I highly recommend this company. With the really hot weather coming, our house had a well used 16 year old a/c system that we felt was time to replace before it went inoperable all together. After a few other quotes, it was obvious to me this was the company to choose. Ron came to our home to assess what we needed. He was the only technician to climb into our attic space and look and measure the supply/return ducts/hoses and routing. Then suggest us what changes were needed to correct the balance of cool air needed at weak flow spots in my home. Ron was the only estimator to do this. That was notable to me and made a big difference with my choice. Quite frankly, after getting the equipment and work estimates from Island Aire, I felt the other estimates from other HVAC companies were rip offs. They all basically offered to change the equipment at the same cost or more, none addressed or even looked at the attic hoses and duct work for air flow efficiency. While you are going to spend thousands for new equipment, what is the sense of it if your air ducts are choked or poorly routed? You'll spend extra in electric bills over the life of the equipment if this isn't right. Ron looked at this. A true HVAC professional. I also want to commend the three technicians, Shane, Justin, and Wesley that removed replaced my a/c system. The equipment install performed included the air handler unit, some improvements to flow/ ducting and hoses in attic, 6 wire install for newer generation thermostat and the outside condenser unit. I recognize this is hard work. They worked constantly on a hot day, having to perform and climb around my attic space/ jungle gym. It's a hot, dusty, and very confined environment. Attic temps probably at 115F or more. They worked with concern for us, to get the system up and running quickly to lessen temperature hardship on us. Their install was professional skilled and has excellent quality. The job was completed in about 7 to 8 hours. They left my house and areas they worked very clean. Thanks again guys. So the knock on the door made me get up and open it. When I did I saw a very tall young mand with a smile that went ear to ear. In a strong and very confident voice he stated his business. "I am here to service your air conditioning system." As I invited him in he ducked so not to hit his head on the door way top. YES...he was a very tall as Dad would say "drink of water". He explained what he was going to do and after no further ado, he went to work. Knowing he was coming, I should say he was right on time. I brought my ladder and my air filter in with the hopes he would replace it. He went to the thermostat and saw the ladder, with a chuckle he said" I won't need that" as he stretched his arms up and undid the hooks holding the cover to the air return. Something at that time made me realize this was not s beginner, but a seasoned veteran in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating systems. He continued his full maintenance and came to me with a smile. Stating he was all done and askedme ifthere was anything else he could do. I quess I should mentio his name. Casey as in Casey Kasom. I have done business with Ron 4 years ago before in one of my houses. He recommended 4 years ago ductwork modifications when no one else did. I listened to him and followed his advice. After it was all done the difference in my ac and airflow was improvement on everything. Here I am now buying my second ac in my new house from Ron. I originally had a package unit outside. He recommendation here was to put a split system and change the ductwork. I trust him and let him made the decision that will benefit my home and my family. After the work was completed I was so Happy that I let him take charge. The work was done completely profession and on time. The air quality in the house is remarkable. Now we can breath fresh air and kill germs in this day and time that we have this VIRUS. thank you Island aire for always doing the right thing for me. Just had one of the best experiences with an air conditioning service supplier. Justin Ballard of Island Aire of SW Florida not only showed up during the designated time, performed the requested service on both our AC systems but was extremely informative on the condition and operation of our systems. This is the AC service provider we were looking for and will count on them to provide all our AC work in the future. Called Island Aire again to have them improve my AC plumbing, ducting and float switches installation following a water flooding problem. Douglas and his partner Luis came out today replaced the wet insulation inside my air handler and made a very poor original installation (not installed by Island Aire) much, much improved as shown in the attached photos. Not only is the installation much cleaner but the improved switches should hopefully prevent another water disaster in my attic.

They came out promptly to provide an estimate for installing a zoning system, and after a day, they gave me a quote that was on the higher side. However, after getting multiple quotes, I found that their pricing was in line with others. Right now, it's difficult to get a hold of AC equipment due to the transition to a new refrigerant that requires replacing older systems. Despite this, they managed to secure the new air handlers needed for my home. They installed a six-zone system, allowing me to heat and cool rooms individually, preventing extreme temperature differences. Throughout the process, they were punctual and professional, even staying late on the final day to complete the installation on time. After the installation, they followed up multiple times to ensure the system was functioning as expected. Overall, I’m very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!

Our AC was not cooling or pulling moisture out of the air. Michael came out and immediately was able to diagnose the problem with my explanation and taking a quick look. He was very nice and friendly and helpful. Fix the problem incredibly quickly and knew exactly what was going on before he ever took a look at it, and explained as he was looking at everything and doing all the maintenance what he was doing and why it's important to have done. He did not try to upsell me. I valued as a person not as a money bank. Very nice and friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend going with him enough. They were up front with pricing as well on what exactly the cost would be to have them come out and to do the diagnostic and it was very affordable and reasonable. A fraction of what I was quoted from other places.

I had an issue with my AC unit not cooling the second floor of my house. I called Island Aire Of Southwest Florida and was able to schedule a technician to come later the same day! I thought I will have to replace the whole unit and it's going to cost a fortune. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to solve the issue fast and explain different things about my system. Ended up needing to replace a small part to get the unit working again. He had the tools ready in the truck and was able to fix it the same day. He told me my unit is old and will need to be replaced soon, but had a bit more time in it... I would definitely recommend Island Aire Of Southwest Florida with your AC problems. I will use them again in the future!

I once again received excellent service today from Island Aire’s Service Technician Dalton. He came out to check my air conditioning system, as I am on a six month appointment schedule. As usual, Dalton was most respectful of both my home, and my time, punctual, as always! I very highly recommend this company. Dalton is really the best. Highly recommend Island Aire because of their professionalism and honesty. I called them to get a quote for a service that I was told by another company said I needed and that qoted me a lot of money for, when Josh came to see what I was told I needed, he was honest and told me what I really need and the company quoted me a great price. It’s 5 pm on a Saturday, I call to ask if there’s a tech available for later in the evening. There was availability and I got a call from Dalton saying he had a couple more calls ahead but he’d call me when he was done. I didn’t expect a call around 9:30 but was pleasantly surprised. When arrived he was able to not only identify and confirm the failure in the system but shared more on how to keep the system from failing in the future. A knowledgeable, friendly, very courteous (considering the late time of the call) and great technician overall. Would highly recommend to anyone for HVAC services.

Beau came and installed wifi systems on our 5 mini split ductless and set them up on my wife’s android phone and my iPhone. He was very fast, efficient, friendly and courteous. He wore booties over his shoes to knot track in mud. Beau is extremely knowledgeable about all types of HVAC systems and did an awesome job setting up and teaching us how to use the Apps on our two smart phones. Beau is the Beat AC technician we have had in the last 40 years and dozens of AC systems we have had at multiple locations in SWFL. We are extremely satisfied with Beau and all the techs and office staff at Island Aire.

It was a beautiful day in Naples, two days be the New Year, for Blake and Hector, expert installers from Island Aire of Southwest Florida, inc. to come and install a brand new Trane package unit. They were on time, friendly and personable and answered some questions about the unit before beginning the installation on the roof. They went about their work with efficiency and in a most professional manner giving me the confidence to know that this installation was done correctly. They came in one day fixed it and they were honest and fast . My wife has a brain tumor and we were grateful they were able to help us get AC back up . If I could do more then 5 stars I would . Very knowledgeable and responsive when I needed them. Also very friendly and courteous. My AC had died and I made an appointment for them to come look at it but it looked like it would be later in the evening. Well, Bo was able to wrap up his earlier appointments and made it out sooner than expected. After diagnosing the issue it was determined that my system was toast. Island Aire gave me a quote for a new system, which I accepted, and they were out first thing the next morning to install it. Really appreciate everything!

Contacted Island Aire last night because our AC unit stopped running. I wasn't expecting anyone would be available since it was around 7 in the evening. The emerg rep said they had someone who could come over to check the unit out. Shortly after I received a call from Bo. He came over, quickly diagnosed the problem and in less than an hour, AC was repaired. Great service and highly recommend. We are getting them set up on an annual Maintenance Plan as well. You wont go wrong with Island Aire.

This is the second time we’ve called them out for electrical issues! 1st time was for a fan installation and this time for outlet and lighting issues! Jason is very helpful and great about explaining things with new installations—showed us all the features on our new light and how to change the colors/ remove the cover to change the bulbs. This time he walked us through how he planned to fix our garage light so we would know what he was doing. We’ve had a great experience with them!

We just moved to FL and we were having issues with our a/c. I called Island Aire and my information was given to a tech who communicated when he would arrive. Once Beau was at our home he listened to what our issue was and gave our system a complete check while explaining how the system was showing the proper readings (and I learned how a FL a/c unit should work). It was a good experience and I would recommend this company whether you are from FL or just moved here!!

Dalton came to our house for AC repair. Our unit was leaking water onto the floor beneath it. He cleared the drain which was clogged where we couldn’t reach it. He showed us how to effectively clean it and suggested a system to clean the drain. Multiple companies for the last 4 years didn’t do the proper service but several wanted me to buy a new system. My unit is 7 years old. Excellent service and now we have peace of mind.

We had an issue with a damaged underground pipe that required a complicated solution. Island Aire was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and fair. The team of Blake, Harley, Marshall, and Morgan were fantastic and super competent. They obviously care about doing right be their customers, were hard workers and solved the problem for us. Top notch service! Incredibly thorough and even found and fixed an installation issue that anyone else probably would have missed. The tech was right on time, called on the way, and put covers on his shoes while in the house. He even took the time to show me how to make my thermostat programmable since the function was hidden at the time of install. Absolutely recommend!!

They called me when 6 month checkup was due, made an appointment technician arrived on time and he remembered us from last checkup. He was very pleasant and through w his job. I called Island Air because my unit quit working on a Friday evening. I called Saturday morning and they came right out. I was convinced my 13 yr old ac was gone. Dalton came out on his day off and said let me look at it. Bottom line is he could have sold me a new unit but he was so honest and he was able to fix it!! I highly recommend this honest company!!!

My technicians name was Malachi, he was polite, always asking if we had any questions about our unit. And he spent about an hour here, making sure everything was right came to my husband and myself, and let us know what he had done and how the unit was looking. The young man that came out was very kind, knowledgeable and patient (I am 73 years old). He was able to fix one of the ac units but the other one was frozen so someone is coming out to talk to us about a new unit. I would recommend Island Air for any ac needs. We have a maintenence contract on both of our units that is quite reasonable.
