I highly recommend Green Ladder Roofing. With the heavy rains...we woke up to big roof leaks in two different houses. One house had water pouring in from a light fixture. I called multiple roofers that morning, to see who was available to come out in the rain and tarp the roofs, (until repairs could be made). Of the many roofers I called out of desperation, Green Ladder Roofing was the only one who got back to me in a timely manner. They were super busy with the crazy rain obviously, but still made it a point to come out the same day and tarp the two roofs, (to prevent further flooding). Crew and staff were very friendly and professional. I appreciate their response to my emergency, where many other roofing companies failed.

Green Ladder gave us a very competitive bid on replacing the old roof of our house in Pasadena, and they did a great job. We worked with Mark Anthony and David, and they had to delay work for one day waiting for some material to arrive. We were concerned about a forecast of rain during the weekend, but they worked hard most of Saturday and finished everything just an hour before it started raining. The rain was very intensive and was a great test for the new roof which showed no leaks. We highly recommend this roofing company.

Mark Anthony came out to inspect my roof and provide a service recommendation. I was not having any issues yet but since it had been about 5-6 years since anyone had looked up there I wanted to get a check. He was very helpful, sent pictures with some maintenance recommendations, and I feel good that my roof will last longer.

Green Ladder Roofing was the low bidder on my craftsman house roof. It is a complicated job and required adherence to historic standards in our Landmark District. Initially, the roofers demoed some parts that needed to be retained. Once it was pointed out, they fixed the mistake and completed the project. Some clean-up had to be monitored, but ultimately the crew cleaned up everything they could. We had a massive rain right after completion and there were no leaks. David and his crew were responsive and very professional.

Quality work (I think: It hasn't rained yet, so I cannot say for sure). I did have to project-manage more than I wanted to, and I did have to force them to remediate something more than they did, but I'm overall satisfied with the work.
