I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was. That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision. The next day, his crew came out and we couldn't be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.

This company has been incredible to work with. They are professional, responsive, and trustworthy. I recently serviced my AC unit and had it cleaned and inspected to make sure everything was working correctly (just bought my house and wanted to take care of this before moving in). The technician who came, Radael, was on time, and very thorough. Not only did he clean all vents and take apart the unit to inspect/ clean, he took the time to explain to me all of the working parts and if I needed to clean myself, how to do that. He was a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable regarding this unit and AC care in general. Someone who really knows their field and takes time to educate others on proper use/care is such an important quality, at least to me! Also working with the office staff has been nice. They too are professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your AC needs!

Called for appointment to have mini split unit serviced. I was given an appointment for the following day. Technician, Fernando, arrived on time, was very knowledgable and proceeded to service the unit. Years of neglect had made the interior of the unit very dirty, with black soot that made it smell like there was a lot of humidity in the apartment. Fernando pulled it all apart, cleaned it very carefully and replaced every piece of the unit. He also flushed out the return. The difference is unbelievable. There is no longer a smell of humidity and the unit cools much more. I am extremely happy with the service I received. It is so important to have decent and respectable persons when you need any type of repairs or mainteance. I highly recommend this company for their quality of service. I would highly recommend Fernando also.

I’m really impressed with this company. Twice they have done an amazing job with my AC unit. The first time they fixed what a company couldn’t not fix in 3 visits and Flow-Tech fixed it in their first visit — a capacitor issue that made my AC work on and off. The second time about a month ago I was due to have my AC coils cleaned (leaking issue) and they came to clean it but after the cleaning my AC kept leaking due to a malfunction of my coils and Flow-Tech contacted Goodman customer service to have the warranty cover for the new coil which they replaced on the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure my AC was working perfectly before they left my house that day. The manager was very helpful. Will definitely keep using and recommend this company.

My 15-year old AC unit was on its last leg, and I needed to replace it quickly (as summer was heating up). I was looking for good quality at a fair price and rarely, if ever, have I had such a positive experience as I have had with Flow-Tech. Mario and his team matched the best prices out there, and went far beyond what they needed to do in terms of a quality installation of a great product. I had some questions after installation and they had their technician out the very next day - again, who went above and beyond what was required. Incredible service at a great price. Really - Flow-tech’s service was probably the very best I’ve seen of any company in South Florida. I can’t recommend them any more highly!

Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding. It was by far the best of any of the 5 companies that provided estimates and responded to questions. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Mario (the owner) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. The installation was done very professionally within a day after I accepted their estimate. I am very impressed by Flow Tech's organization, knowledge and pricing and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I called Flow-Tech this morning about a problem with my air conditioner that another company diagnosed, but never came back to fix. They were happy to pick up where the others left off. They came out that afternoon and verified the repair needed. They made an assumption of what parts may be needed, and had them on hand. The technician repaired my air conditioner without trying to sell me a new one like everyone else. I had the perfect experience with Flow-Tech who installed a new air conditioning system in my home. From the owner to the technicians and the admin staff, all were professional, very knowledgeable, always accessible, punctual and followed through on their commitments. The owner, Mario, clearly explained our options, and provided very sound advice. The installation was seamless and the Admin staff were excellent with follow-up. As an added staff, they were all genuinely nice people. Highly recommend.

Our house has had two A/C’s since we moved in to it in 1999. The most recent one was a year ago. Both have been installed and maintained by Flow-Tech Air Conditioning. They are reliable, professional and they appear when they say they are going to...always on time. Mario, the owner, gave us both estimates and we have been extremely happy with both units. We have been with Flow-Tech so long that the sticker on our first unit showed their business number with out the 305 area code in front .

I called flow tech as my unit was not cooling. The gentleman who took my info was pleasant and professional and he was able to get 2 technicians to my address later that day. They quickly diagnosed and cleared the blocked drain pipe and my unit was cooling in no time. They also confirmed the outside drain pipe was clear and checked the condenser. The techs were professional and quick and the cost was very reasonable. I plan to use these guys for all my AC needs and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience with Sunny Bliss plumbing & air. They repaired my air conditioning system. It starts with the team on the phone. Great energy and compassionate team. They booked me for same day service. After that the tech arrives in uniform and a branded van. They were 2 techs and did a thorough diagnostic of my hvac. I like the fact that they offered multiple options for the repair. I ended up signing up for a maintenance plan which was exactly what I needed.

Spoke at length with Mario prior to the purchase and installation of my Trane Variable speed system. His knowledge and experience was invaluable in selecting the right system for my home. Installation was not straight forward or easy but he viewed the existing installation before sending a team of very qualified technicians to do the job. Done right the first time and very satisfied with the purchase and installation. Highly recommend this vendor for all your a/c needs.

These guys are the best! They have great customer service and the tech guys who come and service our unit each year are very knowledgable. We had them install a brand new AC unit 2 years ago and the yearly maintenance is well worth it. We complained about our thermostat not working properly and they replaced it as a warranty even though it had been over a year. Very professional and great company to deal with. Would recommend them to others if asked.

He even took the time to give us helpful tips on prolonging the life of our unit. As an added bonus, he went above and beyond by applying WD 40 to our creaking sliding door! We had a great experience with FlowTech! Overnight our AC system kept turning off, with a newborn this was the ultimate nightmare. We called first thing in the morning and within a few hours we had two gentlemen here helping us fix the problem. They were very professional, kind and got the job done. I was referred to Flow Tech by my sister when I had a problem with my Air-conditioner, after 15 years I needed a new unit. Mario the owner was very helpful and the unit was just what I wanted. Update for Covid times: Flow-Tech was just at my house this morning doing a big job (changing out my coil). They were very professional and tidy. They always wore masks inside of my house and put on booties to cover their shoes when they came inside. They did a great job and I would highly recommend! Fast, reliable service with knowledgeable technicians. If your AC needs servicing, just go with the Flow!

Mario and his crew are amazing! We have used them for repairs to our older AC system and eventually we hired them to install a brand new system. They gave us several options, were very responsive and easy to reach. The technicians are professional, knowledgable, and always arrive on time. They also clean-up after themselves which is something most companies don't do these days.

I called Flow tech for a problem with an AC compressor at my home. They checked the problem, fixed the air handler too and discovered that the compressor was still under warranty.what saved me some money. It was not a very easy job but they were very professional and fixed the unit in a timely matter. I was very happy with their professionalism and definitely recommend them.

This company is awesome. I called them on a Saturday left a message because they are closed on the weekends. They called me Monday morning at 8 am . Pedro from flow tech has a technician at my house within the hour. The technician was awesome he explained everything to me and had changed the coil fast. Mario, the owner, is an amazing source of detailed information. The installation crew was amazing, as they had to deal with a tricky configuration in my home. But they finished on time, and the Carrier system is wonderful. Quiet, efficient, and already saving me about $70/month on electric bills.
