previous company was there 2 days straight for the exact issue! Tyler continued cleaning the pan, drain and treating everything with algae remover to ensure it remains that way. Tyler's character: it was an extremely hot evening, in a garage with zero air flow, I must've offered him water 3/4 times, each time saying no, he was fine. My father came out with an ice cold bottle of water and Tyler graciously accepted it. He then answered questions my father had and explained what he had done. You couldn't find a more customer service oriented person anywhere! What a great guy he is! For the remainder of the evening/ overnight the temp inside kept dropping until it was at 72°... unfortunately, the unit stopped cooling around 3pm, so I called Fast Air again and Tyler was back to the house and discovered a larger issue that he didn't see the night prior. The indoor furnace is on a lifted wooden shelf/ box and the top is sagging therfore forcing the water to move away from the drain and keep the pan full. The company that built the house contacted this other company to install the unit & water heater on this box but with minimal support beams underneath... ten years ago the replaced the furnace and still didn't realize it... now at 20 years, Fast Air discovers it! Tyler came up with a solution, while temporary, until we can have them back out to fix this mess. It's not a small job, it's going to be big, but I'm overly confident they'll do an amazing job, just by watching Tyler work and him explaining what he was doing and how it'll help or hinder the unit. Fees were very generous and not robbery and there was ZERO charge for the 2nd visit! An honorable mention: Destiny, Thank you for taking 25 minutes of your day to talk and explain everything regarding contracts and services. Again customer service was shining bright. I couldn't be happier with your level of service, kindness and professionalism. Long review, but, just saying "they were good" doesn't rate STARS!! Thank you, Fast Air!

Speaking to FastAirs service manager Tyler made me feel valued, I was told by some folks to avoid FastAir because of pricing. Little do those folks know is how to run a business. So speaking with Tyler with some concerns of mine of another companies work done at my home, it made me feel like Tyler & probably the whole FastAir company actually does care. The young gentleman showed sympathy & listened to me instead of speaking over me, which I’ve had happen from the manager from the previous company I used. I met this young man at a gas station & just wanted to chat, he was nothing more than a respectful young man who smiled & listened & seemed to truly care. I will be using FastAir in the future due to how this young man treated me & how he acted outside of work. The truck he drives really stuck out to me & I just wanted to talk, I’m an older man who just wants to feel heard. So thank you Tyler & thank you FastAir for hiring young men & women who have decency in this world. He spoke highly of the company & I hope you heal soon Tyler, good luck with the ankle. On the coldest night of the year thus far and temps at 31 of course we had no heat. I was surprised to find out that Fast Air offers reasonable 24 hours service. I called late in the evening and was able to troubleshoot the problem which indicated I still needed a technician. They were willing to come in the middle if the night for a reasonable service fee but we had other options for overnight. Konrad came at 8:00 am and tested our system to find out we had to replace the thermostat. Since a repair was done we didn’t have to pay the service fee. The heat was running in 15 min. Konrad was awesome, polite , knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me information about the service plan that would save money and headaches down the road. I have to say this company is all about customer service and truly cares about the customers. I can remember when I needed to replace my unit and had challenges with doing so and the owner went above and beyond to help me get up and running with A/C. I’m a lifer with this company and definitely recommend them as someone you can trust.

I called in 8 days ago to get the ductwork checked at my home. First of all they came out absolutely no charge to do the inspection. Provided a video of the inspection and a complete write-up. I was able to do interest free financing right through them to get the service done. Sven was the technician that came out that did the initial inspection. Spoke with Jessica several times on the phone as well as Tyler the service manager in the office. Being an over-the-road truck driver myself they made everything simple to take care of over the phone. The two technicians showed up today to do the work first thing this morning they dealt with my wife they were very professional they got the service done and she can already tell a difference of airflow inside the home. TJ and Mike were the ones that came out and did the service today. Huge thank you to everybody involved highly recommend this company. They have much more Integrity than anybody else that I have dealt with in the area for AC Service in the last 17 years

I was stuck without cold air for months. I tried calling a different AC company and they weren't able to help despite coming out a few times. Finally, a friend recommended Fast Air and I gave them a call. My impressions of the company is that they are professional, they know what they are doing, and they are indeed fast. The appointment was booked soon after I called, and they always arrived on time. They took the time to explain what was wrong and what my options were. The pricing was reasonable. Before someone shows up to your door, they send a picture so you know who you are dealing with. So how was the repair? Well I told them that if they got my air working I would leave them a good review. However, I wanted to wait a couple of months before posting this review in case something went wrong again. I'm happy to say that the AC is working perfectly to this day, and the only problem I have now is that my wife keeps putting the temperature down so I get cold in my house (but that's a good problem to have).

My story looked like coming from a horrible day at the hospital to find my home did not work in terms of blowing any cold air. This was around 11PM and the house was about 89 degrees. I read some very positive reviews about Fast Air Repair and so I called very late at night really expecting a voicemail box that maybe someone would return my call in the morning. Instead I got the most realistic, extremely thorough and professional AI bot, I believe his name was Dean. He made an immediate appointment for either 8-12 or 1-5 for the next day. I chose the afternoon. I had to spend another horrible day at the hospital so my father met the AC tech who arrived right on time. Within 20-30, it was diagnosed and fixed with artic cold air running through the house! The price was reasonable. The service was professional and the entire experience was way above expectation...it was amazing. Thank you so very much. I have already shared this story with 4 other people at the hospital. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Stayed with Konrad during his initial inspection. He showed me pics that indicated what I would consider dangerous to a condition my wife has and the reason we moved recently to FL. The evaporator was pretty rusty looking before even finding the other crap in the air ducts. At this point, I stopped him and asked him to come to talk. Explained my wife's condition being vaso-motor rhinitis where your not allergic to weeds, and the like, but to the environment, and what systems does the company. He indicated that he is not a salesman, but a tech. I told him that it's good and as a tech myself, I would rely more talking to a tech than salesman. We discussed systems and other add ones I never heard of, and some I have. Long story short, negotiations with main office were accomplished, and my new system is being installed tomorrow and I believe all of this will bring some relief from a condition that has no cure, but steps can be taken to ease the misery. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service !!!! All the way from Dustin the owner to Joel and JD the I site inspection team. Everyone we interacted with were incredibly honest thorough and professional and patient and informative. We arrived to our new house and within 2 days we had a compete AC shutdown system was 23 years old … go figure. Gio was our after hours emergency tech who really assisted in not executing costly repairs on a very dated system. Dustin walked us through all options and provided us the best possible price and options for a replacement system. Joel and JD did a truly outstanding job with installation setup and of course a tutorial with the new system. It was a great experience all within 48 hours!!! The company communicates incredibly well. I will recommend Fast Air Heating and Cooling to everyone. Looking forward to a long customer relationship

Fast Air tech, Sven, arrived as promised. Sven is very professional and friendly; he explained everything in detail of what issues he found in our whole system. He answered all of our concerns and questions. After everything he showed us with pictures that he took and also pointed out visually the issues of our old AC unit, we decided that it was time to replace the whole system. Sven explained in detail that Fast Air offers financing that we were very comfortable with the terms and we went forward to scheduling our installation which will be done in a couple of weeks that fit our schedule. I highly recommend using Fast Air for all of your AC needs; we are repeat customers and have had family and friends use their service also, work who were also very pleased with their work. Nothing but rave reviews here! I've yet to have an unsatisfactory experience with Fast Air. Every single time I deal with them, I am blown away by their phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. If only they could train every.other.business!! I could go on and on about this company, they are professional, honest, prompt, sincere, ethical, etc etc. There is NO ONE like Fast Heating and Air! I will never use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs, and I'll never stop telling anyone who'll listen how awesome they are! Sven came out today and helped me out with an option to hopefully get me through until December. Zero pressure to do something bigger, just provided me with the info, and was happy to help me with the smaller option. Every single tech who has been at my house has been nothing less than exceptional.

The dryer hose was not attached quite snuggly enough and hot air was coming out. I called and Fast Air sent the same young man to my home and he found the issue and fixed it in five minutes. Mistakes happen, but Fast Air promptly took care of the situation. I will use them again. Update: My dryer was still not drying my clothes. I called Fast Air again, and Alex and his supervisor Adam came out, went up in my attic and found no problems there with the dryer vent. They then went on the roof and found a lint blockage right at the very top of the vent. That was what was causing my drying issue. Both of these fellows were very professional, pleasant and polite. No attitude whatsoever. I definitely will be using them in the future when I have a dryer vent or HVAC problem.

After looking at reviews on line, I called Fast Air for a major issue with our A/C unit. We were getting water that saturated the filter and running down the wall. I set up the booking online and Rodney was sent out the same day. I received notification he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. After a thorough inspection, he explained the problems and how we needed to proceed. He replaced several parts and installed a surge protector by the unit to avoid a later problem. We signed up for the every 6 month maintenance agreement while he was here and were very pleased with his service and professionalism. I believe I made the right decision in calling Fast Air.

Company installed outside unit, air handler which was in the attic, and replaced all of the ventilation air ducts in attic as well. Four technicians arrived on time introduced themselves explained what job consisted of. These four techs were professional polite, did a thorough clean up afterwards and answered any questions. Amazing service. I called fast air got a hold of Jessica WOW AMAZING young lady. With in 3 hours technician at my house diagnosed my problem. Part was not in Ocala it was in leesburg. Fast Air jumped through many hoops today just to make sure my part was warranty. Fast Air drove 1 hour away just to get my part and came BACK the same day and fixed my unit. There technician Sven was Amazing!! Technician was professional smart and did a great job. My experience as a first time customer đź’Ż. Fast Air truly cared that my family had AC today. The interaction with Sven and what he told me about my 15 year old unit and my duct work had out lived its existence so we talked to Tyler and set us with a plan for a new unit that worked for us and the payment plan that best suited us for our needs and piece of mind going forward since we just moved here at the beginning of September to Ocala from WV and this was the easiest thing that we have done so far in that month so hopefully October through the Holidays and beyond we will have no surprises for us after September and the 2 guys that came in and installed the new unit were very Nice and very professional as well

Cannot say enough about the people at Fast Air. Our AC went out in the evening and we called several companies after hours numbers. Fast Air was first to respond and came out by 6 am! From the FB message response time to Tyler coming to evaluate the situation to Chris and Chris installing our new unit, everything was great! ”Fast” is not just in the name. The unit went out Wednesday evening, Tyler was out on Thursday, and we have a new unit running today which is Friday. Tyler went above and beyond to try and get us a fan so we would at least be cool overnight. Everyone explained our options, financing was super easy, install went great and they cleaned up after their work. We have already referred Fast Air to two people since Wednesday. Sven, Joel, Jd, Tim, and Josue all did a great job. They worked all day to get things done. They were all knowledgeable, very polite and personable and knew what their job was. I was in desperate need to have duct work done so I could get air conditioning. I called several merchants and out of all those I called, Fast Air was here the same day after I'd been without any air conditioning for almost 3 days! I can honestly say that Tyler (who coordinated the team and helped get me a price I could afford) Joel, and Sam did an excellent job I couldn't be happier! I recommend them to anyone that's looking for a team that will work with you to help you get out of a bad situation quickly! Congratulations guys you have me as a customer in the future!

Our A.C. unit stopped working this weekend and we needed emergency service. We contacted Fast Air and they promptly responded to our call and sent out a technician. Matt B. responded to our service call and he was outstanding. He quickly identified the problem and took the time to check the status of on hand inventory from several of the distributors in our area. Additionally, he reviewed our warranty paperwork and made copies so that we could get immediate work started once we could get the parts from the vendor. Definitely top notch service.

VERY friendly people. Recent: Rodney was the recent tech. What I most appreciated about the tech was that he didn't treat me like a woman who doesn't know what she's talking about. I've had many bad experiences with ac companies in the past. Previous experience: Matt the service technician was very respectful and helpful. Tyler the service manager was also a pleasure to talk to via phone and informative. This company is very honest and cares about the customers needs. Never before have I had an AC company care as much as they do.

I had an excellent experience with Fast Air Repair. From the first call to the final service, everything was handled professionally and with care. The technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. My A/C is running better than ever, and the price was very fair. Hands down, best AC company! Honest, helpful, & thorough! Alex was first tech to come do a tune up. Upon inspection he called his supervisor who said I needed a new unit, it was unable to be serviced. They helped me with financing & discounts. Then about an hour later JD & Josue came to install my new unit! They went above and beyond in my opinion! All three of these techs were awesome! So thankful I found this company! Will be recommending to ANYONE that needs service or any type of ac work done! Thank you so much!!

I am a disabled Veteran with COPD. I called on a Saturday when our A/C quit working. They answered the phone and had someone at my house in under 2 hours. It amazed me how quick they came and fixed my unit. Explained everything to me as he cleaned and fixed it. The service was amazing , the technician was very professional. I even got the Veterans discount. I will always use their service and will tell all my friends who may need their service. It's hard to find a good company that is professional and honest.

I called fast air cause my AC wasnt working, adam notified me when he was on the way, he diagnosed my unit and found out my coil was dirty he gave me a quote for a coil clean at a very good price also clean my blower for free. He also explained on ways to prevent that from happening again.. 1 hour later JD showed up and did the job he was kind and answer all my questions did a awesome jobs even show me before and after now im back to cooling.I recommend fast air to my family and friends

Excellent service from the get go. Adam came out, went through the whole AC system, listened to our concerns and gave us options. The next day Joel and JD came out and worked nonstop to repair and replaced what was needed. From the time we made the first phone call, till the time they finish the job, everyone involved was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will call them again for regular maintenance. I had some falling apart duct work that was installed by another company. Fast air came out, checked all my duct work, and made the recommendation to redo my complete ductwork system. Within 2 hours of the original service call, I had the install team of Mike and TJ show up. They were very efficient and professional. They spent nearly 9 hrs working hard and finished it with very professional results. Highly recommend them for having a job done right!

AC went down and had Konrad come out to take a look. He looked at the AC inside and outside and quoted two pieces that he believes needed to be replaced but said that usually the unit will still go down within a week cause the unit I have is not good and it’s better to just replace the whole unit. For the two pieces for quoted over $800. Didn’t feel comfortable to proceed so paid the $150 for the tech coming out. When my husband got home he showed me a review that was posted same day about Konrad and a customer claiming he wanted to beat him up when he was asked to leave and how he was told he would get fired but did not get fired cause he ended up looking at our AC later that day. Can’t find the review now for some reason but that’s honestly concerning to me. Had another company come out. Fixed it for about $350 and actually had a machine to check all the wires and didn’t try to convince me to buy a new unit. The fact this company sent out a tech to my house that supposedly was getting fired and being aggressive to another customer and didn’t even have a way to properly check my system in comparison to the company that actually did fix it makes me want my money back. Plenty of other reviews stating something similar about trying to be convinced to buy a new system as well. Edit: I still have not gotten an email, text, voicemail nothing in regards to this but have seen comments on other reviews that were posted after mine.

Konrad is a terrible employee. Threatened to fight me after I asked him to leave for not putting a single tool on the machine to verify my complaint. Dustin was so upset he called me and personally came out to fix the motor which was clearly damaged after he took the lid off. He told me Konrad was fired because that was unacceptable. Yet Konrad still works for him and is used in advertisement. I will not recommend this company to anyone after being directly lied to by the owner. Edit post their Reply: Dustin in text, over the phone, and in person spouted how hes fired and thats unacceptable, but apparently its acceptable as Konrad is still posting in your uniform. Glad you employ people that actively make both your business and you look bad.

The tech was good & informative but the bait and switch is crazy. They said when you sign up there is a fee, but I went through it again to check on the book online as well as my email and text confirmations and absolutely no fee for coming to check out the system. The front desk was very rude about this and hung up on me after we discussed that I never saw a service fee. I think if you cant be honest and transparent with the first fees I definitely dont want to do business with shady businesses - again othet than that gary the tech was very nice

I called at 11am and informed them I was on the second floor they said no problem then when they came out at 4:41pm they said they didn't have the insurance to get on my roof. So now I'm paying overtime with a real company to actually fix it. Don't make the same extra 200$ mistake that I did call a real professional.

They will rip you off any chance the get. First they tried tell my mom she needs to replace her 3 yr old unit. Then when she said she couldn't afford that they suddenly found away to work around replacing it for 1700+.

I had a problem with my a/c and they didn't even cleaned or do the right maintenance on it twice. I stand there and wish what this person did. But he didnt to much. I dont recommend this company.

I would give a lower ranking if I could. they told me ac was complete broken and would $11,000 to replace. I had someone else fix it for $200.
