I wish I could give 10 stars! We had a small but difficult project. We also major surgery involving my husband mid way through construction. Everyone involved was professional, considerate, and kind. The work was of the highest standard. Communication was consistent throughout. Our property and personal space was respected, and clean up was thorough from start to finish. I cannot sufficiently convey how happy we are with this company. A rare thing to find anymore. I would enthusiastically and emphatically recommend Guyou Construction to anyone considering a new roof and solar. Thank you to everyone at Guyou for making this a really positive experience. The roof looks great, and we’re really excited to have solar power too.

Guyou removed and reinstalled my solar panels for my re roofing project. Let me say the crew was very knowledgeable and polite, and when they were finished you'd never knew they were here. The clean up was exceptional. I was kept up dated on every aspect of the job. Before the foreman left he showed me how much power we were generating at the completion of the re -install showing me that the system was operation as it should be. The crew was excellent in how they worked together to complete the job correctly and in a timely manner. I can and will recommend Guyou Construction to any one I know that needs their solar panels removed and reinstalled. My thanks to the crew that did my project!!

GUYOU CONSTRUCTION was commissioned by SunRun to remove and reinstall 27 solar panels for a new roof on my home. I was very impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of their work. Precautions were taken by the crew to ensure the work was done properly and all debris was cleared. I would heartily recommend them.

I am so happy to be able to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guyou Construction for any solar or battery backup installation you might be considering. The whole experience was easy and stress free from the initial quote all the way through to final inspection and getting us setup on the Enlighten portal so I can see the status and production of our new solar system firsthand. The office staff was always super courteous and professional and kept me up to date on everything. When the installers arrived I could not believe that they were able to do such a professional job installing 26 new solar panels in only one day. The controllers for the system and the battery backup were mounted inside our garage and the installation is as clean as I've ever seen - very well layed out, all straight lines and level and it looks amazing! Thank you to my whole install crew - Abe T, Abraham G, Anthony P, Favian M, and Juan G -- every one of them were super hard workers and are very skilled at what they're doing! Do yourself a favor and if you're looking to install solar or add on to an existing system (like we did) then give Guyou a call - you will be glad you did! (I added a pic of the system inside my garage - was too lazy to move the car so it's slightly a side view - the small silver box on the far right is my landscape lights transformer which was there already but the rest is the solar system installed by Guyou). UPDATE: Guyou sent Marlin back to my house today with extra roof tiles and he went back on the roof to make sure all cracked tiles were replaced. I had mentioned that to one of the original installers and forgot to follow up with Guyou about it but they didn't forget - thanks Marlin and everyone at Guyou who made sure everything was installed and taken care of for me without me having to follow up on all the details!! I'm so glad that at least I found a great solar company that knows what customer service is all about - it sure seems hard to come by these days!!

Guyou! Wow customer service is great ! I'm such a why girl a how girl and they're all so patient with me and my questions . I had Robert and Joey come work on my panels and Joey was so kind in answering all my whys while he was working with the wires a great multitasker it's my first house that I worked so hard for so I wanted to be part of the process and explained everything so well Joey lives and breathes solar . Oh a great round of applause for this crew because they picked up after themselves not one pice of trash was left no metal scrapes no plastic they respected my house ! If you get an installation Ask for Robert and Joey from Guyou you won't be disappointed!

There are plenty of solar companies especially in SoCal. Finding one that actually does what they say and, within the frame they give you is hard to find (from what I read and talking to friends and family). This company did EXACTLY what they said they would. The office staff was professional on the phone and the guys that showed up to install were awesome. They showed up on time and did their job. No horse play or laziness. Professional and experts in their trade. I cannot be more satisfied with their work and the office staff always there to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The system works great and looks great.

We had the pleasure of having Guyou Construction install solar panels and required equipment at our home as well as meeting the City Inspector for final inspection For installation and inspection, Jon, Jason and Robert were fabulous. They kept the exterior work area clean, were very safety oriented and kept us updated every step of the way. Their work truck was clean and stocked for the job. They also completed the work on time. Their office staff was pleasant and accommodating and followed up with us to assure we were satisfied. That's customer service! I highly recommend Guyou and their staff. A+ company.

Everything with this company went as smooth as can be. Signed up at the end of November and within a week they already had my permit. Installation happened 2 weeks after signing up. The instalation crew that came was very knowledable and respectful , they reviewed the whole gameplan with me before starting and withing 5 hours they were done and cleaned up their work area very well. The inspectuoned happened a week after that and 2 days later I got an email from SCE letting me know I permission to turn on my system! I dont know what else they cod have done to make my experience even bettter.

I have had Guyou Construction out to my house on two separate occasions within the last couple of months at the request of Sunrun. They checked my roof and solar system and discovered what was wrong with it quickly. They later came back and fixed the issues with the roof and reported the meter issue to Sunrun (which has yet to address it with me or get it fixed). The office at Guyou Construction later followed up with me to see how the service went. They are all very knowledgeable about solar and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them on my own if I have any further problems.

Outstanding experience ! Manager Bree responded immediately at my first contact with her . We emailed back and forth and she responded sometimes within minutes . Arrival time was to be between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. . John Chavez came promptly at 7:10 a.m. and was finished in an hour. He took pictures of everything he did and showed them to us. He scrolled through and showed us the tests he had run on the software to see that the system was working properly. Both of them were very courteous, professional, prompt, and eager to help. I recommend them enthusiastically !

I just finished my project last weekend! My husband and I are in love! We got all our windows replaced after a terrible incident of our child hit a baseball through the window! Renee was so amazing over the phone I appreciate her being so kind and doing everything she said she would. When the rep came out to the house he was very honest and made sure we knew exactly what we were moving forward with. We also got our solar turned on! Such an amazing process! I had a full set of solar panels put on by Guyou Construction a little while ago, and the panels have made my electric bill almost non-existent. Working with this company was great, and they even handled all of the work with my very picky HOA. Their pricing was amazing, but the customer service was really what made the whole experience something to recommend to all of my friends. I highly recommend reaching out to Guyou Construction for anything related to solar!

Guyou is a very respectable company. They did fantastic work and they were always available to answer any questions that we had. It did take longer than I expected to get the link to the app for monitoring the panels, but not a deal breaker. The monthly cost is very reasonable and I'm looking for a negative yearly output. The long-pole was getting SCE to connect the solar to their grid, but that is not controlled by Guyou. A very happy and satisfied customer.

Christian, Justin and their team installed a 27 panel 2 battery Powerwall Tesla system on my home. These guys were craftsmen. Installation was super clean. Great communication on scheduling and were on time each day finishing right on schedule. They also took the added time to explain how everything worked and made sure I was connected to the various apps for system monitoring before leaving. A great installation team that I can highly recommend!!

Extremely pleasant experience with this company. The workers showed up right on time as originally scheduled, and were professional the whole time. They finished ahead of their estimated time, and did a superb job with a quality end product. Dealing with the people in the office was also very pleasant and professional. Worked with these guys to get solar installed on our home. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Do not just get quotes from Sunrun or whatever and call it a day, definitely talk to these guys. They handled the entire permitting and HOA approval process, even working under time pressure so we could take advantage of the tax credit. They were super responsive, and visited our home twice to go over everything. 10/10, would with these guys again.

Mistakes happen. What I like about Gayou was they they fixed it. Amber took the time out of her day to listen to my upset and come up with a way to resolve it. They sent out Nick Reinoso who was just a pleasure to deal with. He was the field supervisor and coordinated with the plumbers to get things fixed and done. Thank you both for your hospitality, reasonableness and customer service.

These guys were absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. The installer team was amazing and worked non stop I work from home im addition to having a toddler and even though they did roof work I was able to not be disturbed during my work calls and my son was still able to take his long nap. They were so friendly and the job was done well and fast even when it was 115 outside!!!

Needed service, called customer service spoke to a nice girl Amber she answered all my questions in a very Professional & knowledgeable manner (not one of those rude people you get now a days) she was quick to get someone out & the guys who came out were very professional & knew exactly what to do! Have done a few projects with Gayou construction in the past. The response time and team that comes out before we start the project and communicate project start dates were great. Installed our solar in Oct 2019 and did an quick, efficient and water tight job! After all this rain my roof is perfect and my attic is dry!
