Wow, What a great experience calling this company from Olivia the dispatcher setting up the appointment, to the technician Showing up within an hour and a half of my phone call lol. I’ve never had a friendly technician show up to my place as I did today! Romeo was super friendly, accommodating, and honest. I really felt that he was looking out for my best interest as a customer and not just trying to sell me something, he went above and beyond what I expected him to do when diagnosing what the problem might be (at no cost!) I wish we had more Contractors like them where you don’t feel like someone is trying to pull the wool over your eyes! I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to this time! Thanks Romeo!
Thank you for sending Nick. Our family felt very comfortable with Nick working in and out of our home. The man is presentable, considerate and personable. The attention he pays to work is noticeable and Proffesional. Nick kept us informed of the process he had to do and the condition of each unit. He also let us know where and when he would need to go next and recommendations for preventive maintenance. The service we received on our 5 split units is by far the best I have received from any company. Good men are hard to find. Retiring as a Regional Operation Manager myself I could have been a Director of Operations with a few good men like Nick! Thanks again.

Trenton and James were here to replace evaporator coil, it was done in the time promised. Both young men were very personable and friendly, polite and respectful! Joseph came a few weeks ago to do the maintenance, he was one of the best we have had in 23 years at this house. Romeo diagnosed our problem two days ago, another friendly and helpful young man. First time I have ever had a worker offer to bring a coffee! So far we are very satisfied with the service from Jackrabbit!
Spoke to Olivia to make the appointment and she was clear and easy to deal with. She made the appointmen at MY convenience! Romeo arrived and did an amazing job, well above any expectation. He was knowledgeable and very comforting. Would love to deal with them again in the future. Highly reccomended
Trenton was here working on my a/c system and was totally awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in detail. I will make sure only Trenton comes back to service my a/c in the future. I fully trust him with my air conditioning system.

Trenton and Manager Luis was very respectful and kind to my family great guy’s and understanding, Airpro did not let us know about the changed company and new charges that came about.Trenton and manager. Luis was understanding and gave me a great deal and wave the cost, fill us in with the changes that was happening,anywho Awesome people great company I recommend their team to anyone. they did a great job with the cleaning and communicating with us.. Air pro left us with a bill that we did not know about and the manager.
