Five stars began with my phone call to Gulf Shore Cooling,( I wish I saved her name) the woman who took my call was extremely knowledgeable with the financing and services. We scheduled an appointment with GulfShore Sales and had a wonderful experience with Paul Smith. A text with a picture of Paul was sent and brief bio; how smart Gulf Shore!!!! Gulf Shore Cooling does this with every appointment!! Paul is very friendly, not pushy because he doesn't have to be. Gulf Shore doesn't sell inferior products, 5 star reviews, and Paul himself raved about the owners. Paul was EXTREMELY helpful with the financing, he was very thorough in explaining each plan.Paul was very knowledgeable of the cooling systems, we felt very comfortable in choosing the unit Paul suggested because Paul provided a wealth of good information. We were delighted!! FIVE STARS FOR PAUL!!!! Finally the service - Graig Belt and Alejandro Tavarez ,WOW what a team!!! These guys were punctual and the minute they got out of the truck they were organizing their day; Alejandro had all he needed on the roof, Both Craig and Alejandro put down the floor protection finally Craig had all he needed in the house and both started their work not stopping and in record time- 3 hrs later the installation was complete and left the area super clean!!!! I am genuinely overjoyed to share how highly I regard the services from Gulf Shore Cooling. I had a potential issue with my AC fan running and asked for a second opinion from Gulf Shore Cooling. Debbie & Zena promptly assisted me in arranging for a service technician to come out same day and actually within in hours of my call. How lucky I was to be assigned Devon Jernigan as my technician that evening. I cannot express the pleasure it was for me as a customer to work with Devon. He cared for me as a customer, guided me through all that he was doing, listened to my concerns, answered my concerns and went over and above to make sure I felt respected and appreciated. From this experience, I cancelled the work I was going to do with another company and insisted I needed to work directly with Devon for my AC maintenance and repair needs going forward. I thought about it all night and was compelled to call the office to let them know what an amazing representative Devon is for Gulf Shore Cooling. I highly recommend Gulf Shore Cooling - Thanks to Dave Beer who assessed and advised us on replacing our system - a significant time investment to assess and talk through redesigning entire HVAC system (total resize and re-engineering of 1993 install and a few previous misguided updates) - his expert assessment and insights set us up for a completely different HVAC experience - impressive, and greatly appreciated. On install day - wow - you all delivered big time - multiple crews, two new lennox systems, all new redesign of ducting - all in one day. The result was awesome - no more system noise (I won't miss the airplane engine like noise in the main bedroom), temps are more balanced, humidity lower, home feels so much better. Had an exceptional experience with company. My first meeting with Paul Smith to discuss my options went great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Once I decided to move forward with a new air conditioning system, the installation was done timely and perfect. In fact, my unit quit working a few days after initial meeting and inspection. I had scheduled an installation the following week, but called Paul on a Sunday when it quit and Paul was able to adjust some other installations and complete mine the next day. Outstanding customer 5. The actual installation was handled very quickly and professionally. Both Amado and Jaciel arrived exactly when they committed and finished total job in a few hours. Work area was very clean when job completed. Unit worked as promised and cooling system worked perfectly. All interactions with company personnel were smooth and pleasant. At the end of 2024 They replace my a/c Unit assembly (Inner and outer) and the 2 installers, Carlos and Sergio were very efficient and professional and since them I already got my first tune-up service, by Tyler and He was also very professional, but friendly...bottom line is that this company has good management and personnel. After multiple attempts to resolve my new Lenox AC issue I gave up on Conditioned Air the original installer of my AC. I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue at which point I had to fire them. I always kept a good relationship with Gulf Shore Cooling even after my purchase. I found out the hard way. Dont buy on the lowest price (like I did with Conditioned Air) In the end you want a reputable company that can do repairs. I Highly recommend Dave Beers at Gulf Shore Cooling. He was right when he told me Gulf Shore Cooling has the best HVAC Tech in the Fort Myers Naples area. And he was right. Very professional organization you may pay a fraction more but in the end when you need service they are the best!
It all started with Alejandro Hernandez that gave us a fantastic price on the AC unit and duct replacement, Alex was very honest and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything, the next day we got the crew of Alejandro Tavares and Greg Belt who did a great job on the AC installation fan and attic unit. 4 days after came a crew of four workers to do the duct work replacement , their names were Roni Pedroso, Pedro Casado , Carlos Miranda and Sergio Michel Pérez, these guys were fantastic, professionals and organized I recommend Gulf Shore Cooling Inc and their workers for their professionalism and honesty.
Technician Randy as always did an awesome job in servicing our A/C system. He is both professional and knowledgeable and a great asset to Gulf Shore Cooling. Follow up due to a possible leak technician Tyler spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue which should have been found when the ac unit was struggling to cool the house and a previous technician told me it was hot outside and that’s why my unit could not keep up for a fee of $125. Tyler did find a leak on a two year old system for another $125. The part is under warranty but the labor to replace it is expensive. Will see what they do and will post the outcome
Dan Beer came to our condo to give us an estimate for replacing our 8 year old hvac system. He did an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of various manufacturers to help us with choosing which best fit our needs and budget. He also helped us get 0% financing! The 2 techs that installed our new cooling system were Carlos and Sergio. They worked tirelessly to install the outside compressor and inside air handler in just 4 hours! They were neat, covered our laminate floor protecting it from any scratches. They were polite and did quality work. Highly recommend Gulf Shore Cooling.
We lost power on our AC today and rather than call the company we normally call (always expensive), we called Gulfshore. Turns out to have been a great idea! Gerry, the technician, was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He determined the problem in 10 seconds, not kidding. We decided to start a service contract with Gulfshore, based on our experience with Gerry, which we got for a reasonable price. it's good bye to our former AC company and hello to Gulfshore. We arrived to our home at the beginning of our season in FL to find that the AC was not working. On a Sunday I called Gulf Shore Cooling, someone answered and scheduled a service call for the very next day. Alex, our Gulf Shore Cooling expert, who we’ve had before, was excellent - again! He is knowledgeable, shares valuable information about our system, is professional, and friendly. Gulf Shore also provides updates on when to expect arrival, with a picture, and a nice tidbit about the person who is coming to your home. So glad we found them!
I have a high-end HVAC System (Mitsubishi City Multi) that was originally installed by Conditioned Air. After 8 years of nothing but BS and grief, (and more than $150,000 later) I switched to Gulf Shore Cooling. I wish I'd known the folks at Gulf Shore Cooling from the start. Great service from this company , Austin went through everything step-by-step very helpful and professional . Definitely recommended. The installation team lead by Miguel Santos was nothing but great ,excellent attention to details ,very professional , very diligent. The whole team worked tirelessly to have our home AC units running in one day. My family and I are very grateful for this company and the whole team that took care of us.

Prior to having my AC unit replaced by Gulf Shore Cooling I called them for an emergency visit as my AC had stopped cooling. Their response time was excellent. The second time they came out to my home they replaced my old AC with a new one. Absolutely satisfied with the quality of work done and highly recommend Gulf Shore Cooling for all of your air conditioning needs.
We had our AC system fail a couple of days ago. It was very old. We got a very knowledgeable sales rep named Dave Beer who gave us several options. We chose one at noon yesterday and the installers Carlos and Sergio were here about 8:30 this morning and we're finished about noon. Nice experience, they covered our carpeted steps and floors to protect them. Thank you
The AC technician Ivan Melendez did an excellent job. He was very sincere, professional, and paid great attention to detail. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly and explained things clearly. I am very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate his hard work. I have never worked with an a/c company until working with Gulf Shore Cooling, LLC who has been so thorough, honest, respectful of keeping my home clean as he (Devon) worked in my home today. The list of "wows" goes on! On top of that, my a/c units have been running perfectly and uninterrupted since they were here last (6-months ago).
I had my air conditioner replaced yesterday by Wilfred and Randy of Gulf Shores Cooling. They were pleasant, professional, proficient, answered all my questions and very clean on the job site. I also had a very good experience with Paul in sales and the estimator. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and was good at explaining all my options.

On time, courteous, installed, and answered my questions. I am pleased with the new AC. It cools fast and I can set the temperature higher for a comfortable feel. Interaction with the office was good too. Price seemed high, but I did not shop around because I wanted to get it done. Overall 5 stars for Jerry, Angel, and for the company.
Called on a Sunday morning. They had someone come out and was here within an hour of calling. Austin gave an honest diagnosis and reasonable cost. Did not feel he rushed the job or was trying to make a commission. We have made a choice to switch to Gulfshore Cooling this summer and hopefully this will be our company permanently.
Your two installers of our new HVAC system did excellent work. They made some changes from the old unit that made it look so much more professional and optimally functional. This is the third time we've used Gulf Shore Cooling. I wouldn't use anyone else now. First-class operation, and that is so difficult to find these days
This company has been great. Excellent customer service, fast response and knowledgeable techs. No pressure to have expensive service work completed and all recommended service work seemed reasonable and fairly priced. If you happen to get service tech Brian Huffman, consider yourself lucky. We were without an air conditioner for 6 days. We contacted Gulf Shore thru Costco. This company quoted us outside the ball park . pricing thru Costco. Unaffordable!!! Then Dave the sales rep showed us different good quality AC systems for better pricing directly they Gulf Shore instead of Costco. He sold us a Bryant legacy claiming it was as good yet more efficient than our existing Carrier. We believed Dave ans we were hot and desperate. Our new AC was installed 4 days ago on Sat 10/12. By Sunday morning our new AC was not cooling our place. A technician was sent out who diagnosed the unit and said it was running fine and blamed our NEST thermostat! Meanwhile, the handler was cold and the outside doors and black foam were all wet with condensation. The technician said that was normal. WHAT!!! I called Dave to report this to him. He didn’t care. He told me to call the office. I called the office and spoke with Debbie who promised to call me back on Monday. I called Monday morning and she said she was talking to management and I will get a call back. I called Tuesday morning and Nadine answered the phone. Debbie wouldn’t talk to me. She told Nadine to tell me she was talking to management, again. No call back. Here it is Wednesday morning. I woke up at 4:30am sweating with AC set to 77°. I turned it down to 75°. It is 7:10am and it has yet to start!! Says cooling in 30 mins for over an hour! To ad insult to injury we did replace a 2 yr old NEST thermostat with a brand new one! My humidity is high. Gulf Shore needs to remove the new piece of junk AC from home. This brand new AC is not working as it should. They’ve got my money and left me hanging. I even sent them multiple photos. I’m having more problems with this brand new unit cooling my home than I did with my old my unit. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED for the price! BOTTOM LINE - I WAS SOLD A CHEAP UNIT FOR $9k because the company knew we were desperate and took advantage of us!
First of all I am a pretty easy going person and I am not big on leaving reviews. Unfortunately I feel like I had to in this instance because I am so disappointed. I Bought a whole new AC system from Gulf Shore Cooling LLC. that retailed for 17k. Installers did not set it up correctly. Water and mastic leaking all over my garage floor for days. I have had 3 service calls in one week and there is still problems. Nobody working there knows what’s going on. I literally have had to call their service/install department and my sales person 8 different times in the past week. I asked to talk to the owner or manager of the business to express my concerns. Unfortunately they use the gatekeeper system (they are not available or in the office ever. They won’t call you back and they won’t supply their phone numbers). I would suggest you get your work done by a different company. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. Stay away from this business!
Poor Communication I hired this company to install an air conditioner and signed up for their service contract, thinking it would cover future repairs. For three years, they charged me monthly without providing any service. I never received receipts, updates, or any contact. When I called, they said they had the wrong phone number and email. I corrected it, but a year later, I found out they never updated it. Today, I noticed an increase in the monthly fee and called again—only to be met with rude customer service. They told me they only communicate by email and don’t send receipts, letters, or make calls. I’ve paid for a service I never received. I take responsibility for not catching it sooner, but their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. Be cautious if you’re considering them
On Aug 25 2025 Gulf Shore Cooling, Fort Myers FL and Cape Coral FL installed a new duct system in our home. It was a 1 day project with 6 guys working. 8 months later on April 28, 2026 our maintenance AC company came to do a routine service ( we did not use Gulf Shore because their maintenance is significantly higher). The AC rep asked is a permit had been pulled- our response was "not sure". He then told us there was no mastic applied to the new duct work. He explained this would cause leakage and is REQUIRED in all areas of Florida. I called Gulf Shore. On April 30, 2026 a technician from Gulf Shore worked for 4 hours applying the required mastic . I also asked about the required permit. I was told that somehow it was overlooked and nobody came out to inspect the final job. 8 months! Beware
Do your homework as they blindsided us by not installing the correct and entire air conditioning system for $15,000. I would never recommend this firm as the salesman, nor the management cared about the situation. I was there when my husband, the salesman and I discussed the system replacement, yet they did not do it correctly and now they want more money after the fact/installation.
I've had nothing but problems since they installed my new air conditioner and it's not the air conditioner per se. It is the stupid thermostat that they replaced and they should have left my old one there. It was fine. Never had a problem. I will not recommend them to anybody
I received my estimates by email but when I replied to the email it was “unavailable”? Called Aztec originally and they said my service call was free? I wouldn’t know because the agent had me electronically sign and I never saw what I was signing!
Terrible experience. Do not have enough techs for a 24/7 service at all. Our NEW ac is broke and it is 8 months old. No answers or callbacks and had to speak to a robot to schedule a service for a time slot window.

A few months ago Mr. Dave Rojas came to our home for an estimate on our AC. He informed us that we needed a new unit since the one we had was 38 years old, it would cost more to repair. He was very polite and super informative answering all my questions. Because of him, we decided to go with Gulf Shore Cooling after having a few quotes from other vendors. The way he answered all our questions without hesitation, without getting angry or offended and all his answers made sense to us. This was important. It made us trust him and the company he represented. He was so professional that we thought he was the owner of the company. After explaining what we need, he gave us a few payment options. But we decided to wait until we gathered the money. I was happy that we were able to make a budget based on the quote he gave us because to my surprise, after 3 months they still held the quote for us and didn’t increase the price. The appointment was easy to make and Mr. Rojas was very accomodating. On the date of the installation Mr. Ambiorix came to my house to make the installation with Mr. David Jr. Both of them were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and made the installation an easy breeze. They both were professional and rapid to respond to any concern we had on the spot. They installed a new thermostat and installed a bigger vent inside the house for the AC to obtain more air. The job wasn’t easy but Mr. Ambiorix got it done great. Without taking credit away from Mr. David who finished the connection of the AC ducts sooner than I expected and his work was impeccably clean and well done too. You can tell they are proud of putting their name on what they do. To future customers I would say: ”I would definitely recommend this company”. And to the owner I would say: “These 3 people are an asset to your company”.
